never arrived. absolutely appauling

It took over an hour for our food to be delivered which meant it was cold and the sandwiches were crushed

The food is dry, no sauce in the marinara sub (plus I’ve had more than 6 meatballs in a fort long from the shop) the bacon in the bacon melt seems under cooked (I would say cheese n bacon but doesn’t even seem to have cheese in the sandwich) not good at all and will be my last time offing from here.

Awful experience. The guy nearly left off my Monterey Jack cheese and when I pointed it out didn't know what it was. Then the woman who done the veggies would not let me have sweetcorn and gherkins instead of the listed lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes becuase it's not on the menu. The whole point of Subway is to select what you want? Had an embarrassing argument and then finally gave in and said 'only this once' what the hell? Couldn't wait to leave and never to return!

Stacked bacon and cheese order- the sandwich I received looked nothing like what was described and was lacking bacon and cheese in comparison to every other subway restaurant I have been to, I travel for work and go to many different subways, I am disappointed paying £10 for something I could make at home for around £2-£3, it is normally worth while getting this sandwich, definitely not from this subway!!!

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Subway, which has compelled me to share my thoughts in the hopes that improvements will be made, There was no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence, even though the store was not busy,When I finally did get someone’s attention, the service was rushed and unfriendly😑😑The employee taking my order was impatient and did not seem to care about getting it right. They are not explaining about extra portioins anything😑, The attitude of the staff further added to the negative experience. They appeared disinterested and even annoyed when asked simple questions😬, Overall, my visit to Subway was very disappointing. The combination of unprofessional staff, poor service. And finally i hope that subway management Please 🙏 take these issues seriously and works on important the quality of service and training their employees.

Staff was very rude when taking orders, not even listening customers requirement politely…Food was really tasty but their portioning and chargers are not really worthy at all. Importantly staff with white skin coloured is really rude to me when asking about things that are unknown by me, not explaining with patience Never ever coming back to this store again with, no politeness at all.

Asian guy working doesn't understand anything. Before I ordered I asked if a drink was included in the price and he said afterwards when I go to pay he says no and it additional! Hire people who understand the language.

It’s bad enough the cost of your subs going over 9 quid now and the rest instead of the good old days of £3.99-7 deals but when did you start ripping us off further by slicing the cheese in half that’s not even spiced anymore. Barely a slice a sub 2 ridiculously small squares and being a fast food brand you’re supposed to have an image that stays the same! Don’t even argue with a chef who has had fast food experience at domino’s and kfc and McDonald’s prior to becoming chef de partie. You know what a Big Mac looks like every time you order it so why are you scrimping on and altering your entire ingredients.

I had to really search for my salad beneath a mountain of soggy lettuce! come on that's a lot of money for a box less than half full of soggy lettuce.

subs was cold, drinks left on top of the subs so they was damp, ice cream was just liquid and barely edible, wrong crisps. drinks was good considering it’s the only thing they didn’t have to do anything for. refund would be greatly appreciated considering this was nearly £40

The roll I ordered had barely any ingredients in it... I had to hunt for the tuna! Also the cheese I paid extra for was not included. A complete disappointment!

Worst subway, I’ve ever had. The bread was so dry and they missed out half the filling on one side of the foot long. Only put mayo and olives?

I never got my order even when I went to the address that I entered. but it says delivered. Just Eat has no way of addressing this issue to find out what happened. Am really very disappointed with the service. I need a refund or this issue rectified as soon as possible.

£8.29 for a Meal deal now (Standard Wrap+Cookie+Coffee). Absolutely scandalous. When I questioned why it was so expensive now she stated supplier prices had gone up. Laughable really when you work out how little it costs to fill a wrap since it’s 90% salad anyway. Had the cheek to charge 30p extra for me opting a coffee instead of a soft drink as well. Wasn’t allowed to use the washroom. Was told to use the loo in Shopping centre. Considering how much I’ve just been ripped off the least you could do is let me use the loo! It’s really shocking the prices and poor service we all now have to put up with. Never using this or any other sub way again.

Last couple of times I went here I had a bad experience. The first time the staff member serving got my order wrong, spoiling my lunch. When I brought this to their attention I got a stock response telling me they would do better next time. On the second visit I was charged extra for some onions despite the sign clearly stating that salad was included at no extra charge. At no point did anyone flag what I was asking to be added was charged extra. I didn't realise until after I had paid, and then when I asked for my money back I was refused. To add insult to injury my loyalty points weren't added due to the machine being broken so they said they would give me a receipt to redeem them. This was a lie. When I complained via social media I was simply told they would not deal with me and I had to complain directly to the restaurant. Of course I get yet another stock response from them about doing better. No restitution was offered either for the added charge or the missed points. After this experience I'm done with Subway, and I'd strongly advise you to avoid them also.

