Starbucks in Shepway

We always buy a Starbucks before heading to the train. Drinking it on the top car park or in the train dependingon our timing.

Not a bad thing to say that starbucks not my thing as i do prefer other outlets for coffee, they goodies they offer though attract me there as i have have a sweet tooth plenty to choose from and as coffee shops go prices are the average, staff are a little shall we say funny going as boredom must have been the issue of the day when i visited a little bit of ispy and people watching as i was watching them went up for second coffee and they were on the ball pronto lovely lounge seating to chill nice open space inside shopping mall would of course visit there again no problem

Had plenty of time to spare. Asked for a real cup and not the disposable cups they have. I was refused with the staff member blaming theft of said cups as a reason for not having any. Like it's any different to a high street store. Simply a case of lazyness and disposable wasteful culture by the company. Starbucks are happy to pollute the planet for no reason. No I did not want to pay 7pound plus for a one of reusable mug and secondly I just wanted to sit there so a real cup was all that's required and should be a option. The wastage caused by this one store alone must be immense.

Just went to this Starbucks and if you do I hope Simon serves you as he’s got fantastic customer service skills. He’s cheerful and great at putting names on cups and has a very positive personality - the chap although couldn’t see his name making the coffee was so fast I couldn’t even finish writing this review whilst waiting - super fast and coffee tasted extra nice due to amazing service - I feel extra happy after the experience - I wish all Starbucks were like this one TOP MARKS Euro team and thank you

It's an OK place from which to grab a cup of coffee (and a quick snack) but it is just typical Starbucks fare. The only thing I would say is that, if you are in a hurry, try somewhere else because the queue was long and a half hour before the coffee was in hand.

Fairly OK coffee but a completely tasteless smoked bacon roll. How did they manage to extract all the flavour from smoked bacon? Now I know why they serve sachets of sauce with it, so it at least tastes of something.

Staff were helpful in helping with a food allergy. We ordered 4 hot drinks and all four were very hot which is much better than just warm drinks. All were happy with there order. Staff were very quick with turn round of drinks

I am a customer at Starbucks a lot and know what to expect, this Starbucks was disappointing. The seating area was clean and my black coffee was of a good standard, but while being served the young girl on the till short changed me, then rolled her eyes when I pointed this out. Begrudgingly she gave me my money back saying “soz” , still leaving me 5 pence short at which point I left it as I didn’t want to deal with it anymore. Would not be visiting again, as my partner got a much better coffee from Leon.

Enjoyed my early morning coffee from Starbucks. Good quality. Lots of hot and cold food available. Large shared seating area and toilets.

Bought a coffee here before boarding our shuttle train to France. Just really don't like the way coffee is in Starbucks. Have had a tasteless coffee every time I've tried a Starbucks. They can't make a normal latte or a chai latte very well. Will be sticking to Costa.

Had coffee and a very uninteresting orange juice here whilst waiting for our delayed train. Coffee was as good as always but the juice was expensive and tasteless. Staff were friendly and tables were fairly clean.

I am disgusted the way I have been treated in this Starbucks. I am someone who goes to Starbucks everyday in Plymouth for my morning coffee with my puppy and I’ve never had a problem with taking him in. This Starbucks however wouldn’t allow it and stated that it says it on the door when in actual fact it doesn’t. I was then ignored by the barrister when serving my coffee. I’m disgusted.

Quick ans smiley service. The coffee was good (as expected with Starbucks). A good choice of cakes and pastries too.

Lovely hot coffee and tasty snack. Service was a little Juvenal ...even though it was very early, being professional is always the best option.

We arrive at the tunnel a little early in order to grab a Starbucks which we take on the train with us.

Stopped here for a coffee whilst waiting for our slot on the Eurotunnel. Paid by credit card. When I saw my credit card bill I realised that I'd been charged £4.90 for a small cappuccino. What a rip off! Slow service too.

Very convenient coffee and breakfast bun before heading back to the car and on our way. Good, quick service and excellent coffee.

Bacon rolls are good. Americano coffee is standard and tea also standard. Tables could be cleaned a bit more. Chairs comfy.

Living in Italy we are used to coffee not the disgusting swill which was served to us masquerading as a skinny cappuccino. Maybe we will learn ( or remember) not to waste our money

Basically a Starbucks that takes advantage of its position and captive audience. Stale pastries, incredibly slow service and disinterested staff and a rip off.

Quick service to get two coffees before catching the next train. coffee was hot but one cup was overfilled and we had to ask the attendant to dispose of a small amount before we could add milk. Otherwise fine.

Starbucks can be very hit and miss and this one was good. Really good hot chocolate. Friendly staff, quick and efficient.

Typical Starbucks, was glad they arrived here and that they are open 24 hours. Place is clean as expected and service is fine.

We stopped off here and had a hot chocolate. Yes it was nice and hot but utterly tasteless. It felt as if the brew was watered down. Aweful.

I was served by the MANAGER at the till who was extremely rude to me and condescending. When he asked what size coffee I wanted I pointed to the medium sized cup and said "this one please", he replied rudely, "is that small? Medium? Large? I can't tell by you just saying 'this one'." He made rude comments under his breath, and was talking down to his staff in front of the customers. It put me in a bad mood for my holiday, and I will definitely avoid this Starbucks in the future. Extremely disappointed.

I've tried the pastries at this branch of Starbucks several times and they have always been stale and of very poor quality. The choice is very limited -perhaps give the captive market of passengers passing through the Eurotunnel Terminal Starbucks feels that they don't have to try and that even stale stock will sell!! I won't be buying again unless Starbucks ups it's game!!!!

