They took our order wrong then we went back and they argued with us saying we ordered a veggie delight when we asked for tuna mayo??? We payed 14 quid for two foot-longs then they tried charging an extra 3 quid just to add tuna to our used foot long

I asked for cheese on my subway then when they asked me for my salad I realised I had forgot to ask for chicken. Because of this I politely asked for chicken to be added. I was then charged an extra £3 for the ‘extra chicken’ it was not ‘extra’ as I did not ask for chicken on it in the first place. I then discussed with my friend privately how I was confused that my 6 inch had come to £7. I was not going to bring this up with the staff, but I did know this price was wrong. The staff then over heard my private conversation and began to speak to me extremely rudely. They were giving me extremely dirty looks and raising their voices. One said ‘Open it up and you’ll see.’ I felt targeted and disrespected. Especially considering the fact I wasn’t going to bring it up with them in the first place. VERY poor customer service. Will not be coming again. Subway, I suggest you look at who was on the 11.30pm shift on February the 1st 2025 and speak to them about how they should not get involved in customers private conversation and further train staff on how to not be horribly rude to the paying customer.

As a foodie my go to is subway. I came to this one and was appalled. The staff behind the counter were so rude making my order and there was a guy who definitely worked there sat opposite me and kept staring, looking to the guy behind and smiling. There was one point where he lifted his phone up almost as he’s taking a picture. I’m so disappointed as I won’t be coming back to this store again.

I am a young woman and When I was being chased by a man at 2am and heckled I knocked on this door’s establishment to seek help as it was closed. A young man sat on his phone and ignored me, physically looking away when he could see me waving my hands in distress for help. I had to bang on this door multiple times to get him to even come over, where he said through the window ‘I don’t have a key’ (even though he was clearly the closer - and obviously must have). I proceeded to say ‘please help i’m being followed’ and he just waved me off. I had to seek help from another stranger as a result of this man’s laziness and ignorance. Absolutely anything could have happened to me. DIGUSTING behaviour. I will be taking this further.

Came in for some breakfast with my 4 year old this morning. We were served by a lovely lady, I think her name is Diana. Absolutely perfect customer service, was so kind and accommodating. When my son spilled his drink she came and cleaned it up quickly. This woman deserves a raise! Salt of the earth 💞

The staff told clients to sit down on tables as they were preparing takeaways first. On what planet do you prioritize takeaways over people who are waiting in the line?

Ordered via Uber eats. Took over an hour for a driver so not their fault. An hour n half later I finally receive my order. I ordered a meal so sub, drink, sandwich and cookie. Guess what I got. Just the sub. No drink, no crisps and no cookie. How hard is it to read a piece of paper and put stuff in a bag. Severely disappointed especially after having to wait an hour n half for delivery

Grabbed something quick to eat before a gig and the staff were a little rude and it felt like they didn't want to be there. They do have to deal with some really bad customers with rubbish attitudes but they should kill it with kindness.

Delivery driver was very rude on the phone, hung up on me and made me walk 4 mins down the road to collect at 3:30am

The worst subway I've ever been to!!! Wrong prices... Such a hostile place. The staff are horrible. They said they were calling the police on me because I told them they were charging the wrong price, they got aggressive and so did in return with words. This place should maybe shut down?

Some staff are amazing, others (some of the Indian staff and the white supervisor) are quite stand offish and rude. The fillings are measly unless you order online, where you get an average amount of fillings

My first subway experience on a dusky summer evening and I ordered a baller on a Italian herbs and cheese, footlong. They prepped it, and I tried to request lettuce, chillies and peppers but to no avail. I wasn't allowed to add any additions to my sandwich because I wasn't entitled to customisation. Surely the customer should be allowed to choose this? I couldn't even have light mayo or ranch. My first subway experience was a very disappointing one. I just wanted a bit of extra crunch with my lettuce. I was also shoo'd out of the shop promptly with a stern look. No whisper of a thanks from them or me.

I had burnt meatball's in my sub for ordering too late at night the whole sandwich was burnt and tasted like they had put all the burnt sauce from the meatballs in my sandwich... I was poisoned by the people that work here for ordering late at night it was done on purpose and I think it's disgusting I feel ill ...

Didn't ask for it to be toasted but came warm, couldn't find a driver for over 40 mins so came late, other then this tasty. Little upset about the fact I can't get ham and turkey anymore but ment I tried something new.

