Ordered my food an hour and a half before restaurant closing time and it didn’t turn up. Order was accepted and I paid full amount. They didn’t even give us a courtesy call to say the order won’t be coming. Absolutely woeful service, don’t order from here.

No cabbage carrot cucumber etc like you would normally get dry hard meat would never eat from here again

The burgers was outstanding......Loved it fully delicious, Lamb Doner Kebab & hot wings was okay else I would have given 6 stars...Service and delviery first class... Recommended!

Delivery driver rang the doorbell in the AM rather than quietly knock. And walked off and left the food on my doorstep not 10 seconds after. No hello. No thank you. Just doorbell, food on floor, Back in the car and off as I answered the door. Terrible delivery service

Unfortunately, and for the money, this was not a large portion in my view. Supplied with a small pita bread on top of mostly dry meat. I won’t be ordering again from here when there are better (in my view) in the area. Who reads these anyway when your starving?

Our order was expected to come at between 23.40 and 00.00, it’s now 00.13 and the order now says it’s been delivered yet nothing has turned up, tried to ring and can’t get through to the restaurant and have only had the option to refund minus the delivery charge, despite the fact that nothing got delivered, absolute joke and will not be ordering from here again.

The food was good and arrived on time. However, I ordered a half pound cheese burger that arrived with no cheese…

We ordered last night , and have ended up paying £15 for 6 Cold chicken wings as it was a £10 delivery service ( we waited over an hour for the privilege to cook the chicken ourselves!) and the other items did not turn up. When we ask the driver he just grunted and walked off, can not get hold of the restaurant . Do nit recommend

I paid for extra cheese on the pizza, yet there was very little, and large patches were cheese free. It was overcooked, most of the meat was burnt, it was very dry and I threw away nearly half of it because it was inedible.

absolutely terrible chips were grim and undercooked. chicken burger was hot but tasted very bland and garlic mayo didn’t taste anything off garlic. wouldn’t even feed this to my dog

Although the food was here really fast it was awful. Freezing cold, the food tasted like it was warmed up food not like it was made by them. The pizza was probably the worst tasting pizza I’ve had in my life

The delivery driver was rude, the food was cold when it arrived and definitely wasn’t worth the money, especially since I paid £4 delivery fee on top of the price of the food.

Fast delivery, food was hot and arrived early

Chicken wings were not good at all - bland and just cheap, the price is not cheap though. garlic bread was very nice freshly cooked chicken burger typical frozen burger don't expect too much these guys are chasing profits selling the cheapest produce for more price all in all avoid if possible

Nice pizza but it should be for £18. 12 inch pizza has got a 1 inch crust so it’s more like a 10 inch. Won’t order again.... ⚔️

The worst experience you could ask for the quality and taste of the food was horrendous!!!! For them to have a 4.5 rating is outrageous!! Shut them down !!!

The food arrived lovely and hot. But unfortunately the food was very greasy and oily on the palate which made it quite unpleasant to eat.

Ordered my food. Order never came, phoned the restaurant and they came to deliver me a new one. Delivery driver was very rude and shouted at me saying that he knocked on my flat door, which isn’t even possible, as to get to my flat door, you need to get through the front door, which is an instant lock door that you can’t get through without a key. So I don’t know what happened but I won’t be coming back. Appalling

Donner meat and hash browns were awesome, chips ok. Arrived 35 minutes earlier than expected.

Quick delivery however the food wasn’t great. I asked for no salad on my burger and there was an entire green grocers on there. And the salad on the kebab consisted of dry lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Not the usual Turkish style salad you get on a kebab? Sadly I won’t be ordering again

Not value for money. In fact, very expensive for what you get. Hardly any salad, asked for sauce separate but arrived smothered all over the meat. When called to ask why the items were not kept separate the staff were incredibly rude and did not care. Do not recommend and will not be ordering again. Very disappointed and ruined the food for the children who could not eat with the chilli sauce all over the meat.

