McDonald's in Guildford

Liked the food. The service was slow. Didn't like the lift. Didn't know what door was going to open. Needs seating downstairs.

If I cloud give negative stars I would on this one, worst McDonald in the world..... In fact worst food restaurant In the whole... Cold food.

Cold stale chips, the wrong drinks & a burger missing from the order. Can they get any worse. Won’t be coming back - worst McDonalds yet!

Sad to say, not the greatest experience - a ‘ peculiar’ place (if ‘peculiar’ is the apt and appropriate word). Ordered some food - a Fillet ‘o Fish, a McPlant Burger and Large Fries. My order was ‘snatched’ by some lingering kid, whilst I wasn’t watching, because he wanted some one else’s grub. Complained about it to a nice member of staff. After locating the unholy ****** on the first floor eating area, the order was re-made - fair play. In terms of the food, really unimpressed by the state of McD’s Fillet ‘o Fish. It’s been about 5 years, or so, since I ate one in the U.K. The size of the supposed ‘fish burger’ has shrunk (what a surprise) and for the price (versus quantity/size) is utterly pathetic. A McFish Burger in Belgium, costs about 1-2 Euros depending on their offers. The McPlant Burger was fine, the fries poor. The only thing interesting about this place, strangely, is that they have a ‘dumb waiter’ (food lift/elevator) operating between the GF and eating area on the First Floor.

Ordered 2 large meals. Missing fries in both of those. How hard is it 🙂

The worst McDonald's I've ever had in my life. The chicken was hard and dry, they put zero sauce. The bun was hard. And outside there was a rat festation, I didn't even bother to complain because I was so disgusted, I'll probably never eat McDonald's again.

my drink was spilt everywhere. bag was dripping. i had barley any of my coke left. the driver was blasting music as he pulled up to my home, my baby is asleep bare in mind as it’s 9:15pm!!!! my food was not in a heat bag and arrived freezing cold. half of our food was missing!!! we had two mayo chickens and small chips, and the mozerella sticks. i am so disappointed.

Shockingly slow service when very quiet . Waited 10 minutes for the food to be ready while some was sat in a bag getting stone cold whilst waiting to cook other items.

Service people are always nice but very busy and occasionally get the order wrong, especially when you customise or order two different but similar sandwiches. Food quality in McDonalds in general is getting gradualy worse while the prices go up.

Order was missing so many items, called the store and they didn’t respond

Delivery was great except the wrap came with the tomato and mayonnaise which I had specifically requested not to have.

I ordered big mac extra lettuce but I received hardly any lettuce. Although I ordered with shift manager.

Very clean and quick service especially in the mornings. Plenty of space to sit for the meal too.

Original order was expected 11:15-11:20 and it arrived at 12:20

The service was OK but that was it. The food was cold and not very good. I visited the gents toilet and was genuinely shocked. Soap dispensers had been removed or empty all the hand dryers were turned off, the one urinal was taped off and in a real mess. All in all a very poor experience give it a miss.

rude driver, waited in a random car park for 10 minutes with our food, made us come downstairs as he didn't wanna climb the stairs

Dirty, there is nobody you can ask about your order, orders often being lost, and waiting time could be more then 20 minutes. Absolute treah

My order was wrong, I ordered two big tastys with bacon and only got one and I didn't get a straw for my shake

We got the wrong food (again). A salad and happy meal instead of big tasty meal, 20 nuggets, McCrispy and fries. Just terrible

We were missing an item, McCrispy, and the fries were cold. The delivery driver was stood around the corner for at least 15 minutes before making contact, despite me messaging him twice.

Usually coke comes all spilled out but this driver was the first one in a while to keep it clean. Also very polite, had a good experience with them.

They forgot one of my ordered items 💀

Due to my ASD, there is a limited number of food items I can order from mcdonalds, and one of the only burgers I can eat is the filet o' fish. Unfortunately they were completely unavailable. I don't know whether they'd run out of ingredients but it did hurt to know that it meant I couldn't eat dinner with the rest of my family because of this.

People reporting that the staff don't care make me laugh. Bro, it's McDonald's, the staff are all probably dead inside, give em a break! jfc My foods usually pretty good, never had any customisation forgotten, no issues to report 🤟

Your driver needs to learn to wait a few mins when I said I'll come downstairs. He said after calling second time to rush me out: " My friend I have 3 orders more to deliver." ... Well, then the solution should be that you leave it at the door then.

Only got 4 out of 6 items, make sure to double check your order before you leave. Good luck if youre getting it delivered. Decent music and atmpsphere for a mcdonalds, still nothing great.

they don’t like to work. In google maps it says they close at 2:30 a.m and at 2:05 they already had everything closed and they didn’t let anyone in. It was 2:06 and they didn’t want to serve me anything, ehile on google it clearly said they close at 2:30. They said to me that they just didn’t want to work anymore. Really big shame. And reakke Poor management style. Manager need to be fired

Popped in for breakfast. Tried using the app but it wouldn't work. Asked for help and management came to help and said that it was cr4p! Ended up ordering via self serve and had to wait over 10 for my order to come though - this was annoying as I was the first in a queue. The air con was on blowing cold air so upstairs was cold.

Not the best MacDonald I have been, service can be a hit or miss and you are literally having to look for a server for help. Last time I was there it took me nearly half an hour to get my breakfast which I think they forgot. By the time the food came I had already asked for I refund and went somewhere else to buy food

Just what they are. Something to eat. No front staff, self service & and pretty impersonal. But tasty and nice coffee.

At night, it's full of young people and the atmosphere is noisy. The store is always thoroughly cleaned. just

The absolute worst Mac Donald’s I have ever had in 30 years.It was all cold and the large fries was a joke….do not come here unless you are hammered/drunk because it is awful.

App always cannot be used in this store, poor service

This store has glacially slow service. In addition, this location notoriously always reports orders as collected multiple minutes before they hand them to you, so you spend almost all your time waiting in front of a screen that no longer shows your order number. Cleaning the front-of-house seems to be an afterthought, the floor is regularly filthy and litter always piles up in the corners where customers are attempting to sneak an 'eat-in' experience by sitting on the windowsills to consume their food while the upstairs seating is closed.

Amazing! Table service and staff are fantastic!

They had fries literally half full and then tried to gaslight me by saying this was normal- my replacement fries were the same but I gave up an left by that point - bad service and and poor quality product

Very rude staff. Terrible delivery service if I could give zero stars I would. They forgot half of my order and when I called to ask why was very dismissive and rude.

I could tell from viewing the tracker the driver was making several stops which meant that when the food arrived it was stone cold. Cold chips and burgers can’t be heated up. Very disappointed!

I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers without pickles and I only had two burgers delivered and both had pickles in. Absolutely shocking swrvice
