Fantastic atmosphere, service and drinks

Didn't eat here, as just came for the gig (The Dunwells) but had a great night. All staff were lovely and great place. Would definitely come back.

We actually just called in for a drink. Service was very good, staff friendly and extremely attentive, atmosphere relaxed and a good ambiance. My Pinot Grigio Blush was well chilled and very drinkable. The food platters coming out looked pretty appetising! Would certainly recommend

We love the Storehouse. Having not been in Ripon long, we wanted a bar that felt pleasant and served good drinks. Storehouse is exactly that! They also do great snacks and bar food which is lovely.

Just one of the many ‘Little Gems’ tucked away in the small city of Ripon. The building is stunning and really sets the tone for a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ‘Peroni’ isn’t half bad either!! 🔥👌

This was my first visit to the Storehouse and it won't be the last. We had arranged for my family to meet as they come from all over the country. The place was warm and comfortable, and the staff were lovely. We didn't eat but all the food that came out looked wonderful. Well worth a visit.

Only just discovered this cracking gem of a place. Brilliant atmosphere, super attentive staff, excellent wine and great food. My new favourite place in Ripon!

At last a restaurant in Ripon which serves very good food, in comfortable surroundings. The service is very good, the menu undemanding and the prices reasonable

We just popped in here on a small tour of Ripon. The building from the outside was pretty hence the quick half pint being required

Had a Deli Board for 2 Saturday lunch time, it was great. As was the service, a very enjoyable afternoon we will certainly visit again.

Thank you Charlotte and team for a wonderful Friday evening, started off outside in the sunshine full table service. Then indoors to meet up with some friends at a reserved table. The best of both worlds!

Only sat outside for a few drinks on a sunny lunchtime. A very attentive lady took our order and delivered drinks quickly. Indoor facilities were clean and fresh.

A very tiny starter of smoked fish which was underwhelming and far too small in portion size. Fish main was a piece of frozen fish, undercooked, skinny fries and a handful of tossed green salad. I politely sent the fish back and it re-arrived exactly the same?! It was removed from the bill but had it not been for birthday cake I would have been hungry.

Would definitely come here again. The food was lovely.

Brought my wife here last night a straight off the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, I had the pigeon starter which I have never had before and to say I was impressed was an understatement (it was delicious), the main courses may at first seem slightly overpriced but when you sample the delights delivered to your mouth (we had the chicken Kiev and the belly pork) it matches every penny, throughout the whole experience our staff were attentive making sure our drinks and food were what we wanted and taking the time to explain how things were prepared. Overall this was an enjoyable experience which we will do again when we visit Ripon

We've been here many times, both in the afternoon and evening and always love it. It's a bit more sophisticated than other places in Ripon which are mainly pubs. It's a cross between a really nice bar and a really comfy place to sit, chat and relax. Great table service, easy website to reserve a table, friendly staff, comfortable seating, great selection of drinks and stylish surroundings. Ideal!

Bit disappointed as was empty when visted so little atmosphere and sorry but I didn't enjoy the cocktails at all - in response to your reply we came Bank Holiday Monday at 9pm and we did make a reservation but was empty and doors were locked the minute we left which was about 35 mins after arriving

Brilliant birthday party Thanks all the staff at Storehouse for helping my mum celebrate her special day! food was beautiful, everyone commented on the lovely spread. My brother was pleased u gave him his own separate plate because of his allergies Nothing too much trouble even the odd nappy change when needed for the babies Sadly we time went so quick we didn't take any pics Thanks again ! X

Excellent venue. Great place to have a drink and great nibbles. Always worth reserving a table as it gets busy in the evenings.

First class service drinks cocktails and food.

Excellent service and nice atmosphere at this place, we went for cocktails and there was a good variety to choose from. If I was being picky it could have had a better range of beer as mostly seemed to be premium largers and I prefer ipa's and pale ales. It was table service and the staff were great and just the right level of being attentive without being pushy.

Great bar & eatery. Dined here during the latest outdoor tables only restrictions. Covid restrictions adhered to. Ideal for an afternoon light meal and drinks. Service spot-on, great selection of drinks and very tasty bar snacks. If you like beer the Theakstones and Guinness are very good. Comprehensive drinks menu. Can’t fault our visit here and will be back very soon. Thank you.

Brilliant beef stew. Just not the same without the crowds

After a wet, windy morning in the Workhouse, we were looking for somewhere that would feed our family, with three hungry children. The Storehouse was comfortable and cosy, with the most wonderfully inventive menu. It was incredible to find a children’s menu which departed from the unimaginative usual offerings and yet had something for all three. The adults’ menu was similarly mouthwatering and good value for the level of ‘cheffery’ it offered. We would most heartily recommend it.

Never heard of it but on a visit to Ripon called on a whim. Absolutely awesome meal-great service and lovely relaxed atmosphere. Can’t praise it enough-will be back soon.

Came for a day out to Ripon from Leeds came across this and can not fault it at all. Service, staff and food were all first class. Enjoyed the whole experience. Will return again.

Perfect visit from start to finish. The service was attentive and warm, the food was just superb I had the fish soup to start which was one of the best I have ever had, the menu is well balanced. A great wine list and well priced and cocktails made correctly no cheating, porn star martini was so good. If you are looking for a place for a celebration or even just for drinks and good food you must try here you won’t regret it as a chef I struggle to find places with such high standards as here. Well done and can’t wait to return

Lovely building, friendly service and decent beer but really let down by the food - mediocre supermarket nibbles. Come on guys, it's not hard to find a decent local baker, or better still bake your own bread, when you're charging £13 for a charcuterie plate. Disappointing.

Lovely place for a drink on a summers evening or indeed a nice light bite. The food is made to a very high quality and there is a wide selection of lovely drinks too!

Lovely and fashionable bar with a great range of Wine and Beers. A more up market place in Ripon and always had a great time with excellent service. Often has entertainment on.

Good Food reasonable price friendly staff

In here having a meal while on hols. The food was lovely - I'm veggie, and their halloumi, mushroom and spinach hot pot was nothing short of delicious. Oh! And the bread. Definitely on the list when I next come to Ripon.

Here for the first time, had the meatballs with foccacia. Superb. Lovely atmosphere and staff. We'll be back.

I ate here recently and I could not have been happier with my experience! The staff (and I believe owner) were very friendly, the food and drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, and the atmosphere was so nice. I am so happy to see this addition to lovely Ripon and will definitely be back here often!

Nice choice of cocktails and wine. It's a shame you can't get New Zealand sauvignon blanc by the glass, only the bottle. Theakstons on draught, as well as meantime and different lagers. Food looks good, pizza, hot dogs, olive and foccacia bread. Nice buzzy vibe and friendly staff

This place is so good. The food is served quickly and is the nicest tasting food. The bathrooms are clean and perfect. 100% recommend
