Subway in Cheshire West and Chester

I usually go here when stopping by for work and this can be any hour and usually they are really good. But I wales it at 10:15 to be told they are closed now the door was unlocked the sign on the door says it’s open and on the website it says it opens at 9. Wasn’t given an explanation or time they would open. Very disappointed

The staff were exceptional in this subway, they were very friendly and I got served very quickly as did the rest of the customers despite it being quite busy and there only being two members of staff working.

Just popped into Subway Parkgate Road Chester. Order 4 subs, 3 nachos. The lad serving me did nothing but huff and puff like I'd put him more out that he had ever been. Very little salad put onto the subs and no chillis at all in any of the nachos. Rude is an understatement. If I hadn't of had 2 hungry kids in the car I'd have just walked out, stick your lunch and disgusting service where the sun doesn't shine because I'll never be back.

We used the toilet first before ordering. They were so disgusting we walked out without ordering food. They're was only one cubicle for male/female and disabled. It was filthy with urine all over the floor. Toilet with accumulated faeces. It had obviously not been cleaned for a while. No paper towels to dry hands on and the electric hand dryer didn't work. We didn't feel like ordering food after that. I wouldn't have given it any stars if that option was available.

Tasted the same as always and always is delicious! always enjoy my lunches from here on a weekly basis

If you stop off hear for a break then make it short otherwise a £100 fine awaits if it’s more than 2hours maxim.

Very pleased, typical subway high standard and pleasant staff, despite a long queue I was served quickly and efficiently. Prices are good, next to Starbucks but coffee is half the price and just as nice

Stayed here 20mins beyond the 2h limit and got a £100. had been doing some work while having breakfast and a couple of coffees. Ridicuously disproportionate fine.

Entered the toilet before I left and was totally disgusted at the filth and feaces that was on the loo brush filth and dirt all around the loo stink beyond the worst I have ever smelt. I struggled to leave trying not to touch anything on exiting. This is a public toilet that is inside a food establishment. The staff are clearly aware of the state of this as I even went back 24 hours later to take the photos I have submitted. So no excuses that it had happened that day. The dirt has taken weeks to get to the stage I saw. My concern is if that is what we can see what is the work surfaces and fridge areas etc what we cannot see. Are they washing there hands are they using this toilet? The staff here clearly do not follow good hygiene practices. This place in my opinion should be shut down for the sake of public health.

I went for a salad bowl yesterday and to my and everyones horor , the lad with the earing "kieron" was serving the food with the same gloves he was counting the money in . I was telling a friend about this and he said the store is well know for its dirtyness. I have contacted the store itself and i am awaiting answers . Disgusting !!!!

We stopped here on way back from Wales . There are only 2 tables in here and both were filthy !! Staff totally unhelpful in fact would go as far as to say the were rude !! Wont ever stop here ever againworst subway ever !

Was rudely spoken to by the manager of the restaurant, Complained to the Eurogarages Management and recieved no call back or communication from Senior management after complaining to the HeadOffice.

Visit here for a quick lunch. I love subway food, but this place was filthy. Had to ask for the table to be wiped, bit the floor was still very dirty. Two lads running the place, obviously don't see the dirt.

Subway restaurant franchise part of Euro garages. They're open everyday from 0700 to 2000hrs. Food is typical of subway the difference here is the staff and management.
