I have no idea who chewed the panini that I bought

It’s bad enough that you can only get a Starbucks coffee overnight but to be ripped off as well with a £5.15 charge is appalling.

There was a delicious sounding new drink on the menu which sadly wasn't vegan, but the lovely batista made me an EVEN BETTER version woth soy and oat milk. So grateful 🙏

Not actually Starbucks, but a franchise. So everything is much more expensive and unlike proper Starbucks locations, they do charge for babychinos. £2 for a small cup of milk!!!

I ordered a drink with soy milk, got a drink with cow's milk that I couldn't drink more than a sip of because of my allergie. Unfortunately I was already in the tunnel when I realized the mistake. Money gone to waste and dangerous for my health too!

Franchise restaurant, won’t accept Starbucks app/loyalty or reward drinks. Almost £12 for just 2 medium drinks. Extortionate prices and in takeaway cups despite drink in. Save your money and go to a nice French coffee stop when you arrive in Calais.

I ask for a frappe with white chocolate syrup, sweet vanilla cold foam and extra caramel drizzle These people give me a frappe with vanilla syrup, no sweet vanilla foam and no caramel! How difficult is it to take an order!

Stood there for a few minutes looking at 3 members of staff, who couldn’t bother to acknowledge my presence (no other customers around). When I asked if I could order, one turned around and put me in my place: “I am preparing a drink for a customer”. Of course. That couldn’t be me. After all, I was waiting at the counter to recreate, to enjoy the view, to interrupt three staff members’ hard work, definitely not as a customer. The other two staff just looked at me as if I had sneezed a wet sneeze on their counter. I figured I’d best make myself scarce and leave this Starbucks team to deal with real customers.

I am happy to pay a higher price for premium quality, but Starbucks delivers on eye-watering costs for weak, taste less coffee, and unappetising food. £18 for two black coffees and 2 ciabatta is ludicrous.

Don't buy anything here. Save your money for better place

Flat white was much too hot, tasted burnt and smoky, and the lack of latte art messages it clear that this is not the best Starbucks can do. Service: Drink was just put on the side, in my sight but out of reach as if it was a reject. It was the only drink in my order. Then later it was moved to where customers can reach. Still managed to be burning hot.

Stopped there on our way to France. I asked for a cinnamon swirl, if they can warm it up a little, they said ‘no as the icing melts’ 😳 all other Starbucks’ do.. then asked if they take the app, the answer was once again ‘no’. Lastly, asked for some hot water for my baby’s bottle, they couldn’t.. they gave me a boiling hot coffee and couldn’t give me 30ml of hot water. Got it from the coffee shop next to them. They were also rude, could’ve said it nicely 🙃

Luckily the trains are running 90 min late. 4 people stood around doing nothing and 1 making the drinks. Almost at the front of the queue - 25 min and counting.

Nothing special just Starbucks as always

This place is absolutely terrible. I can't believe this place is called Starbucks. I would have given it zero stars if possible.

My experience at Starbaks was extremely disappointing. We arrived early in the morning, hoping to grab a sausage bap for my little child and some coffee for myself. However, to my shock, when I grabbed the bap from the shelf and I noticed a green fly on it. I stayed in the queue and showed it to the cashier, but his response was far from satisfactory. He simply blew on the fly and tossed the bap into the bin. There were no apologies or any acknowledgment of the issue. He then offered to provide another one, but I hesitated, unsure if I wanted to risk another unpleasant surprise. The other customers in the queue were equally taken aback by the incident. The service was disgusting, and the food they sell is of poor quality, despite their claim of having a "food hygiene rating of 5 out of 5." It was a truly horrible experience.

It was ok however they weren't doing cold drinks.

Very disappointed! Charged me 5.40 for a drink that is half full! Plus took over 38 seconds to be served! 😤😤

Left a good 24hrs early so i had time to queue for a coffee. Just made it to the train in time.

Inefficient staff.slowest ever, they don't care about queue just fluffing around.

Took 35 minutes to get an overpriced coffee. Can't pre-order your drinks to avoid this, and can't get points too. Terrible.

Normally super, but also normally not busy at all. Delays and heatwave means it is over crowded, long queues, and only 1 of the 4 employees working the coffee machine. Difficult day for them, but possible for them to handle it more efficiently. Staff still friendly dispute issues

Obsługa bardzo niemiła. Poprosiłam o ciepłą wodę do butelki dla dziecka aby zrobić mleko ale mi odmówiono. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką sytuacją mając dwójkę dzieci. Dziwne zasady panują w tej firmie.

Ridiculously slow service, bordering on rude. Staff completely oblivious of customers. Worst Starbucks experience ever.

A cashier named ‘Matt’ was unreservedly and unnecessarily rude when my father, who had recently heard terrible news about his mother, was abruptly told to ‘move out the way’. Lovely Christmas spirit!! Must have had a bad day! I forgive you ‘Matt’ but my father is less merciful!

Just what I needed after a long drive through the night

So we bought flasks to re use for our tea and coffee. When we went by a few days later they wanted us to pay for the flasks again! Didn't believe we had bought them from there previously.

I ordered a caramel frappuccino and it tasted good but I think they gave me the wrong cup so my drink overflowed and it really wasn’t that cool, have a nice day(:

Always has massive ques when the tunnel is busy. Plan ahead if you want coffee

A regular Starbucks. A little pricey, but that's to be expected given location. Kept me going for my onward journey!

Kind and helpful staff but awful coffee. Really, the cappuccino was hardly drinkable. Prices were ok.

Serveurs désagréable, commande non respectée, pas de crème ni de sirop dans le fudge hot chocolate. On se retrouve avec un chocolat chaud classique qu'ils refusent de rembourser quand on leur fait remarquer l'erreur... (au moins le remboursement de la différence serait normal...)