Staff extremely rude and don’t listen to what you order. I ordered a BMT with two lots of extra cheese somehow by equals a steak and cheese. Staff couldn’t be bothered rude horrible horrible place never use it again Update unfortunately I thought give it a 2nd chance biggest mistake I made staff shouting at customers because staff wasn’t listening about making there order a meal then manager extremely rude to customers and staff sat out side smoking right next to entrance and to top it think I was just another drink customer over charged me I work nights and to have this in the early hours of the morning never never again horrible staff horrible manager

Only allowed 2 salad options on your sub? Is this just a cheapskate franchise or all subway outlets? It's a stingy move. I was under the impression most people go to subway for the abundance of salad they can add to their sub.

I had a really delicious half sub, but the roll was split and everything kept falling out. The prices are wrong too. I asked for a classic sub and ended up paying £2 more. The guys were nice and professional. Another strange thing. There are no toilets. I thought that if a business offers dining in, there must be toilets. Am I wrong??

Did not provide free tap water. My understanding is that this is a legal requirement. Even if it isn't, it's not a costly thing to offer to a customer - to provide a better experience. Be more customer obsessed.

I’ve been to this particular subway many times over the years and the customer service just seems to decrease over time. I have a both bad and really good experiences. Majority, if not all of the guys that serve me are always so nice and listen, have never had a problem. However these 2 specific women normally see working during lunch times on weekdays who have served me both non-approachable, passive aggressive , dismissive, grumpy and don’t listen. My order was messed up due to her not hearing/ not listening when I seen what she was starting to do. Then when I asked for it to be re done further rudeness was given by the other lady I’m assuming was the shift leader. The only reason why I didn’t just say never mind and leave without the subway is because they made me pay near the start and I didn’t want to hold up the line for the other customers. Don’t think I’ll be coming here again which is unfortunate due to the convenient location. No reason I should be treated that way over a simple sub.

Really enjoyed my salad box. I was overcharged initially, but it was sorted straight away, and humorously too. Will definitely go back to this location.

Not bad food at all but the place could definitely do with a clean, floors were dirty,table tops had crumbs and sauce all over, homeless people sitting in the doorway asking for change, very clear that there is no management in the place, I would never go back again, the food was alright but everything else was actually quite a bad experience to say the least, who wants to go somewhere to eat a sub and have to clean their table while staff watches?

3rd time I have received "order delivered" and no order has been delivered.. I've gotten back my money each time but has been annoying as I have had to wait for the food expecting it to arrive.

Very poor service. I simply asked for the difference between garlic cheese slice and the Margherita one but she kept telling me to add Pepperoni. I strictly told her I'm a vegetarian and don't want meat, she kept insisting on adding pepperoni! I just gave up and told her to give the garlic cheese and no more discussion, she added very little cheese and it was so bland and boring. Even the cheesy bites were not good. Just few simple things I ordered but poor experience with service and food. Just stick to Subs if that's what you can do best and don't offer sides.

The meals deal comes with a 1 litre of coke and I got a 500 ml bottle instead. Also they got the cookie flavour wrong. Overall not bad and the quality is good.

I went there a few times and customer service has been a mixture of bad and very good. I had a few guys serving me a couple of times and they were always very kind, smiley and helpful, with quick service and respectful attitude. However I had 2 different women serving me in different days (or maybe the same woman) and I would say they were quite bad at their job - doesn’t listen to the client and is grumpy and non-approachable/grumpy

This order was JUST the sandwich and side. MISSING drink. MISSING sauce for the side. MISSING cookie. A full refund would be nice but either getting the drink and cookies I paid for or the money equivalent back would be nice. None of the numbers that google show for this particular Subway worked so I had to put the request through Just Eat. This was very dissapointing. I just wasted money here, guys. I hope someone will rectify this for me soon please.

Excellent staff here very kind and helpful as well as knowledgeable about allergens. The food was tasty and not pricey. Potentially my best experience with Subway.

I love a subway but this one was a let down. The store was empty, bo customers but all the tables were dirty crumb covered etc. The floor had litter on it. The food was as all other subs and was made well enough. Staff gave decent service but should have done some cleaning.

What can you say, walk in, bread 🍞, fillings , drink then pay walk out. Grab and go everybody is happy.

Got a free cookie for my birthday. Loved the chicken wrap. But the prices are a bit too much raised.
