Starbucks in Southwark

I have 2 rewards on my starbucks app, but when I went to use them, the member of staff refused to honour my free coffees earned on my app. His boss agreed and they then refused to add any points to my app.

Un buen café, pero bastante grande, buenos asientos. No comer cualquier comida no muy caro. La comida estaba bien. el personal eficiente

런던에는 스타벅스보다 더 괜찮은 카페도 굉장히 많아요. 굳이 비싼 스타벅스를 이용하지 않아도 될 듯.

è una delle catene di caffetterie che preferisco, ottima per le colazioni (consiglio i muffin, un po' scarso per il salato) chiaramente a prezzi londinesi. non male l'espresso

Always visit Starbucks - always the same good service, perfect coffee and a reasonable selection of food/cakes - and a goos wifi

Popped in here for a tall latte times two. We were on our way back to our hotel. It was cold. Starbuckswas the answer! Welcoming staff; clean premises; busy - always a good sign! Aah, delucioys hot coffee. Perfect!

Em qualquer lugar do mundo é um café no starbucks é uma ótima ideia. Na pressa para aproveita o dia na cidade é a melhor opção, nos dias frios um café quentinho para aquecer e nos quentes os clássicos lattes para espantar o calor.

Same old Starbucks but with some interesting new flavours for summer this year. Love the order ahead feature and can't wait for it to roll out everywhere.

Busy as expected, recommend order through your app before arrival. So you will beat the queue. Extreme busy in the morning

Right next to shard so well positioned and near to Borough Market too. Plus opposite Guys Hospital. So in a good location. Small and little seating though

First time (yes) to a Starbucks, I'm not one for an expensive spoonful of coffee but yes quite impressed with the service and products plus you get to use the toilet facilities for free which for London says a lot.

Ordered my usual. Tasted great. They even made my drink the way I asked them to-such lovely staff... Brilliant!

just not nice, felt dirty and staff were sullen rude and miserable looking. I wondered if they had some kind of bad news that morning as there was a palpable tension in the place.

I've been visiting this branch of Starbucks for ages on my way to work and thought they deserved a review - we had planned on visiting one of the bars in the Shard but after being turned away for 'dress code' resorted to the usual. Same efficient service as always, the ambience is nice and we felt more than welcome. Quite busy on account of the location but we still got a table.

I'm sure this is ok for a quick coffee break but wouldn't recommend eating here we ordered paninis and cakes with our coffees and wasn't impressed at all the food didn't taste fresh at all.

Nice, friendly Starbucks at the base of the Shard. An ideal place to rendezvous with friends before being transported sky high in the Shard. Staff were very efficient, drinks were usual good quality and service was quick. What's not to like?

Lovely drinks in the great staff and friendly. Clean and plenty of plugs to charge you phone up . Handy being next to the Shard.

Stop going in these chains where they only serve you chemicals... I dont understand the poor taste of majority for good food, good coffees good food in general...junk is damaging the world

Not a lot of seating but worth the wait. My first experience of a frappachino. Strawberries and cream in a glass with a straw...wonderful. Really, really yummy tasted like an ice cold fabulous dessert. Don't worry about the calories just now and again. The tables...

drinks are very milky and flavour. very pricy. very overated. the lounge would depends on the starbucks. I like their tumblers and summer cups though.

This Starbucks is no different to any other but then why should it be as its corporate standard! Good quality coffee nice cakes etc worldwide.......

Really friendly and helpful staff - yes it was just a coffee but it's just so much nicer when they treat you like a human.

I love starbuck never fails to amaze me, which ever city or country i venture to starbuck is super. Best drinks and amazing reward schemes leaves you wanting more.

Liked Everything. The variety of choices, atmosphere, quick friendly, customer focused service. Tasty coffee and an extensive variety to choose from.

Never use them as the coffee is awful. Always try and go for one of the independents, their coffees better and they need our support. Better to have one less coffee a week and pay the extra for quality and service. IMO.

All London's Starbucks have recently been renovated. Good offers and freebies available onsite. Definitely worth a visit for its re nound coffee and treats

Starbucks (sic) doesn't pay UK taxes so I don't buy the overpriced, luke warm coffee! And, whilst, we're on the subject, why is there no apostrophe? McDonald's can, at least, spell.

We wanted a cup of coffee in London so we visited a Starbucks. Big mistake. It took ages to get served with a poor quality cup of coffee and a stale cake. To add insult to injury the chairs and tables were full of waste...

Just quick review that is not all about coffee taste but about the way people treat you. I had so much fun every time when I went to get a cup of coffee that 3th day I went there only to meet all this funny...

Starbucks opened in my local area earlier this year. Love the hot chocolate and gooey things to eat.

Went here as early for The View at the Shard. Coffee was good, service was quick, muffin quite nice. Plenty of seats.

Good coffee and tea served at this Starbucks, but crowded and cramped, I guess due to location. Still worth going to if you are in the area and need a Starbucks.
