Starbucks in Southampton

Waiting to join our cruise ship so popped in for hubby to have a quick coffee. As I am not a coffee drinker, had a cup of tea?? Need to re-train the staff and learn how to make a decent cuppa. Teabag left floating in cup of milk. Even with the teabag stirred around the cup and squeezed it was awful.

Great starbucks, staff are very kind and considerate to everyone there. May be one of the smaller starbucks in town but always has a great atmosphere and well made drinks and food

Arrived for the ferry after a long drive looking forward to a chai latte, only to be told had ran out of chai at lunchtime!! This is a staple drink on the menu so an absolute disgrace Starbucks. No alternatives for me sadly

Probably the worst coffee shop I've ever been in. Weak,warm coffee. The entire cafe needs a deep clean starting with the WC. Never again.

As we were early for the ferry we made a pitstop here . The staff were totally dis-interested and we were clearly an irritation interrupting their conversation The breakfast bun and toasties we had were overdone and chewy When we came to pay with cash we were told “no , card only “ Great customer service ! Horrible manager mouthed me off some months ago when I was not talking to her, I was talking to someone else. Manager eavesdropped on my conversation with a friend because I was talking about how bad a party was. "If you fault the LGBT, do not come back, love!" "Excuse me!" i said. "It is impolite to eavesdrop and we do not fault the LGBT!" Manager misheard. We were on about the Gay Gordons event in Scotland! Manager did not say sorry and shrugged off. Humiliated! I found out the manager got into big trouble mouthing off another woman. GOOD. Poor woman suffered worse than I did.

This is the place that lets their transexual men staff attack old ladys ..AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE ....

We were out wandering trying to find some historic sites and a good place for dinner. We stopped here for a quick break and the coffee hit the spot.

Popped in with the family for a “quick fix” of the old caffeine. First thing we came across was a man dressed as a woman attacking someone holding a phone up outside the shop. Started to explain to the little ones not to cry and sometimes these things happen, when we suddenly noticed the dress wearer was one of the staff members who seemed to have also just attacked a person inside the shop. Forget the coffee forget the biscotti off to Costas it was. Not a good look for Starbucks not exactly welcoming. No idea what was happening. Totally bizarre.

This is a very reliable coffee store for US-style coffee. Come here for a big coffee drink as we did as we waited to board our cruise ship. Good.

Gemma and the team couldn't do enough for me a charming young lady.Apologised for the waiting time although it was only minutes carried on a conversation to help pass the time.

You can get a specialty coffee drink here just like in the US as the menu and the quality are standard. Good for those who need their fix.

Such a nice Starbucks! Staff are so friendly and patient, drinks made so well too. Regular customer and never let down! Holly x

Brought an orange juice and went for a skate with my mate. I fell over and cut my hand pretty bad, went back in and they gave me a cup of water and napkins and chatted to me lots. Thanks to the rlly lovely woman who chatted to me about her longboards, really really friendly team. Whenever i’ve come, it’s been quick and coffee always the best. cheers guys.

We go to Starbucks a lot to grab our coffee’s and the team there is amazing and sorts our caffeine fix every time .. amazing coffee and quick professional friendly service without fail massive thank you to the team and Gemma From the hertz team

Came here just before the store was about to close and the staff were so friendly and willing to help. There was one woman that stood out to me and my friend for her excellent customer service but I’ve completely forgotten her name! I think...

The shop is ideally located for anyone waiting to catch a ferry or cruise. The staff are helpful and the drinks are made quickly and to a high standard.

Popped in for a bite to eat and a drink before catching the ferry. As always good food and drink and service was very swift because the shop was not at all busy.

The coffee is consistently good from store to store and this was no exception. The location is great, right on the waterfront just outside the old town walls. They take North American Gold cards do I was able to complete one of the challenges here....
