Excellent quality food as always 5*

Half an hour after the app said the food was out for delivery (the restaurant is a 7 minute drive away), I called and was told there was a lot of traffic, which my phone showed wasn’t true. 15 mins later, the driver said they would be 5/10 mins. 20 mins later, the driver had gone back to the restaurant with my food. I strongly believe that they were lying the whole time. The food isn’t worth the wait, and don’t expect anything in the form of poppadoms

The service was absurd, food was all cold by the time i got it and i have to wait for more than one hour just for the delivery

Food took 1h21min to be delivered. Chicken Tikka, I don't recommend it at All! Lamb samosas were nice

Butter chicken nice flavour but just your average. Bhaji good. Mango lassi was a huge letdown as there was green skin blended throughout. This was bits of hard things you had to pick out of your mouth after every drink. Really not a pleasant drinking experience

The food still hasn’t arrived! I keep ringing the restaurant and they keep saying ‘the order’s just left’. They’ve been doing this for half an hour now despite the restaurant being a 5 minute drive. They’re now refusing to pick up the phone when I ring them.

The lady was rude when she delivered my food and told me not to order again as we live far... the resturant is 7 minute drive further more change your settings if its to far! Rude and food was cold so couldnt even eat it! Worst service ever

I waited 96 minutes for the food, in this restaurant the consumer service was always poor but the food made up for it, this time, unfortunately, even the food failed,I’m very disappointed.

Overall Disappointing!! Ordered lamb biryani got chicken biryani, order plain rice got pilau rice. I had to call the restaurant to find out what happened to be told they don’t have lamb biryani… when asking why I wasn’t told before my order was sent out and still charged for lamb biryani? I was told I could have the £1 refunded if I wanted! this isn’t about the £1, it’s the principle, if I was notified by the restaurant when my order was received it would have made a lot of difference, customer service is key. no response as to why I was sent pilau rice instead of plain and the aloo palak was cold to lukewarm, this put off to eating the remaining items ordered. Unfortunately after this experience I won’t be ordering again

Took near an hour and a half to deliver despite ordering early. Food was Luke warm. Portions were small and didn’t taste fresh, more like a ready meal. Not sure what has happened to Spice 6. Very disappointing given it was one of our favourite restaurants.

Used to be my favourite. Gone down hill. Used obvious frozen mixed veg with cubed carrots for the spice 6 veg curry. Lazy and cheap. The naan bread was burned one side and under cooked on the other side. The garlic mushroom starter was a completely different dish. Maybe they have new chef or management, I don't know but it was a complete waste of money and the portion sizes were incredibly smaller than usual. I know its hard times for everyone but this was ridiculous. I am definitely not ordering again. So sorry. 😪

We’ve ordered from here a lot in the past and always been very impressed by the quality of the food however on this occasion the curries were quite bland, portions were small… some of the Tupperware boxes were half empty. Was very disappointing

We where disappointed to get one crushed up poppadom. It said complimentary poppadoms on the website so you can’t order any. But then they give you just one and it’s shattered into pieces. Don’t offer poppadoms as complimentary if your not going to put more than 4 in there. Disappointing. But other than that the rest of the food was good. Garlic naan was beautifully cooked.

The food arrived half an hour late after already being delayed. So in total it arrive an hour later than the initial delivery time. The driver couldn’t find my address, which never happens. I had to go outside and find him myself. The food was cold so I had to reheat it. Flavour wise it was very good although the chicken tandoori had a lot of very burnt parts and the lamb rogan josh and karahi chicken tasted and looked very similar. But I liked that it wasn’t too greasy. Very disappointing experience considering it was my first time ordering from Spice 6.

Missing an item. Food arrived cold and late. Contacted the restaurant to enquire where the order was they were not helpful. The app initially read that the food had arrived on the specific time but it did not and arrived 35mins after the latest time previously stated when I made the order. No apologies given and the food had dried out. Very disappointing service all round.

When i got the order it was different than what i order i called the restaurant and the person tha pick up the phone said that it was amkstake but is nothing he can do because i am very far. I asked for a refound and he said he will have to contact his manager and he will let me know and he never contact me back. 0 in customer service, 0 food quality, 0 respect for the customer. Never order here again

No sauce whatsoever, very dry and hard to eat

From placing the order to actually receiving it took 1hr 45 mins! I called the restaurant several times and was re assured it would be 5 minutes and that the food would be hot. Neither were true. We received a side portion size instead of main for one item, one main wasn’t cooked through properly and our favourite dish was not of the usual standard - a very runny butter chicken. Very disappointed as we like the food at this restaurant and it is usually very good but the way the restaurant dismissed our calls and the quality of the food really let them down and there were too many issues with the order to ignore on this occasion.

Delicious as usual but very late tonight and some very stingy servings: £9 for 3 small pieces of salmon tikka is outrageous and 2 poppadoms for a £65 order? Come on guys...

