Incredibly slow, multiple other people were served in front of me, i received one of my drinks then 3 other people (behind me in the queue) received their drinks and then i received my 2nd one. I don't know why they were serving part orders for everyone? Took me 20 minutes to get 2 coffees. A very young man behind the till served the man in front of me (who also had to wait for his second drink) with incredible attitude and quite honestly seemed like he would rather be anywhere else. I get that, we all had part time jobs when we were younger but not being obviously rude really isn't hard. idk, just terrible service.

This store has really come along in recent weeks. I used to go here reluctantly and never know if I was going to get a good coffee or not. Now I’m pleased to say that all of my recent visits have been superb. New staff are lovely and training has obviously paid off. Just goes to show, one bad apple really can spoil the bunch but not now. I’ll be back and I’m bringing my friends. Thanks to everyone at Starbucks Hedge End!

We popped in for coffee. Lots going on and not a lot of sears free. Took ages to get served and lots of coffees waiting to be picked up. Despite ordering both coffees together, they were made separate as was the customer next to me. We both ended up having one coffees going cold while waiting for the next. Same routine for the lady in front. Coffees were nice but a strange way of going on!

my wife was having breathing problems and needed to take tablets and for this needs to drink. Went into store to sit down and buy coffee and when i was about to pay by cash she said they do not accept cash. I do not possess a card and explaine dthe problem. Surey any humane person would help but she said it wa not policy to accept LEGAL tender and told us tp leave. I had to cll an ambulance.

Coffee is great, but there is no choice of seating or tables as everything is covered in crumbs or previous customers rubbish, seems quite filthy who wants to sit amongst someone else's dirty coffee cups and crumbs, 4 staff chatting, oblivious to front of house, takeaway again, Is it that difficult to wipe down some tables

I have a lactose intolerance and the staff were amazing. We discussed rhe correct milks and they found me a vegan cake which i am able to eat after being on the road . They were patient and thoughtful. Eating out is difficult to find alternatives so it helps when staff take the time and iffer alternatives. Amazing thank you.

7 years ago Hedge End finally got a Starbucks, I was so excited I wanted to be their first customer so I got up early and was parked outside just after 5.30 (6am opening). I could see the staff getting the store ready for opening and at about 5.50 someone came outside to put a sign out and told me I could come inside. The picture shows my first order and I still use the travel mug today. Being the stores first customer had given me a true sense of loyalty, it's a great place to walk to which gives me some exercise and I get to pick up a delicious coffee along the way. Throughout the pandemic when they've been able to open theyve been open they've adapted service and maintained high customer service. I enjoy visiting Hedge Starbucks, I usually get friendly service, a perfect coffee (except when they've run out of pouring cream haha) and leave with a smile. Thanks for being a great team and looking after us locals!

Ordered a couple of drinks and a couple of sandwiches, women at till asked questions but did not listen. Drinks messed up multiple issues, 20 minutes later we left. Rang manager just to speak to someone who was not interested, had their back up, excused her staff for their mistakes, blaming not being able to hear with masks, told her I wasn’t even wearing a mask. Was giving genuine helpful feedback just to be cut short and told she won’t refund the toasty even though it had gone cold and we were now late to our appointment. The staff here don’t know what they are doing with their own standard menu, lack of training and people skills, no organisation and they don’t care about anything a customer has to say no matter how polite you are.

We parked in the customer collection bags and placed our order through the app (which is a whole other pain as you have to prepay onto your Starbucks account to purchase online) and there was a young lad delivering orders out to cars, all appeared to be running smoothly. But then he disappeared and a hound woman arrived to the orders desk near the door, who was much more interested in decorating the Uber collection bags with a felt tip pen than dealing with the orders which just sat there getting cold. Eventually I went in and to cut a VERY long story short they didn’t have two of the items we had ordered (which showed in stock on the app) but she hadn’t dealt with the issue and demanded to see my receipt on my husbands phone as she ‘knew I had meant to order the missing coffee but I obviously didn’t’ Bloomin’ cheek! Even showing her the paid for order she was still reluctant to help without being rather shirty and bossy. Luckily for us the young lad came back and sorted us out, with a smile and being very helpful, even upgraded our coffees for us free of charge. Won’t be using Starbucks again, which is a shame as we had just started using them rather than Costa. I guess Costa it is then!
