Dirty floor, dirty tables, dirty counter. Staff no interested at all. Ground floor tables full with teenagers charging the phone and using the toilet. WiFi was ok and coffe was decent, but terrible Starbucks standards, this is not what it used to be. Won't ever return here.

We came to Starbucks for a coffee before heading to the train station. Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff were quite immature and rude, when we asked them to wipe the table they laughed and were generally more interested in messing about with each other. Also my coffee was below standard, couldn’t taste the coffee at all (dirty chai latte) and no attention to detail. Not the experience I usually get at Starbucks.

I had an interview today, arrived by train and stopped to grab myself a drink for it. After selecting a small the lady who served me on finding out I had a free drink reward offered me to change the size to a large one. I said sure, why not and made a joke that I hoped I liked it as I'd never tried it before she then said if I didn't they'd happily make me another drink instead. This interaction while small probably in this lady's day really brightened mine. The drink (strawberry acai) was lovely and I would order again. I should add while this only refers to one lady the rest of the crew working midday 28th march all seemed just as lovely and upbeat.

They are so awfully slow in here. You can’t wait 10 min for a coffee at pick time ( 8:30 am) In London you get your coffee in 2 min!

Spiced pumpkin season....yum! Service....LONG queue...2 staff were having a chat whilst writing some date labels....should have done labels later and helped to serve the long queue. One person took orders, 1 to 2 made drinks...pretty quick considering non stop orders for them.... Although those behind us we're obviously friends of staff so got served before us in the end.... hhhmmmm......Water tap left running the whole time...guess Starbucks didn't hear there's a drought declared in the Southwest/don't care about wasting water.... "So-so" experience overall....

It has just taken 15 mins to get a coffee. They should not be accepting mobile orders if it means unacceptable waits for people in store.

The place is fine, decent seating upstairs and good wifi so useful if you are between trains as it is very close to Bristol Temple Meads

I always use Starbucks to drink my coffee as I’ve a rare requirement coffee due to my diet. I paid £5.50 today for a terrible, untasted drink!!! Frappuccino SUGAR FREE & KETO FRIENDLY. 2 shoot of Coffee, 1/2 almond milk, 1/2 water+ caramel sugar free syrup and cream! Well, it was watery watery and more watery.... the drink was really light and without taste... It wasn’t love at all.., I know my drink isn’t simple but the reason I always choose starbucks is because of that!!! So disappointed...

Fast. Highly appreciated as before boarding a train you are mostly in a hurry. Not many seats available.

I have been coming here during the rush hour in the mornings, even when it is busier the staff remain very calm and friendly. There are lots of staff working which speeds up the service. There is a chirpy man called Adam, who I think is the manager and he is charming and it is lovely to be greeted by someone who seems to enjoy their job. Even when there are a lot of people I’m never waiting around for long and it is stress free. It is the friendliest Starbucks I have been to and it’s very conveniently located near the train station. This is the perfect example of how a Starbucks should be :)

The natural assumption that you will give your name is always frustrating. In this case even more so as it resulted in poor service! The server seemed lost and even huffed out loud when I declined to give my name - he was truly lost! My recompense? Cold bacon roll, caramel flavoured coffee NOT vanilla as requested and no butter with my toast. VERY POOR, wont return.

In the months since I last came here, someone at Starbucks has obviously had an idea: "Let's increase custom at selected cafes by letting people order and pay for their coffees in advance, then just pop in and collect them". Well, Starbucks, this is how it is working out in practice:- My wife and I popped in at 9.30 on a weekday morning for a quick coffee and bite to eat before catching a train. We looked in first - there were only 2 people at the counter and one waiting, so it seemed no problem. Our orders and payment were taken quite quickly at the counter but then, as we stood waiting for our coffees, more and more people came in who had clearly ordered via app - at one point there were 12 waiting. So we were standing there for 10 minutes before we got our coffees, with some of those coming through the door picking up theirs before us. During this time I asked the guy when he'd be making ours (there seems to be only one coffee machine) as we had a train to catch, and he just said our order was in the queue and did we want it in takeaway mugs. When we finally got our coffees there wasn't even any apology. Starbucks, your new scheme is not working,. It discriminates against those who come into the cafe to order, and even many of those who'd ordered in advance were waiting 10 minutes. It didn't help that the guy was having to call out some names a few times, wave at people etc, to get their attention - all causing more delays. You need more staff and more coffee machines at busy times if you're going to offer this option. In future we'll go to the much quieter and more civilised rival cafe next door. 2 stars purely because the coffee and pastry were OK.

so over rated!!! pricey, and doesn't taste that Amazing just watery really. I would advise to make your own coffee shakes, or just go to mac donalds.

This cafe has a lot going for it. Convenient for Temple Meads, light and clean, and fairly fast service. But I did not appreciate, the minute we’d finished our coffees and pastry, having our cups cleared away and being asked if we wanted anything else. I could perhaps have understood it if the place was full and we’d been there ages, but there were 5 empty tables near us and we’d only taken about 15 minutes. The waitress was either trying to make some point which escaped us, or was being far too ‘efficient’. A shame, because if it had not been for this I would have given a 5-star review. It seems they don’t want you staying there long.

Turned up at 1720 to have a juice but was told by a rather sullen lady that I could only have coffee as they were closing at 6. Then she over charged me.. not very welcoming.

Branch in the Royal West of England Art Gallery, Queen’s Road, Bristol. Summer infusion teas were totally stunning and, unlike most cafes, had no sugar or syrup in them. Peach/Berry was superb and the Earl Grey (tho obviously a bit sour due to its nature) was also v good. (1 other flavour I didn’t try). Staff exceptionally friendly & helpful. Lovely venue (inside the Gallery building) with metal seats (I think it was) & small tables outside. NOTE a year’s Pass is currently £16 to visit exhibitions as much as 1 wants, so only about £5 or less each time.

I went with my young son and wife during the run up to Christmas where I had booked a week off work to get my Christmas shopping done. It was a good day out overall, but sadly my attempt at some respite in this Costa was thwarted by one abhorrently rude member of staff. It started when I ordered our drinks at the till. Mine and my wife's drinks were fine, but when I asked about the free 'babycchino' for my son, the woman on the till- Anna- told me they had run out of the small cups for the kids drinks and that they'd have to charge us for a whole regular size cup of milk if we wanted one! After stating the obvious that Anna could simply put a small amount of milk in a regular cup, she huffed, poured out the drinks and abruptly handed me the tray. When we sat down, the tables were messy and sticky. Granted it was busy and the run up to Christmas, but basic hygiene is not a duty that should be shirked. After finishing I needed to use the restroom, so I went to the right of the tills and queued for use of the loo. When I got in there I could hardly breathe. The smell was awful. I went straight out to the tills and spoke to Anna again to tell her that the their toilets needed attention. I got the same huffy attitude from Anna who told me that they were nothing to do with her as the toilets were managed by Primark. She didn't even contact her Primark colleagues or a manager to let them know that someone had smeared excrement on the floor in there. Truly a shocking experience.

Just went here to meet a group of my colleagues for something to eat and was told that they were doing takeaway only .I asked if they had changed the closing time as it was only 3pm and she replied that they were closing early as it had been quiet ! I ordered a takeaway coffee and phoned friends to change cafe .Photo is of the large cappuccino! Half a cup of cold coffee. Don't bother going here lots more lovely coffee shops close by.

Nice little Costa at willow brook shopping centre. We encountered a rather anxious and slightly intimidating customer in the cafe the staff went out of the way to make sure we were ok. They apologised, checked in with us and gave us complimentary cakes. AMAZING customer service thank you ‘Kate’.
