Great food and service. Friendly staff. Really convenient for after shopping.

Excellent food with great hygiene and customer service.

Have ordered twice and got wrong items bith times. Ordered through deliveroo and cheese was missing from all 3 subs. Called restaurant and they said to eat subs and then contact Deliveroo for refund. Deliveroo require photos of the food to issue a refund. I am sure the restaurant knew this!!! Today I ordered 2 similar subs direct on subway app. There was no option to have toasted so they stuck the subs in the grill afterwards to warm them up. This did not melt the cheese but did heat up the mayonnaise and lettuce!!!. Only to find when we got home that there was salad in both. Only one ordered with salad. Called restaurant and got told could have 10% off if I bought another one. Really bad customer service as 4 out of 5 subs wrong. Restaurant is also looking dirty. Such a shame as used to be really good

The order was correct. But unfortunately it was cold and the bread was chewy. But still enjoyable.

Charged £10 for 1 sandwich , meat and salad was not even fresh .

The food never turned up and there didn’t seem to be an option to cancel it/get a refund. Very disappointing all round and a waste of money

When this reopened it was much better than it had been, but now again standards are slipping and it's not a place you would go to regularly anymore, although it seems most people just get it delivered by JustEat or Deliveroo nowadays and I was the only seated customer. Food is usually fine, staff experience could be better.

Previously rated this highly after the refurb but since then iv noticed much lower quality when the shop has over 2 customers, they cut corners on the toasting which ruins the subs. Just had a breakwich that tasted like puke disgusting

My friend and I planned to eat there but when we got there I needed to use the WC. It was a coded door! So I asked to get in and had to wait for a guy to arrive back to the shop in order for him to input the code! That just struck me as completely unnecessary and a major inconvenience as I was kind crossing my legs! Anyway, into the food which was very nice. My friend had a sub that she enjoyed a lot. I had a salad. I asked for cheese but none was added 🤷🏼. I also asked for ranch dressing but they didn't have any, so no dressing for me then. My salad was provided in a box that could have held a nice meal sized salad but it was barely half full. The cherry Pepsi was nice though. The serving staff were polite but the guy with the code didn't say a single world and acted like I was an inconvenience.

Employees were very welcoming and patient with me being hard of hearing. 4 of us ate, 2 adults and 2 children, all enjoyed our subs very much. Lovely flavours and hot. Cookies tasted very soft, warm and lovely

If you like subway, then you'll probably like Didcot Subway. They're very much the same. Apparently someone in didcot once had a Mega Meat footlong with double meat and hash browns. Mad lad.

Best team in town! Fresh and tasty food every day, extremely fast and friendly people here.

+£3 for service while ordering online, and the sandwich boxes are never labelled from this Subway. We have to open them, touch, look inside and figure out which one is whose. I always end up not eating my one anyways! Please just take a pen and write a word or a letter on it, of the name of the sandwich. They're not easy to differentiate. It's easy and fast to do, and would make a huge difference.

Has been open again after a period of being closed. New screens and a general refit have helped the look of the place. Staff helpful and the service was good. Reasonable prices as a different take away option. Small area if you want to eat in. On a range if food delivery apps for hone delivery.

My wife's sub had the wrong sauce. It was too late before she noticed.

Happy that Didcot Subway has reopened. Excellent food choices and nice friendly staff.

Subway is a very good quick service snack restaurant.Its great to be able to pick the type of bread and then any mixture of fillings you want. Toasted or not.

The women working there wasnt nice.. the boxes were empty with food.. we asked to give us onions she said she dont have.. after one min someone came and gave whole box with it.. she didnt want to go and give food on the sandwich. If its going to be like this you will loose cusomers.

Food nice but the foot long is not a foot long its should be12" but its only 11" so its not a foot long so u pay for a footlong but ur missing 1" as a footlong should be 12" not 11

Young lad on counter dealt with rude little didcot scum kids really well. Parents pull the remote out your arse and do stuff with your children.

Coffee is a made with kettle and instant nescafe! Service slow.

Subway is a very good quick service snack restaurant. The bread is lovely and the fillings are all fresh and tasty. The price is very good.

My last visit. It gets worse with every visit. Wasn't allowed to eat in after 4pm. Food was cold by the time I got home. I used to eat there once a week (minimum). Site won't let me give it less than one star :-(

Llamado en el metro 1 hora antes de Didcot su tiempo anunciado cierre. Me dijeron que no podía tostadas cualquier sandwich como 'el horno se ha apagado". Cuando señalé que no cerca de otra hora, me dijeron que necesitaba un poco de limpieza antes de ir a casa!Esta no es mi primera mala experiencia con ellos. La última vez me dijeron que no podía comer en como habían fregado el suelo.No vamos a volver allí de nuevo.

