Absolute horror show Ordered online. Told to collect between 2.30-3. It’s now nearly 4pm and I’m still waiting for my food. I was spoken to like a piece of dirt by some guy who resembled Hunchback of Notra Darm. Wait your turn. Nothing I can do about it. It’s not me. It’s not my fault. Never ever coming back here again and it stinks of death

When I came home this evening at 9.45pm, one of your vans was again parked in our Emergency Bay. I politely informed the driver that he shouldn't park there and that if an ambulance, fire engine or police car came that they would smash the driver's door window to enable them to move the vehicle. He stated that he wasn't bothered as it wasn't his vehicle! What an attitude to have towards your employer's vehicle! So as well as his blatant disregard for the people who live in Waverley Court plus his disregards for his employer's vehicle, he is also flagrantly breaking the law! How did he ever pass his driving test if he doesn't know that the Highway Code states that it is illegal to park where he did (see later in this review as to what the law states) DOES HE EVEN HAVE A DRIVING LICENCE? Date, time and location should indicate who the driver was. You need to ahve a word with him! When will delivery drivers realise that they should not park in EMERGENCY bays, especially so at blocks of flats. Since Grenfell, it is even more important to leave these areas clear for emergency vehicles, Fire, Ambulance and Police. Just come across another ASDA delivery driver who hasn't been told that he shouldn't park in these areas. Not only does it block access for emergency vehicles, the delay in moving the delivery vehicles (they do smash windows to gain access to move the offending vehicle) could cause the death of the person(s) that they are attending to. What if this was one of your relations? It is also illegal to do this and the reason why the emergency workers can break into a vehicle to move it. All it takes is to park a little further away and walk with your delivery - you are provided with trollies to help you do this. Please ensure that your delivery drivers know that it is illegal for them to do this, it could cause damage to the vehicle that they are in charge of and it doesn't make a very good advertisement for the company, in this case ASDA. RAC - The Highway Code tells us you must not stop or park in the following locations, except when forced to do so by stationary traffic: (5 of 18 - please note number 2) 1. Near a school entrance (see specific section above) 2. Anywhere that would prevent access for emergency vehicles 3. On a bus or tram stop, or a taxi rank 4. On the approach to a level crossing 5. Opposite or within 32 feet of a junction, except in an authorised parking bay.........

Nice to see little section of oriental delight that is locally and convenient. Be creative with full meal. I find that, if I simmer the dim sum or fishballs, it double it size. ( 10minites ) Then I added pack of noodles. And any veg I can fine, what water left I poach a crack or 2 ege separate or last thing I do in the same pot with the noodle. With wonton pastry, similar to a pasta sheet, wrapped any fillings of choice then boil in water for 10 minuts till it wrinckly floating at top. Wonton soup or just eat with choice of dipping sauce.

Upon arrival there was a distinct musk in the air channeling east under my right nostril. I wet my finger and hold it up, the scent seemed to be wafting from the prolific 'Asda Superstore'. Not so super. I walked in and noticed this foul smell is coming from the Women's toilet, bladdy ell. I covered my face as I approached the chamber, my eyes were watering from the spices lurking profusely from the poo ridden bog. As I entered, I was suddenly stunned by the change in g force, the strong smell was changing my atomic structure, molding me into a spec in the leap of time. I never thought the scientific discovery of p force (poo force) would be founded in Crewe, Asda.

Nice store, lot of options. Reasonable price. Paid parking between 8 Am to 6PM. On Sunday Free parking.

Car parked up on the back but door was locked so we had to Walk to the front

your rude asda van driver parked his delivery van in my daughters disabled parking drive and thought it was ok as he was delivering to next door my daughter had to pay out of her own pocket for that driveway and although your driver pointed out well shes not using it now realy was not the point as if she had returned from the hospital she would have to had waited for him to finish his delivery and leave the driveway

One of many supermarkets profiteering from the misery of the cost of living crisis. Bumper dividends to greedy shareholders and vast pay packets for greedy bosses. Criminal.. Also their hand baskets are absolutely filthy.

