McDonald's in Guildford

Very clean and quick service especially in the mornings. Plenty of space to sit for the meal too.

The service was OK but that was it. The food was cold and not very good. I visited the gents toilet and was genuinely shocked. Soap dispensers had been removed or empty all the hand dryers were turned off, the one urinal was taped off and in a real mess. All in all a very poor experience give it a miss.

Dirty, there is nobody you can ask about your order, orders often being lost, and waiting time could be more then 20 minutes. Absolute treah

Due to my ASD, there is a limited number of food items I can order from mcdonalds, and one of the only burgers I can eat is the filet o' fish. Unfortunately they were completely unavailable. I don't know whether they'd run out of ingredients but it did hurt to know that it meant I couldn't eat dinner with the rest of my family because of this.

People reporting that the staff don't care make me laugh. Bro, it's McDonald's, the staff are all probably dead inside, give em a break! jfc My foods usually pretty good, never had any customisation forgotten, no issues to report 🤟

Only got 4 out of 6 items, make sure to double check your order before you leave. Good luck if youre getting it delivered. Decent music and atmpsphere for a mcdonalds, still nothing great.

Time let changing on the app a delivery shouldn’t take 1 and a half hours

they don’t like to work. In google maps it says they close at 2:30 a.m and at 2:05 they already had everything closed and they didn’t let anyone in. It was 2:06 and they didn’t want to serve me anything, ehile on google it clearly said they close at 2:30. They said to me that they just didn’t want to work anymore. Really big shame. And reakke Poor management style. Manager need to be fired

Popped in for breakfast. Tried using the app but it wouldn't work. Asked for help and management came to help and said that it was cr4p! Ended up ordering via self serve and had to wait over 10 for my order to come though - this was annoying as I was the first in a queue. The air con was on blowing cold air so upstairs was cold.

Delivery took nearly 90 minutes and was cold

Not the best MacDonald I have been, service can be a hit or miss and you are literally having to look for a server for help. Last time I was there it took me nearly half an hour to get my breakfast which I think they forgot. By the time the food came I had already asked for I refund and went somewhere else to buy food

Just what they are. Something to eat. No front staff, self service & and pretty impersonal. But tasty and nice coffee.

The absolute worst Mac Donald’s I have ever had in 30 years.It was all cold and the large fries was a joke….do not come here unless you are hammered/drunk because it is awful.

App always cannot be used in this store, poor service

This store has glacially slow service. In addition, this location notoriously always reports orders as collected multiple minutes before they hand them to you, so you spend almost all your time waiting in front of a screen that no longer shows your order number. Cleaning the front-of-house seems to be an afterthought, the floor is regularly filthy and litter always piles up in the corners where customers are attempting to sneak an 'eat-in' experience by sitting on the windowsills to consume their food while the upstairs seating is closed.

They had fries literally half full and then tried to gaslight me by saying this was normal- my replacement fries were the same but I gave up an left by that point - bad service and and poor quality product

I could tell from viewing the tracker the driver was making several stops which meant that when the food arrived it was stone cold. Cold chips and burgers can’t be heated up. Very disappointed!

There was a girl that that was really rude, most of the staff were not really that friendly and just slap the order on the counter , yell the number and go away. Orders take twice as long as other places and tv showing orders is tuned off so just listen to shouts. Even though building is in a good location, there are so many better options on high street than this.

Mc Donald's, yet again, got it wrong. my child wanted a cheeseburger happy meal. i paid for a cheeseburger happy meal. i received a nugget meal. ordered 3 curry dips. received 1 sweet chilli dip.

Horrendous to say the least. The closing time on the window clearly says 00:15 despite which the manager locks the door in my face a minute past midday.

SHAMBLES.. we started by sitting through a long 40 minute wait listening to adverts praising the "mcservice".we got our food but wasn't complete with 5 portions of chips missing.the 2 staff[ who to be fair only had 1 stars] just annoyingly pasted for ten mins the really dodging my complaint and my want of a refund.then more chaos ensues with the worker dropping whole meal and the person complaining and wanting the refund and free meal.we eventually got the complete meal but more crap! The food we did get was lukewarm and chips were the worst I've ever had.terrible around performance from mcdonald's and it's laughable a billion pound company can hire the uninterested staff and produce poor product.the manager just hid in the back swearing and shouting at his underlings.funny but never again.

shocking, ordered at 8pm arrived at 1035pm, food was cold and not eatable, what a joke of a fast food restaurant, I was treating my kids! had to send them to bed as they couldn't wait any longer!!!

Expect the following: Really long wait times at any time of day, messed up orders and missing items, broken receipt printers on the ordering screens, chronic understaffing, and half of the menu items being unavailable. This applies whether you're dining in, eating out or even ordering for delivery. Every time I go here there are masses of people waiting for their orders (20 to 30 minutes wait is common for a simple order), and the same applies to delivery orders. At any given point in time you will find that the receipt printers are broken on at least half the ordering screens, and they never have enough staff on shift to do basic cleaning or maintenance around the place (so the toilets are always either closed or filthy), let alone have someone on duty at the counter. The food, when/if you get it, if they haven't got your order wrong (which is remarkably common, they get my order wroung about 1 in every 5 times I go there), isn't great by McDonald's standards, and often isn't all that warm, normally because it's been left sat on a counter somewhere while they prioritise delivery orders. The staff themselves are overworked, so they change constantly, and often don't have much idea what they're doing - they're always visibly out of their depth and often seem to make basic mistakes. Not their fault, it's what happens when the management run the restaurant on a skeleton staff despite it being in a high footfall area. Finally, if you ever go there in the evenings you will see all the nearby disabled parking bays being taken up by delivery drivers waiting ages to collect orders from McDonalds, so the consequences of the poor service even manages to extend beyond the restaurant itself. That being said, you'll probably still end up ordering from here, because it's often the only place open, but if you do then definitely don't do it on your way to catch a train or a bus - otherwise you are guaranteed to either have to abandon your food or your journey as that's how long your food will take to come out.

To be honest I wouldn’t order from here or just eat ever again. Half my order was missing and just eat decided it was ‘within their guidelines’ not to refund me for the items I did not receive. Billion pound companies taking money off the lesser people once again! I actually give 0 stars for both companies but that isn’t possible.

The driver was very apologetic however I placed my order at 18:20 and it arrived at 21:35 no option to cancel. Can’t contact customer service only via a complaints form which will take 7 days. Now food has arrived it’s stone cold meaning it sat there for all this time to only get back not even half of what I paid and in credit. Now I will have to order from just eat again!!!! Would never recommend just eat to anyone

Possibly the worst McDonald's for service ever. Westfields White City comes in second place. McDonald's used to be a place to get food relatively quickly. 25 mins to get a breakfast wrap is ridiculous, 2 girls were waiting 40 mins for what looked like 4 meals. If someone had bothered apologising for the delay with any kind of reason, it may have softened the blow.

They really need to limit the numbers of delivery orders they accept and give some priority to the customers waiting 20-30 minutes for simple orders! Think I'd learn by now but still seem to go back and get disappointed every time. Possibly the worse McDonald's I've ever been to.

Tuesday lunchtime, so not busy at all, but yet get home to find a double quarter pounder missing from my order. I only ordered 2 meals; it really isn’t that hard to count 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 drinks. On top of that you haven’t even got to take my order anymore as its done through a screen, literally pack a bag with food but yet staff can’t seem to manage even that.

The Burger was great but the fries were not cooked in the middle! I think you need to check the timer on your fryer!
