Was missing the 2 items I needed most

says its delivered but it hasn't been delivered after waiting over 2hrs I'm really not happy with this

I think I waited an hour and 40 mins from the time I ordered, I don't think I've ever had to wait so long for an order. I'm not sure why it was so long, if I was told it was going to be so long I wouldnt have minded, it was because it kept saying it would be around 10 minutes then kept resetting for over an hour, which meant I felt like I was waiting for my order all the time instead of planning around it. Delivery person was very pleasant though.

Missing items and ridiculously late because the shop kept putting back the order time back.

Put order in at 13:00 food didn’t come till 15:30 , the time changed 4 times . When order came most of the order wasn’t there 5 things were missing .

The krder took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive. Missing items. No apology. Just an instruxtion to contact asda directly.

Ordered from Asda it said 50% off selected items. I selected those items and added those to my basket but I was charged double very disappointed very upset about this.

Everything I ordered was in stock and arrived promptly.

The problem was not the courier. He was left waiting at the store for a very long time. The store took an unnecessarily long time to prepare the small order.

Once again i didn't receive all of my order 3 items and still couldn't get it right .The item not delivered is my dinner tonight i can't afford to replace it how can you get 3 items wrong unbelievable

Lovely delivery person. Delivery was just missing one item and had one substitution I wasn't aware of.

Ordered 3 packs of burgers and only received 2!?! Numerous times orders have been missing items?? What is so hard at packing all items ordered!

The food is good here and the service is quick. Good portion sizes. Only downside is, the trouble finding a seat as there is not enough seating.

Disappointed on Satday 14/12/24 entered cafe at 1710 after good shop ,saw notice saying No Food , Only T n Coffee, challenged this as 1800 given as time of closing was told No Coffee machine in Cleaning mode only Tea available .2 Asda staff members were seated nearby and supported My complaint to the Lady operator saying 1730 refs should be available to clients .Lady Operator Argued that she had to clean kitchen and could not provide Service , other Staff reiterated to Server she should provide Service till at least 1730 ,alas this was ignored by server so we left thirsty and hungry, but gave thanks to the 2 Store Staff that supported our complaint.We have never been so let down by Asda at Broadstairs or Great Barr or Canterbury, this was our first at Folkestone , shame otherwise a great store with helpful staff on the main floor who helped us progress to all our other requirements male staff and Evie on cash till. Delivery was on time however as always Missing items from my order! Bacon and rolls missed! Just eat have refused to refund these items!

This order was never delivered so why I'm seeing it here as delivered at 12.30 is confusing to me. I placed the order not long after 10am and at 12.45 when it had still not been delivered, I contacted just eat who apologised and provided a full refund. I haven't had a great experience ordering via just eat from asda and won't be ordering this way again.

Over an hour late and missing items.

Super annoyed, ordered this around 12:40pm for lunch bits and dinners for my kids and it turns up almost 3 hours late, just kept being pushed and pushed later on the time of delivery with a milk bottle caked in mud and broken and missing some items. this caused us so much stress, would have been less pain for us (me and my partner) who are both disabled to walk around the shops. I want a full refund or something because this was absolutely atrocious!!

Wouldn’t bother coming past 1pm as they never have anything in stock, rude Asian lady behind counter wasn’t helpful letting us know what was available just kept us guessing reading things off the menu. Drinks storage isn’t even plugged in. Place seems so run down and staffs attitude don’t help. This is the second time we’ve been here and won’t be returning again.

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered and was constantly changing the delivery time. Had to order Mc Donald’s because of how long this was taking.

The ham we ordered was not delivered, Cadburys marvellous creations was not delivered to our address. Customer service great but getting items we ordered that was on the list , not t been delivered is very disappointing , this is down to Asdcolleague

First of all i got sent the wrong delivery, i have paid 65 pound and I didnt recieve all of my order.

Order never got delivered to me in spite of providing accurate details on how to find my address.

Arrived 30 minutes late, apples that we actually received were all bruised by other food crushing them, we ordered 2 and only got one. Fresh raspberries were at the bottom of the bag and therefore completely squashed. 8 pack of irn-bru missing & Asda easy peelers missing. Won't be using them again

rip off. Paid £7.40 more than I would of in store! so just note the prices on the just eat app are more expensive than in store prices.

The estimated arrival kept changing. Eventually it arrived. Over an hour to when it was first estimated. Not impressed.

The order was an hour later than the time originally stated. When the order arrived a bag must of been missing as there was several items missing from the order. Not a good experience unfortunately.

Stuff was missing which can’t be helped but felt important to mention. However the driver did not read my instructions and instead waited for ten minutes in the lobby of my building without informing me of his arrival. At which time I went downstairs to check and was blamed for not being clearer. Probably won’t be using this service again.

It was Asda caught not the driver , he been waiting for Asda to get the order ready , I use just eat near Al, the time , the reason I'm disabled, and have problems with my mobility , this is not the first time this has happened , it was canccled order , but I'm still waiting for my money to be refunded from that time , and this order I just received is still missing things , it's a bad service that Asda can't get all your orders correct , missing items is constant happening , but when you are relying on the items , this does not help , I await your reply , regards Peter

half my delivery didn't turn up, with no receipt either. No note or anything to say there were items missing. Considering it was a grocery order for dinner, it was useless really.

Every time I use this service some goods are missing. The odd item I can put up with but today it was vital items that totaled more than £10!! If you going to provide service at least make it efficient!! This is the third and last time I use this service. The only good thing is it arrives when stated.
