I previously went to this subway and can I just say the so called manger was awful !!!!!!! she was so rude, she was rushing me and had a disgustingly rude tone and a unapproachable attitude. My friend has also had a bad experience with this manger, as my friend went for an interview and was treated poorly by this manger and was made to feel belittled and disappointed as she was really excited for the opportunity to work for them but was sadly mistreated by this manger and will not be associating with a company that employs people of that standard. The mangers name is kalianee Degamber-Chan this manager is bringing down the reputation of subway and should not be the face of the business as looking through the reviews other people have had bad experiences with her and seems to be the main cause of the bad reviews.

Awful customer service at this store and even after complaining to customer care, no reply for a week! Shocking. Avoid like cancer. Weeks later and no reply from shop or customer care. Absolutely positive this is a terrible company! Update - 29/11/2025: I put all the correct information on the form, including order number. I even sent a follow-up email chasing my log and never heard anything back. I will NEVER visit your site again. Shocking establishment and a disgrace to the company.

Very rude staff. Especially the Indian lady who is (I think) the manager or the owner. Lot of issues with this places! Not sure where to start. 1. They close well before time, like 15-20 mins before the closing time! Not just once, several times and the lady is like the boss and she just ignores customers’ complains. 2. Bathrooms are not clean. When I told them about it, she said go to the mall… what kind of customer experience is this! 3. I have online offers which I wanted to avail, but for last 1 week she is saying her scanner is not working! I asked her when will it get fixed, she said “who knows”…!!??? Really…. All she wanted to do is to avoid applying offers, so that customer buys the sub in full price. This is total fraud. She should honor Subway’s offers and commitments towards customer. 4. Poor quality: PFA the pic. All you can see 4 pieces of each item. X4 lettuce, x4 onion pieces, x4 red pepper, x4 jalapeños… when I asked her to put more, she started staring at me like I asked her for her kidney!! lol. Another scam to cut the cost 5 today, I placed an online order and told one of the employees about my online order. She looked up in her system and started preparing my sub. After 30 secs, the Indian lady (manager or owner) asked the employee to stop preparing my sub and gave her some other task, coz my “order collection” time was after 20 mins. I had to wait 15 mins before she came back and resumed with my sub! How rude it is. Literally there was no one before me and she could have served the order but she dint allow her employees and let her customer wait! All that time my half prepared sub was on the worktop (counter) unattended, poor hygiene!! Very rude, unprofessional and impolite.

Very disappointed about my experience today at subway. The lady that served me was busy doing orders for delivery and not listened properly to what I ordered. I asked for ft long italian herbs and cheese bread and she made me one with the Italian bread. My husband told the lady at the till that we ordered the other bread but she didn’t care. She was only saying no, no. Will never come here again.

Went here yesterday with my brother. 1 6 inch and 1 footlong. Took about 10 min to order as the lady didn’t understand we wanted 2 subs when I explained she walked away and another lady appeared to serve us(very rude indeed) she made the subs however the salad portion was little to nothing I asked 3x for more lettuce evey time she told me she already put some and she hadn’t it was really starting to get the better of me so deep breathe and a fresh start for sub number 2 but no. I don’t know how many times we said BMT and they kept making it wrong. Salad again very little compared to normal or even the one in chinem / Brighton hill . When coming to pay she didn’t scan my sub points dispite showing me card. I also had blue light discount which I showed her she then walked off our the back for 2/3 min and came back out jo words spoken. I asked if they accept and she said nothing. I asked again and got blank stares from her. Asked another member who kindly told me they do. Showed her the card again to be sure before paying then paid. Checked receipt only to find my points hadn’t gone on and she didn’t put on my discount….. annoyed is a understanding stick with chinem or Brighton hill

Subway’s new menu and options are not thought through, confusing and damaging their brand. And now This manager has single handedly ruined Subway experience for me. There’s should be no place for unprofessional and rude managers like Kalia The manager refused to serve us - saying we were wasting her time by small order size and forcefully pushed us on what to order because it was lucrative for her targets. Either we have what she recommends or we leave because we’re wasting her time. The new recruits were doing a good job and she was forcing them to reduce the spoon portions. Never visiting this filth of a branch again

I will give negative rating, staff is rude, unprofessional, cannot understand clearly, Cheats on billing. I ordered 12 inch, and they charged for two different 6 inch. On asking, the lady ( manager/ incharge) started shouting, no I will not do it. Had to remind again for a receipt, else it was also not provided. Seems staff should learn customer service and professional dealing. They were just extremely rude and over charged unnecessary. Filing complaint to higher level too.

