We had ordered a buffet for a family reunion and were delighted to be given a private space in the restaurant for this. Both the food and drink were excellent, as was the service. I have had lunch at Browns on a number of occasions, but this particular occasion will definitely stand out for a long time!

Just past the tourist area we saw this restaurant. Delicious food and especially Angela was a very nice waitress. Thank you, Angela! You were so lovely. You turned our lunch into a party 😊

I had the most wonderful Christmas Day experience at Browns Butlers Wharf! The food and drinks were absolutely incredible – every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, complemented perfectly by expertly crafted drinks. The staff truly made the day special with their outstanding service, attentiveness, and warmth, creating a festive and welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond to make the day so memorable. I can’t recommend Browns Butlers Wharf enough, it was an unforgettable celebration!

Seafood platter was amazing and Abdullah made us some fantastic cocktails!!! We had a great time and will be back! Also loved the opportunity to donate to the homeless… nice touch at this time of year.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating and the restaurant is perfect for a relaxed meal with friends. We enjoyed the Christmas festive menu. It's in a great location overlooking the Thames.

Worse food i have had in my life, we ordered the most expensive dish on the menu £75 and it came out cold 🥶. We got money of the bill but for the price they charge for food, the food quality has to be good. Not a place I would recommend to come back to. I have other company colleagues that came day before and they were disappointed. Shame, the menu look good but chef is not up to the standard at all for the prices they are charging.

The food was well below standard. One of our party ordered fillet steak and received a sirloin. By the time the filler arrived, everybody else had finished and the steak was raw. I had fish, which did not taste fresh with an attempt to disguise that with copious quantities of capers. We were placed in the rear of the resteraunt under an air conditioning unit that smelled of damp.

Went for a annual party. Nice place to hang out. Atmosphere and food were great.

We held our wedding reception lunch here for 37 people and it was excellent. The staff, layout food and drinks were superb..

The food was enjoyable, although I expected a little more from a Sunday roast. However, the service truly stood out and was exceptional. A special mention goes to Ola, who was highly professional and attentive, always ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. The service alone makes this place worth visiting! P.S. Regardless of how much Ola earns, her exceptional service and professionalism undoubtedly warrant a well-deserved pay rise!

We had a large get together here and we enjoyed it throughly. We were served by Sasha who was super kind to us. I asked for quite a few modifications on my food and she was able to accommodate all of them perfectly. Great food, great staff, no complaints!!

We booked Browns for our work Christmas meal. We'd been here before, but this time it was a whole heap better! Angela and Timi really looked after us and were a joy! The food exceeded expectations, beautifully presented and superbly cooked. Really impressed, everything was spot on, and we'll definitely return next year with our group of 20 of us 👌

Enjoyed our Christmas lunch here (the food was good!) and wanted to give a special shoutout to our server Angela who was absolutely lovely! And couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Thank you Angela!

The food as always was top notch, I had a steak. The Peroni was nice and child and served in the correct glass. Left with a full stomach but unhappy with the service. Accuracy of your billing was atrocious. The 5 of us were initially charged for 8 deserts even though not one person actually had a dessert. If it had not been for one of our party going through the bill in detail this would have gone unnoticed and we would have been charged roughly £20 per person more than we should have been. I cannot see how this could have been accidental and it had made is all question if we will ever return to Browns again. The waiters description has been provided to the restaurant, we shall see what they do about this. Our bill was eventually sorted out by a Spanish lady who had to unpick all the mistakes made by her colleague. She provided a service we are more used to recieving at browns and she was a credit to the restaurant.

Alex has been our server as few times and he is always attentive, helpful and patient. We also enjoyed his singing happy birthday! Thank you for yet another wonderful meal.

My usual spot in London Bridge area for a dinner get-together. Beautiful views, good food, reasonable prices, good service and nice decor. As a regular customer, I'd like to see more frequent small changes to the menu to avoid ordering the same favourites. Please bring back baked camembert as a starter and maybe introduce salmon to the main menu.

An unforgettable evening with an unforgettable steak! The location right on Tower Bridge is simply fantastic. The ambience is stylish and cozy. The steak was cooked to perfection and tasted like a dream. The mashed potatoes were so creamy and delicious that I enjoyed every last bite. The service was attentive and friendly. I love it here, food, drinks, service and the atmosphere is always 11/10. Alex is a brilliant host, good knowledge and recommendations of anything drinks and food.

Two of us had lunch and were made to feel very welcome by our waitress (Angela). The food was good, the restaurant warm and comfortable and not too noisy!

We celebrated our friend’s birthday at this restaurant yesterday, and it was such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the mains, which were packed with flavor. Initially, we weren't too happy with the prawn dish, but the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, quickly replacing it with something we loved. A special shoutout to Anna, our lovely waiter, who was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Her service was top-notch! Generally good grub with good views. Service staff have been great whenever we visit except for one run-in with one male manager a while back. Fish and chips was awful in our July visit -thick, inedible batter, but the manager did take it off our bill. Haven't ordered fish and chips since then. Angela is our favourite waitress - professional, friendly and service with a smile at all times.

Angela deserves a beer because we received a great service. Very nice food in a wonderfull location.

Absolutely amazing , there is absolutely nothing that I could thought about Brown. The customer service was amazing and the staff as well one of the best customer service staff I have ever come across.

Visited with some friends on Saturday the 28th of September and had a lovely evening. The restaurant was nice , the food was lovely, there was a good selection of drinks and the staff were very helpful and pleasant too. It was a lovely experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Surprisingly good food m, although some of the part said schnitzel was a bit greasy. Burger was great as was the roast. Very good service from Ola and super fast food so happy.

The Butlers Wharf branch is excellent, its a nice relaxed atmosphere, the food is great and the staff are friendly and professional.

Average food though well presented. Curt and slow service despite being quiet. Lovely setting and well decorated.

We stumbled across this eatery while walking along the riverbank. Sat outside and enjoyed wine on the terrace. I had asparagus and butternut curry. My friend had the baked cod both delicious. We shared the pineapple poached in rum, my goodness it was phenomenal.

Lovely setting next to the river, great food especially the burger and the service is really great, Angela especially was an awesome waitress!