Mi novia y yo metimos en una ensalada de hoy. Ella no tiene mucho en su plato, pero la ensalada me pila con cebolla y mina de maíz. Tengo una ensalada de metro todos los días, ya que se ajusta a mi dieta. Me dijeron que porque yo tenía extra cebolla y maíz tendrían que cobrar extra. Me preguntó por qué en el mismo argumento no descuento mi ensalada amigas como ella había tenido casi nada. Entonces la gota que colmó el vaso diciendome que no tenían salsa dulce de cebolla.He estado en muchos muchos metros mejor pero, de nuevo, son franquicias, así que el servicio y la calidad varía.

Se recibió una señora amable joven que me dio su completa atención. Comida fue rápidamente exactamente como ordenados y estaba delicioso. El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado. Sólo un poco negativo era un bebé que fue brevemente bulliciosos una intervención poco ruidoso cerca, pero dada la brevedad y magnitud, el personal no era necesario.Comparado a la mayoría de niños, los comentarios negativos, este es un lugar cambiado y gad de nuevo en el futuro!

Supert pluss for oppslag for allergikere, men maten var ikke den beste. Ba og grillet brød, men den var lite varm, bestilte kalkun bryst og fikk kalkun pålegg på. Men godt utvalg av drikke, mye å velge mellom. Og det var billig å spise her

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Their subs, drinks and cookies are good however I've ordered a turkey and ham salad more than once and have received one with very little salad in it. This only seems to happen when one member of staff is on the salad section of the counter however the salad isn't good enough when serves like this to charge ful price. May not order one again!

The member of staff seemed more interested in talking to colleagues than serving. Only had one of the breads available from the options! Wouldn't go back, left angry!

If you are stopping off to get a sub the staff are hygienic, friendly and helpful. This location normally is over run by local bored kids however so not a lunch refuge like some other Subways.

Dreadful place, seems like a hang out for the people who work there, service slow and not very polite, I felt like an intruder. Food was satisfactory but nothing to shout about!

Personal femenino empezaron a servir, entonces charlando con otros clientes, luego la señora dejaron de servir nosotros, comenzó la limpieza y pedimos que el cliente anterior para servirnos!! Sólo puedo asumir que el cliente era un miembro del personal ordinario comer en su día de descanso. No muy profesional! Experiencia muy raro! El chico hizo un buen trabajo, pero lo que la señora está haciendo allí si ella ni siquiera sirve a los clientes adecuadamente.

Fuimos a metro en Didcot para comer hoy, y tengo que decir que estoy completamente indignado. De sus actitudes, que muestran claramente que no quieren estar allí para el sandwich (por favor ver foto) fue horrible. No volvería. En cuanto a la zona de comer, este parecía que no la habían limpiado, comida por todas partes las mesas y esparcidos por todo el suelo. Sorprendido no han atraído a las ratas. Lo peor que tenía que limpiar la mesa yo. El personal necesita capacitación sobre cómo hacer los bocadillos correctamente. Esperamos que esta es una experiencia y me encantaba el metro!!

Visitamos aquí como metro siempre es un buen lugar para visitar para tomar un aperitivo agradable. Puedes elegir entre diferentes tipos de pan (recién horneados) y luego elija sus propios rellenos . Es muy raro no tener una buena comida, ya que está elegido por usted mismo. Seguiremos visitando cuando en la zona.

Service was bad. Cleanliness awful. Schoolkids piled in and not buying and management done nothing. Sandwich was ok though

Slow service. Staff have poor communication skills and seem to be more interested in chatting to their mates than serving other customers. I have no problem with the food.

I had read the bad review for here and I can only say the person must have had an unfortunate time as I found this Subway much better than most. The food was nice and the staff actually listen to my order which was right. However I'll also agree with the other member that the Subway in Abingdon is much better than this one

The one in Didcot was anyway. However the one in Abingdon fair acres retail park was really nice. It was quite some time ago that I visited though so they might've upped their game since. But not tempted to go back. The bread was dried out, the fillings very meagre and service slow. I felt the atmosphere was a bit like a bus station and the kind of place you wouldn't want to linger in. Not very good value either for what you get. Not what I'd expected since we'd had such better quality at Abingdon.
