McDonald's in Guildford

Order time said 30 mins, I waited almost 2 hours and my food arrived stone cold!

Order was over an hour late and cold . I appreciate lack of riders, but a suspension of accepting orders should kick in.

Totally messed up order! Double cheeseburger with chilli peppers. Ice coffee instead of milkshake. This much better a joke!!

Dispite when ordering i asked for no onions, mustard or pickle slices under each layer of cheese was a large amount of onion so I had to scrape it and the cheese out.

Never get all the order every single time this time no chips and no sauces yet again! This is why we dont like using you! Lesson learnt and lots of chances given not using again!

Had a wrap and an iced latte. The milk had a spoiled taste to it the time I had it and guess what, the next day I had a terrible stomach ache. poor hygiene I reckon. Never going there again.

No chicken nuggets and most drinks only regular size not large ,we only had chips for dinner, very disappointed

Ordered and it said 15 to 30 minutes. Arrived after 59 minutes, food was cold and the order was wrong. Given £2.80 credit. Complete opposite of fast food.

I placed an order for delivery at night and after i placed my order i called them just for and enquiry and the person who attended the call was sooo rude and mannerless! Even i work at KFC I know the stress level during busy time but it doesn’t mean you’ll be rude with customer. When I called next time my call went busy all the time! This is soo unacceptable! I would really appreciate if you could take any actions..

Not the best McDonalds out there. I regularly find myself waiting forever to be served (I recently waited 45 minutes for a Big Mac. I often order through Deliveroo and almost every time, something will be missing

Popped by for breakfast on the way back from holiday, 4 sausage and egg muffin meals, bun solid and burnt, egg with a grey yolk! Clearly been sitting in a warmer for 30+ minutes! Hash brown was soft and cold! I worked at MC Donald's 30 years ago, everything was fresh and was exactly the same at every restaurant, what is it with the quality these days? Maybe the youth of today think that sub standard is okay, well it's not!!!!!

I got a large menu from McDonald's and a mini Mc.Flurry, and the burgers was lacking a few ingredients, they gave me half of the fryes they had to, half of the ice cream, almost no oreo on it, basically they tried to save all the ingredients they could.

Came in before taking my son to see the Minecraft Movie as a special treat as he loves Minecraft. Order the Minecraft happy meal and wanted to order the Big mac Minecraft but no Big Macs available in a McDonald's. Get upstairs to have our meals and there is no Minecraft toy in the Happy meal they have replaced it with a despicable me 4 toy. Go downstairs to swop it out for the right toy only to be told they don't have any. Ask for one of the toys from the Adults meal only to be told they can't do it. Ask to speak to a manager, but all I can hear is the manager shouting at the employee that they can't do it and refusing to speak to me. Pathetic service and an amazing way to ruin a 6 years surprise night out.

Seriously don't bother ordering from Uber late at night - they are unable of delivering via it. You'll be waiting hours they never actually hand off to the Uber drivers.

Don't put your weekend closing time as 2:30 am if you are not even allowing people in or accepting delivery at that time??There was at least 20 + people outside wanting food and your bouncer stopped anyone coming in this was at 2:03. Say you close at 2am it's super misleading and very annoying.

Was turned away at the door and told that they were shut despite being advertised as not. This was on 23/03/2025 at 5:45PM

Liked the food. The service was slow. Didn't like the lift. Didn't know what door was going to open. Needs seating downstairs.

Sad to say, not the greatest experience - a ‘ peculiar’ place (if ‘peculiar’ is the apt and appropriate word). Ordered some food - a Fillet ‘o Fish, a McPlant Burger and Large Fries. My order was ‘snatched’ by some lingering kid, whilst I wasn’t watching, because he wanted some one else’s grub. Complained about it to a nice member of staff. After locating the unholy ****** on the first floor eating area, the order was re-made - fair play. In terms of the food, really unimpressed by the state of McD’s Fillet ‘o Fish. It’s been about 5 years, or so, since I ate one in the U.K. The size of the supposed ‘fish burger’ has shrunk (what a surprise) and for the price (versus quantity/size) is utterly pathetic. A McFish Burger in Belgium, costs about 1-2 Euros depending on their offers. The McPlant Burger was fine, the fries poor. The only thing interesting about this place, strangely, is that they have a ‘dumb waiter’ (food lift/elevator) operating between the GF and eating area on the First Floor.

The worst McDonald's I've ever had in my life. The chicken was hard and dry, they put zero sauce. The bun was hard. And outside there was a rat festation, I didn't even bother to complain because I was so disgusted, I'll probably never eat McDonald's again.

Unusually slow service for McDonald's with order collection display problems. Items are listed as for collection when they aren't ready and then disappear from the display.

my drink was spilt everywhere. bag was dripping. i had barley any of my coke left. the driver was blasting music as he pulled up to my home, my baby is asleep bare in mind as it’s 9:15pm!!!! my food was not in a heat bag and arrived freezing cold. half of our food was missing!!! we had two mayo chickens and small chips, and the mozerella sticks. i am so disappointed.

Shockingly slow service when very quiet . Waited 10 minutes for the food to be ready while some was sat in a bag getting stone cold whilst waiting to cook other items.

Service people are always nice but very busy and occasionally get the order wrong, especially when you customise or order two different but similar sandwiches. Food quality in McDonalds in general is getting gradualy worse while the prices go up.

Very clean and quick service especially in the mornings. Plenty of space to sit for the meal too.
