Perfect place for afternoon tea!

Came here to catch up with a friend. The food was pretty good and the staff was attentive. The views were nice as well looking over the river.

Had a lovely meal here, a relaxed and stylish atmosphere and the service from Bea was top notch

Went out to lunch on a Saturday with our baby. This place caters very well to young families, with ample space for pushchairs and a big changing room. Food was great and the service by Susan was top notch. Very much recommended.

Nice location and decor, food quite nice but really nothing special. Service was poor, inattentive for the price point. £40 per bottle of bog standard Prosecco and I had to keep topping us up. Didn’t offer to take our coats or anything when we sat down. Very expensive for a mediocre experience. Would not return, far too many other places to choose from! Such a different experience to the original Browns in Mayfair, worlds apart.

Love it here. My restaurant of choice along this stretch of the river. Fabulous staff and great menu.

I was taken by a friend who has lived in England for 35 years to enjoy authentic British cuisine. The traditional Fish & Chips in particular were freshly made, crispy and delicious. The Pulled Lamb Shepherd’s Pie also has soft and delicious meat inside. Salt and Pepper Squid's squid rings are also delicious. Thank you to Dr. Urushibara for showing me around and the staff at the store.

A really lovely treat thanks to a gift voucher for our birthdays! Great venue with river view. Pleasant and Relaxing Atmosphere. Good to be here on a Monday lunchtime which may be one of the quieter times if the week. On the pleasant and quieter Southside of the Thames, a very short walk from Tower Bridge. Delicious food. The Sourdough for a starter was huge! Ana was a great and kind waitress. Excellent attentive service. Leaving here feeling very refreshed and ready to get back to work! 10/10

Great atmosphere, came here on a staff party (check out the Thatched house, Upminster). Great service from Angela all night, decent drink selection and my steak was delicious 👍.

Had a lovely afternoon with friends. We did the unlimited brunch. Angela our waitress was very attentive and made sure we never had an empty glass in front of us.

Went for a late Xmas party. Food was generally v poor. Squid rings were all batter with barely any squid. Prawn and crab linguine was awful - pasta overcooked, no discernible crab in the dish and the whole thing was desperately unseasoned and flavourless. Creme brulee had barely and glazing, the consistency was too wobbly and lacked flavour. The one redeeming dish was the salted caramel profiteroles which were delicious - with a lovely chocolate shell and nice salty hit. Service was OK, albeit one waitress was unnecessarily brusque. There was a nice buzzy atmosphere, though, and the space at the end of the restaurant is perfect for a party setting.

Very tasty sea bass chorizo risotto and pumpkin ravioli. Timea is a wonderful, attentive waitress with the right amount of attention. Angela is also great, remembers us and the ' stuff' going on in our lives. Warm atmosphere, great ambiance and view on the river.

We enjoyed our experience as the view was spectacular and the service very attentive. Angela was really polite and made our experience very comfortable. The chairs by the window were a bit low so not the best option when eating. The restaurant was quiet so it was a lovely lunch. The chicken schnitzel was not very tasty and very bland, that's why I couldn't rate the food a full 5 stars.

It was a spontaneous dinner date since I was in the area. I've been to Browns before, including this particular one. It's as wonderful as it was from the last time I remember. Our waiter, Alex, was wonderful and checked on us to ensure we had everything. The cocktails are a blessing. Thanks to Antonio and Timi for checking on us and making our evening quite enjoyable. We have had cocktails here before which were great, but don't bother going for Sunday roast. The beef was way over cooked and was expensive for the amount and quality.

I will start with the service which was great. They were very attentive and even sang happy birthday for our friend. The food was not as good as in the past. Fish and chips was ok but the schnitzel was rather small and overcooked.

First time came in restaurant the manager bella was amazing. She’s really approachable to us and very welcoming. The place was clean and tidy. I definitely coming back to this restaurant. Good customer service by bella ❤️

We had ordered a buffet for a family reunion and were delighted to be given a private space in the restaurant for this. Both the food and drink were excellent, as was the service. I have had lunch at Browns on a number of occasions, but this particular occasion will definitely stand out for a long time!

Absolutely 💯 spot on! Started my Christmas cheer with a delicious Classic Belini, followed by a delicious breakfast and coffee. Attentive service, pleasant atmosphere and a delightful view from our window seats. . What is not to appreciate about Browns?

Worse food i have had in my life, we ordered the most expensive dish on the menu £75 and it came out cold 🥶. We got money of the bill but for the price they charge for food, the food quality has to be good. Not a place I would recommend to come back to. I have other company colleagues that came day before and they were disappointed. Shame, the menu look good but chef is not up to the standard at all for the prices they are charging.

The food was well below standard. One of our party ordered fillet steak and received a sirloin. By the time the filler arrived, everybody else had finished and the steak was raw. I had fish, which did not taste fresh with an attempt to disguise that with copious quantities of capers. We were placed in the rear of the resteraunt under an air conditioning unit that smelled of damp.

We held our wedding reception lunch here for 37 people and it was excellent. The staff, layout food and drinks were superb..

The food was enjoyable, although I expected a little more from a Sunday roast. However, the service truly stood out and was exceptional. A special mention goes to Ola, who was highly professional and attentive, always ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. The service alone makes this place worth visiting! P.S. Regardless of how much Ola earns, her exceptional service and professionalism undoubtedly warrant a well-deserved pay rise!
