Subway in Milton Keynes

They took my order, they took my money, then they took the piss. My order is now nearly an hour late. Do not tip the delivery driver via the app, give them cash I'd they are on time. Maybe that way they will stop working for this sandwich shop. To be honest, it's partially my fault because I know from attending this butty bar in person that the staff are incredibly slow movers.

I would rate it a 0 but I can’t, so I give it a 1. Woman serving dropped something, and then proceeded TO PICK IT UP AND ATTEMPT TO PUT IT IN MY SANDWICH. Luckily there was someone else there to stop her but she went on to argue with him about why it was wrong to do so? Bestie WHAT DO YOU MEAN? Every time this woman is working, she’s so painfully slow - to the point where my sandwich is cold by the time I get it (the shop is always quiet when I go in btw). She clearly doesn’t have much of an idea of what’s going on, and always seems to be staring off into space completely away with the fairies. This has been my last straw and I won’t be returning because I don’t trust the hygiene of their food.

if i could give zero stars i would. took 20 minutes to get my order and i was the only person waiting. the staff were just walking round in circles not a clue what they were doing. genuinely the worst experience ive ever had, wouldn’t recommend. walking over to the one in the city centre and walking back would be 10 minutes quicker than ordering here. dont bother with this place. tragic!

The staff were really helpful as we had no experience of the ordering machines. A member of staff took time to help with our order which contained two differing allergy for different diners. Thank you.

One of the cleanest subways I’ve ever been in and helpful staff, five star subway keep up the good work guys, will recommend and next time I am in Milton Keynes. I will return for my lunch

Straight forward lunch. Went in, ordered what we wanted, quickly prepared and then out the door. It is cheap and cheerful. Staff were friendly and efficient. You get what you expect from a Subway.

This place is always so busy and the restaurant is so small. Just a few chairs downstairs and a few tables crammed in upstairs but the staff try their best and work hard and fast and are usually friendly.

Friendly staff, usual subway menu. Handy for a meal on the go in the Escape. No problems here, a definite place to try.

Great service, all the usual Subway choices. Always seems to be a healthy version of fast food. Cant fault this place.

Good food nice staff But if you were vegetarian be where because they touch meat for one sandwich Then for yours you get meat all over yours. No toilets avaliable

Have to take my granddaughter here she loves it and tells me it is healthy , staff always helpful and friendly, very cheap if you need a snack or more

A good choice of fresh sandwiches made to how you want them. Limited seating, even upstairs. Also they don't have a toilet, so you will have to use the main Xscape ones.

We've visited this Subway twice in the last 3 weeks, the service has always been great, the staff are really friendly. There's a small area upstairs with tables and chairs and a bar and stools along the shop front.

I love a subway but dislike the price,having said that it is very filling, being a vegetarian whenever i order i'm alway's asked if i want the to change their gloves etc which is good,fast service fresh food,

I love Subway , Milton Keynes shop is right outside the railway station which is ideal for me , as I travel to Milton Keynes on a regular basis. Every time I go home I get my food for the journey from Subway.

Very handy after leaving airkix. Clean well stocked,helpful staff.would have liked toasted options as served at local subway but staff either didn't understand or it wasn't available. Still good though.

My Grandson Jayden suggested we have a Subway before we tenpin bowl, which we did. It was so good that after bowling, we had another. The food quality was brilliant, the staff most helpful. I'm certainly converted.

Always welcoming and friendly. My son has a wheat allergy and they happily take subs provided in sealed packaging through their system and try to be as cost sensitive as they can. My kids love this place and request it over any fast food restaurant.

I like being able to choose exactly what does and does not go into my sandwiches. These are made to order, you can see it being done and I've always had pleasant service in Subway, no matter which town I'm in.

Always clean, friendly staff, fairly good food (but what do you excpect for the price?) I tend to go in here quite a lot because it's fast service and nice for lunch!

It is a Subway and as such of the same quality as any other subway, it fulfills its purpose. Food ok, staff helpful if busy premises clean.
