Starbucks - Bentinck Hotel in Nottingham

Good range of food, staff friendly and didn’t ‘t have to wait long. Premises were clean, as were the tables. Would visit again.

Not a great Starbucks. 2 team working. At 0830am Queue out the door, even bigger queue waiting for the barrister to create the beverages. When challenged and asked how long is the wait time for drinks. She said 8 mins ! HA, please. That’s funny tell us another one. ! The management need to look at this place. Team seem not to care. Dirty tables. Very slow service on the 3 occasions prior to this visit. Ice machine broken on the hottest day of the year. A funky smell also lingers over the coffee fragrance. Something not so pleasant. Oh Starbucks what’s gone wrong ?

had one good coffee and one good hot chocolate. decent place, decent coffee. friendly staff, we got a seat, used the toilet with a code, drinks were nice. happy customers

Irritating and obviously unhygienic flies buzzing around. Staff absolutely disinterested. Dirty cups left on tables for ages despite staff not being busy. Take a fly swatter if you go there!

My twin brother Stephen and I visited this Starbucks outlet on a hot Monday afternoon and what a great visit. Loved the look of this Starbucks, neat and tidy, a glass fronted serving bar showcases the delicious goodies on offer, nice decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Nottingham Railway Station. We ordered a flat white coffee each, these were served in excellent condition being steaming hot, we sat outside and sipped our coffee's and planned out the day ahead. I am a big fan of coffee from Starbucks, its consistant in all their outlets and their flat white coffee is a particular favourite of mine. We really enjoyed our coffee's sat outside here before we moved on and although our visit was only as on previous visits to this particular Starbucks outlet we were totally impressed. This Starbucks is easy to locate along Station Road facing Nottingham Railway Station and housed in the Bentinct Hotel. Opening hours are; Monday to Saturday, Open from 8am. Sunday, Open from 9am. A great Starbucks outlet, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Como una cafetería al lado de la estación de trenes, muchas personas que viajan diariamente se apresuran a tomar su tren a primera hora de la mañana, por ejemplo a las 630 AM. Solo voy a Starbucks si la cola de Costa es demasiado larga. Esto no se debe al esnobismo del café, pero el simple hecho de que Costa saque el café de manera rápida y eficiente en comparación con Starbucks, quien toma el tiempo en charlar entre ellos, toma cada café de uno en uno o se distrae de otras maneras. No es una queja sobre el ambiente, pero por favor apúrate. Tal vez el barista podría pedir la cola si quieren alguna bebida caliente para obtener una ventaja. Realmente frustrante. No me puedo quejar, pero esto me ha sucedido tantas veces durante el último año y no ha mejorado.

Gran servicio aquí! El personal siempre es amable, en particular, Laura, ¡siempre parece ser tan positiva! El lugar se mantiene en buenas condiciones, los baños están limpios. Tampoco es demasiado ruidoso aquí, lo que me gusta, ya que otros Starbucks en el centro de la ciudad de Nottingham tienden a estar ocupados / hacinados e impuros.

Very disappointed by a rude member of staff (Laura) with being unwilling to give me the toilet code. Said I have to wait in the queue again to obtain another receipt. Not only that, waited 25mins for a filter coffee!

We dropped into this Starbucks as we had time to kill and our visit was not to bad.Located in the Bentinct Hotel this is a cool looking Starbucks with a really nice interior and plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe, it's just one really good Starbucks. We were here on a Thursday night,we got a latte each,coffee was served steaming hot, we just chilled out and took in the great cafe we were in.I really enjoy the coffee at Starbucks and the coffee we had was just superb.We really enjoyed our coffee in here before we moved on and for a first time visiting the wonderful Starbucks we were very impressed indeed. Starbucks is easy to locate on Station Road.Well worth checking out if your in the area.

Thought i would try the place again to wait for family to arrive at the train station, because its easy to locate to Train Station, but not its becoming a dump, 200 degrees so much better.

Maybe its the location thinking they can get away with poor service and anything will do, but this is a place I wont be waiting for family off the train in the future.

