Usually love a Starbucks but this branch is awful. Staff are miserable and not helpful. The last three times I have been in there for breakfast (very early), there are no signature breakfast sandwiches on the half empty shelves so the last time I just left with the intention of never returning. There are plenty of other business in Wilmslow that I would rather give my money to.

Overall, I am not fond of this branch of Starbucks. You know when you go into a Starbucks, and it feels like a Starbucks, well this one doesn't. It feels just like a local cafe. Also, the baristas are never friendly here and the girls working there always look miserable.

Without a doubt the WORST Starbucks on the planet !!!!!!!! I always order Latte EXTRA HOT to go which I repeated twice for the young man who took my order - he repeated it back to me and I saw him hand a piece of paper (my order ???) to the ‘barista’ and a few minutes later my coffee was given to me …….my coffee ….not even the slightest bit warm and only half a container. I immediately took it back to the ‘barista’ and advised her of the issues. She just smiled and said ok I’ll make you another one!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting if not appalling behaviour- either she cannot read or this coffee was made barely warm on purpose - either way I’m done with Starbucks !!!

This really is the worst coffee shop around. It is consistently filthy, the staff are charmless and on my last visit (only because my 10 year old daughter and her friend wanted their cookies & cream milkshake) you could not find a table that was not littered with cups, rubbish, spills. The floor was disgusting, muddy and wet and the bin area was stacked with old cups, rubbish and coffee slops. There were three staff on, we were only ones in queue and nobody was smiling or polite even and certainly nobody was clearing tables. Literally ANY coffee shop in Wilmslow is nice just NOT this one. I will not be talked into going ever again. We grabbed the milkshakes and ran out. Horrible!!

After years of coming here to starbucks I feel it's gone all down hill due to new management I had my regular coffee order which had the new manager from Costa make my coffee the coffee had a burned taste to it had it replaced and the second attempt complete fail tasted like caffinated water I came in the morning this manager does not even do stock level checks numerous times I have heard customer wanting oat milk and no oat milk for customers the new manager is destroying the reason people come to starbucks this is starbucks not costa From Mr 8 shot coffee

I visit here about once a week. The staff turnover must be huge as always see different staff and I've been visiting for years now.Generally ok but had a few issues with waiting for breakfasts, broken machines, the machine that heats the breakfast rolls up, not switched on etc.. Not massive issues but I have left and walked over the road to Costa on two occasions.

As title really, every week there are new staff members, the dirty floors and dogs freely allowed in are not good. Will be reporting this to the council. Customers letting their dogs sit on the chairs and lick the table too. Avoid this store.

Got a tea. No milk on stand - staff member appeared with large container and flooded my tea. No sugar - had run out. Unlike the staff who could have run out to a local supermarket to top up supplies but didn't bother. Staff friendly but mainly behind the counter. Generally a grubby looking establishment with no involvement. Bit grim, really.

Quite disappointed No atmosphere, Coffee quite poor. Service not good at all,I expected much better and more upmarket

Been a regular on my way to work for 8 years and finally moved on to Neros. The time to get a drink seems to lengthen by the week and there is no management of the constantly changing "baristas". Amazing how this store can keep going downhill and Starbucks do nothing to stop the rot.

Single Expresso Macchiato... pretty standard issue coffee; the world over — right?Not at this branch of Starbucks Order a macchiato; and you’ll get a latte. Try it again; for the benefit of doubt; and you’ll be served with; yep; another latte.Incredible; and at the same time laughable.If you’re going to charge extortionate prices; at least train the staff to make a decent coffee!!

Coffee good, but the place is dirty and unkempt. I love Starbucks I have adventures with a starbucks cup which is follwoed on instagram. I visit starbucks amost everyday so I am so disappointed that this one in Wilmsow is such a disappointment as this is the one closest to my home in uk. It is dirty, the tables are never clean, the sofas are dirty, the chairs are direty, the windows are never clean, there is always food and crumbs on the floor. It is badly run down and in need of painting. Go if you want coffee to take away, sitting there is not pleasant. :(

Always great for a coffee. The drinks are just as I like them and it’s nice to catch your breath in a bright and cheerful place

As previously said, maybe it was the filthy tables & the food all over the floor that should have made me walk out. But in fairness that isnt the staffs fault, its the disrespectful customers!! However 10mins for a tea and a chai latte was a bit extreme, wasnt the most relaxing afternoon break, sorry but wont be hurrying back.

