No salt at all in pizza meat disgusting. Waste of money

Disgusting food, bland chicken breast , no seasoning no flavour. Frozen vegetables been cooked in microwave and taste off! Soggy chips absolutely dog food… horrible never again just waste of money . Sorry

AVOID!!!!! Only order if you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money. Ordered through just eat. 30 minutes late on delivering, so I decided to phone up, only to be told they’ve already delivered my food. The woman on the phone was adamant that the food had been delivered. I wouldn’t be calling if I had received my order. The woman then confirmed the address to which the food had been delivered to which was wrong so the mistake was on their part. No effort was made to rectify the situation simply just told there is nothing they can do. Even though it was their own delivery drivers mistake. Not even a single apology. Money Grabbers! You’ve lost a loyal Customer

Delivery on time. Food was hot. Driver was polite.

Tip quality service from Junaid who made sure we were comfortable and asked about any allegeries. Need to also give a shout out to Ibrahim as the food was really nice and well presented with good portion sizes and didn't need to wait long to eat. Overall will come again, highly recommend 👌.

Pizza was too doughy, less toppings, and just not a good taste on all three of the ones we got.

Waited 45 minutes just for the pizza and then you realise they gave you wrong pizzas. Kitchen staff is too slow.

I recently ordered from my local go-to takeaway, and I was extremely disappointed. The pizza arrived cold, the crust was hard and the toppings were sparse and unappetising. It seems as if they just threw anything on and got the order done as soon as possible as it arrived very quickly. I contacted the takeaway and spoke to manager to gave me his number and asked me to contact him on whatsapp. The number I was given is not even associated with whatsapp. This is not the quality I expect from them at all and I won't be ordering again. The best takeout with the most wide range of food. From pizza's to hotdogs (halal) to healthy option like jacket potato. All their food is amazing and they have the best stuff I've seen in a long time.

This has to be the most incompetent place I've gotten deliveries from. I don't know who's in charge of reading orders and packing orders because they've missed off item Instructions several times so I've given them plenty of chances, even raised it to the guy who runs it when I walked in once and he assured me of their process to read orders but of course process only means something if you actually know it and follow it. All the special instructions for my order weren't followed which I paid £10 for and without it it's not the order I wanted, been looking forward to a dirty burger for weeks now. The food wasn't the best of quality this time but I would have just let that pass if they had atleast given me what I ordered. Update 25/06/24 - haven't ordered from here since I left my last review, until yesterday 🤣 ordered a 1/2 chicken fillet burger but got a 1/4, I don't even know what to say at this point, you'd think after nearly a year they'd have learnt to read but I guess not. I'd rather have had the extra chicken than a partial refund and be left unsatisfied with my meal. If you want to receive half of your food keep ordering from these guys 👏🏼👏🏼

Nipped in for a cheat meal. Got a grilled chicken in a pitta with salad and it was delicious. Good clean and fresh food. Well served and presented.

Extremely disappointed with the food , seems like we got burgers 1 week old as it really hard to bite. Really let down. Never ordering again.

I have never had such a poor experience at a takeaway. We ordered the food through Springs website and had an email to confirm order and wait time up to an hour. When it was the 1 and half hour mark we tried calling but the call wouldn't go through. After another 15 mins my husband drove to the shop to just try collecting the food instead. When he got there he was informed that the phone lines were out of order and the food had been sent out for delivery. They then called the drives who claimed he was a street away from our house. My husband drove all the way back home and the food had still not arrived. 10 minutes later the delivery driver finally showed up claiming it was so busy he still had five orders in the car to deliver and apparently had a 2 hour delay on all orders. I will not be ordering from here again. Absolutely no regard for customers at all.

Ordered 3 12" pizzas from springs but got 3 pizzas that weren't near 12". One of them was a little over 9" which Is quite a discrepancy. It's a shame as I do like their pizzas but quality control sometimes goes out the window

Great little takeaway, good food all round.

Day light robbery £4.40 for a tiny chicken wrap with no chips which tasted off was fuming because it was my iftari and it messed my stomach up from last night ! Unfortunately food was a let down was still hungry after iftar springs is not how it used to be. Fortunately not coming back third time food was a miss for me and hubby.

Do not order in Ramadan! These guys can’t handle the pressure! Very disappointed with Springs. As a loyal customer for many years, we placed an order for a family Iftar at 4:50P. The order arrived via Uber within 50mins, only to turn out to be another customers order. After numerous calls, Springs apologised and asked us to place another order at 6PM (20mins before Iftar). On the Uber app Springs were not accepting orders, Springs online did not deliver to our postcode, and after 40mins of waiting on the phone without any answer we gave up. Appalling!

Tried fish and scallops have to say I savoured every bite of it.

Food wasn't nice at all..the fish and chips were stale not fresh.donner pizza wasn't nice they burnt the donner that they put on pizza..And donner meat and chips weren't nice aswel..so I won't be ordering from springs anymore.