Firstly I didn’t get one of the correct items I ordered. I ordered coconut rice I got plain rice. Secondly the delivery lady told us to come out and get our food because she had her child in the car and was in a rush. Overall not the same restaurant quality I know it to be, really disappointed by the overall experience.

The food was warm I had to heated it up half of the naan bread were burnt, and couldn’t be eaten. Other than that food was great.

Food wasn't as tasty as it used to be. To be honest I've had much better. I have in the past got food from here because yes it is expensive but the quality reflected in the price, now its not the case bland food and has lost the desi(village home town food) has been lost.

Spice 6 has been run by the same family for years and they are a very welcoming and friendly team. This was a takeaway visit - consistent with the current restrictions. The starters of shish kebab, prawn puri and onion bhaji were all fresh and very tasty. Mains of butter chicken, chicken kalimirsh and daal makni were all very flavoursome. Accompanying nan and rice dishes were fine. The daal dishes they prepare are well worth a try even for a dedicated meat-eater! The kebab is usually great. Their menu has a North Indian slant and food is subtly spiced. We are local: over the years we have been all through the menu a few times and they don’t disappoint. The service and decor are a cut above and - when circumstances again allow - I would recommend this to locals and visitors, on a night out, date or a birthday/office do. The team is small, so a large group may have longer to wait, however this is understandable when dishes are fresh made. They offer a 10% discount if you collect your order. These good folks run a fine curry house, deserve our support, and I hope this review encourages you to give them a try.

Delicious as always. Spice6 is that perceptible class apart from your oily, generic high street curry house. Everything distinct, delicious and freshly cooked. Original menu too. Your best bet in NW2 / NW10.

I have a screenshot to prove this. Order was supposed to arrive at 22.15, finally arrived at 22.48, a full TEN minutes after i called the restaurant to find out where the food was, to be told he'd be a couple of minutes. There is a BIG difference in eating at quarter past ten in the evening, and nearly ten to eleven AT NIGHT! NOT HAPPY! With either the restaurant, but especially with JUST EAT, if the driver can't make it literally 5 minutes up the road (in a straight line, btw) then why do you employ him? Don't expect a good review of the food, because this episode has ruined whatever enjoyment i would have had!

Food was nice overall but a little cold. Poppadoms were chewy. Ordered biryani which was lovely, was just a bit disappointed with the delivery time and temperature of the food.

They call it spice 6 but theres no spiceee!! The foods taste was so horrible I regretted it so much i should of ordered mcdonalds. I ended up throwing it in the bin, it looked like prison food in shows, or i was eating in a hospital -_- can do so much better.

This is the best Indian restaurant in my local area. I will not order from anywhere else. They really take the time to cook a delicious meal because the spices were in perfection and the flavours was amazing. The naan bread (garlic) was to die for and my lamb biriyani was very tasty. Thanks also for my free curry sauce and poppadoms ,which came with a lovely yogurt dip and mango chutney. I have recommended this restaurant to most of my friends. I know I will certainly order from here more often. Thanks once more 😊

Tasty food but missing one item, which was disappointing.

Food was terrible, cold, missing items. When i called the restaurant the guy was rude and saying that i was lying about it, he was adamant that he checked it and all was right unitl he spoke to his chief and was advised he was wrong. Appoling customer service and food. Even thou they have good ratings and stars, just goes to show 1st timers get stung by going by reviews.

Really poor quality food. The lamb korma was white and tasted purely of cream and flour - no spices had been added. When I called the restaurant to complain they told me that ‘they’ve always made it that way and that’s how their customers like it’. I will not be ordering from them again.

Its a brand for food for vegetarian like me. Lots Himalayan herbs made food amazing. proud to say to go once not to feel regret.

The food was not good at all the chicken korma was not tasteful it had vital ingredients missing and the rice was not freshly cooked rice, it was hard and a little stale as if it were yesterday's leftover. The onion bhaji was rancid all you could taste was oil. Worst Indian takeaway my opinion best avoid. 0 stars.

It's an upscale restaurant. Ambience is beautiful and decor is excellent. Food vegetarian and non vegetarian both are good. Especially Biryanis. Service and hospitality is warm. Good collection of wines and whisky. Staff is courteous and helpful. One must go with family and friends.

Dekicjous food as usual, promptly delivered but we were disappointed with the quantities on this occasion. The smoked salmon tikka in particular felt stingy at £9 for 3 very small pieces. Likewise a chicken main course with only six pieces and a main course dhaal where the container was only halfway full. Spice6 aren't normally like this - I hope it wasn't because we used a 15% off voucher provided by JustEat!

They were late with delivery 27 mins, I generally like this restaurant and I order it quite often but their service and approach to the customer starts to irritate me.

We went to this restaurant not really knowing anything about curry. The waiter gave us great advice and upon his recommendations we had a great meal! If in London you should try it.
