Food nice and hot. Service a bit slow, wonder if it's a bit understaffed, when we were there. Though the staff were very pleasant.

Very fast service and I mean it.. it was ordered and delivered within a few minutes and it was 7 of us. Very friendly staff, very clean restaurant and toilets, would say not enough parking around the restaurant but the opposite shops can compensate for the car park

I got a take away coffee cos it tastes like old fashioned drip and it’s cheap. The rest of the menu will eventually kill you.

Don't usually go for a McDonalds but the wife does like a double sausage and egg mcmuffin on a rare occasion, it's probably the only time we eat from here but a breakfast does they say set you up for the day. Personally prefer a proper breakfast...........

The food came quickly, it was very clean, the staff cleaned the screens nicely themselves. The vegetarian burger was less my thing, there was a lot of ketchup on it.

I came here for breakfast and began queuing at 10:59, I reached the front of the queue at 11:01 and was told I could not have anything from the breakfast menu. Glum. The feeling of injustice was only surpassed by the feeling of ungodly hunger that remained in my stomach. There were no hash browns to speak of; No pancakes to be enjoyed; No McMuffins to be consumed, be that of sausage, egg or any other sort. Home I wandered, in search of both consolation, and a consolation prize. The kitchen cupboard offered me otherwise decent options - Cheerios, Cinnamon Grahams, Weetabix. A pan aux chocolat was elected, and tried its best to deputise. But on this day, a black day for morning sustenance, the damage had long been done. The damage done, at 11:01. McDonalds, you won.

I go here when I'm visiting my parents because it's close and convenient, unfortunately every time I have been there has been items missing from my order (be it a walk in or delivery) I don't understand why they constantly get it wrong.

Absolute joke order was missing half its contents got it via the app my advice don’t use the app and don’t use McDonald’s con artists take your money but balls up the order and just say we will refund in 15 days meanwhile family still hungry due to items missing off order the only reason I used delivery service is I can’t drive due to a broken leg so now I’m out of pocket and half the food is missing joke of a company

I strongly urge you not to use the app to order for delivery half the order was missing I rang to speak to someone when I got through eventually basically I was told we can give you a number to start a refund process but we ain’t sending out the missing food I only used the service as I I have broken my leg and can not drive and my food shop doesn’t come till tomorrow Disgusting service

They have never gotten our order right and the last time I went I had to argue with them because despite ordering through the app for collection, they claimed that I had ordered additional items and had to pay an outstanding amount. Took 2 managers to tell me what I already knew and had told them! Will probably drive the extra few miles to a different McDonald's next time

Very popular, recently opened Mc D. Speedy service with freshly cooked food.

Built a couple of years ago this is a very well run restaurant. It has become our McDonald's of choice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Managers are mostly friendly and efficient. Food it hot and normally served fairly quickly unless it is exceptionally busy.

Much the same as the rest. No problem Just another McDonald's.

Had amazing service from a very kind young man , was stuck with an order and a young man came to help. He reassured me, helped me out and made the experience enjoyable. We even had a good chat and really shows the young generation can treat an older woman so well. I asked for his name to make sure he gets the praise he deserves his name is Harry Clark make sure you give him the praise he deserves. Very kind young man.

i visited today and i was very disappointed, they had no soft drinks available and when i continued to order and get a frappe they was cleaning the machine they yelled down the drive through towards me. i have never had an issue with this restaurant however i am appalled by this and i doubtfully will not be returning anytime soon!!

Visited earlier today and the young girl on the payment/order window at 18:12 was incredibly polite and lovely!! Complete contrast from the rude and poor service we received at the park farm one.

The place was clean. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food was lovely and piping hot.

Got to give the lady cleaning 5 plus stars!! She noticed we'd been given the wrong drinks and sorted it out for us, with a lovely manner and smile. 😊

McDonald's are as they are, not fast food, and I sometimes wonder if McDonald's are convenient. The price is up, and it seems to me the quality is down. I do not visit as much as I used to.

Grabbed family a takeaway ordered via the app just before channel tunnel trip. I hate a McDonald’s that skanks drive thru and takeaway customers in fries. Did t have time to go back, wife and kids were hungry, then gutted. It’s expensive enough - give full portions. Photo is ‘large’ fries, they were all like this, none at bag bottom….

The food became too expensive. The size of the food is too small. The food prices increase so badly that it does not match the size of the food.

Took a while to get the food, staff on auto pilot probably on minimum wage so can't expect much. However when you are getting the Eurotunnel. Food was same as any other Mcd's. Nothing to report there.

No milkshakes this time, has happened on different occasions.. and I'm not sure but the diet coke does not taste right - almost medicinal

This place is consistently the best McDonald's ever. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Everyone seems to be focused on making it a great experience for the customer. Food is always fresh, hot and well put together. Pick eater orders are always spot on unlike almost every other places where I often have to go back and get things redone. Will drive out of our way to go to this MacDs rather than closer ones.

Dicent food from this McDonalds branch! Must say it was hot, taste good and came out as requested. The restaurant was a bit grubby though, needs staff to be on the floor cleaning. I've visited hundreds of McDonald's and this was about average, however the food was up there with one of the best I've been to.

It is always a pleasure to get along to the flat iron, best steakhouse that is simple and easy to enjoy in terms of menu and food, along with great value for money.

My drive thru experience was very pleasant for early morning! I was greeted with a friendly voice, where nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I moved onto the next window to pay, although here it was a very brief encounter, they were friendly enough. Then went onto collect my food and drinks. When I went to collect my latte, I asked for sugar but the lady didn't hear me correctly and started double checking my receipt, and confirmed I did order a latte. I agreed and said yes that's no problem, could I just get a few sugars please, she apologised for not hearing me correctly and passed me sugar, pass me my HOT food and off I went. I had a nice warm latte, full drinks, HOT food, and a really pleasant experience. They definitely impressed me considering its mcdonald!

