ordered large strawberry lemonade got a small one

Not much to say as it is a McDonald's but their prices have gone through the roof. Good food, good service and clean restaurant, unfortunately ruined by extortionate pricing.

seriously ridiculous! second order tonight due to items missing. second time all 3 large drinks all leaked in bag with a massive hole in it then got it into the house and the Lids fell off causing drinks to go everywhere!!

Delivery time kept on on jumping up and down 22 mins 14 mins 19 mins on way ec food arrived cold not happy.

A very quick service with the app. Also, both the burger and the fries were piping hot!

The food was cold and it was a mess and one of the bags nearly ripped because the drinks spilled

meal was fine but the classic coca cola does not taste like coca cola it taste wring

Majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is usually hot and if not they'll change it. Definitely our McDonald's of choice. Added bonus when Stitch made an appearance. The kids loved him...so did I. Would suggest that if using the app and a voucher go up to the counter to order. Much easier and staff are always happy to help.

It’s McDonalds you know what you are getting it fills a hole nothing special

Sick of this now it’s everytime I go my child is allergic to onions and for some reason everytime I get a plain cheeseburger yes plain they seem to only ever put onions on there own or everything still in the burger it is ridiculous I should get what I asked and payed for

Ordered from here lastnight. The burgers didn’t look right and I should have followed my instincts. Because myself and my son woke up in the middle of the night being sick.

The food ordered was missing, guys always check your food when delivered before giving any pin. This McDonald did not want accept that one item was missing when delivered. I gave the pin without opening the delivery bag...ckeck first..food cold

This McDonald’s is the best I have ever been to I did not know that McDonald’s done hot food before coming here burger was well presented not falling out everywhere chips crispy hot tasted great even the coffee was hot people were friendly service was fast and spot on outstanding 👏👏

Had 7 chicken nuggets missing when payed for them and a double cheeseburger that part of a family bundle was not included in the delivery either ?!?!?!

I live in cheriton not 3 mins away by car from them,they send my order to sandgate 1st rather than the closes one 1st unbelievable will not use them again as I had to microwave my food it was that cold,,fuming I'm going bk to park farm at least they know what they are doing!!! Sadly the staff smoke outside flicking their fag butts on the paving by the bike rack, making cyclists walk past their smoke and spit on the floor without a care in the world. Sadly this gives a grim insight into their poor standards inside. Give them a smoking area and a gag bin. It’s not hard.

Get completely wrong order. Ordered happy meal cheeseburger and got nuggets and no toy, one very upset child so won’t be back for a while.

Use this McDonald's frequently as a an order and bring to car. Seems to take longer to receive an order than other places and very rearly include serviettes in the bag an never included any sauces which is fine but they never have any on them even though they are usually wearing a pocketed pinafore. Just seems a small improvement that takes the customer service experience to a higher level. Which many other of these types of establishments attain as standard. 🤔

I've been stuck in this hell hole of a town called Folkstone for work from New Zealand for the past three months and this maccas is the one saving grace that has bailed me out consistently after many other sub par meals. Great service and food always fresh

COMPLETELY wrong order, open the bag and it’s not even my food. Not a single item in the bag is my order. The only item that actually correct is the large Fanta. I want a refund as I haven’t received what I ordered.

I received my order after I had to make a phone call to McDonald's themselves it took over an hour and I'm only a 5 minute drive away my chips came cold and stail and I received a big tasty instead of a big Mac so very disappointed

It's fast food. It's not the most thrilling thing to eat, but you know what to expect and it fills a hole - which is probably why you went in the first place. Be adventurous and try something you don't normally go for on their menu. 👍🏻

Worse McDonald's I've ever been in, awful communication on the tills gave me half my order then sent me to a separate waiting area to wait for the rest of it. None of the cups have lids on them and there's a massive walk to your seating area which is up a double flight of stairs which ultimately leads to lots of people spilling their drinks all over the stairs (massive accident waiting to happen). Toilets are filthy and only one cubicle to cover probably the largest McDonald's I've ever been in. Burgers where burnt and dry and chips cold due to the extra wait for the second half of my order. This McDonald's has no redeeming features, don't go

Missing items spoilt the order

Delivery was great and fast can’t fault that. Now the food we ordered was awful it was cold the chicken tasted off my kids left all of it. The burger had been sat for quite some time so wasn't great and the fries tasted stale.

Always forgets the bacon in my wrap, must have had 75% without the bacon, it’s just upsetting at this point. But overall is nice and clean compared to other McDonalds. Kind workers too and lovely atmosphere, it’s much quieter than the other ones in Folkestone - never struggle to find a parking spot and always a table available with no overwhelming noise. I recommend the chicken and bacon wrap but double check the bacons there before you leave.

Food was cold and dry/chewy. Didn’t get everything that we ordered and I don’t know what they do to their fizzy drinks but they don’t taste right at all.

An absolute favourite of mine.

No milkshakes this time, has happened on different occasions.. and I'm not sure but the diet coke does not taste right - almost medicinal