Got charged £99 for pepsi, the "call the restaurant" option on just eat doesn't work, and when I googled the restaurant to try and cancel/refund the order, no one replied.

I love Subway food. As an American, I used to enjoy Subway submarine sandwiches in America long before they were available in the UK.

Very Nasty!!!!!!! Walked in to buy a salad, the male Indian guys was cleaning and using his cellphone at the same time. He only changed the glove on his right hand and and then proceeded to use both hands to make the salad. I asked him to change the other glove as well, he proceeded to tell me it’s clean😳. Then proceeded further to tell me I’ve upset him and asked his female colleague to serve me. I told him not bother, I’m never coming back and walked out. Just nasty!! Trying to make us all sick by spreading germs. 😡

The sun was cold and inedible, they did not seem to care and took their time as well. I'm actually quite angry as I paid for it and got it cold and late and the drink which should be cold was warm as it was put on top of the food

Just visited Subway, Bedford Rd, Guildford. Tuesday evening 11:45pm. Ordered a foot long Pizziola on Italian bread, asked for it toasted, can't have been in the machine more than 15 seconds because it was cold when I got it. Foot Long Subway Sandwich and 500ml Tango = £11.39! Are you having a laugh! Plus apparently the menu has been updated so when you ask for a particular sandwich the salad options are already preselected so in effect Subway has lost its USP as now all your paying for is a COLD sarnie at a ridiculous price. I have deleted my Subway App and I will not be returning for anymore.

I'm unhappy because they made mistakes with the ingredients. I ordered two sandwiches and they have done confusion between them. If someone has some allergy in one of these, would have been a big problem.

Poor attitude, poor service and extremely poorly prepared food. I believe this branch focuses on serving the pub crowd so don't care much about anything. Philly melt was simply disgusting and a price rip off. Stay away from this branch.

Completely wrong order delivered contacted just eat customer services who blatantly refuse to offer a refund although photographic evidence was provided (unopened bag with tamper seals untouched and receipt with all the wrong contents written on it) unfortunately this is becoming quite a regular occurance with just eat who no longer seem to value their customers anymore so will no longer be using the service

Ordered a Meatball Marinara off Deliveroo. The bread was stale, the filling was cold (not even lukewarm) and they hadn't bothered toasting it as I'd requested. Disgusting and inedible.

It took ages to come like almost two hours. I phoned them and they said their delivery driver was very busy or something. When it came it was quite cold. So I has to put it in the oven to reheat it. Usually the food comes fairly quickly and is hot but this time I had to Use an oven so it was as nice as usual and it took a lot of time. And as I say it took me having to put it in oven to make it a bit nicer.

The security guard Mr Rana I think was a top guy. Was out with some mates on Saturday night when a few rowdy lads came in and had a go at us for no reason. The security guy did a top job de-escalating it and moving them on. Thank you!!

Been there twice. Terrible service each time. First time, the sub wasn’t even wrapped properly. Second time, thought I’d give it another chance. I tried to use a voucher which was posted through my letterbox. The staff member refused to accept it because I didn’t have the subway app. All other vouchers that came through the door were used at other Subway franchises without the online app. Makes no sense.

they gave me a time (19.00hrs) and a driver was given the job at 18.30hrs, but he never turned up. i was going to call them but kept on waiting and left it. he turn up with no excuse. i have had it no more.

My food was ordered at 6:23pm, 5minutes after the scheduled delivery time I was notified that they were waiting for a driver to become available. I received my food at 7:11pm. I had requested my food to be hot and it was stone cold when It was delivered. Not very impressed to be honest.

Our food quality was very very poor. The tomatoes are disgusting and shouldn't be served as food. The order has arrived and was freezing cold.

I ordered from this store through Deliveroo and half of our meal did not come despite all the items missing were in a deal. Understandably mistakes happen but when we called the store to get sent the items to us the staff were rude, accusing us of having things we didn’t and ended the call on us mid complaint. Overall very unprofessional and poor customer service. Not pleased at all.

i ordered a sandwich to have on my dinner break at work. ordered it toasted, with sauce and salad. came untoasted, with browning salad and the wrong sauce in a pot! really disappointed :(

The woman that served me was one of the most miserable people I’ve ever met. The way she served me was like I was causing her a major inconvenience. The sandwich I ordered was just as bad. Asked for it toasted and the woman took it out the oven early and it was cold. It’s easily the worst subway I’ve ever been to.

All the fillings were mixed up.

Cold muffin, like they taken out of the fridge. Wrap cold, so as the filling inside it. Pot of meatballs reheated in the microwave. All was thrown inside one bag only, so the carmel from Muffin was everywhere. Disappointing overall...

Suggested hours not correct, went in from the train station for a quick bite at 23:55 and the server said they were closed despite the shop being open. Understandable to be closed at this time on a Sunday but it shouldn't be advertised as open if it isn't open
