really disappointing. food never arrived and they never answered the phone so I couldn't request an update.

the food was cold, the salad was a mushy mess and I almost broke a tooth on the rock hard chirro!

the delivery driver was very friendly and professional

food was stone cold, driver was rude and unapologetic for the lateness of the food, very unsatisfactory.

Late in the evening approaching closing time I entered the store and was greeted with a warm friendly smile by Nazib, I think the only person on duty at that time. The place was immaculately clean and superbly presented. Nazib prepared my sub with skill and attention to detail. He upsold me to a meal deal politely telling me the benefits as he had obviously seen me studying the drinks menu. Top class guy, made me feeling welcome and so glad i called in.

Good customer service unlike most places they actually looked at my comments and amending what I asked for only thing I would say probably not put the drink in the bag with the hot food

Freezing cold, order was wrong and no sauces. Incorrect deink. Wasnt toasted either

Just a real let down, thrown together with no care, wrong crisps, garlic bread was so chewy it was inedible. Foot long sandwich was so bad it was thrown away after 2 mouthfuls. Will not be going back there

Their delivery service is truly abysmal. Ordered food, 20 minutes outside of the delivery window and am still waiting.

order was over half an hour late and half of it is missing

awful, normally quite good. wrong bread was used on both subs, missing the turkey and cold. to make matters worse ordered a footlong cookie, ended up with the gingerbread so went straight in the bin.

got the breads wrong on the orders. got the sauces wrong inside the sandwiches. the Chipotle cheese bites, wedges and hashbrowns cold. Source containers were only a quarter full. The driver was only redeeming part

The order arrived cold, poorly made and had items missing. Phoned outlet twice to ask about delivery. When delivery person eventually arrived they left order on doorstep, did not hand items to us. Absolutely will not order from them again.

Sometimes it was difficult for the people to acknowledge what I was saying and it was the same with me. You can't go wrong with subway though.

this shop has gone down hill badly within the last year, sandwiches are dry no butter or mayonnaise, two pieces of lettuce and about 3 pieces of chicken. food is always late being delivered too.

Very pleasant lady serving, food very fresh, good selection, and what a lovely sandwich. Eaten on the promenade at Burnham on sea.

Missed off items and sent different drinks to what we ordered, it’s like they don’t care they are charging so much for a sandwich and then don’t even send the full order. Tried putting a query through on just eat but no response from them and it says to take a picture of your order, how does that help with missing items? Absolute ripoff, waste of money.

I'm not one to complain but it was cold and the cheesy garlic bread was disgusting I had one bite and threw it away, there didn't seem to be any garlic on it and very chewy. I would send a photo if I could. It certainly wasn't worth £11.00. No apology for being late either. Very very disappointed

Just had my subway meal delivered from just eat. Absolutely awful. It was 20mins late, no apology from the delivery guy. My sub was cold but heated it up as I needed to eat. The garlic bread was disgusting, chewy, no garlic, just horrible and could not eat it. Certainly not worth the £11.09. Very very disappointed. Will not be recommending to anyone!!

did not order my sub to be toasted and arrived so. I have allergies to melted cheese and sub arrived hot toasted and cheese was malted. the restaurant does not follow food allergy regulations really disappointed for how much I order from you

Great delivery no complaints there, the food though was terrible all of the bread was chewy, the lattice fries were soggy anything that was hot was cold, the food was delivered in plastic bag and as we all know plastic bags condensate hence soggy foo

Early delivery. Cookies and drink (Coke) were both good.

Delivery was late by 12/13 minutes. The Quavers and cookie were both good. The roll could've had a better taste to it to be honest. Also, the Coke Zero Cherry arrived warm when it should've arrived cold as it's a cold drink! Overall, could've been better to be fair! Bit unimpressed and disappointed! Sorry!

The food was cold and sweaty as hot and cold food had been put in the same bags and the delivery took 15 mins over the longest estimated time. The nacho bites were inedible. All 3 drinks were incorrect and the cookies were ordered were also the wrong type. This is the second time we have had poor service from subway Burnham on sea, I won’t be making that mistake again

my foot long churro is cold and soggy and i don’t have any caramel sauce. my foot long dipper also had no sauce and was also kind of soggy. this is the second time recently my order had been messed up/wrong or missing stuff and i have not received any kind of refund or credit.

over am hour late and stone cold by the time I received it. ordered at 10:30, estimated to arrive 11 but then was pushed back to 11:15 and then again to 11:30. it then displayed as arrived, despite having not received it. After prompting the restaurant they said 12:00. at this point I had to go out so my partner stayed home to accept the food which arrived at 12:05 and it was freezing cold and soggy. my meal had to be thrown due to me being out the rest of the day and it taking so long to arrive

The service I received today was Very bad the Indian man that served me was clearly racist towards me as I am from Albania. He said to me that he didn’t understand me, I speak very good English so I believe he was just being rude. He overcharged me for my food and it was very badly presented to me, I am giving this subway one star. Do not go to this subway if you are not English as the workers are very racist. Thank you

Food was very cold when received. All items were placed into one bag, including 2 cold drinks right next to the food. Wrong drink was delivered and incorrect toppings on one of the subs. Won’t be ordering from again.

My delivery hasn’t arrived it’s been an hour and a half

ordered food. gave a delivery time window of 20 mins. status changed to out for delivery. 1/2 an hour later no show. requested update and was told it would be delivered over an hour after initial time. left it until after that time had passed to call. no response. absolutely shocking!

order wasn't prepared properly. footlong sub was meant to come with no mayo or source. it came packed with mayonnaise which I'm allergic to. nobody at the shop would answer. the phone also came an hour late

Absolutely ridiculous ordered food then tried to call to change my order called 10 times no answer . Ordered a meal deal with a Lipton tea mint & green received a peach ice tea I have no words to describe my anger . We also purchased waffle fries with caeser sauce and the seasoning received mayo instead and arrived with no seasoning . To top it all off I ordered a cherry Pepsi and received a cherry Coca Cola I demand a refund now this is not what I expect Subway
