Never find tasty pizza like yours so far

Just had a delivery costing nearly £40 what a joke it’s all over cooked or burnt never again avoid at all costs and the drink was missing it’s that bad the dog won’t even eat it in response to your message about contacting customer service my wife did and they were not interested at all just thought we were after a refund rather than reading the email sent to them

Told deliver driver was on his way only to find he wasn't and food hadn't been prepared. Bad communication waited over 2 hrs. Food was cold and one item missing. I don't like making criticism on anyone as I know they are busy but if he said sorry it may be late, I.would have accepted that.

Super excellent large night food, better than maccys

I love the cheesy garlic bread from this place, but most times they give me wrong one. They made cheesy pizza instead garlic bread . Wish extra care reading the order, will be appreciated. Thanks

Rude staff and totally ruined the pizza .. I order a medium bbq pizza in which they placed it in a small box .. messed the pizza up and cut I up and squashed it in such a way that it was pretty much impossible to eat with hands.. as you would do a pizza. The gentleman on shift said o we didn’t have a medium box so we put it in a small one but didn’t even apologise for ruining the pizza .. the dough must of been old as the crust was separated from the pizza and the bread would just fall apart. There was no acknowledgement of what he had done and was not even apologetic when I showed him the state of the pizza he had just given me and charged me £10.00 for. 3 of the slices was not even edible. Let alone the rest of the pizza .. avoid this place at all cost !!!!

Terrible service, we made a fairly substantial order and the server refused to make large pizzas or any sides as he said “it would take too long”.

Totally waste of money and time. Taste is 3/10 with bad cutting slices size. And Garlic Bread was lying upside down and it was clinging to the box. I would say that instead of wasting money and time, take it from somewhere else

So I stopped here late Friday night, looked at it and thought food is food in my drunken state, this turned out to be one of the best pizzas I have ever had! I just looked them up online and was surprised to see such a low star review...... My experiance is the staff are nice (very patient considering how drunk everybody was) and the food was again.....absolutely banging even the cold slices I ate the next day!

Bought a margarita pizza this evening only to get half way through it to discover the base had mould all over it (see dark spots on base of pizza) absolutely appalled by the quality of food. You should avoid this place by all means necessary unless you want to lose a few kilo’s within the evening. Would never order again.

I had an issue with my pizza once, took a little working out but overall they were quite polite and helpful, replacing my order . Food has always been good.

Terrible service. Rude and arrogant customer service. Ordered 2 'large' pizzas and what turned up was barely medium by any other company. Always gone here before anyone else but never again. I was told I was lying when I challenged them. We waited an hour for our pizzas, when they turned up so small o called and asked what size they should be. 10 inch for a medium and 12 inch for a large, we could barely measure 11 inches and for a thin crust I would expect bigger but it was infact much smaller. I spoke to a worker and manager and was told I was wrong there's no way it could be that size. He offered to bring 2 boxes to prove me wrong but didn't care about a) being a decent human and sorting my grievance b) providing good customer service and not accusing me of being a liar c) providing us with 2 large pizzas. Don't ever order from here unless you're okay with being hugely overcharged and talked down to!!!

Can't fault the pizza, pizza is nice. The service however is not good. I order from here at least once a month, but not anymore. Last month I ordered for a collection and went home to find they gave me the wrong pizza, I called them up and they said that they'll make the right one for me if I wanted to collect it, but I don't live that close so they said that they'll give me a free pizza next time I ordered and to let them know. I then order again for a delivery on a snow day and told them what happened last time. The guy in the phone says "ohhh sorry its not on the system". I wasn't happy but still ordered food at extortionate prices just cause it was snowy outside. I paid £2.49 for a bottle of Coke which is a rip off and the delivery driver forgot it. He said that he'll let them know but I also called them up telling them to put it on the system for next time I order so that I get my Coke as they failed to give me my free pizza. Yesterday I am ordering for a collection and I let them know that they forgot my Coke last time and the guy on the phone then puts his manager on. His manager checks our address and says that it's not on their 'system'. And then says that's he'll give me the coke for £1 even though I paid for it already. I then didn't order cause I was too pissed off with their service. These guys can't keep their word and I suffered from their mistakes. Just cause they were incapable of putting it on their system I didn't get my pizza that they owed me and my coke which I want a refund for. Hopefully head office will see this and try to rectify their mistakes.

Absolutely disgraceful food. I wouldn’t feed this to a raccoon. I wasn’t eating pizza I was drinking oil. Please refrain from ordering from here. It’s disgusting food and money can be used elsewhere. It’s better to starve than order from here.

Delivery said that it would take 30-40 min. It's been over an hour and when my boyfriend rang from a different number to find out where the order was, all what was said is 'it's on it's way' and they hung up. Now unless they are mind readers (in which case they are in the wrong industry) then I am not sure how they know our pizza in particular is on its way. It's late, I'm hungry. They could have been understanding or explained they are running late.

They don't open late enough on week days, I just wanted a pineapple pizza at 2:30am on a Thursday morning and they're not open. What a disappointment

Couldn't find my house, which is strange because I've never had that problem, came after an hour and 40 minutes. And drinks were missing. And as you guessed, the food wasn't very warm at this point.

What an absolute disgrace! After ordering two pizzas with five extra dip, I received one pizza and five dip. In which, this pizza had the wrong topping. It had meatballs instead of ham. When I rung the shop, they claimed that I was lying and that I did not order two pizzas and that I was also lying about the meatballs being on the pizza that I see right before my eyes. Furthermore, a question I asked myself was why would I order a medium pizza with 5 dips? I do not need 5 dips. Somebody else agreed to send me a large pizza half and half so me and my friend could eat, in exchange for the first medium pizza. Well you can't resell it??? Moreover, I hope you saw that it had meatballs on it, and should think carefully before insulting and accusing your customers of lying. I am truly disgusted with the service I received.

Not great, pizza base was a bit soft, not much toppings, although tons of crap quality greasy cheese.... Better places around. I won't order from this company again.

They try to rip you off (5£ more) when you go later during the night.

DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE - I ordered spaghetti bolognaise and when it came it was all burnt on the top - not edible at all. When I say burnt it wasn't just the odd but the whole top of the pasta was black !. So we rang them up and they clearly couldn't care less - didn't even offer a refund / another one. Absolutely terrible food and customer service. DO NOT BUY ANY FOOD FROM HERE AT ALL!

Wrong order arrived. They blamed the online ordering system and didn't want to know - were quite rude about it. Not recommended.

Hated it, yes Hated it... NEVER ORDER FROM THEM I ADVISE and once they did not get me the full order as I ordered, in addition they say 30-45 minutes delivery time, but always takes longer, last time I ordered it took the driver an hour and a half to call me, and after several call with them for a refund , all what I heard "we're sorry"

TWO HOURS ago we ordered a pizza and were just told that they will not send us our lunch. We live on a major street a 5 minute drive from this restaurant (car is in the shop). After waiting over an hour we called to check on it. They said they would call us with an estimate, which they never did. 30 minutes later we called again and they said that the delivery guy couldn't find us but they would try again. Another 30 minutes goes by so we call for an update. The incredibly rude jerk on the phone said, "we can't find you" so they weren't even trying during the time we were starving and waiting. If you GOOGLE our post code the exact location comes up. NEVER ORDER FROM THESE JERKS.

Our pizza has taken over an hour and a half to get here!
