Stooge Coffee in Hastings

I live in London and come to Hastings only occasionally but when I do I usually come here for a coffee as I did recently. The coffee was fine but I found the attitude of the lady who served me offensive.

Lived in the area since 2015 and am a coffee lover. I've had coffee at every single establishment in the area. This is by far the best. Best coffee - fantastic dopamine hit and mellow afterglow. No coffee crash later. I don't go anywhere else now.

Exceptional coffee, the best in Hastings but the presence of a dog behind the counter was a big put off for any future visit.

We found this place a couple of years ago when we last came to Hastings and made a point of looking this place out again for what turned out to be great quality coffee again. The sweet treats looked lovely but we had already had our almond croissant for breakfast.

Love this independent coffee shop and i have been a regular seen i moved to Hastings. Delicious vegan treat options, a cosy environment and in an attractive street to sit outside in the warmer months.

We came across this coffee shop located in a back street in a very trendy area between the main square and the pier. We sat on a bench across the road and enjoyed a first rate coffee.

You can always trust the lovely people in Stooge to make a great cup of coffee, whichever way you enjoy your drink. If you’ve never tried a pour-over coffee, however, I urge you to order one here - you may be pleasantly surprised at just how delicious black coffee can be. Knowledgeable staff; the outside seating area is great if you’re on the sunny side of the street, and the sweet treats are very good indeed.

Stumbled upon this fantastic shop and I'm so glad I did. It's hard finding great coffee in the best of places so my hopes weren't high for a somewhat touristy seaside town, but I'm so happy to be proven wrong by Stooge Coffee. From the moment you see their storefront you realize they truly care about the coffee they serve. Behind the counter, the owners are amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Seeing a place like this doing well during covid-19 makes me feel like things are gonna be alright. Enjoying a sunny day on their makeshift, and charming, outdoor seating I had some stellar Mexican beans prepared via pour over. The coffee was smooth with a natural sweetness that made it a joy to drink. Alongside this delicious brew I had a slice of carrot & orange cake and a fruity flapjack. It was all delicious. Seriously, if you find yourself in this neck of the woods and desire great coffee then you need to make a pilgrimage to Stooge Coffee. It'll make your entire day.