My wife and I felt like having a drink before boarding the Eurotunnel. She went for an Americano coffee while I ordered a Signature Series hot chocolate with whipped cream.My wife, who has worked in a coffee bar for years and has a vast experience in how coffee is supposed to taste, felt the Americano was a massive letdown.Same with the Signature Series hot chocolate, this tasted like cheap supermarket goo and was nothing like the Signature Series hot chocolate from Starbucks I've had in the past. To add insult to injury, the so called whipped cream atop my hot chocolate was from a squirty bottle and not the proper whipped cream one would expect after paying £3.10 for a small sized hot chocolate.So all in all this was £5.25 wasted on drinks that were definitely not worth it. Unfortunately, right after we had taken delivery of our drinks, we were called to board the train so we never got a chance to vent our opinion on our order.Starbucks definitely needs to improve their products for us to return. We know they can do better, it's a shame the last couple of visits have been nothing but disappointing and this was the final straw for us.

Arrived five minutes late for our crossing, and were subsequently placed 30 mins later crossing. Went for refreshments to the Starbucks in the terminal, and to browse around the Duty Free. Had my usual Almond Soya Latte, but wasn't too impressed with the service. Putting it down to the fact that the staff see 1000's of people everyday, so they're just not interested. Hey ho, coffee is coffee.... and it was hot and as expected.

Located in the Eurotunnel Terminal at Folkestone, this Starbucks served us quickly and the coffee was great. Seemed good value too!

We've just visited Starbucks at the Eurotunnel terminal. 08.15 and the only 4 pastries left were so stale they were almost inedible. The service was also very unfriendly. How embarrasing that this is the best we can offer visitors to our country as they return home.

Again visit frequently ... Good coffee. ... Helpful. Just a quick visit tho and the loo. Welcome children and elderly parent too. Usual Starbucks style .. Prices maybe more expensive .. Choose carefully ....muffins 😀 Lovely !

I, an innocent 13 year old, was served wrongly at Starbucks just 5 minutes ago. I downloaded this entire app so to tell this compelling story. I ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappechino. Elliot, my name, was scrawled onto a clear cup along with MCCF (mocha cookie crumble frappechino I presume). What I got was not a mocha cookie crumble frappechino. It was a mocha frappechino. At first I did not complain but my mother raised the spirit of rebellion in me when she said she would accompany me, to the till. I complained. I waited. My drink came. It was not a mocha cookie crumble frappechino. It tastes good. But alas it is not the same. Yours sincerely, a 13 year old boy complaining about their first world problems.

Why the hell anyone in their right mind would pay £4.00 for a cup of coffee in a paper cup is beyond my comprehension. People get a grip and go without this expensive rubbish.

We passed our order for two latté paid and went to collection. Terminal very busy but service was friendly and efficient. There were no napkins left but I asked a member of staff and she immediately assisted us. Good overall.

All crossings were delayed by at least an hour last Saturday and so the terminal was very busy with holidaymakers eager to get on with their journey to the continent. The queue for the Starbucks was impressive but the staff were doing their best to process all their thirsty customers as quickly as possible. We finally got to the front of the queue and ordered a large iced frapuccino and a medium iced lemonade. Both came quickly which was great. They also tasted good - mine seemed to last forever... There is hardly any decent seating in the terminal itself so we went back to our car, sat on the ledge of the boot and watched the bustle of the crowds coming and going.

If you're at this Starbucks obviously you're on your way to France .Have one of their appalling doughy croissant & when you get to France grab one from a Boulanger & remind yourself of what the real thing is like No excuse to serve crap ones like these & just because you're busy throwing hot milk into cups & calling one a latte & the other a cappuccino is not on .There is a Leon in the terminal go there , it's quieter & better .

Always get a caramel cream it's great. Staff are friendly. Always relatively busy. Seats taken up by idiots with their mac books and one drink they bought 4 hours ago. That kinda thing. Otherwise service is fab

I am a lover of Starbucks coffee and while travelling to France on Euro-tunnel, nothing better than being able to enjoy a coffee while under the tunnel, the gentleman serving on Friday 22nd January at approx 1.55pm was the best member of staff i have ever encountered at any Starbucks, (sorry didn't catch his name) he was so kind and caring, knowing us passengers were delayed due to an incident in the tunnel and when making my drink, i explained how i like it and he made the perfect cup of coffee for me, although he told me to come back if it wasn't good enough, wow now there;s customer service for you! But no need to take it back as it was the best coffee i have ever had from that Starbucks!

Starbucks always makes good coffee (well usually). It is obviously perfect when you've just drove for hours to just go there and enjoy a nice hot drink before getting back in the car and taking your train ;)

Good Service and nice coffee, just what you need whilst waiting during delays. Clean, tidy and friendly staff at this location.

Long wait to be served, someone took our order then had to give it again to pay. I have cream allergy so asked for skinny mocha with no whip with caramel shot, got full fat with cream... When I pointed out it was no whip the server went to remove the cream! I had to explain that it would have to be re-made then it was put to the back of the queue. The other three drinks were lukewarm by the time I got mine.

It's great they are no available before crossing the tunnel. Coffee is always good. even the kids like it. It's fairly expensive but the drinks compensate that

Expensive treat. Caramel hot chocolate loved by two teenage daughters, and we both go for skinny latte or cappuccino. Love the coffee/chocolate - just wince when I get the bill.

Als frequent USA ganger Starbucks gewend. Een is beter dan de ander. Dit filiaal scoort "matig". Gaan regelmatig naar deze Starbucks maar tis altijd wat! Deze keer was de ( door allergie zeer belangrijke) sojamelk op! Helees weer geen starbucks koffie deze keer. Personeel is overigens wel heel vriendelijk.

Um dos produtos que amo é o chá indiano com leite, canela e um pouco de pimenta. Ninguém tem igual! Eu era muito fã do Cappuccino , mas depois que minha filha me indicou este chá, não consigo escolher outra bebida!
