McDonald's in Shepway

Ordered a happy meal for my child, got the fries and toy and drink, no nuggets though, useless!

Mcflurry melted and cheeseburgers cold

The food I received was late and cold not just a little but fully cold

Freezing cold,couldn't eat it.

I live in cheriton not 3 mins away by car from them,they send my order to sandgate 1st rather than the closes one 1st unbelievable will not use them again as I had to microwave my food it was that cold,,fuming I'm going bk to park farm at least they know what they are doing!!! Contact support and got told tuff luck! Because I excepted the food at the door 🤦🤦🤦 morons the lot of them

Few mins early, but then, we just live a mile away. Food is tasty and hot. My shake is also yum. The delivery driver was very lovely and nice, and she followed my door instructions perfectly! Thanks.

Sadly the staff smoke outside flicking their fag butts on the paving by the bike rack, making cyclists walk past their smoke and spit on the floor without a care in the world. Sadly this gives a grim insight into their poor standards inside. Give them a smoking area and a gag bin. It’s not hard.

Get completely wrong order. Ordered happy meal cheeseburger and got nuggets and no toy, one very upset child so won’t be back for a while.

Majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is usually hot and if not they'll change it. Definitely our McDonald's of choice. Added bonus when Stitch made an appearance. The kids loved him...so did I.

Very clean and plenty of parking but McDonalds is getting too expensive for me.

There was a coffee missing on the order

Use this McDonald's frequently as a an order and bring to car. Seems to take longer to receive an order than other places and very rearly include serviettes in the bag an never included any sauces which is fine but they never have any on them even though they are usually wearing a pocketed pinafore. Just seems a small improvement that takes the customer service experience to a higher level. Which many other of these types of establishments attain as standard. 🤔

As per another comment, been in folkstone for a few months and between maccas and spoons it has saved my degrading mental state. Only gripe is they took the tripple cheese burger off the saver menu

I've been stuck in this hell hole of a town called Folkstone for work from New Zealand for the past three months and this maccas is the one saving grace that has bailed me out consistently after many other sub par meals. Great service and food always fresh

COMPLETELY wrong order, open the bag and it’s not even my food. Not a single item in the bag is my order. The only item that actually correct is the large Fanta. I want a refund as I haven’t received what I ordered.

I received my order after I had to make a phone call to McDonald's themselves it took over an hour and I'm only a 5 minute drive away my chips came cold and stail and I received a big tasty instead of a big Mac so very disappointed

It's fast food. It's not the most thrilling thing to eat, but you know what to expect and it fills a hole - which is probably why you went in the first place. Be adventurous and try something you don't normally go for on their menu. 👍🏻

Worse McDonald's I've ever been in, awful communication on the tills gave me half my order then sent me to a separate waiting area to wait for the rest of it. None of the cups have lids on them and there's a massive walk to your seating area which is up a double flight of stairs which ultimately leads to lots of people spilling their drinks all over the stairs (massive accident waiting to happen). Toilets are filthy and only one cubicle to cover probably the largest McDonald's I've ever been in. Burgers where burnt and dry and chips cold due to the extra wait for the second half of my order. Delivery was great and fast can’t fault that. Now the food we ordered was awful it was cold the chicken tasted off my kids left all of it. The burger had been sat for quite some time so wasn't great and the fries tasted stale.

Missing items spoilt the order

Always forgets the bacon in my wrap, must have had 75% without the bacon, it’s just upsetting at this point. But overall is nice and clean compared to other McDonalds. Kind workers too and lovely atmosphere, it’s much quieter than the other ones in Folkestone - never struggle to find a parking spot and always a table available with no overwhelming noise. I recommend the chicken and bacon wrap but double check the bacons there before you leave.

cold and stale. HOW it is fast food and cooked to order surely. why did it taste like it was made hours ago and sat out.

No milkshakes this time, has happened on different occasions.. and I'm not sure but the diet coke does not taste right - almost medicinal

Absolutely vile, cold food! We ordered a delivery and we only live 10 minutes away from the restaurant. It arrived cold, chips were hard and all food was stone cold. Also the large chips were smaller in size and more like a small portion. Every time I have beeb to this McDonald's there is always something wrong, normally they can't read an order and items are missing. I don't understand why they always get it so wrong and staff are obviously incompetent of doing their job correctly

Why is our food always cold when we get McDonald's?

Drive through is always busy, I tend to order by going in, it's quicker! Food is put together alot better than some of the fast food places I have been to, including other McDonald's.

When the food arrived, it was barely warm which isn't very appealing with burgers, chicken and chips. the only good thing was the cold drink was actually cold.

Bang on time can’t fault that but test again food stone cold !!! Do you leave it on the counter for delivery drivers to collect resulting in cold food this is more than 3 times now

One Coke Zero missing from our order

When my food came it was very cold

I ordered my food at 11:15am it didn’t get to me till about 12:30pm, the time kept changing so much and getting later and later, also when I phoned to see what was going on, it took me 4 attempts until I finally got through. The worst experience I’ve ever had with just eat/Mcdonalds. :(

Completely wrong order! Said it was the driver at fault but it wasn’t. The receipt on the bag was my order but what was inside the bag wasn’t! They then could do nothing about it as I ordered through just eat so had a very upset 3 year old!

Latte or cappuccino coffee is very nice. The location of the restaurant itself is next to the river. Romance.

I ordered chocolate milkshake and got banana, I hate this flavour and bananas do not agree with me plus it had melted. it happened a while back but was vanilla flavour. Again no dip when requested. other than these things normally the food is good and order is followed.

Often wonder whether staff members wear velcro shoes as laces might be too complicated.. how hard is it to read a screen and put said items in a bag...
