Subway in Sedgemoor

I have never written a complaint about food and normally I would just leave it. But this time I’d have enough. From start to finish the service was awful, the order took an hour to get 5 minutes down the road, when the food came it was freezing cold. Also items were missing, when questioned about this we were told it was “meant to be cold” after being cooked which clearly makes no sense as every single other subway I’ve had has not been like this, and when asked about the missing items they first said they would drop it down to us then after an hour said it they would not do it and accused us of lying. And also just said to go to uber eats and rudely dismissed us. Very concerning how these people are handling food when they cannot even handle an order. Disgusting.

I am absolutely appalled! not once, not twice, but three times I have received my sandwich stone cold. not only was my sandwich cold, but my drinks was warm. spent £30 on a cold sandwich and a warm drink. thank you very for much for starting my day miserable!

My food was late with no explanation, they sent the wrong things and my "hot sides" were icy cold.

This is the third time I haven’t recieved the sauce that comes with the hash browns. I also had very minimal cheese even though I ordered double cheese on the sandwich. The Pepsi max I ordered as well but recieved a Coke Zero. Would have been nice to be told about the change is all. Overall I think the quality has gone downhill in the last couple of months and there is always things missing from the order

had to call several times, kept telling me 5 mins, then 10mins, absolutely poor communication and professionalism. I only order delivery due to an injury as the restaurant is on 4mins walk away.. Very very poor.

All food arrived late. Incorrect drink. All food was cold as if it had been sitting around for a while.

I was given the wrong footlong

always late, every time!! they never cut the subs and they always always always give the wrong drink. I have never once had the right drink or a courtesy call to ask what we'd prefer. you keep sending coke zero, we don't drink it.

Food hasn't arrived however it is appearing on app as arrived

phoned up to find out when my order will be delivered as ordered over an hour and a half ago. only to have the phone put down whe. I asked to speak to a manager. after that they updated the time on my app to say it was running late. Will not be using them again

we wanted a nice quick lunch as we had to go somewhere, left an hour for delivery but it took longer, when I rang subway they said the delivery was almost there but it took another 20 mins to arrive, in other words they lied, I'll think twice about using the service again

Late in the evening approaching closing time I entered the store and was greeted with a warm friendly smile by Nazib, I think the only person on duty at that time. The place was immaculately clean and superbly presented. Nazib prepared my sub with skill and attention to detail. He upsold me to a meal deal politely telling me the benefits as he had obviously seen me studying the drinks menu. Top class guy, made me feeling welcome and so glad i called in.

Good customer service unlike most places they actually looked at my comments and amending what I asked for only thing I would say probably not put the drink in the bag with the hot food

all the food wrapping was wet, the cookie bag ripped because off how wet. didnt put any sauce on my sub and i ordered a 2L pepsi max bottle and got a 1.25L coke zero

Just a real let down, thrown together with no care, wrong crisps, garlic bread was so chewy it was inedible. Foot long sandwich was so bad it was thrown away after 2 mouthfuls. Will not be going back there

Their delivery service is truly abysmal. Ordered food, 20 minutes outside of the delivery window and am still waiting.

order was over half an hour late and half of it is missing

awful, normally quite good. wrong bread was used on both subs, missing the turkey and cold. to make matters worse ordered a footlong cookie, ended up with the gingerbread so went straight in the bin.

Me order didn’t even arrive to my house

got the breads wrong on the orders. got the sauces wrong inside the sandwiches. the Chipotle cheese bites, wedges and hashbrowns cold. Source containers were only a quarter full. The driver was only redeeming part

The order arrived cold, poorly made and had items missing. Phoned outlet twice to ask about delivery. When delivery person eventually arrived they left order on doorstep, did not hand items to us. Absolutely will not order from them again.

Sometimes it was difficult for the people to acknowledge what I was saying and it was the same with me. You can't go wrong with subway though.

hardly any lettuce, sandwich was dry, no mayonnaise, hardly any chicken in it.

this shop has gone down hill badly within the last year, sandwiches are dry no butter or mayonnaise, two pieces of lettuce and about 3 pieces of chicken. food is always late being delivered too.

AVOID!! Order 35 minutes late, cold and wrong! As per usual delivery driver is unprofessional and expects you to come to his car! Why pay a delivery fee if they’re not actually bringing it to your door

Very pleasant lady serving, food very fresh, good selection, and what a lovely sandwich. Eaten on the promenade at Burnham on sea.

Half an order, driver couldn’t find the house, I called up and stated what was missing but he already knew?

Missed off items and sent different drinks to what we ordered, it’s like they don’t care they are charging so much for a sandwich and then don’t even send the full order. Tried putting a query through on just eat but no response from them and it says to take a picture of your order, how does that help with missing items? Absolute ripoff, waste of money.

Just had my subway meal delivered from just eat. Absolutely awful. It was 20mins late, no apology from the delivery guy. My sub was cold but heated it up as I needed to eat. The garlic bread was disgusting, chewy, no garlic, just horrible and could not eat it. Certainly not worth the £11.09. Very very disappointed. Will not be recommending to anyone!!

I'm not one to complain but it was cold and the cheesy garlic bread was disgusting I had one bite and threw it away, there didn't seem to be any garlic on it and very chewy. I would send a photo if I could. It certainly wasn't worth £11.00. No apology for being late either. Very very disappointed

Order was not correct - sprite instead of mountain dew, ready salted crisps instead of walkers max paprika, no cheese on salad, stone cold waffle fries.

If I could give zero stars I would, waited over an hour for delivery, when I call I get answer machine saying mail box full. Still waiting for my order, please order elsewhere as this franchise does not represent a true subway, it's appalling service.

food was soggy and very dry my sub had only chicken and mayo and it cost over 8 pounds and had not even a handful of chicken in it with a slither of mayo really really disappointed will NOT be ordering again

Great delivery no complaints there, the food though was terrible all of the bread was chewy, the lattice fries were soggy anything that was hot was cold, the food was delivered in plastic bag and as we all know plastic bags condensate hence soggy foo

Early delivery. Cookies and drink (Coke) were both good.

Delivery was late by 12/13 minutes. The Quavers and cookie were both good. The roll could've had a better taste to it to be honest. Also, the Coke Zero Cherry arrived warm when it should've arrived cold as it's a cold drink! Overall, could've been better to be fair! Bit unimpressed and disappointed! Sorry!

Yet again the incompetent delivery driver expects you to come to his car to get your food, does he not know how a doorbell works?? I’m 40 weeks pregnant and live in a flat!! Do your job it’s what your paid for!

The food was cold and sweaty as hot and cold food had been put in the same bags and the delivery took 15 mins over the longest estimated time. The nacho bites were inedible. All 3 drinks were incorrect and the cookies were ordered were also the wrong type. This is the second time we have had poor service from subway Burnham on sea, I won’t be making that mistake again
