An unforgettable evening with an unforgettable steak! The location right on Tower Bridge is simply fantastic. The ambience is stylish and cozy. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted like a dream. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and delicious that I enjoyed every last bite. The service was attentive and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

Two of us had lunch and were made to feel very welcome by our waitress (Angela). The food was good, the restaurant warm and comfortable and not too noisy!

I love it here, food, drinks, service and the atmosphere is always 11/10. Alex is a brilliant host, good knowledge and recommendations of anything drinks and food.

We celebrated our friend’s birthday at this restaurant yesterday, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the mains, which were packed with flavor. Initially, we weren't too happy with the prawn dish, but the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, quickly replacing it with something we loved. A special shoutout to Anna, our lovely waiter, who was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service was top-notch! Kudos to the entire team for making our celebration memorable. We’ll definitely be back!"

Angela deserves a beer because we received a great service. Very nice food in a wonderfull location.

Generally good grub with good views. Service staff have been great whenever we visit except for one run-in with one male manager a while back. Fish and chips was awful in our July visit -thick, inedible batter, but the manager did take it off our bill. Haven't ordered fish and chips since then. Angela is our favourite waitress - professional, friendly and service with a smile at all times.

Absolutely amazing , there is absolutely nothing that I could thought about Brown. The customer service was amazing and the staff as well one of the best customer service staff I have ever come across.

Surprisingly good food m, although some of the part said schnitzel was a bit greasy. Burger was great as was the roast. Very good service from Ola and super fast food so happy.

Visited with some friends on Saturday the 28th of September and had a lovely evening. The restaurant was nice , the food was lovely, there was a good selection of drinks and the staff were very helpful and pleasant too. It was a lovely experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

The Butlers Wharf branch is excellent, its a nice relaxed atmosphere, the food is great and the staff are friendly and professional.

We stumbled across this eatery while walking along the riverbank. Sat outside and enjoyed wine on the terrace. I had asparagus and butternut curry. My friend had the baked cod both delicious. We shared the pineapple poached in rum, my goodness it was phenomenal.

Lovely setting next to the river, great food especially the burger and the service is really great, Angela especially was an awesome waitress!

We visited Browns for my managers leaving lunch and for a team celebration event. We were a large party of over 20 guests, and the service, right from booking up until we left was impeccable and very personable. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and even though the kitchen had to prepare many meals, we could not fault a single thing. We hold various lunch events across London for some of our clients, and i have struggled to find a restaurant that gives the amazing service that we received. So thank you, will definitely be using Browns Butlers warf again for our functions.

I haven’t been here for a little while and visited with my niece and great nephew. The food, wine and service were outstanding, we had an amazing dining experience with thanks to Alex our waiter and the team behind the scenes.

The food was good and the atmosphere was amazing. It is near the water and provides natural light. Would definitely recommend the Fish and Chips main and the Prawns and Chirizo starter. And also try the Rose Lemonade drink.

I had a very lovely experience hosting my 25th Birthday here a few months back. Notable mention to Eni who was very accommodating from the beginning, answered every question that I had and allowed me to view the private dining room ahead of the evening. Paul was also helpful with the menu logistics and some of the finer details of the night. I had an amazing time - the private dining room has a view of the Thames which created an amazing ambiance. Service was exceptional and the food was good! Accommodations were made for me which made for a very special 25th birthday celebration. Will definitely be back!

Nice place. Excellent food. Took staff's advice during ordering which resulted in an exceptional salmon dish and a super tasty burger. Pasta is very good too. The staff is very friendly and really attentive. Excellent spot to relax and enjoy, looking over at London Tower Bridge on the promenade of Butlers Wharf.

Best staff anywhere. Have been going weekly with my little one Friday evenings and the staff is so accommodating and friendly. It’s like going home. Even if I am only for a coffee or a small drink/nibble, they are welcoming, friendly and kind. Angela and Ana are always with smiles and really care about the customers.

I tried the watermelon duck salad as well as the pan seared scallops with pancetta - I loved both! However, for mains we tried the lobster linguine, and frankly the lobster felt quite rubbery - wouldn’t really recommend! The waiter who served us was an absolute delight to talk to!

Ana… what can I say about Ana. There’s too much to say in such a small box, she was fun, helpful, engaging, and very intriguing. She made mine and my American friend’s experience here unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning and this will 100% be the recommended spot for any new comers to the country. Thank you Ana !

Great location and food with an excellent friendly service from Angela.

Beware of ordering the gnocci - it is a tiny portion, almost insulting. For £18.50, I would expect a far bigger portion for what we got, which is literally the size of a starter. I was disappointed in this as a main. Aside from the size disappointment, the gnocci itself was not good either. It was essentially glorified tater tots, which were similar to what I have had at my local cinema, or papa johns! It was a shame as I always associated Brown’s with having a more premium feel, but this meal did not feel that way. We went to celebrate my mums birthday, but I think we will go elsewhere in future as this was so disappointing. The saving grace of the meal was the service, very friendly and attentive staff, who were apologetic about the meal we received. They took 10% off the bill due to the gnocci, but still, paying £16.65 for that is still too much. I have never been to browns, but we went as we wanted to try something new and special for my mums birthday. It is a shame therefore that we won’t be returning for further special occasions due to this letdown, and won’t be recommending to friends and family.

Went for dessert on a weekday evening, I really loved my apple crumble & bourbon ice cream . However my friend ordered the salted caramel profiteroles that were the same price, but was served around 5 small very frozen profiteroles (didn't look or feel very special apart from something you could make yourself at home).

We popped in yesterday for some teas and coffee s which is a basic thing . We were served promptly by a waiter who took our order . We ordered a pot of tea for 2 , 1 mint tea and 1 coffee . The teas came quickly but they didn't bring mint tea but ordinary tea and they didn't bring the coffee . After 10 minutes wait I asked another waiter where my coffee was and he did bring me a cup although the milk was on the turn . This was a simple order which wasn't great , so I dread to think what would have happened if we had food as well !

Lovely location, poor first impressions. I'm writing this having sat at a table for 15 minutes without being offered so much as a drink. The waiter has just offered me some water and gone to find a wine list. Let's see if the evening improves...