Customer toilet full of smell. You are welcome to catch any disease.

Helpful staff. Unfortunately stock availability depends on whether you are lucky. Sometimes it has everything you want - and sometimes it is just a wasted trip. And you have to pay for parking too…

We waited ages for the food to come out and when it did the only thing hoton the plate was the sausage everything else was stone cold ❄️

As with most Asda stores, there is a wide range of products at affordable prices. This store is easily accessible in the centre of town and carpets for most needs. However, it is very hot and miss with stock levels - many times I visit and items are out of stock, including long-life, store cupboard items that I really wouldn't expect to be out of stock. They really need to sort their ordering and delivery systems out.

Staff were horrible and disrespectful. I asked for some items....only to be told by the shelf stacker, "no speak English.". The checkout lady was very lazy and nasty. They and the security men treat us like dirt. Will never part with our hard earned money on scums like these. They are dregs in the wine. Scums. Horrible and nasty people.

Found some different items, relatively cheap, still fed up of "price matched with Aldi/Lidl. If I want their prices... I will go there. I WANT CHEAPER PRICES NOT MATCHED. Pay car park which is one reason I don't go there very often. Also there is this weird smell about the place. The one item I always try to get us their Austrian Smoked cheese which is the tastiest out of all the other supermarkets.

I did shopping at George as well buying groceries too.

Hello ASDA is well worth calling in, if for a look around, because they have a wide selection of useful items for yourself, or whoever your buying for, also if your feeling hungry thay also have a sit down cafe, you can purchase meals also hot and drinks ect, also it's well worth trying just for yourself, And then you can diside weather you'll return, sometime in the future. ~ tank you, Also you'l then understand why I've given them a 5 ☆ quality rating also for convenience .

Staff at this shop completely non helpful, confusing and waisting time, will never use this store again!

I find the Staff Very friendly & helpful. Between Asda & the other half of the store GEORGE you can get Most things .

Not paying to park at a supermarket. I'll go elsewhere.

In the 90's and 00's l worked in shopfitting, often refitting 'past their sell by date' supermarkets, this place took me back to those times when we would arrive at a store, look at it, and collectively think, bulldozers! A pokey, dark dreary hole where l expected to see Victorian child chimney sweeps on every corner. Sadly nothing so quaint, just the usual set of chavs. What is the idea of having to pay to park???? I have been to hundreds of supermarkets and have never once had to pay to park!!! Come on Asda, time to move into the 21st century!!! Bulldozer time.

8-15 Asda this morning half a trolley full wheeled into self checkout Asked Christine to watch why I nipped toilet ! Much to my pleasant surprise she had scanned it all and bagged it up eggs on top. Very much appreciated thanks for your excellent service 👍

Ordered food via Uber eats. One item off of 18 delivered, left me out of pocket and without food. Never again and wouldn’t recommend anyone take the risk.

Customer service is horrible didn’t want to help out when i was collecting my groceries!

Currently on the phone at 7pm on hold waiting to actually speak to a human. So far after navigating a stupid press this that and the other to speak to a colleague, I’m on 26 minutes. Oh and just this second phone cut off. 26 minutes totally wasted Shame I can’t give zero stars UPDATE…9.40pm. Finally got my call answered. By someone who wasn’t English. All he kept repeating was 1 of my 2 items ordered would be at the Crewe store…Duh I know that, as that was my nearest store I selected. My query was the other item still not delivered 2 days after the due date. Then after telling me it would be delivered to Crewe about 6 times, I lost the will to live.

Why do the over 60s have a free drink with soup deal , I said I dont want the soup just a drink, they said well it's full price then if you dont want soup how does this make sense so I should order soup and leave it on the table waste just so I can have a cup of tea ???

Busy but shelves full and good choice of product

I purchased a balloon set to celebrate my sons 40th birthday. When at venue I tried to inflate this foil balloon with straw provided to my dismay the balloon had a split in the seam. So was totally useless. Disgusting

Specifically went in order to check out clothes in the George at Asda department. Very disappointed to find no clothes anywhere. Wasted time and petrol.

