Starbucks in Preston

Rude cleaner, kicked us out because we haven't got a drink but we finished them (then threw the plastic cups in the bin) and was just having the rest of our lunch and repeatedly said this is not a restaurant. Also I was on a call with my grandad so it could have been urgent, wouldn't let us explain as she was too keen to cut us off and kick us out. Extremely rude, not happy.

Lovely hot chocolate, quick service and nice surroundings. I usually use Independent coffee shops but this was great today

I got a hot chocolate, enough said., Nothing really too special but certainly not bad at that. The snacks really do it for me though

I made a purchase for a gingerbread latte and a toffee and nut latte today at the Fishergate, Preston store and was very disappointed with my purchase. Both did not reflect the outside store photo image of what was expected, but in a takeaway cup..... And what I received was just flat coffee with syrup flavourings. No whipped cream or wafer topping on the gingerbread latte. No whipped cream and toffee nut flavour sauce on the toffee nut latte. In fact I can get a better presented coffee made by my 8 year old granddaughter. I feel that it was a waste of money.

First visit here and probably the last. Only stopped for a drink and cake, the cafe was dirty and tired.

I was in a rush and arriving from Preston train station. This Starbucks was nearer and I had my hot Ham and cheese Sandwiches as well as Vanilla Bean Machiato Coffee to take away.

The seating arrangements are a disgrace, the seats are absolutely disgusting and most certainly not at all hygienic. The place needs closing down and given a thorough makeover. Don’t think they serve ‘hot’ chocolate anymore, it’s more like a ‘warm’ chocolate milkshake. Definitely won’t ever return...

What can you say? All these place are much of a muchness but least this one is particularly well placed for shops and station

Sunday morning two brews, served quickly order was correct. Tables and chairs need a clean as mentioned in other reviews. Not a bad price. Handy location.

The coffee was nice but not very hot and we had to clean the tables and seats of the chairs ourselves in what was a place with very few customers

I’m not a great fan of big chain coffee shops and my visit here has not improved my opinion! I was given a voucher for the chain and thought I would try it out while in town. On entering the cafe we looked around for somewhere to sit, not many customers but most of the empty tables had dirty cups or spills and the cloth seats were so stained they only looked fit for the tip. We managed to find two wooden chairs and a small table that was clean so went to order. The staff were friendly and efficient but when I went to pay with my voucher they said they had been having some difficulties and I wouldn’t be able to use it! I did say that was the only reason I was visiting their cafe and I wouldn’t have bothered normally. The coffees and the fruit toast were fine and quickly consumed. My husband then decided he needed to use the toilet and took himself off. He arrived back a few minutes later saying he’d never seen such disgusting toilets, there was mess all over the seat and floor and there was no soap in the dispenser! He mentioned this to the staff who said they’d have a look. We left feeling we needed to go and have a good wash! We won’t be returning!!

Adoro il loro cappuccino, la loro cioccolata e tutti quegli sfizi che si possono mangiare. Ci sono dei comodi divanetti e poltrone per gustare anche un cappuccino con caramello . Favoloso!!!!

Cloth fabric chairs are filthy reported to head office 2 months ago still the same floors always dirty disabled toilet awful should have radar lock

Called for coffee and breakfast after a harrowing train journey. It was just what we needed. Good coffee (Maple Latte and a Pumpkin Spiced Latte) nice relaxed atmosphere. Clean the staff where friendly. Will be going again.

Always enjoy my Preston Starbucks experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee and the hot chocolate were brill

I went to Starbucks today for a coffee today and it was amazing the coffee was fantastic the service was superb I would highly recommend

my first visit to this expansive chain did not disappoint! I was grateful for the vegetarian-friendly food options (namely the three-cheese toastie!) And of course the Frappuccino was wonderful!

Refuse of service a cold brew coffe in a normal cup. Mixed up orders again. This wasn’t a first time here.

Had a meeting at this Starbucks location and the service and coffee was up to the usual standard for Starbucks. Very good.

Dispite being reported in the news about a 10% discount being offered to the hard working emergency services through a 'Blue Light Card this franchise has decided the life saving emergency services and associates do not warrant the discount reported in the press by Robert Lynch Vice President of Starbucks Europe. It's a small offering but a big recognition of services which help others.

Lovely place to stop before shopping. Had a Caramel Macchiato and Pain Du Chocolate. Great service and great value.

Great selection of food, fast service but restroom & restaurant itself was unclean, disappointing compared to standard of some other Starbucks. Reasonable prices, we had large hot choc, soya got choc, bacon butty & egg and chorizo hot box all for about £15.

This is by far my favourite Starbucks. The customer service is excellent and the drinks always taste great. I’m quite fussy, but they always get my drink just right - even when they’re busy. I’m not sure if the Starbucks in the train station nearby is part of this branch or not, but again excellent service. Thank you.

Plenty of places to sit, with a wholesome upstairs section. Cracking for people watching down fishergate.
