Very pleasant lady serving, food very fresh, good selection, and what a lovely sandwich. Eaten on the promenade at Burnham on sea.

Half an order, driver couldn’t find the house, I called up and stated what was missing but he already knew?

Incorrect drink for the 4th time in a row. Other than that, on time and good food.

Order was cold. Wasn’t toasted. Ordered waffle fries and they gave me hash browns. Was hardly any sauce in the sauce pot I ordered. Vey time I order something is wrong and it’s always cold

Missed off items and sent different drinks to what we ordered, it’s like they don’t care they are charging so much for a sandwich and then don’t even send the full order. Tried putting a query through on just eat but no response from them and it says to take a picture of your order, how does that help with missing items? Absolute ripoff, waste of money.

The waffle fries were warm not hot but everything else was great

I'm not one to complain but it was cold and the cheesy garlic bread was disgusting I had one bite and threw it away, there didn't seem to be any garlic on it and very chewy. I would send a photo if I could. It certainly wasn't worth £11.00. No apology for being late either. Very very disappointed

did not order my sub to be toasted and arrived so. I have allergies to melted cheese and sub arrived hot toasted and cheese was malted. the restaurant does not follow food allergy regulations really disappointed for how much I order from you

Order was not correct - sprite instead of mountain dew, ready salted crisps instead of walkers max paprika, no cheese on salad, stone cold waffle fries.

If I could give zero stars I would, waited over an hour for delivery, when I call I get answer machine saying mail box full. Still waiting for my order, please order elsewhere as this franchise does not represent a true subway, it's appalling service.

food was soggy and very dry my sub had only chicken and mayo and it cost over 8 pounds and had not even a handful of chicken in it with a slither of mayo really really disappointed will NOT be ordering again

Great delivery no complaints there, the food though was terrible all of the bread was chewy, the lattice fries were soggy anything that was hot was cold, the food was delivered in plastic bag and as we all know plastic bags condensate hence soggy foo

Early delivery. Cookies and drink (Coke) were both good.

Delivery was late by 12/13 minutes. The Quavers and cookie were both good. The roll could've had a better taste to it to be honest. Also, the Coke Zero Cherry arrived warm when it should've arrived cold as it's a cold drink! Overall, could've been better to be fair! Bit unimpressed and disappointed! Sorry!

Yet again the incompetent delivery driver expects you to come to his car to get your food, does he not know how a doorbell works?? I’m 40 weeks pregnant and live in a flat!! Do your job it’s what your paid for!

The food was cold and sweaty as hot and cold food had been put in the same bags and the delivery took 15 mins over the longest estimated time. The nacho bites were inedible. All 3 drinks were incorrect and the cookies were ordered were also the wrong type. This is the second time we have had poor service from subway Burnham on sea, I won’t be making that mistake again

my foot long churro is cold and soggy and i don’t have any caramel sauce. my foot long dipper also had no sauce and was also kind of soggy. this is the second time recently my order had been messed up/wrong or missing stuff and i have not received any kind of refund or credit.

over am hour late and stone cold by the time I received it. ordered at 10:30, estimated to arrive 11 but then was pushed back to 11:15 and then again to 11:30. it then displayed as arrived, despite having not received it. After prompting the restaurant they said 12:00. at this point I had to go out so my partner stayed home to accept the food which arrived at 12:05 and it was freezing cold and soggy. my meal had to be thrown due to me being out the rest of the day and it taking so long to arrive

The service I received today was Very bad the Indian man that served me was clearly racist towards me as I am from Albania. He said to me that he didn’t understand me, I speak very good English so I believe he was just being rude. He overcharged me for my food and it was very badly presented to me, I am giving this subway one star. Do not go to this subway if you are not English as the workers are very racist. Thank you

Over 1 hour late and not very nice waffles frizzing cold, wrong crisps sent absolute joke, can highly recommend to any of my friends give just eat a miss, gone extremely down hill this week

Food was very cold when received. All items were placed into one bag, including 2 cold drinks right next to the food. Wrong drink was delivered and incorrect toppings on one of the subs. Won’t be ordering from again.

i give 1 stars because because it wouldn't allow me to do 0.....not only is my order currently over 40mins past it's latest delivery time but i have phoned the shop 3 times to be told "it's on its way" with still no sign, we live 10 mins away from subway!!!!

My delivery hasn’t arrived it’s been an hour and a half

ordered food. gave a delivery time window of 20 mins. status changed to out for delivery. 1/2 an hour later no show. requested update and was told it would be delivered over an hour after initial time. left it until after that time had passed to call. no response. absolutely shocking!

order wasn't prepared properly. footlong sub was meant to come with no mayo or source. it came packed with mayonnaise which I'm allergic to. nobody at the shop would answer. the phone also came an hour late

Absolutely ridiculous ordered food then tried to call to change my order called 10 times no answer . Ordered a meal deal with a Lipton tea mint & green received a peach ice tea I have no words to describe my anger . We also purchased waffle fries with caeser sauce and the seasoning received mayo instead and arrived with no seasoning . To top it all off I ordered a cherry Pepsi and received a cherry Coca Cola I demand a refund now this is not what I expect Subway

Worst service ever. Go to Greggs just down from. Subway is rude, dirty and disgusting. Manager could not even make sandwich on menu. Then damaged out credit card and said out fault. Awful place avoid at all costs. Lots of other great places in Burnham on Sea and surrounding area.

Food was nice probably much better if it wasn't stone cold and soggy due to being really late, based on time driver left store it took nearly 45 minutes to get to our address (we're not that far away at all) and when requesting updates from store were ignored. I'd ordered food on the app for my teenagers as we were stuck in A&E and wanted to make sure they had something warm at tea time didn't happen ordering from here, very unlikely to order again.

Taste was good but was a a bit messy when delivered and meatballs weren’t hot but overall it wasn’t bad. Forgot crispy onions on my sub and Pepsi max was substituted for a Coca Cola Zero (not really an issue)

Love the fact that you can customise your roll with choices of bread and salad items beyond the filling. This branch in Burnham on Sea was very friendly and not too busy. A perfect place to grab a reasonably priced takeaway lunch to eat on the seafront!

Food finally arrived 20 minutes late after estimated delivery time. All the food was cold (hash browns, crinkle wedges, Subs) and the tuna sub I had ordered was absolutely dripping with mayo and soggy from where it had been sat in a plastic bag for however long, a soggy inedible mess. Have ordered previously and have had no problems, but today was extremely disappointing and not even an apology given. Very poor service.