Just like any other overrated fast food joint. Young staff are trying their best with a big headed manager who thinks he is all that and treats their staff like dogs. The managers here are as kind and gental as captun Hook, giving a prostate examination.

The staff were very friendly. They did get my order wrong but when I went in to get it corrected the staff were very polite and fixed it right away.

Food is McDonalds and good. My issue comes with the service, the staff are very friendly but seem to miss a lot. I have been going here on a semi regular basis since it opened (roughly once a month) for a variety of food/ drinks. Pretty much every single trip has had something wrong with it. These range from small things like there being ice in a drink despite ordering it without it or Tomatoes being left in a burger, these are minor quibbles which I don't mind (though it happens with alarming frequency). To more major issues for example in my last 3 trips I have: - Been given a completely incorrect drink (Caramel Latte rather than Caramel Hot Chocolate). - A wrong burger (Hamburger instead of quarter pounder), also on this trip I was missing a portion of chips. - Then this morning I ordered an extra hash brown with my breakfast (for my wife) as well as the one that comes with the meal, only to get home and find out that neither mine nor her hash browns were in the bag. Then the two times I have used collect in car park from the app I have been left waiting for 20+ minutes. One of these times I had to go in and chase only for my food to be brought out (mostly cold) 5 minutes later. The one saving grace is that McDonalds Customer Service are incredibly helpful and usually give vouchers for the price of the items that were missing/ incorrect, this however shouldn't be something I should have to do. My advice would be if you live in Cheriton just suck up the extra drive and go to park farm McDonalds or town Center you'll likely save money in the long run.

As you'd expect. Clean and tidy, reasonably fast, food all cooked probably and even stacked straight up.

I needed pickles for potato salad. I can't buy the right ones in this country. The only place I can get them is an American fast food place. Sam, the manager, was kind enough to "donate" enough for my salad. He's a keeper. Otherwise, whenever I've stopped there I always get quick and cheerful service. To be honest, I was not thrilled when they said they were building a McDonald's there. There's a distinct lack of space. However, the efficient way they arranged everything has won me over. I'm even impressed with how they used a seemingly inconvenient and useless portion of the Tesco car park so to make a fast food location than fits in seamlessly. Totally impressed with both the designers and the engineers involved.

Always slow, every time I use the drive thru I get asked to park up and wait for my order, if I wanted to spend time at McDonald's I'd come inside and dine in-store, drive thru's are meant for getting food faster but they don't seem to understand that or care

Food is average at best. They have not included my dips with my sharebox twice now even after specifically requesting them. Very frustrating when part of your meal isnt included

Just popped through the drive through early in the morning 06h10 for a coffee and after paying on my card the young assistant told me my card was declined even though the card terminal displayed APPROVED. After he assured me no payment was taken he called his manager and she said something was wrong and could i pay cash which I did. When i got down the road i found i had a cup of hot milk and the coffee had escaped somewhere. To top it off, after checking my card transactions later in the day i found out that a card payment was taken as well. I will be going back to get a free coffee.....

Got to be the hardest seats ever, bit hard to park as in a tesco car park, maybe a few more signs.

Have been a few times but this last time was actually one of the best mc ds I’ve ever had. Mind you i mostly knick a chicken nugget and chips from my daughters happy meal as I’m not big into fast food but these were good and everything felt cleaner than usual ha

Good but need more information while driving like where speed cameras are

Due toi a mix-up, my wife and I (both senior citizens!) had spent the night in our car, in a beachfront car-park, in nearby Sandgate. To say that we were desperate for something hot to eat, and for access to a toilet, would be something of an understatement! We happened upon this McDonald's, and quickly decided to stop. Although I had to put 0700 for the opening hour, it had actually been open since 0600. We were glad to be able to deal with our bodily requirements! The bacon & egg muffins were absolutely delicious, and very filling. My wife washed hers down with a Latte, while I had the hot chocolate. However, the real reason for the five stars was the young girl who served us - Savannah by name. How she could be so cheerful at that time of the morning, was a mystery to us - but cheerful she was, and very helpful as well. Thank you Savannah. You helped this elderly couple get off to a good start to the day, after a less-than-good night! I don't know when we will be in that area again but, if we are, we shall visit this McDo's - and hope that Savannah is on duty.

No toilet roll in the men's toilets. No access to the accessible toilet, unless you go to the front desk and ask for the key - a DDA litigation nightmare, as its not as it you need to control access to toilets here. (Its not Piccadilly Circus!) Food average for McDonalds, service seemed good and was quick - but clearly not so good on looking after the WCs. Restaurant itself quite clean, a good win considering some of the local denizens. Screens for sprogs, power chargers on some of the tables, AC makes it quite cold actually.

The staff were very good, Vicky was very friendly and helpful.

I like going here because the atmosphere is great and the staff are always friendly, helpful and cheerful. I ordered a chicken wrap but the sauce had a strange taste. I think I will stick to the burgers in future 😆

McDonalds is a worldwide brand and has franchises all over the world. Next to ColaCola, it is one of the most recognised brands. This outlet maintained the same standards as would be expected in a normal McDonalds outlet. Food was hot, as ordered and fresh. The staff were polite and attentive and professional throughout.

So so slow. New McDonald's, why did they not put enough cookers in. Last visit, no more McDonald's . Tesco or Park farm both slow. just asked for refund
