Subway in Milton Keynes

if i could give zero stars i would. took 20 minutes to get my order and i was the only person waiting. the staff were just walking round in circles not a clue what they were doing. genuinely the worst experience ive ever had, wouldn’t recommend. walking over to the one in the city centre and walking back would be 10 minutes quicker than ordering here. dont bother with this place. tragic!

The staff were really helpful as we had no experience of the ordering machines. A member of staff took time to help with our order which contained two differing allergy for different diners. Thank you.

One of the cleanest subways I’ve ever been in and helpful staff, five star subway keep up the good work guys, will recommend and next time I am in Milton Keynes. I will return for my lunch

Took my daughter here the other evening (as she fancied something other than a burger!) The member of staff was very friednly and helpful. The food was what you expect from a Subway - fresh and quick. The environment was clean and the staff were friendly!

Restaurant was clean and Covid safe. Impressed by the service. The food was tasty and fresh. Great!!

Came here early hours of the morning, service was fairly slow and the bouncer only allowed four people in at a time. Food was decent although not the cheapest. Restaurant was clean and tidy, I didn’t stay to eat tho and took out.

Maybe it was the time of day (just after lunch) but found the upstairs seating area Very messy. However, with all 3 staff behind the counter then I don’t know who would Clean up. The food was good and staff very friendly.

Great service, great food, but tables and floor upstairs were filthy, food and rubbish over tables, tables not wiped down. Expect more from a chain restaurant, will not be returning

Generic sub standard fast gunk. Not sure why anyone would choose to waste money on this. A shame that so many people see this as a good food option.

Another good example of this popular chain. Choose what you want how you want it in what bread you want with whatever salad you want it’s as simple as that. Pleasant service and good quality.

normal subway location very busy so looks a little messy at times but staff friendly get what you order

The food was good but the staff very rude and he was not happy to serve. I wish subway would train their staff to be polite to customers. Used to eat here once a month but will avoid from now on.

Arrived two minutes before the breakfast cut off and despite explaining that I had just collected my wife from hospital refused to serve breakfast. Won't visit again. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff.

Fabulous selection of breads and fresh foods, courteous, helpful staff and excellent standards of customer care. The steak and cheese sub seemed to lack steak and cheese but the 3 other subs the rest of our party had were well created and tasty. Totally recommended.

Had a large order from here as we were moving and needed a quick on the go baggets we all had differant and it was a great meal on the go very tasty all round filling coffee was good as well...

Friendly staff . Fair choice of fillings and clean and tidy. Had to take out as seating are full at time went.

OK, so as a former 'sandwich artist' I may be a bit picky about Subway. But we really did have to queue too long as they needed a third person on the line, given one was a trainee who didn't speak much English. However, sandwiches were good and staff were as friendly as those on minimum wage will ever be!