Very rude and arrogant customer service. they lack a sense of humour and cannot even treat customers with respect after making a mistake and getting an order wrong. They can't even try to be professional and reassuring. Can't recommend anyone after such an experience where upon the amount of time wasted on making my pizza, it was cold, stale and the wrong order. When brought to their notice they still did nothing and lied to have the wrong order redone.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! They serve you rubbish poor quality portions and lie about the portion size straight to your face. Extremely unprofessional people liars , very rude and abusive to customers. After a horrific experience in their takeaway I had come home to find out that they had POISONED the food with some kind of substance . my young daughter could have become seriously ill or even killed!!! police now investigating them beware!

We ordered mix grill and their best pizza as they said , springs pizza . The quantity of mix grill was very less and the meat didn’t really taste good at all . Pizza has no meat inside and also found hair in it . Very dissatisfied. No value for money

Ordered some pizzas at 21:20 and got them delivered at 23:00 . Food was proper Cold , Stale , taste wasn’t good at all . Tried to contact them but they never answered the phone calls . Will Never order again from this place !

Was very surprised how fresh and tasty food was considering the late order! Fresh fish n chips and amazing hot dogs . Also reasonably priced.

Seriously disappointed as was looking forward to a good fish and chips. Ordered a take away and was told up to an hour. Had to ring about three times to see where the order was, two hours later food arrived after being told on the phone that they did tell me it could be an hour, well there is a slight difference between up to an hour and two hours - mainly a full hour! Food was stone cold, burnt hard fish, few chips mostly bits of potatoes or scraps. Won't be ordering again waste of two hours and £30. No apology or offer to make amends, shockingly bad.

Such poor service. First the order arrives so late and then the fish and chips were absolutely awful. The chips were all thrown away and they were not edible at all. Soggy and damp. It was a treat for the family and grandparents so very sad service.

The food took ages to get to us even though is about 10 minutes down the road. When food arrived it was freezing and did not taste nice. Would not recommend.

Atrocious! Went in store and had an awful experience. Rude staff asking us why we "had a face on" when we ordered at 7.30pm and didn't get our order til 8.45pm - especially as we were fasting. If you can't handle the volume of orders, stop being greedy and accepting orders!

I alwayssss go for the large flaming chops and chips with curry sauce cos it's deliciousssssss, I don't even have any pictures of it because I usually just dive straight in without waiting XD

As a student from 2013-2016, springs was always our go too place for tasty food and great service, on Tuesday we decided to go back after 6 years. The service and food was amazing, was nice to see the same staff from 6 years ago and the hospitality was on point! I ordered the doner panini, and also got some chips on the house! it was super fresh tasting and I’d say it’s the best place to get doner in Bradford. Also the chilli sauce is really moreish and goes great with the chips! Thank you Springs!!

We ordered 3 meals, delivered 1 and half hour late Stine cold and chips were refried. This is second time springs has done this to my order.

Slow delivery, charge for mint sauce separately and no drink included in the meals.

Waited an hour for the food, when it came the pizza was stone called and hard with barely any cheese and toppings. The chips looked like the potatoes had gone bad nearly all came with dark black marks. Waste of money and time never ordering again

I had ordered from them and I never got my food also I got no refund. This was because the driver was too lazy and parked no where near my house.

Mashaa ALLAH the food was beautiful, I ordered four seekh kebab sandwiches which me and my family was really happy with. My mother also loved the food so we as a family give you a 10 0ut 10. The staff there were really friendly especially Junaid he was the man that boxed everything off. Thank you and Inshaa ALLAH we definitely will be back.

Best doner in UK used to be chicken lickin in Leicester. Alas no more as the quality now sucks . So the crown now goes to spring fisheries in bfd , especially the delicious mouth watering chilli sauce .

Ordered 2 masala fish naan and 1 fish sauce and salad separate. On receiving order I said last time I ordered masala fish I only received over cooked dry fish tails ,"no we just made it fresh it won't be like that " I was told . Got home and guess what it was worse than last time virtually burned fish tails. The fish on other hand was quite nice. So in short if like dry burned masala fish tails then go to SPRINGS.

Huge portion sizes and great quality food!

Oh my days. Now that I am out of shock, last night's meal was one horrible meal I had. Awful smell that even my pets were terrified. Giving it a one star as there is no option of below 0 rating. Huge disappointment.

We met Zakariya one of the owners whilst visiting from London in local mosques in Bradford. He invited 6 of us to eat at his take away as we knew his father. Place was spotless. Pizza, fish and chips, samosas were on point. Great taste and made fresh, keep up your hard work.

My chicken fillet burger was re-warmed, not fresh at all! I hope it wasn't from the night before. Was cold, rubbery and tough. Definitely not fresh. I'm a regular customer, i'm extremely disappointed and will think thrice before going again.

Very dissapointed with the quality of the food. Ordered fish burger meal, the fish was undercooked and not edible. The chips appear to be made from cheap quality potatoes and were also undercooked and a soggy mess.
