Station Cafe in Swale

Very disappointed with the portion sizes with home delivery, the beans is not even 3 Table spoons yet when you eat in the restaurant it’s a large portion, very small portions for expensive prices online. However delivery is always on time Bacon is always cooked lovely

I use this cafe a lot, used others but always come back here . brillant staff..its clean .. food is always cooked nice ... value for money Staff always happy

Great service I always have the ham and cheese omelette and the plate is stacked Fried breakfast is nice but the sausages seem a bit on the cheap side

Taken here by my partner, first time visit, a cosy little cafe very popular and busy. Quick and efficient service, food hot and delicious. Close to the station, just of the high street. I will be back.

Went here as in town early and cafe open. To be honest food was ok. However ordered 2 coffees and both arrived in mugs that were far from clean. The server was not very helpful. Not recommend.

went to three day rock festival nearby, and had pre music breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning. O both occasions I was delighted. Speedy, friendly service, clean cafe, excellent food at a very reasonable price. Cashier and chef lovely people too. Pandemic or not, a cafe like this will survive, because it is very, very good. thank you very much....see you next year!

This is NOT a review about quality of food. Have eaten here a few times and the standard is usually high. I don’t know if they have new owners but the menu choices now are VERY INFLEXIBLE. One of our party of three only wanted a small breakfast. IE One piece of bacon, one egg etc. All your items on the main menu are TWO of everything. Your offer of a 4 or 5 item breakfasts are nonsense as it’s two of everything. You lost sales today due to your inflexibility. Tried to add 1 slice of bacon to some egg on toast but told its £2.15. Because you only sell bacon in 2’s !! In my opinion you are excluding some diners with your menu policy. Be interesting to see if you listen and learn. Are the owners not aware in this day and age ALL trade is vital. The customer is king but You refused to sell us a small breakfast ??

We used this place as was moving house and needed a quick fix very tasty wholesome and the place was clear staff are very friendly too

A little hard to find but if you find it you will see it's Clean, good food, reasonably priced and friendly staff

Really nice place. I had the B3 breakfast which was big breakfast with bubble and squeak ! Absolutely stunning. Will definitely return. Clean with quick service and nice food. Not too expensive £6:50 for the large breakfast and that comes with a tea. You will have to pay extra for toast thou.

Have been coming to this place for years and years now, real good cafe food, exactly what I want from a cafe, good price, great portions, friendly staff who without fail ask if you enjoyed your meal and thank you for your custom. A real friendly family cafe with hearty big portions of food. 10/10

Having recently retired we decided to give ourselves a treat and pop out for a breakfast, so we did not have to cook. At £5.99 for a full English breakfast, including a coffee is good value. My only minor grumble would be that they used a a better quality sausage.

Stopped for brunch before weekend away and i have ordered full English breakfast and cup of tea. The food arrived quickly and the portion was huge. Loved it.

This is in my opinion. An average cafe. The location is good. It’s clean and tidy. Tables cleaned down promptly as vacated. Staff very polite and efficient. Our food was served promptly and with generous size portions. It’s average quality. Prices were also average.

I use this cafe offten, the food and service is top of its class expeculy if u like a bit of bubble on ur breakfast, they do a wide range of dinners also but I’ve only had the breakfast to this date , if I was to be picky I’d say the sausages are not the best but that’s Just me :)

I went to this cafe only on the say of the write ups.really cheapskate sausages the Richmond type but the cheapest.scrambled egg tasted of nothing except water.bacon ok.coffee good ..clean. area just what you expect for English on holiday in the canaries.would never go again very disappointed.just gust goes to show you can't always believe what you read

Hemos probado unos pocos lugares diferentes para un desayuno caliente en Sittingbourne y para nosotros, la estación Café es, de lejos, el mejor de la ciudad. El tocino está bien cocinada, las salchichas son perfectas para el desayuno (no lleno de hierbas! ), burbujas y croquetas de patata son deliciosos, pero los huevos fritos son realmente lo más destacado, preparado bajo y lento para que no tome en el color y el blanco no son malos. El personal es amable, el servicio es rápido y el precio es muy razonable para la calidad de la comida.

Mid morning breakfast! Try the BR8! fantastic! Egg, 2 x bacon, 2 x sausage, mushroom, 2 x hash browns, tomatoes, and I have a fried slice in place of the toast. Service great as well, you won't get a better breakfast anywhere!

Decidimos que hoy no quieren cocinar, así que nos fuimos al pueblo a buscar comida. Y en este café nos metimos. Habíamos utilizado antes para aperitivos, almuerzo domingo pero nunca. Y el personal fue fabuloso, wow limpio, muy servicial y amable, y la comida era deliciosa. Muchos también y caliente! He de decir que recomiendo al 100%.

Had breakfast in a few places in Sittingbourne now and decided to try out the Station Cafe since it was rated highly on here and we were not disappointed.The cafe is a bit out of the beaten track between the High Street and the Station (as the name suggests!). It has the look and decor of your typical 'Greasy spoon' cafe which is no bad thing. One thing that did stand out was how clean the cafe was.My partner and I both went for one of the set English breakfasts and thoroughly enjoyed them. Clean tasting and not too greasy. I'm a bit picky when it comes to fried eggs... it I don't like them with a crisp/golden bottom and believe eggs should be cooked at lower temperatures for longer so that the white is solid, but soft not rubbery with a perfectly soft yolk. Well, the fried eggs at the Station Cafe were perfect for me.The staff were friendly, service was quite and cost was reasonable for the quality.We'll definitely be back and would recommend it for breakfast.

Went here after dropping the kid's off at school, The cafe is spotlessly clean and the seats very comfortable. I ordered breakfast number 4 from the menu with a cup of tea, The food was served very quickly the staff were extremely polite and the Full English was cooked perfectly. A great cafe all round I will be returning.

I popped in to have quick breakfast, however had a bit of time on my hand, so I ordered a Spanish omelette no mushrooms, he was obliging and he provided a friendly service, would recommend this clean cafe, great food and service. Price was reasonable too. Visited on 28th June 2016

Dropped in here after a check-up in local hospital, so nearer lunchtime than breakfast really. This is a basic back street café, but what it serves it serves well.There are many different breakfast options on the menu cards, all costing the same (£5.99 at time of our visit).I went for the option of 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, 3 hash browns, tinned tomatoes, and my all time favourite Black Pudding.My Wife had a similar meal, the difference being no black pudding or tomatoes - instead she had a fried slice and baked beans.Both meals came with tea/coffee and, importantly, were freshly cooked to order not scooped of a hot plate.Good, freshly cooked food at a sensible price.

Had a good roast dinner didn't go hungry staff pleasant clean and tidy prompt and friendly service would use again plenty to choose from on menu

I don't normally write reviews on this type of establishment, however this one is excellent. the place is run by a slick team, the food menu is huge and you will find the best breakfast second to none.All this at a very reasonably price and the portion size is huge.try it out you wont be disappointed.sets the standard well done

We tried out this Café as it was opened not long ago. We were impressed when we arrived as it was almost full. The tables were cleared and cleaned as soon as customers left. Service was prompt and the waitress attentive. The food was well cooked and the menu was a good size and varied to suit all tastes. The tea was lovely! We were well impressed over all and we will be going back. It is situated by the back entrance of Wilkinsons