Pedí un hot-choc y Waitress llamó a "Chloe", trajo mi taza que fluye sin un platillo debajo, por lo que mi crema y bebida corrió por el costado de mi taza y se derramó sobre la mesa. Mi ropa tocó el desastre y se ensuciaron. ¡Vi a Chloe atender a más clientes SIN platillos! ! ! Dios mío, Starbucks RU trata de reducir la factura de su lavaplatos o el wot. Esto es tan tacañoEnvié un correo electrónico quejándose al "Equipo de atención al cliente" sobre mis ropas arruinadas. Me enviaron 2 x cupones de bebidas miserables. WOT A JOKE Starbucks, necesitas actuar de forma conjunta o de lo contrario no tendrás clientes que vengan a esta sucursal.¿Dónde estaba mi oferta de su equipo de Care not for Customer, para lavarme la ropa en seco? No, no pensé que querrías pagar la factura. ¿De verdad te importa, creo que no?

Visité esta tienda cuando el personal de la estación de Nottingham me dirigió allí después de que el fuego reciente cerrara todos sus baños. Un funcionario oficioso me dijo que la política era que los baños eran solo para los clientes y luego cuando señalé que las circunstancias simplemente se habían ignorado. Esto a pesar del hecho de que las cuatro cafeterías de la estación también estaban cerradas y que Starbucks se estaba aprovechando del negocio adicional. Volví el lunes para tener un Flat White y esto fue absolutamente horrible, sin espuma en la parte superior.

Durante el período de Navidad tuvo que reunirse / llevar a amigos / familiares a la estación de tren, Starbucks está muy cerca de la estación, pero no es tan buena como la de la ciudad. Una vez estuvo ocupado y el tiempo de servicio fue lento pero parcialmente esperado; el otro tiempo estuvo lleno al 50% y no mejoró el servicio, depende del personal que tenga.

siamo passati da Starbucks per bere un caffè decente simile a quello italiano e con pochi pound siamo riusciti!

Popped in here before getting our train, staff friendly and welcoming ordered 2 lattes and have to say they were spot on well done young staff.

On a visit to Nottingham we used the coffeehouse in Bentink Hotel. THE barista made a mistake with the order but he rectified it after a prompt. He said he was tired.

I love this Starbucks because of the view into the square however, it comes at a cost. Firstly the staff are always so rude and sometimes take payment and move onto the next person without even saying thanks. They also often loudly complain about their jobs and roll their eyes. Secondly they rush drinks and give mainly foam in lattes and cappuccinos and iced drinks are watery. Thirdly omg the downstairs toilets are always hideous. Poo splattered everywhere urine all over the place, broken taps, they are always like a horror movie down there. I have visited often in the last year and they are always so bad.

Went here for a drink after a day out, the staff were very friendly and wanted to help, went with our 4 year old niece, she was very indecisive about what she wanted to drink, the staff could see this and advised that if our niece didn't want the drink she had chosen it didn't like it they would make her another one. Even though it is quite a small cafe, it bus set out well and the space is well used. It is clean and bright, the only criticism I have is that the toilet had a horrible smell.

Am I a customer or am I a burden to the staff? Ignored for several minutes whilst stood at the counter, baristas disappearing with a coffee half prepared, and when asking for a refund being shouted at and met with the classic 'I hope your attitude improves'. The staff are an advertisement for why we need immigration into the country! Absolute disgrace.

There is something of the sinkhole about Starbucks as it proceeds to go down one. It reminds me of a 1970’s British Rail Canteen at a time when British Rail was renowned for its wholesale lack of care and attention to detail across everything it touched – and its Canteens. The coffee at Starbucks is not the best, with service to match, egged-on by unappealing and unappetising food wrapped in Hazchem plastic on the back of lousy value-for-money. I could sneeze more volume into a Starbucks cup than I get as a double-espresso. Even then, the roast is more ‘Charbuck’ than Starbuck. The staff members look at each other, not customers, giving the impression of a clique that the punter, irritatingly, interrupts. Simply, I do not like the place. Other independents, new emergents, offer vastly better fayre and feel, and much better value for money. Starbucks is past its shelf life. The sooner someone removes the shelving, the better. It has become its own Kopi Luwak – a rip-off.

Very disappointing and frustrating visit wanted to order my usual frappuccino and fruit toast. On arrival I realised there was no fruit bread so ordered the bacon and sausage sarnie. When our cobs came we asked whether we can have any tomato ketchup or any sauces and was told "we don't have any". Why did they not mention this when we ordered its rubbish customer service and the staff were unhelpful to offer any explanation to this matter at all. When leaving I suggested to them that they should tell customers when they are ordering so they are not disappointed like we were with our boring sarnie they simply said "Okay sorry" they seem to not care about sorting out this matter at all. I won't be coming again!

This is a really nice Starbucks. It is across a side street from the railway station and a two minute walk from the one of the bus stations, so it is perfect for travellers. The opening hours are good.