Pay for parking is ridiculous it should be free when you spend over £30 and I couldn't even use the toilets because there was no one who would open the door as it was locked so I cud take my little boy in with me all got was leave him at the customer service desk and go to the toilet. How unprofessional. I will not be visiting your store again

Large store with plenty of stock at great prices

Varied range of products, mostly foods and drinks, but can also get household items , pet food, or in store cooked meals. It also has it's own pharmacy and tabacco shop.

I went in for my click and collect on 22 nd December. On entering I decided I needed to know how much of my parking ticket I could get refunded. I approached the security person sat behind her station. I said excuse me …. To which she put her palm in the air !!!! She was wearing a head set. At that acknowledgement I walked away to hear the dulcet tones of ,,,,, excuse me I was speaking to someone … she was following me shouting. I turned and said … I don’t speak to the HAND and walked away. I heard her loudly berating me saying her , there , I’m bloody sick of this . I walked away. Well Asda if this is the type of person you wish to employ so be it. It was 17,30 so you cDNA check who she was. Older person , glasses and red hair. I’m waiting for my apology. Never again will I shop in there

Large store with plenty of stock and choice

Canceled home delivery but didn't even let me know, I had to ring to find out we're my delivery was only to be told it had been canceled and the money would take up to 4 days to be returned, HAPPY CHRISTMAS NOT ASDA USE ALDI Or morrisons

would never use asda while they charge for parking, aldi or sainsburys are a good alternative

I have used this Supermarket once a week since i moved here. Its always well stocked and the staff are happy to help

perhaps the biggest store in crewe, you can most things there. good prices and decent choices of food products. staff is approachable

Asda please stop doing bad substitutions. I've placed a massive order again got a bottle of polish vodka and you've substituted it for a terrible one which is Russian standard that makes me gag. Unfortunately I wasn't at home to hand it back and you've sent me the substitutions info very late that gave me no chance to tell my other half to give it back as now I have to make a trip to the store to have a refund for £20. Shouldn't be substituting things for a much worse quality item.

Bought doughnuts today ,got them home inedible Rock hard straight in bin .Will not buy them again waste of money .

I've a feeling the manager here is a complete scumbag. The store is always filthy, the freezers on the gen ends being the worst offenders. The staff are miserable and completely indignant towards customers, they don't acknowledge you at all or even seem happy or helpful. The reduced section is always overflowing with items, obviously due to bad stock management, which also reflects in the often empty, freezer section. And for some reason, there are barriers up all around the outside of the store in places they really don't need to be in and probably actually shouldn't legally be. Get a new SM and turn things around guys.

The lady blonde hair & glasses at self serve checkouts needs to practice customer service skills, she left me waiting for 10 minutes when I needed help & instead went off to help others who had the same problem straight away, whilst I was stood there & she could see the light flashing telling her I needed assistance, very rude. The staff who I came across in the aisles are lovely & pleasant though.

I feel completely awful writing this, but I feel it needs attention. The lady on the tills today albeit friendly and polite, felt that she needed to look and read every single item of our shopping. We actually couldn't believe are eyes. She was an elderly lady and obviously was oblivious to the line that was becoming increasingly longer whilst she took it upon herself to inspect everything we had bought. This is not expected when shopping. And hopefully ASDA will have a polite word with such member.

Bought an Air Fryer via Click & Collect. Realised it was far too big for our needs, so returned it within 24 hours, for a refund so I could buy an alternative. 11 days later, and I am still waiting. Don't think I will be buying an alternative from Asda....

Last time I visited here was a few years ago. Service was poor then. But now it’s even worse. Friendly staff but SUPER SLOW, overcharged & then had to queue another 15 mins for a refund which they then short changed me by 5p. Couldn’t be bothered to ask again. Fizzy Drinks machine nosel fell off and my friend said her drink was off so I asked for another cup for her only to charged for it. (Hence chasing up a refund) Food was hot when it arrived but honestly the last place I’d eat in Crewe again. It’s like the staff they can’t fire get put in there to serve the end of their days. Depressing decor doesn’t help either.

