Starbucks in Southampton

Mientras estábamos en el centro comercial, paramos aquí en esta pequeña tienda para comprar un poco de café. No nos sentamos, simplemente caminamos alrededor del centro comercial con nuestras tazas para llevar. La calidad estaba bien.

We stopped here for coffee in the middle of the morning to get recharged. It's the same menu and quality that we find at home.

This was a very clean Starbucks that served my coffee very quickly, I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the store if the friendliness of the staff. On the whole a good example of a Starbucks, exactly what I expected.

Apareció para un refrigerio rápido y el lugar es repugnante parecía que no lo habían limpiado todo el día. Cada mesa cubierta de platos y el suelo pegajoso y cubierto de migas. Como se encuentra en Next no puede ser genial para su marca.

Visitamos Starbucks Above estaba completamente lleno, así que decidimos ir al parque comercial del muelle del oeste, este es el piso de arriba, en la siguiente no estaba tan ocupado como el bar de arriba. No recibí ni un hola "¿qué puedo conseguir para ti?". No se recibió una bienvenida amistosa. Pedimos 2 bebidas y paninis. No se tomó nuestro nombre para la comida o las bebidas como lo hacen en el bar de arriba. jovencita en el bar parecía estresada "qué bebida estás esperando" otra vez sin sonrisa. Fui a la estación de condimentos para obtener servilletas y azúcar, estaba muy sucio. Me dieron mis bebidas de gran chocolate caliente caramelo y un gran café con leche la salsa de caramelo estaba bajando por el costado de la taza. Pedí un paño húmedo para limpiar el lado de la taza. El barista tomó la taza y la limpió con un trapo sucio que ella había estado usando en la superficie de trabajo. Poco después de dejar nuestros paninis en el punto de entrega, mi esposo se acercó para preguntar qué estaba pasando y les dijeron que estaban al final y que no los traerían. la señora fue tan grosera que pedimos un reembolso completo. y fui a la barra superior para el grupo alegre y feliz. le dijimos al personal lo que habíamos sucedido en la otra tienda, nos dieron nuestras bebidas y se disculparon por el mal servicio de otra tienda. esa es una diferencia que recomendaría pararse en una cola grande en la barra superior que ir a la tienda en el próximo. ir a entrenar en Above Bar con Lee y su equipo Above Bar 5 estrellas retail park well 2

Café muy bueno pero el servicio es pobre. El personal le presta poca atención cuando ordena cualquiera que tenga que seguir repitiendo el pedido. La tabla no se borra a menudo por lo que a veces tiene que eliminar la basura de otras personas.

Centrale e comodissimi ci abbiamo passato molte ore aspettando il treno per l'aeroporto, c'era persino un dipendente di origini italiane!

The coffee is, as usual, good. The staff were fine. The place was nice and clean. The location is convenient if you're shopping nearby.

Coffee good, snacks good, service average however the one thing that lets them down is there never seem to be enough staff and tables are left uncleared and dirty.

Use Starbucks regularly but the lady who served me was rude and very ignorant. Toilets were disgusting

As usual great coffee and staff fine.The place itself is grim.At 1030 am on a Sunday the place looks like it needs a good deep clean.Worn out /tatty carpets and very worn lounge furniture.I'm sure it does great business but it badly needs a re furb.

Good quality food and drink, service ok, always plenty of seating and table cleared regularly. Better than the crowded outlets in West Quay

Like all Starbucks the flat white is alway great, thats why I keep going back, but do they all have to be so filthy ? I must have been one of the first in today, food all over the floor, tables with crumbs on, its just unacceptable ! I don't want to sit in or on food waste :-(

Plenty of seats, coffee good ( although not as good as Costa ). Staff seemed more interested in chatting that dealing with customers.

I visited Starbucks several times today due to Christmas shopping in west quay. The customer service was excellent! Very funny and intelligent man on the till. They also had free wifi and very affordable prices.

not much choice if you are lactose intolerant. Had a smoothie. Staff were very busy and rushed off their feet. Difficulty getting a seat. The choice of cakes, biscuits and snacks are good.

Orderd 2 hot chocolates with pumpkin spice. This cost me £6. What i got instead was hot milk with whipped cream on top. Upon saying there was a mistake i was told i was wrong.

Always a good selection of snacks and cakes. There are two in the High Street. One near the exit to West Quay, opposite Promark, and a the othet one which is quiet if you want to work roghly opposite the Natiowide Building Society. Free wifi.

Coffee was as good as ever, person on the till let the experience down, thought she could remember five drinks! I was asked twice about different drink by the poor baristas trying to make them.

Where ever you it accompany you with its delighted menu. A place to stop to breath to chat to laugh and to share a coffee

Located in West Quay, within the Next store, you see the Starbucks sign from the car parking area, but there are no signs at the entrance to Next, or within the store to direct you upstairs. At 18-45 the staff refused to put the coffee...

We met friends, so enjoyed a large steaming hot mug of English Breakfast Tea. Although we didn't partake they had a good selection of cakes. The Wi-Fi is complimentary and reasonably fast.

We loved the coffee, so hot and flavorful. We tried the English Bacon Butty and it was great. This was a great start to our day.

As always starbucks do what they do best sell good coffee. Staff were good as was the coffee. The cafe area was spotlessly clean and it was quite busy. This is an above average starbucks and I will not hesitate to use it again.

Located in the shopping centre, very good coffee and excellent pastry. Good place drink coffee and watch the world go by

Great atmosphere, cheery staff and quiet Jazz music in the background. Usual Stabucks fare on offer.

Typical Starbucks, staff quick and efficient. Being just before Christmas the city centre was very busy - therefore so was Starbucks, but we managed to find seats ok. Cranberry and brie panini were good too.

Great place to go for a coffee in Southampton. Food is good as is the ambience. The staff are very friendly, and this is one of the Starbucks where you can pay with their Mobile app.
