Missing three items wanted a cooked breakfast but the bacon and my drinks didn’t arrive

ordered something that never arrived and was told by driver just to ask for refund on just eat

i ordered 2 pizzas and some beer. only the beer came after nearly 2 hours of waiting.... where is my food please?

This order was never delivered so why I'm seeing it here as delivered at 12.30 is confusing to me. I placed the order not long after 10am and at 12.45 when it had still not been delivered, I contacted just eat who apologised and provided a full refund. I haven't had a great experience ordering via just eat from asda and won't be ordering this way again.

Over an hour late and missing items.

Super annoyed, ordered this around 12:40pm for lunch bits and dinners for my kids and it turns up almost 3 hours late, just kept being pushed and pushed later on the time of delivery with a milk bottle caked in mud and broken and missing some items. this caused us so much stress, would have been less pain for us (me and my partner) who are both disabled to walk around the shops. I want a full refund or something because this was absolutely atrocious!!

Wouldn’t bother coming past 1pm as they never have anything in stock, rude Asian lady behind counter wasn’t helpful letting us know what was available just kept us guessing reading things off the menu. Drinks storage isn’t even plugged in. Place seems so run down and staffs attitude don’t help. This is the second time we’ve been here and won’t be returning again.

Only half my order arrived with no notification so now what? Order again elsewhere I guess.

Order didn’t arrive and system just got stuck saying driver at the store. Now showing as delivered but nothing has arrived (two hours after ordering).

The ham we ordered was not delivered, Cadburys marvellous creations was not delivered to our address. Customer service great but getting items we ordered that was on the list , not t been delivered is very disappointing , this is down to Asdcolleague

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered and was constantly changing the delivery time. Had to order Mc Donald’s because of how long this was taking.

I ordered 3 bottles of Henry Weston’s 660ml ciders and 3 bottles of San Migual 660ml lagers did not receive any of the San Migual lagers!

First of all i got sent the wrong delivery, i have paid 65 pound and I didnt recieve all of my order.

Arrived 30 minutes late, apples that we actually received were all bruised by other food crushing them, we ordered 2 and only got one. Fresh raspberries were at the bottom of the bag and therefore completely squashed. 8 pack of irn-bru missing & Asda easy peelers missing. Won't be using them again

rip off. Paid £7.40 more than I would of in store! so just note the prices on the just eat app are more expensive than in store prices.

The estimated arrival kept changing. Eventually it arrived. Over an hour to when it was first estimated. Not impressed.

missing an item, didn't mention it as it was only ham but after another delivery today was missing an item thought it was worth mentioning as it seems to keep happening

The order was an hour later than the time originally stated. When the order arrived a bag must of been missing as there was several items missing from the order. Not a good experience unfortunately.

Missing lots of items and still charged me.

Stuff was missing which can’t be helped but felt important to mention. However the driver did not read my instructions and instead waited for ten minutes in the lobby of my building without informing me of his arrival. At which time I went downstairs to check and was blamed for not being clearer. Probably won’t be using this service again.

It was Asda caught not the driver , he been waiting for Asda to get the order ready , I use just eat near Al, the time , the reason I'm disabled, and have problems with my mobility , this is not the first time this has happened , it was canccled order , but I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded from that time , and this order I just received is still missing things , it's a bad service that Asda can't get all your orders correct , missing items is constant happening , but when you are relying on the items , this does not help , I await your reply , regards Peter

Quarter of the items out of a £70 shop not delivered. Not the first time, it’s pretty much anytime you order online.

half my delivery didn't turn up, with no receipt either. No note or anything to say there were items missing. Considering it was a grocery order for dinner, it was useless really.

Every time I use this service some goods are missing. The odd item I can put up with but today it was vital items that totaled more than £10!! If you going to provide service at least make it efficient!! This is the third and last time I use this service. The only good thing is it arrives when stated.

there are a few items again missing,one being puppy food which I needed for his dinner....I don't have the extra money to buy more,so no its not very good at all...there always seems to be at least one to 10 items missing from an order and when you can't get out its not good when you are paying g for the service...

no concerns with regards to the delivery aspect, but i’m finding myself having to keep refunding items that are missing from my order.. very inconvenient.

Absolutely disgusting Terrible customer service stressful so upset with way I was treated just got my shopping was charged twice ordered shopping at 10am now 3.30. Ordered wrong shopping to start with then took back as I said this isn’t my shopping bags if cereal which I didn’t order any wad told faithfully the driver was going to get my shopping and bring it right back very bad service very upsetting and another 35 pound down the worst that there’s no one to help you or talk to

No Riverstone Easy Roll 30g was in the bag and the receipt wasn't there, not impressed.... It was paid for.

I've used this service twice recently and both times I have been items missing. I appreciate it is a fast service but at least give an explanation if something is not available.

Really should be cleaner, tables dirty, drinks machines dirty, areas not wiped down, cuttery not the cleanest. £10 full English two teas and extra toast. Cheap sausages, rest reasonably ok and edible, though toast pre-spread rather wimp(. Very hot cafe, not appealing, rather dated. Surprised Asda don't have improvements in mind. Sorry but I will avoid

Popped in on a Saturday lunchtime for a quick lunch. Only 2 varieties of panini available and when I asked if the other menu choices were available, the assistant said "no that's it". Asked for 2 lattes and this time the response was "will see if its working ". Panini was overcooked, coffee luke warm. We took the only table that wasn't piled high with dirty plates or where the floor was clear of food, cutlery and general debris dropped by previous customers. Eventually we saw someone attempting to clear the tables....didn't bother cleaning them though, or clean the floor. This quite easily is the most filthy and disgusting place I have ever eaten in. Do youself a favour and go down the escalator one floor and there is a delightful independent cafe, Costa and Starbucks....I wish I had!

Put message asking please not to ring the door but that was the first thing the driver did. So, pointless to send a message

Delivery driver wouldn't come to the door so I had to go out barefoot also an item was missing but no refund for missing item.....

The delivery itself was fine. However the order took ages to be packed n picked. Was left waiting for a long time with no updates.