Ordered through Uber eats and when the delivery arrived it was completely wrong, Uber eats issued the refund but in order to receive the food I would have to reorder and pay all again. I called the store to explain they had got my order wrong and I would still like my original order and they told me that they had got the order right, even though they cannot physically see the order, and that I would have to come into store to prove otherwise. I had to travel into town, pay for parking, go out when it was raining hard, just to turn up for them to then say, yeah it’s wrong. Had I been self isolating, I would not have been able to resolve the issue and instead pay full price again for their mistakes. When I arrived Dorje was the employee to speak to me and instantly blamed trainees. He then asked if I wanted them to remake it which is a silly question as if I just came to the store for the fun of it. I asked for the order to be changed to a meal to compensate for me having to travel, pay for parking, and get soaking wet, and he said no. I thought that was poor but can understand it, however when I explained that it’s poor that I have had to go through all this effort for their mistakes he said ‘I didn’t make a mistake’ to clear his own name and throw his trainee colleagues under the bus. If you are the more senior employee you should be there to support them and make amends for whatever mistakes they make, and as a representative of the store, take accountability as a whole and not just try to clear your own name when you are one of the most senior staff members present. Everyone understands that trainees make mistakes, and that’s fully justifiable, but it is extremely poor to first of all deny there is any mistake, secondly, after making the customer commute into the store and pay parking fees in the pouring rain then admit to the mistakes, but not try to compensate for them, but then thirdly when asked for a kind gesture to compensate for the stores mistake, to instead take the selfish route to clear your own name and throw the new trainees under the bus. The whole experience was poor from start to finish, and it’s extremely cowardly to not support your fellow trainee colleagues and throw them under the bus instead of taking accountability as a store as a whole.

Today I arrived at the shop at 19:20, working hours are up to 20:00, door was open just to be told "sorry we are closed". Ok over the years I have been going to different stores have never been disappointed as I felt in this one, grabbing a quick lunch to take back to the office was a nightmare, covid Restrictions does not Comply to this store and the staff have not a clue, I felt in safe there was no one way and no social Distancing, people where sitting at a few tables and when people where having to get their own cold drinks you had to be so close to these people seated, when waiting for your food we were all Huddled together I actually paid for my food and said that I would wait outside until called only trouble with that they wanted me to push through people to collect it, come on this is a disgrace and you are not offering a safe Environment I think you really do need to address this with management as customers and staff are not safe.

Well I thought it would be quick as I was the only one queueing. But the lady was filling a delivery order. 5 mins later she calls someone out back to serve, now 3 people in the queue! She takes so long just adding salad that mine and the other customers food all has to go back under the grill. What only one person can add salad at a time. Tasteless and over cooked so dry. Won't go there again.

We weren't being noisy, we weren't shouting, being loud, etc. Literally just sat there nicely. Until one woman came up to us and started shouting at us, telling us we were causing trouble and to get out. She also told us 'we weren't welcome there and to not come back'. One thing to say is I will not be giving this subway my money anymore if they are going to treat teenagers like this. Yes 'big' groups of teenagers are allegedly known to be bad and cause trouble but we did nothing of the sort, so there is no excuse. My friend luckily ended up to get his food but when someone else tried to get some they were refused service. I am disgusted

I came into the store and was waiting for at least 3-5 mins before someone came out to serve me. Once i was seen by someone but they went back out from the counter and a different person came 30 seconds later. I explained what i wanted in my two sandwiches which took alot longer than usual as i belive it was a new person working there who was serving me. The bread was cut awefuly on one of the sandwiches and once they were made up i was told the toaster wasnt working and said it would have to be microwaved if i wanted it hot. This did not apeal to me so i left without my order. If i was told it wasnt working before they started my order i wouldnt of been so bothered. Im sure this is a one off experence but never the less i was unsatisfied and wasted 10 munites of my time.

Clean store, fast service. Only two staff on during a busy lunch time, but they were cheerful & quick. Leanne was very good with a sense of humour. In this day and when the quantity of fast food servers is not great the chain has it right here. The store is spacious & the bathrooms are clean. Right next to the Theatre, so if you want a quick bite before a show, it would work here.

Went here for my daughter for an early lunch, approx 11.30am. We were the only ones there. The assistant struggled to understand our order, then, as we had left our Subcard at home, we politely requested a receipt with the online code on (to collect the points on the card online). Unfortunately, the assistant failed to understand the request and printed a normal receipt. When we queried it, she really, really didn't understand what we were on about. She called the manager/senior assistant/supervisor who was, quite bluntly, rude beyond imagination!. She said that the transaction had gone through-we had our meal-and that nothing could be done. My goodness! I have visited many Subways on my travels and have NEVER experienced this treatment before! Shame on you!

The stink from the toilets us overpowering! Went to change the grandson but left as the smell was so bad. How can the store tolerate thus yet alone think that it is acceptable to offer such dreadful facilities.

Order placed one kebab with garlic sauce and spicy wings. What a mistake the kebab was greasy and it was served with tartare sauce not garlic mayo what the hell were they thinking. The wings were cooked beyond edible was like chewing deep fried cardboard. They were either last nights food reheated or just straight up over cooked. The only part of the meal that was any good was the canned drinks and that is cause the chef could never cock up a canned drink. It’s a shame cause only a year ago the food was divine. Recommend they sack the chef cause he or they clearly have no idea how to cook. Both meals chucked away. Idea of how bad this was our dog eats anything even he would not eat this food.

Terrible service went for birthday celebration all you can eat no milk for my tea waited 1/2 hr for milk tea got cold went to get some food and there wasn't no plates, when plates eventually arrived there was no food so had to wait again for some to be cooked, very limited choice . Desert consisted of some mixed fruit in syrup but only the juice left but plenty of ice cream. This meal costs 19 95 per person, the place was so disorganized I was very disappointed will never go again.