Staff All need sacking they treat customers like dirt!! They should be grateful to have a job. But think their too safe! Customer service does not exist. Shrug shoulders when receipts don't print and told well can't have.

Short details woman grey hair and glasses who does the security is terrible for social distancing, I'm standing in a cue waiting to pay and for no reason stands literally as close to me as she can get to talk down her head set to someone across the store, if she was any closer her nose would of been touching my face, she also had no mask or visor on, I am exempt from wearing one due to post partum cardio myopathy with my pregnancy so u was really unhappy with this

Worst asda I've shopped in, awful woman on the checkout, to busy talking to her friends and was extremely slow. Is first and last time I use the store, aldi has much better customer care attitude.

1st time back after lockdown. Suprised at lack of monitoring at tills. No distancing measures in place No cleansing of trolleys The homeless man outside - and yes, I have the greatest sympathy for anyone in this situation - but he was inside the trolley store with all his things in the shopping trolleys. We are gelling our hands etc Could Asda call in support for him?

Bad experience today. I used scan & go and, the security check my shopping and, in their opinion I have not scanned one chicken breast. After that I asked an refund because I found 2 equal piece and I bought just 1. No-one says sorry or apologise for their mistakes. Just looked after me like a sheet thief. I felt ashamed with my friends, I bring them for the first time at Asda. The security said me do not use scan&go next time and write me an report in their database. I sure they didn't cancel that after my request refund.

Poor information given. I rang the Crewe store to check a "George" item for stock only to be told by a machine that they were not accepting calls and look at the website. The website said they were open till 11pm so I drove the 12 miles from home to find that the "George" section was closed. I asked a lady assistant in the main store who didn't know the opening times and wasn't interested in finding out. On checking the website again it defiantly implies that they were open till 11pm.

I'm in the Asda queue at they're Crewe store, and pointed out to one of they're staff (trolley Collector) that there was no blue paper to clean the trolley, he did point out there was some further down the line, and when I point out it was the cleaning station I was stood at was empty of blue roll, his immediate response was, "not my job sir"

The staff here have been nothing less than amazing. Thank you all for providing us all with essentials and, well... Being there in these weird times xxx

Popped in for breakfast on my Way home from a night shif . Ordered the normal sized breakfast. Got it fairly fast. Fried bread was burned and very hard, asked for fresh and was told that is how it comes . Bacon sausage and egg ok. Beans and tomatoes cold felt so uncomfortable about asking for new fried bread . Service poor . Won't bother again

Unimpressed that it doesn't have a car park. There are council pay and display carparks on two sides but it is easy to miss the signs and Asda doesn't advertise this. It's a minimum of 80p to park!

Food was delivered quickly but was cold. Supposed to get a choice of type of egg wasnt offered and no toast or fried bread. Cafe clean and tidy.

The staff in the retail areas were most helpfully, the shelves were well stocked.Staff opened a box for us when the product was not available on the shelves. The cafeteria was shabby. No teaspoons, no milk (I had to wait about 5 minutes to ask that the jug be refilled) . I will not go there again .It was on Saturday 17/ 08/ 2019

Always get what I need here, plenty of choices and good prices.

Bit noisy and had no personal touch which is to be expected prefer a proper cafe - but food was good and it was clean

Food wait over 30 mins, Staff just casually chatting to each other rather than doing thier jobs. Had to ask 3 times for cutlery to eat the food!

Ordered 2 x 9 item breakfasts, before I even got to pay it arrived at the table the sausages was rock hard and dry the bacon was exactly the same the egg was like a bullet, the beans were so dried up had no sauce on them, the mushrooms were out of a tin. The hash brown was tiny and broke up as soon as the knife touched it, what a pile of crap warm uneatable food worst breakfasts have ever had in my life, what a waste of £9 I would of been better off going to the £ bakery and having a bap! Asda you ought to be ashamed of yourself to serve such crap on a plate, never again! And if you think that is acceptable wow! What can I say!

