Went there today two guy working choose off menu meatball one was then informed your not aloud to choose the salad or the sauce you like first time I’ve ever known this my sons one steak cheese melt they put the lettuce in his then proceeded to put it in the oven new to me never again

Me and my friend went to subway and he ordered a 6 inch with no vegetables and the worker put onions and cucumber in it after we said no to it and we asked for a cherry pepsi max and she gave us a regular Pepsi and we said no sorry Pepsi cherry and she still got a normal Pepsi.

Cosham high street subway IS THE WORST!!! Just had a Uber delivery and the whole meal deal was missing apart from the burnt stale sandwiches. Which are inedible!! Missing crisps, cookie and drink. Meatballs just full of sauce and cold. They don’t answer the phone. Never using them again. Don’t waste your time or money. It needs to go!

On Friday 6th November I visited subway in cosham to grab some lunch in my break after a busy morning working in QA hospital. There was 4 people in front of me, and phone orders being prepared. I noticed a young dark hair girl serving and not once did she change her gloves. When she approached me and asked what I would like I asked her, if she could change her gloves, which I think I have every right to do. She rolled her eyes and abruptly took them off. I asked her if she had a problem with this, to which she replied , no but this is not essential !!! I explained that with the pandemic it is essential, and I have every right to ask. She was so rude and unprofessional I was gobsmaked. I asked to speak to a manager , who was on the till at the time, and asked the manager if she thought it was ok for her member of staff to speak to me this way. The manager said she did not know what was going on , which is a lie, as she was there while the conversation was going on. I did report this to the owner, to which I was disgusted with the reply. Like per usual closed ranks , and took the side of the staff. There was no customer service involved and I will never return to this store again. Please if anyone visits this store , they obviously do not care about the hygiene of the public 😡

Los sándwiches son agradables y tienen una buena relación calidad-precio. Pero en un par de visitas, las mesas estaban sucias y no habían desaparecido. a pesar de que un trabajador estaba parado allí mirándolos. Los inodoros estaban goteando y uso palos para que no se agarren y casi me caigo.

Came here with a friend for lunch on are break, he ordered a foot long which you can’t go wrong with, I order a chicken tikka salad which I usually love but on this occasion it wasn’t very nice at all didn’t taste nice and the lettuce was really wet felt like I was eating water, anyway took it backup to the lady and she straight away recognises me and gave me my money straight back as I didn’t want to eat in there after that to be honest. She was lovely and I will still visit there as I don’t usually have a problem

Came in here for lunch with a work friend obviously food was lovely we both had footlongs and both were great but food is always spot on, clean and tidy loads of space and air con which was great because it was so hot out side.

I had a foot long deal with a latte. All looked fresh & clean & staff all friendly. The best thing was in the salad they had carrots!!!! Only a few Subway's seem to have carrots in. I mentioned it to a sandwich artist (server) who said that "a tub of (grated) carrot simply came in" . If they keep up the carrots in the salad they'll get 5 stars. If it goes I'd knock the stars down to 4!

Standard issue Subway store selling freshly made sub rolls etc. Usual meal deals. Fairly large number of seats. Staff generally friendly. Usually quite clean but sometimes heating not so warm temperature wise in terms of comfort. Coffee machine has had its problems in the past but seems ok now - same with wifi! Good place to sit down to "take 5" when shopping in Cosham High Street. Breakfast subs are excellent vfm.