Food tasted great, nice and fresh salad, the only reason I dropped one star was because I had no chilli sauce which I chose in the menu (easy to miss) and the pitta was a little too small for a large kebab. Otherwise really tast and would happily order again

Delivery price is an absolute joke (£10). Considering the food arrived late and the food quality was pretty poor - will not be ordering here again.

Portions of chips are small and kebab wasn’t particularly tasty. Plenty of salad and meat though. Garlic bread was really poor quality- dry and like cardboard to taste. Delivery good. Wouldn’t order again unfortunately.

I'm a lorry driver ona night out food has turned up late cold and 8.99 for a portion of kebab meat and chips that is tiny not happy I will not use again

Great driver and delivered bang on time, kebabs were very average and on small side.

Chips had no taste, pizza dough was awful and dry, mushrooms were soggy and onion rings tasted of plastic, food was not worth fraction of the price we paid.

Made an order due to no delivery fees over a tenner and was charged a 10 pound delivery fee anyway. Not worth the order at any costs for a kebab, will review my use of this service

Food was absolutely disgusting, chicken wings were still pink, cheesy chips had no cheese on and the pepperoni pizza was just greasy only good thing was the delivery guy was very polite never ordering again!

Left it on our door step and didn'tknick. 1 hour after the estimated delivery time, I had a look just as a fluke and it was there, but stone cold. Defo not happy and will fight until the death for a fullrefund, especially the delivery fee of £10

Delivery time was great. Restaurant put chillies on for me as per my request which is why I’ve gave an extra star. Food quality needs improvement. The donner kebab was cut into tiny bits, very thin and looked like mush. Donner kebab should be cut in to long strips.

Waited over an hour and a half for 4 kebabs and a chicken kebab!! I personally had the chicken kebab and in all the years on me being alive I have not tasted something so disgusting! I will eat anything but not that tried the chicken put it straight in the bun where it belongs! Had to go out and get something else, else where will never ever eat from here again and I advise anyone else not too

Food arrived late, I phoned when it was 10 mins late and was told they had left and should be there any moment. Took another 5 minutes. Food was ok but not great. Chicken nuggets weren't cooked enough as the batter wasn't crisp. Chips were soggy and the pizza was ok but not much in way of flavour. Won't be ordering from them again.

noormal have a very good experience with this company, but today it was late and then the food tasted like it wasn't fresh, example the kebab meat was dry and hidden under a lot of sauce and half the amount that we normally get

Really late delivery and order was incorrect.

Food came nice and early. But I ordered cheesy chips and just chips came. Phoned 7 times to get my order corrected but they kept putting the phone down on me after telling me they couldn't hear me. By then I was getting angry which helped resolve the issue (strange huh?) Finally after 40 minutes my cheesy chips came! Terrible customer service!!

I am shocked to be charged that much for such a small meal compared to other establishments. A real rip off, and definitely not a case of quality over quantity as the quality was not good at all. Chicken doner was just tiny overlooked burnt pieces. First time ordering from Marmaris and won't be making the same mistake twice.

thank you so much, came home late from work must of clicked collection by accident I was happy to pay delivery until I already paid £15 and was needed to pay an extra £2 which I got fed up by messing around at this point. I rang just eat customer services they sorted everything for me and the restaurant delivered for free instead of me cancelling my order the guy that delivered was kind and took his time with me as I was tired. I would order again and will be happy to pay the £2 delivery thank you very much food was amazing.

Horrible dry and cold never again

Food was fine as usual but I'm assuming my fizzy drinks always travel in the same bag as they tend to arrive at the same temperature....

The food was lovely but the only bad thing was the delivery driver had his music in his car blaring out with doors open upsetting the neighbours. Hence the 3 stars on delivery

Absolute shambles!!! ordered a mixed kebab and garlic bread and end up with chicken and cheese no doner and chips which literally taste disgusting! Forgot my can of rio too!! won't be using this service again!

I love the fact the fry off the meat to make it crispy. Always really good food and hot.
