Subway was always great but now the quality hasn't kept up with the prices.

Absolutely terrible experience twice now. Low on portions, cold food, tried to order for delivery through Deliveroo and after 2 HOURS of being told delivery drivers were being assigned (not subways fault I know), I tried calling the restaurant a dozen times and didn’t pick up any time. This is an absolute no-no. In top of that the food was dead cold and missing items. Would really appreciate some more effort

nice food still hot,. unfortunately they put bottles of drinks in the same bag some smashes the food up a little

Food was alright but not enough toppings, guy putting on my salad seemed more interested in someone else trying to get into the locked toilets rather than serving me. For some apparent reason because i ordered food i had to take out and couldn’t eat in. Staff seemed as if they didn’t really care about the customers and more about what else is going on. When told we had to take out and couldn’t sit inside looked around at other people sitting down thinking why not so I had asked and she couldn’t give me a straight answer, almost seemed as though she didn’t want me in there.

You should hire more staff. Toilets closed due to it being so dirty that it needed to be locked off and not enough time to clean - not appropriate for those with urgency. Probably not the staff's fault if they've been that busy. Barely filled sandwich, asked for more filling - very grateful that the staff member was compliant though. Have previously had good interactions here, but morale seemed low today... Such a shame. Had to take my food home rather than dine in, or I'd have peed on the floor.

It was ordered as a gift. As there was no name on it the delivery person couldn’t even say who it was for so they turned it away. Why wasn’t there a name on the order?

Couldn’t fault the delivery. Driver was lovely but food was awful. Chucked together. Rushed. 2 subs not even toasted. Since when do you need a knife and fork to eat a sub. Food was cold. Subs weren’t cut. Won’t be ordering again. Few pence short of £60 and really disappointed! Missing crisps on 2 subs.

Ordered a rotisserie chicken sub….. they sent it without the chicken, the main protein in this sub was the chicken! It defeats the point of the whole choice not happy I wasn’t contacted before hand, they did our an extra cookie which was nice but not happy the sub wasn’t correct

the drink didn't open it was cold diliver was put off and late time and time agin it got very ennjoying.

Seemed quite busy, very clean, with plenty of seating. Food was good, and probably has the most selection for gluten free.

I'm giving 2 star to be polite but the order was not great at all. Very disappointed with the quality, no sauces provided even though requested very bland food. Would only purchase in shop & not online again.

I like the idea of subway, but seems it lacks in what they actually put in your sandwich now day which makes sense with food costs. Still a nice sandwich

Went in to grab a sub at half time girl who serves us was every so friendly and made a great sub that defo hit the spot

the pepperoni wrap was crunchy and over cooked & didn't have bbq sauce as requested. the customer service was awful. I waited in queue to collect my order, the girl behind the counter just skipped me& served the person waiting behind me. I asked someone else for my order who asked for my order number, when I showed him it he said I need the number not your name & I said I just showed it to you, he then gave me my order but wasn't very helpful. if that's how they treat customers I won't be back!

Driver couldn't find my address so the convenience of food delivery failed as i had to walk to find the driver 5-10 minutes away from my house

Came here with four of my family members today and was disappointed to say the least. The food had hair in, the staff were rude, they also didn’t wear hats or hair nets, which considering they had long hair, including the male, their hair could and clearly did go everywhere. Staff were falling all over each other instead of passing things down the line and talking to each other. A couple of them also touched their faces and then touched our food, without washing their hands. Other food items were found within our food and this could have been potentially dangerous if there was an allergy in the family. Staff didn’t listen to the orders properly and the orders had to be repeated again and again, staff were slow and you saw people leaving disappointed. This is definitely proof that this place has gone downhill.

Food was delivered on time, warm not hot, but ordered a meal deal which was meant to include a drink but received no drink.

Paid for extra meat and got 2 pieces of bacon lol

Unsure why there’s not option to toast the wraps anymore, very disappointing having a cold ham and cheese wrap. Also, the footlong cheese dipper, was far from a footlong? Please add back the option to toast the wraps.

wrong items delivered, sent a refund request which has oddly disappeared from my emails, will not use just eat ever again if refund isnt sent.

Ordered via Just Eat but they forgot to put some of the order in bag. When I complained and spoke to manager said I had to go through Just Eat even though their mistake. Absolute joke and very rude even though their error, is it that difficult. Avoid if ordering takeaway you won't get half of your order and still be hungry.

Surprisingly great for coeliacs! Lovely staff and quick service however a lot of tables and the toilets could have done with some TLC.

Wrong drinks and wrong side and a side missing. I know nothing will happen with this message and we won’t get the wight stuff delivered from it but it’s the only thing I can do.