Maybe it’s the handprints on the door glass, the one barista trying to run the place by herself, or the 90s off white tile behind the bar. There’s a slow kinda sleepy feeling here. This ‘bucks needs an espresso shot!

Both service and decor need a makeover!! We love Starbucks but since moving to Wilmslow we choose to drive to Cheadle rather than come here!

I echo most of the reviews on here when I say that the young staff try. One or two of them can cheer you up of a morning with politeness or a smile, but they always seem stretched and make mistakes. Twice now I've ordered decaf and walked out with full caffeine before realising, other times cups are filled and inch short or you get the fresh cream you specifically said you didn't want.

Drinks not made properly. Rude staff. Awful service. Dirty tables. Literally the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Management need to sit the staff down and teach them how to interact with customers. And how to make drinks. And how to clean the restaurant.

This Starbucks is probably the worst I've ever visited, tables are hardly ever cleared, you have to do that yourself. The place just looks grubby inside and out, sticky tables, dirty floors, the toilet... yuk!

6.00pm on a Friday...Quiet and three staff chatting. Before I could sit down I had to clear two tables of dirty cups and cutlery etc. This is something that seems to be quite common.

I stopped using Starbucks a few years ago after constantly finding tables were never clear even tho they had been vacated. So I thought,I’m visiting a new town, let’s try it again.

I love Starbucks coffee and drink of daily if possible all over the world . I even have s Starbucks cup that goes on adventures searching for Starbucks .

Absolutely useless. The older lady manager does absolutely nothing to help the young team as they prepare the drinks. It’s filthy, you wait ages for your drinks. The prices have just increased and the whole place let’s starbucks down. As I said the young team do there best making the drinks. Emailed Starbucks customer service and they don’t reply

Popped in to grab a quick a quick cup but decided to use the wash room before joining the line. It was disgusting. Floor wet. No warm let alone hot water. No check list to show regular cleaning had taken place throughout the day. I felt dirtier than I was when I went in. Needless to say I left without buying anything.

I visited this Starbucks location recently and wasn't very satisfied. Possibly I had arrived shortly after the morning rush but the location wasn't as clean as expected. The coffee I purchased I tossed out an hour later. I am accustomed to drip coffee which was unavailable at the time I visited. "Cafe Americano" is not a substitute and certainly not American coffee.

Packed at 11am Tuesday morning, not enough seats, no porridge, not far from the main junction in Wilmslow.

Expensive?...yes! Worth it?...not at this branch!

Visited on a Sunday for a quick coffee, plenty of staff on, all busy behind the counter organising.

Just back from visiting this coffee house, but to be honest I wished I hadn’t bothered.

A typical Starbucks but in serious need of a refurbishment to brighten the atmosphere and furniture. Some thoughtful reorganisation should surely be able to offer more seating which is in short supply There appears to be staffing problems and consequently one often suffers a well meaning trainee but with the inevitable queue. In truth not a lot different to many Starbucks but could do better.

A great place to chill, with an extremely dedicated staff (who make eveyone feel at home). You're never made to feel hurried and the seating is good (don't listen to the one or two here who've got a bone to pick - i.e. the tables are not 'dirty', and never have been). I've been coming here for many years and find a wide variety of customers, all of whom are made to feel at home. The staff are very involved, both with their customers and the broader community (including a good deal of charity work). Also, the largest windows I've seen in a Starbucks), so great for people watching.

They are always welcoming. nothing is too much trouble they remember your order.More than that they take care of the regulars. It's what a real coffee should be and Tim makes it all the more special.They have huge sunny windows comfy chairs and jazz music.

Poor service, table were dirty ! Was my total regrets to pop in ! Set my self reminder not to step in to Bucks franchised ever !

I love Starbucks as a brand but I think the Wilmslow branch is the worst because of the store layout, couple of seats at entrance constantly interrupted by incoming customers. Couple of places to sit at the back not enough, always full. If it had an upstairs maybe this place would be okay. I'd suggest buying and taking out rather than sitting in.

Regular visitor. Good coffee and freindly staff, comfortable seating and free WIFI. Not too many noisy people, and thankfully not a regular for dog-lovers

The coffee was great but the seating areas aren't very comfy or relaxing. Most seats are near the front door and disturbed by customer flow. The seating at the back is slightly better.
