Excellent customer service from raj patel and staff. The food is very tasty and the atmosphere is busy and lively on weekends a nd peaceful during the week days. Overall food is delicious and very tasty and good hygiene. However one suggestion would be to the chef is to reduce the amount of oil in the jeera chicken, well to oily quarter of the container was oil.

A surprisingly delicious Indian restaurant hidden away near South Kenton. Staff friendly and accommodating. Food is really good, hats off to the chef(s)! Will return for sure.

Some of the best lamb chops iv had in a long time.

Avoid. Ask for mild food on take away. Given bill before food came. Got food home and its inedible as it was so hot and whole spices weren't cooked out. Plain naan i asked for came drenched in butter.

Heard a lot about the place. Well impressions are not really impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Was too bland and tasteless. Tables were more or less empty, and the bar was quite busy. Suggesting it's more of a local resident hangout.

Food was the best I tasted and such friendly service. The food was freshly cooked and staff are great 👍

Brilliant restaurant with the most amazing Indian food I have honestly ever tasted, very friendly owners and a great atmosphere, recommend to everyone, went with my grandad and brother who normally aren’t too fond of Indian food but this restaurant changed their mind!!

Food was great with a solid selection to choose from. The atmosphere on a Friday is busy with people having food and dining with the rest of the people at the bar. Staff were attentive and kind. It's not very quiet but if you like the busier restaurant then you'll be fine. Limited space inside but there is outside dining if you don't mind the cold.

Without doubt,the best Indian restaurant in the area and probably the best anywhere. Eaten here about 5 times and it gets better and better. Very reasonable prices to and very friendly place. Thoroughly recommend. My mouth is watering typing this. Very ,very nice

Had the Karai Lamb, Daal Makhani, Seekh Kebabs & Chillies Paneer. All fairly good, the Daal was a bit bland, lacking spice, but overall a decent meal.

If you are after a quick and easy Indian meal at reasonable prices then this is your place. Very much a local restaurant with no frills but a good selection of beers and the food is tasty. Decor is basic but that shouldn't be your priority when choosing to dine here.

My cousin has been raving about this place for the past six months. So we asked him to organise our golf meeting there yesterday. The place looks very ordinary almost like a cafe. But if you are a foodie like me wait for the food to arrive. …. My friend kept teasing the barman , “why don’t you smile more. He said “ you only smile when you give me the bill. Let’s have a smile when you serve! “ Lol We ordered the Bataka Vada .. Wow absolutely divine. The lamb chop starters were so succulent and tender. The prawn curry and Desi Methi chicken were better than home cooking. The place is not one you go for a romantic meal but for fantastic , better than home cooking full of flavour this place is a gem . I ate at the Quilon the other day. Part of the Taj Group. The food here was better! I am a convert. Thank you Nest. The food is a little spicy so watch out. Of all the inside pub restaurants I think this is one of the best.

The place has some really nice Indian food with outside garden as well . In summer it's good to sit outside and have food , you also get some drinks 🍸 so a good place to go with a family or friends . Very good service and food was tasty as well . Over all a nice place to hang out...

Lovely atmosphere and good food. Starters of Lamb chops, kebabs and crispy bhajias, followed by kadai lamb mince and fish curry with garlic naan. Yum!

Best service provided by the team and great manager! Food is to die for and drinks are always flowing. Would recommend if you're looking for a local restaurant with good quality food.

Overall a good atmosphere within the pub/restaurant. Food has been great and it's definitely somewhere you can go for a family dinner or just a place to watch a football match too. The menu has a good variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Also the chefs can and do make adjustments to the meals when ordering. Portion sizes are good and reasonably priced.

Avoid! Owner does not value his customers... was very rude and stormed off when dish ordered was returned as it was not as described. Furthermore, rats seen scattering around the rubbish bins outside (on the side) of the restaurant.

Absolutely atrocious owner. Owner yells at customers who sends the dishes back when they are made bad. The beers they served were warm. They will give excuse that’s what they can do. They charge for the food which you didn’t order. Be careful to double check the bill. Service was horrendous. Owner does not know how to talk to customers. Such a bad experience. Food is just average. I would not recommend to anyone. In fact discourage anyone who would be planning to go there. Be ready to face nasty owner.

nice enough drum to have a pig’s ear,but the ruby murray is not all that,if your in there and you fancy a ruby,go a couple of doors down to kenton spice,that’s lovely,but as i imagine you people know,the 182 is the best ruby in town !

Order was rather quick which was good, but the Takka Dahl container was not fitted on properly and when the food arrived it was all in the bag!

This has been one of my favourite places for sometime now. After Dhol class this is our regular and you can't go wrong. We have a few drinks, some really good food and it is all really reasonably priced. I can always leave the Nest and say that I have had a very good time.

First visit - it had been recommended. my partner enjoyed his vegetable biryani but my chicken dish was quite disappointing. Service ok but decor and ambience pretty basic. Given we have a lot of Indian restaurants in the area I am not sure we will visit again...

Have lived local to this place for 3 years and never felt keen to go in with the dark windows, closed blinds and boards of men stood outside smoking. However we took advantage of the Covid dine in offer last month and sat outside in the slightly suspect temporarily dining area. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the food. The menu was very extensive and the food was pretty delicious. I had the chicken tikka masala and the spice level were definitely too spicy for what I expected which was great for me. I love spicy food. The ingredients looked great and the chicken tasted amazing unlike many Indian restaurants that usually use cheap rubbery chicken. The chunky chips were also very yummy and tasted like they were thrice cooked. I would definitely return for the food. Atmosphere not so much.

Excellent food as always in particular their Lamb chops and posin chicken ummmm so delicious. BEST IN Wembley, actually Best in London I would say.