When food arrived it was freezing cold we ordered toasted foot longs but the feelings and bread was freezing cold ! Wouldn’t be ordering again

I ordered a subway with just eat today a meatball sub with a 12 pack of cookies a Fanta and a packet of quavers I was given a ham sub with carrots, lettuce and olives with a oasis. when I spoke to the just eat driver about how this was not my order I was shouted at an told" this is not my job I'm going to McDonald's" to which he then drove away leaving me on the side walk holding the wrong order. completely abysmal.

third time in a row that I have upset Just Eat and had an item missing from my order. the last twice they refused to refund me so I am assuming I will be out of pocket again. will not be using this service again

I ordered 2×3×double chocolate cookies and I received only one. So I gave 1 star. Though the delivery was on time and food quality was good

I’m at utterly repulsed by the food health code violations and very rude staff he was rolling his eyes and talking to the other staff about me when I had asked him to kindly change his gloves after he had handling the meat products then proceeded to touch a vegan/ vegetarian option And then after I had told him to do so he proceeded to use the meat knife to cut the meat free sandwich until I ask him not to do so and I’m quite upset as I have ordered takeaway from here so there for feel my food has been touched /contamination by the meat products.

The time kept getting later and later to the point it was over 25th a late. All the subs were cold and the sub slices (x3) were all squashed. Definitely not what I wanted to see after waiting so long just for one sandwich, 3 slices and some meatballs

Nothing wrong with the food delivered today, just took quite a while for the delivery, 15 minutes longer than usual was quite unfortunate. Not the first time this has happened with Just Eat!!

The food was cold wet and soggy

The order was incomplete as the sweet onion sauce was missing from the hash browns. Otherwise would have given 5 stars for quality.

The young blonde hair girl, isn't very good at serving as she only put 3 small piece of lettuces & 2 small pieces of red pepper hardly any salad got put in. My daughter was still hungry after her subway {she's not a big eater either}. When I asked for lettuces again & again she looked at me like I was stupid. Definitely won't be eating again in there anytime soon. Shame really as its been done up as well, but that's not done any justice really with the tightness of the size of portions they serve.

Paid £10 for a sub that had other stuff on it not what i asked for my cheesey garlic bread had no garlic and tiny bit of cheese and hashbrowns are burnt

The staff are nice and so is the basic standard Subway food. Marked low due to disgustingly dirty toilets, very off putting!

Forgot my drink came back as got in realised when opened bag no cookies.

Sub and drink brilliant, unfortunately the 3 cookies I ordered I couldn’t eat as they were so hard (didn’t want to put them in the microwave). It’s a let down when you’re looking for forward to them. Luckily I got a refund for them!

Edible and would have been better if it had not been greasy..which is unusual.

My order was dumped outside my front door, had no contact with courier. When I opened my bag, two items were missing, one of which the whole sub! The best part of my lunch is missing, gonna have to find another solution now, which may not be witn just eat. Not good enough, where is my refund or food?

Unsure why the bacon and sausage sub says it comes with cheese because it absolutely doesn’t. Food always lovely, only downside is they don’t separate the food and drinks so the fridge cold drinks make your food a bit cold

Order just dropped on the doorstep which due to a medical condition made it hard to pick up. Order then checked to find the Pigs in Blanket Pot and Sweet Onion Dip missing with a hand written note on the receipt saying "out of stock sorry - put cookies in instead". I'm neither impressed with the delivery driver waiting just a few seconds for me to answer the door and just dumping the food on the doorstep, or the order being changed without any prior notification. If the Pigs in Blankets were not available this should have been pointed out when the order was placed, not just replaced with something I don't really want. Very poor service.

Love the food, driver called to say on way, prompt service and the cheese garlic slice is something else. Definitely recommend

Didn’t know it had been delivered as it was left outside in the cold so all the food was cold. Only because I checked the order status it said delivered so went outside. Didn’t even leave it in the porch just outside in the cold

Ordered 5 subs and only one of them was prepared correctly. 4 of them should have had cheese and been toasted and they weren't. We bought subway today as a treat for my daughter's birthday and her sub was almost completely wrong - wrong bread, wrong veg, wrong sauce, no cheese, not toasted, the only thing they got right was the meat. I felt so bad for her, she'd been looking forward to this subway for weeks! Definitely won't be ordering online again!

Never tried subway before. Wish I hadn’t bothered. The biscuit and tinned milkshake were ok but the sub was doughy and not at all fresh

Ordered @ 1:15pm arrived @ 2:45pm cold food....Shocking!! Service..

Food was left on our doorstep with no attempt to knock on the door or ring the doorbell. Only realised it was out there because we tracked the food and it said it was delivered 20 minutes ago, meaning the food sat outside for Atleast 20 minutes before we knew it was there. Stone cold by the time we got it.
