Starbucks Coffee- Chester Greyhound Retail Park in Cheshire West and Chester

Order an iced drink which was served lukewarm.. asked for a cup of water for my dog for the girl serving to roll her eyes at me? Sorry for asking you to do your job 😂

We popped in for a coffee while shopping and found it was quite dirty. The tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. The floor under the tables were dirty too and the chairs were coverd in crumbs. The beading around the banquette seats was full of crumbs and obviously had not been cleaned or brushed out in a while. Altogether it wasn't pleasent to be there. There seemed to be quite a lot of staff on duty but they were all behind the counter. If I was a manager I'd get them out there keeping the place clean. It's not like in America where it's clean and tidy in every Starbucks I've been in. The Starbucks in Bebbington wasn't much better. Someone had dropped milk shake on the floor and mat by the door and no one came to clean it up while we were there.

I don't usually like to write bad reviews as this can be quite detrimental to places during these hard times. I regularly come in to Starbucks (and have written 5* reviews in the past) BUT the last few times I have been quite shocked. The way the new manager speaks to members of staff (and sometimes the customers) is awful, she could be standing there and order someone do to the job she should be doing. I've notice a few times that at their busiest hour she will disappear, one day for about 20 minutes while a member of staff was left on her own to take orders and make them while she left the shop. There is also a guy the comes in only on the days she's in and she'll stop what she is doing and goes straight over to him, leaving customers to wait longer than they had. She's even kissed him on the shop floor which I think is highly unprofessional whilst working and not on break! This only some of the things I've seen the last couple of weeks!

Kate needs to find a new job. Shocking service. It appeared there had been a food fight prior to entering, as there was cake all over the floor.

I can't remember sitting in such filthy surroundings; the floor was dirty, the chairs covered in stains, and the tables were not wiped clean. I had to ask for a table to get wiped which staff were not too enthusiastic to do. I noted it has a 5 star hygiene rating, but I've no idea how it achieved this!

Myself and my children visit Starbucks a couple of times a week. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much for them. My kids are very fussy and indecisive and the staff are very patient with them and also happy to remake their drinks if they don't like the choice they've made. Would highly recommend a visit if your out shopping down the Estate. Very clean and the selection of cakes is amazing!

Honesty customer service in here is amazing!!! Such a hot day, forget our cards after we had ordered and got given a free drink, and told to pay next time, employees dave and jake, such wonderful people, thank you!!

Always a warm welcome from all the staff, manager Dave, Jake, & Abi happy to have a conversation, clean & adhere to all the ongoing restriction changes. Great atmosphere & visited by a number of regular customers.

Popped in for coffee and cake after shopping, nice clean place, polite staff excellent coffee n cake of course, wasn’t too busy but plenty of seating available!

We all a starbs and this one didn’t disappoint, I was dropping my daughter off at Chester train station , we were looking for a close by starbs , this location was spot on and only 10 mins to the train station. So it was a “win win” all round .

Went with some friends and was greeted by friendly staff, my favourite place for coffee in Sealand Road shops. Nothing is to much trouble, lovely fresh food and delightful coffee 😊. Clean bright and very welcoming Staff in hospitality deserve respect!

I’ve ordered yesterday 3 coffees with soy milk just because of my allergy on dairy. I received all of them with semi milk. I had really strong allergy reaction. It’s unacceptable! It’s not just a lactose intolerance. I mentioned that 2 times to make sure. Stuff should be more focus on them job !!!

This Starbucks is amazing I love it and they always write a cute note on the bag when you order !!!!

We have been visiting this Starbucks location since we moved to the area. Amazing service and team. They never disappoint! A year later and we are still frequenting this same location a few times a week. The manager Dave and his team make you feel so welcome and take care of you. I go to starbucks on the greyhound daily for my coffee fix 😊 I love going to that starbucks because the staff are so friendly and always a warm welcome off them everytime someone enters. I think David the manager and his staff have all adapted so well to the covid situation and put everything into place to keep them and there customers safe so well done to you all on that. Everytime I've gone in its always clean and tidy, which is a bonus because some places aren't as clean. Keep up the good work your all doing great.

One of my favourite places to come and sit and do some work, despite being in the middle of a retail park beside a busy road! Staff are always welcoming and friendly, always a wide range of food and drink prepared to a good standard. Typically clean and well presented, as previous reviewers have noted, could do with blinds or similar, as can get very hot on a summers day, but otherwise a very nice haven from the hustle and bustle of the Greyhound Retail Park. Never had any problems at this Starbucks, and can't say I've ever been displeased with the cleanliness or the attitude of the staff.

Poor service and the toilets are absolutely filthy. Not everyday dirt but months of dirt. Love Starbucks but won’t be back to this one. Not the quality of other stores.

Decidimos parar para tomar una bebida fría bien merecida, el día estaba muy caluroso. Pedimos las dos bebidas habituales, me cobraron una cantidad diferente la última visita (tienda y área diferente) habló con el personal y explicó que podría ser debido a los alquileres / áreas diferentes, pero no podía entender, le mostré hola el costo de la aplicación y muy amablemente me dio un cupón para una bebida gratis.GraciasMe metí en el auto y me fui. - - - - Pronto me di cuenta de que la bebida de galletas y crema era muy acuosa y sin sabor, si pudiéramos dar la vuelta para rehacerla, me iría. Pero esto no me ha quitado las ganas de visitar Starbucks

Mi compañero y yo fuimos a la tienda después de un día viendo casas en el área local. Fue un día sofocante, así que decidimos que necesitábamos una buena bebida fría. Pedí el Frappuccino de fresa y crema y mi compañero pidió el té congelado de naranja de sangre. Ambos fueron hechos a un nivel excepcional y el mío en particular fue delicioso, rebosante de sabor y sabor.¡Gracias Abi y Beth por recomendar estas bebidas y Abi por hacer mi Frappuccino inmaculadamente!¡Hasta la proxima vez!

Mi pareja y yo llamamos hoy con su hijo y él no estaba seguro de qué tener. Le explicamos a Mikey que nos estaba sirviendo que su hijo era autista y que tal vez no le gustara la bebida que él sugirió, la forma en que manejó todo fue increíble y nada era demasiado para él, ya que a Alex no le gustó, así que le hizo uno nuevo. y nos lo trajo y le hizo sentir especial a Alex. Vine a tomar algo después de un duro día de trabajo y no me decepcionó en lo más mínimo. Esta tienda siempre ha brindado un excelente servicio cada vez que vengo, y el personal es siempre muy amable y muy informado sobre todos sus productos.Courtney me atendió y ella me aconsejó que obtuviera el Frappuccino Double Chocolatey Chip. Fue hecho a la perfección y servido con una sonrisa y una conversación mientras lo esperaba, una cualidad rara que no puedes encontrar en otros lugares. I sat down with my panini and coffee and then a couple with a dog sat next to us. I checked the Starbucks policy which clearly states only service dogs allowed in the restaurant, this dog was not a service dog. The young man who works there obviously knew the couple we’ll as he was chatting to them and not once did he ask them to leave . Won’t be visiting again

Good service, plenty of comfy clean tables to choose from and waitress offered to carry tray, very kind staff.

Por decir lo menos, muy decepcionante. . .Café solo tibio y bastante insípido. . .Mi sándwich de 5 quesos, una vez calentado era solo un desastre de queso gloopy, sin sabor.Las mesas exteriores no estaban especialmente limpias. . . y muy desvencijadoUna cafetería para evitar . . !