One of the BEST authentic Indian food had in London. Think Nest tops the list in my reckoning. I'm a native Sri Lankan and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Staff was great too!

Been here quite a few times recently and they have a new chef. The food is very tasty and they can make it spicier if you want. The starters are the best, the chilli garlic prawns are bursting with flavours. Their chicken bhaji is different, lighter and crispier taste much better than the traditional ones covered in a thick chick pea flour batter. They are so easy to eat. The tandoori lamb chops are full of flavour, the right level of masala and juicy and tender. They have a great outdoor seating space and friendly staff. The starter portions are a great size. I think the starters are much better than the mains. The mains are pretty much the same as any other Indian restaurant. It would be great if they can get some cushions on the benches outside. I can only sit on the benches for a while.

Staff do not even wear masks. They come in very close proximity to customers.

My favourite Indian Restaurant has opened up again and added outside seating and also with a new Chef trained in Mumbai. I used to rate food 10 out of 10. My New rating is 15

I’ve been eating here for years (live in the area). Food is top notch (especially the crispy bhajia, lamb chops, and aloo methi). My favourite in Harrow.

Food is always on point. Better then alot of other places in surrounding area. Service is always good, guy looks after you properly. Jeera chicken is the one!

Went for dinner on Saturday.. the foods was delicious, service was a little slow but the food made up for the wait. Reasonably priced too.

It used to be a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. They got the order wrong and brought out the starters with the mains.

Been here a few times, the service and food cannot be knocked. All very good. Venue is clean as are the toilets. What stops me giving this place top marks are the regulars who think they have the right to curse as if nobody is about. They are all middle aged or elderly, propping up the bar on their own! No women with them so they think that communicating at each other swearing in Gujarati is the norm. None of the staff said anything, so for us it will be the last time we come!

A rare combination of excellent, efficient service, fantastic quality and variety of food, which is reasonably priced; a charismatic owner who genuinely cares what a customer thinks of his food, and staff that smile and greet! The Nest is very clean, and has a great selection of draft beverages at it's bar area . There are several flat screen tv's around The Nest which beam whatever the sporting occasion to your table, to enjoy with a friendly a friendly clientele. The Nest sits at the end of a short parade of shops and businesses, where parking is never difficult to find close by. The Nest is no more than a 2-minute walk from the Bakerloo Line and British Rail served station, South Kenton. Well worth a visit!

Have been there a lot over the years, but same old owner who is rude and no idea about how to talk to customers. The portions are very small and expensive. Would not go there again unless the management attitude changes. Lovely waiting staff though

Not the best food, had to pay £2.50 for rice seperate so that I could order a main. Was not included. Bland atmosphere.

Would recommend The Nest for traditional food that tastes like Indian home cooking! Extremely reasonable prices and friendly staff. The only negative would be the atmosphere as not many other diners apart from a few locals at the bar, and decor could do with updating. Would visit again for a local bite!

Bad service, took about 30 minutes for the order to be taken with an hour on top for the food to arrive, it was not very busy either. Food was not worth the 1 hour wait

Really bad customer service, management don't know how to speak to customers. Food not tasty at all all bland then they tell you that's why we have table salt. Portion sizes smaller than average. Wouldn't recommend to friends or family. May be the staff need to go on a customer service skills training or something.

went to this place for first time. Given menu and ordered chicken wings, plate of kebabs and lamb curry. Food was tasty but were shocked to find they are charging £5.95 for a plate containing 2 kebabs. When querying the bill, the man behind the bar who served us and took our orders showed us an updated price menu showing price to be £5.95 instead of £3.25 (which is much closer to what they should charge for such a place). Needless to say we didnt leave a tip and felt sorry for the guy who said that he only worked there. Needless to say won't be going back there again, and if we do then will steer clear of kebabs and check that we have menu with correct prices. Felt ripped off and left a bad taste in my mouth!

I was highly recommended by a regular to visit this restaurant. Very disappointed with manager's dismissive attitude as we entered. Clearly only interested in his regular clientele. Quality of food was OK but we were blatantly overcharged, an 'error' that he blamed on the chef! It wasn't even subtle. We had been planning a good tip up until then but the best tip I can give is if you are not likely to 'fit in' with the other clientele then spend your money at Saras in North Harrow or Spice Rack in Stanmore where the experience is far more welcoming.

Telling the truth, when we sat down wasn't sure if we were going to stay then thought let's give it a try and weren't dissappointed. The vegetarian starter, main were really nice and the nan to die for, in fact we ordered another as usually we have one to share between two! Really glad we stayed and are already planning a next visit hoping to take a party of 10.

A place tucked away in a residential area. Very good food and good prices. A real gem to find. Sometimes it can get very busy and noisy. Seems to have inconsistent food quality.

This is our favourite Indian by far and we visit on a regular basic. They can cater for individual, couple and party's. We usually phone ahead as it can get quite busy. Staff are very friendly, efficient and very knowledge when it comes to the menu. The food is always top quality and a great choice. I would highly recommend

People the meat here a amazing! Fish dishes are aaaamazing also. Been coming here for about two/ three years still love the food, service is above board. Drinks are abit over priced but you come for the food!

Appalled with the owner's attitude towards my wife on last visit to get a take away. She didn't like a dish and had to go back. His attitude was, well you didn't like it the last time you dined in here too so maybe I should complain about you as my customer. Seriously if you think that every dish your chef dishes out is too notch, you're deluded. Equally appalling attitude towards someone who had to come all the way back. Have brought a lot of customers over to you and even hired out the place for a private function and that's the way you treat us. Will not be going back there and will be spreading the word!

Not a really Indian food, chef put soya sauce in most of their starters which is bit unusual in Indian food. Taken over by new management who haven't got any clues.
