No cheese when I asked for cheese

Order came completely wrong, nothing i ordered was delivered

food was on time however the driver banged on the door then left it outside the door before I even answered, my food was left left unattended on a main pathway.

everything's here at least, just when I received it the anti tamper sticker was ripped open

the sub melt came cold, it was supposed to be a hot sub. other items we ordered were perfect.

My order did not arrived. I paid over £21 and i can claim back just £18... nor happy with the service at all

I set up time for certain delivery time due to break allocation at work. The order arrived 7 minutes late, meaning that I have lost half of allocated 15 minute break.

ordered for my sons birthday, a few items missing out the meals deals. sent a note apologising but no replacements or items we actually ordered. sons sandwich was wrong so didn't eat it. phoned shop and got no help only sorry. don't recommend at all!

The baller was spot on. The hunters chicken, however was rubbish. 90% salad, soggy and just unpleasant to eat.

Usually alright but this second time I’ve been and there been a sign in window saying back in 40 mins for break or similar . Not a big issue just unprofessional when i come specifically

I don’t mind paying for expensive sandwiches but it would have been nice if there was smidgin of tuna on mine or a least more than a teaspoon full given the fact that it was a tuna sandwich , loads of salad No tuna 😡

Delivery never came. Driver ate my food. Happened a couple of times now from the same people. Should be turning that specific driver away!

They didn't put cheese on both

My order was never delivered. The app said it had been. I called them and they said this sometimes happens where drivers mark it as delivered and steal the food! It never occurred to them on this phonecall to resend what I'd ordered and paid for.

Forgot to toast it once again and no cheese again

It was good food and good speed. Packed well. Only shame was there was a red sauce on the bread where it has been cut. I did not order sauce and if I had an allergy this could be an issue. Other than that, all good.

The wrong drink was sent. I received a chocolate milkshake can not iced coffee

I order semi often for breakfast and it's not unusual for something to be missing from the sandwich, mainly at breakfast time it's missing egg.

The Big Bombay sandwich was awful, too much mayo that it soaked the bread, there was very little filling included and sweet onion sauce was missing. Wrong drinks were sent and the nachos had one small helping of sauce and even smaller amount of cheese. Will not be ordering from here or visiting again due to the lack of quality, it really wasn’t worth it.

Very clean and welcoming. Great food. My only reason for making the review four stars is that there is no toilet.

Completely wrong order, items missing and stone cold. Ordered a meatball marinara meal deal but received a frankly inedible ham and cheese and the cookie was missing. Won't be ordering again!

First order didn't arrive so I ordered the same things again, everything arrived cold with the previous order number scribbled out and the new one written over it, don't know why it was marked as delivered when it obviously never left the store

The restaurant got the order wrong. One sandwich was missing cheese and tomato ketchup. One had cheese on it when we didn’t ask for it. And the order was cold.

What’s the point in opening when you have no Meatballs, and no chicken? Plus no vegetarian options? That’s like maccies opening without any nuggets or fries. Get your stock levels sorted

Garlic bread doesn't even taste like garlic bread. Warm bread with melted cheese. Hardley any filling on the chicken tikka. Really disappointed😔. Always good when I go into the subway store

Food got picked up, driver went out of town for 20 minutes, came back in my neighborhood and ticked the order as 'delivered' with him nowhere to be seen.

Always so slow, always seem to see the driver waiting at the shop ages. So it’s always late and cold.

Hot food was cold , toasted sandwich was un toasted and look like thrown together only thing that was right temp was crisps

A subway rookie, I had never been to a subway before, and called in tonight. I hadn't a clue what to order. The two very helpful young gentlemen on duty were so helpful and offered excellent advice. I had a 6 inch rustic Italian with salami, pepperoni, ham, cheese and every form of salad component, with mayo and honey (I think). The sandwich was outstanding. Full marks for customer service!

Paid for the meal deal with two cookies. Got sent ‘one’ cookie. I say ‘one’ because it’s half a cookie. Completely got the order wrong on the mega meat and just put meatballs on it. Really disappointed.

Food is made messy, ordered nachos and they’ve come without any topping on…. Ordered 12 cookies and I’ve only got 9? Wrong filling on my sandwich

Asked for toasted.. Got cremated!! Twice now bread has turned up cremated absolutely shocking, all other times food been spot on, but I'm jot going to order toasted food from here ever again.

Delivery driver was rude (not so much Subway’s fault), was stuck on “at the restaurant” for about 40 minutes. Took them nearly 2 hours to deliver our order. So by that point, it was bare cold, and tasted meh.

Took 15 minutes to get served when there was no queue! Saff wasn't aware of offers in store either! Was very dissatisfied with service.

Delivery driver kept pushing the time back, going to numerous different locations. When food came it was cold. Rude delivery driver. Handed food over and said ‘bye’.

Chips were inedible, hard, dry and cold Sandwiches were lovely, tasty and still warm Boxes for sandwiches are handy but we’re not given any napkins!

It was a delivery so not at all aimed at the staff behind the counter at the restaurant, having said that the attitude of the delivery was vile. Never met such a arrogant women in my life. Was so rude with how spoke to me because I was around in the back garden and didn’t hear the door…. And she was late delivering it

Smallish Subway but with ample tables and chairs for dining in. Right by car park shared with Starbucks and Travelodge. Staff welcoming and friendly and certainly no complaints about the quality of the food.

Totally wrong meal delivered. Delivery driver not particularly helpful as to what to do about that. Took the incorrect meal away, but wasnt clear if they were to bring the correct food and then heard nothing else.

I’ve never had a decent subway delivery before this one. They took note of my add ons and everything came as requested. It is very expensive to have delivered but good to meet a rare craving!

I havent been to subway for years and what a mistake that was. The food was delicious and fresh.