All I can say is that the staff were wonderful. So helpful. The breakfast was amazing and good value for money. Went for lunch and all I can say about this was hmm. Could have been so much better

Awful customer service ,only two manned tills open with six customers with full trolleys at each. At morrissons they would have opened more tills, much better service, asda just want everyone to serve themselves, eventually reducing staff. Think I'll have to change supermarkets.

Food was served as if it had been thrown at the plate and was cold. The cafe itself was filthy dirty and tables and floor were sticky. Staff appeared nonplussed at the state of the place. Couldn’t even get a toastie right.

We come here once a month usually on a Saturday. The place is pretty clean and tidy with someone on hand to clear up. The Food is served on paper plates with plastic cutlery and paper cups.But who cares when all the Pizzas are fresh and a meal deal costs £3.50!! The American Sizzler is lovely and the Skinny Fries are always hot and crispy. You can get a Whole Pizza for £6.00 and they are as good as the chains and a lot less. The Loos are very clean and Tidy. When you're done eating you can do your shopping...HAPPY DAYS.

Enjoyed experience nice staff and plenty of room

When this store swapped an item on my click and collect order they gave me a single 4-pack of razors instead of an 8-pack, and with no change in price. Thanks for wasting my time.

Friendly store pretty well stocked. Usual low Asda prices. I had a flu jab there which went well, friendly pharmacist. Only issue is paying to park, it. Should be free if you spend more than £10.

Smells disgusting by milk fridges

Needed something quick and it did the job ....was a group of from work toasting a colleague leaving and this was the only opportunity to us at the time

This is a nice Clean, well Presented Cafe with a relaxing atmosphere. The New Manager is Friendly and accommodating. I would suggest 2 things, Recruitment of a few more Staff to ease the pressure on existing Staff and more Choice in the Cake and Buscuit Section, Ideally Situated next to the Asda Store, why not give it a Visit. To be completed honest its always busy when I go in here. It's a pretty big asda with two entrances. Also opposite the back entrance is asda's clothes shop George, which can be quite a useful bit of information if you don't come from round here.

I usually enjoy shopping here but I was illegally detained in the security room by a ginger haired security guard who then subjected me to horrific Islamophobic abuse. He tore my veil from my head and said 'my kind' were not allowed in ASDA anymore because we always shoplift. I am deeply hurt and offended by this. I reported it to the manager who simply said it was my word against theirs. The ginger haired security guard needs to be sacked, I see from previous comments he is a nasty piece of work. Wait until 'my kind' see him out of his uniform.

Ignorant staff. "A carrot is a carrot!", no it isn't. There are varieties. Is an apple an apple? or a potato a potato? NO they are not. And keep the snide comments out of my earshot, you spoiled my visit and let the store down. I won't be back for a long time, if at all. If I was a vindictive person, I would print your name dear. Maybe that's why they put you where they do, so your customer contact is minimal.

People don't realise that asda don't own the car park there for if it was it would be free but as it is the councils they will charge for it especially when people use it for going into town and especially when people who are living behind the limelight people don't know how to park and taking advantage of residents spaces. my wife goes to work and come back home and cant park

Brought a Christmas tree it was faulty, took it back to be told I couldn’t have a refund in cash it would have to be put back on my bank card which will take up to 3 days , 6 days later still waiting for the refund to go into my bank and every time I ring I get hung up on! NOT HAPPY!

Good prices, especially if you keep your receipt and check it online at asda price promise. If you use the council car park next to it they will give you 50p for your old parking ticket off your shopping.

For me is the best being 1 min from home and late closing time.

It is nice to see the cafe has been refurbished with a brighter appearance & no longer can people stare in as they walk past. They seem to have re-designed the menu giving a wider choice & some good "meal deals" We always find the staff friendly & helpful ....well done Asda.

We were able to get what we went in for to day .but yesterday we wanted Chinese and were very disaponted the choice was very poor. We had to go elswere.

I like the service at asda, but I don't like that you are getting rid of the checkout girls! I do not like the self service checkouts when doing a big shop!
