Lovely friendly staff, made us feel very welcome! Most importantly great food & a good selection on the menu! Would definitely go again if we was local!

We ordered a takeaway from here. Got it home and it was the most blandest curry I've ever had, it was supposed to be a Chicken Madras, we also had a Prawn Madras, both had no soice or heat to them at all, quite disappointed to be honest. Will not use again sorry

The food was so delicious. We came in for a late night dinner/ take away after a long day of travelling it was just what we needed. They do delivery within 3 miles and 10% off for online pick up which is great. The food was so flavourful, well prepared and generous portions! We had the vindaloo, biriyani, mixed platter for two and some sides. Thankyou to Nas and Shipul for looking after us. Bit unappealing looking at the outside. Don’t be put off. This is a real diamond eatery. Service impeccable, super friendly, amazing food, very, very tasty and cheap!!! Oh my word! A beautiful meal for two, gin& tonic and a pint, £42.!!!!! Paid £50. Out for my husbands 60th, top notch. Highly recommend, you won’t be dissapointed. Thank you so much for a lovely evening Xx

We stayed at Chipping Norton Camping and Caravan site and had food delivered. We are quite partial to Indian cuisine and we found the food to be very good. Dishes were flavoured well and good size pieces of meat. King prawns were a good size too. Bread was tasty. Also very reasonably priced compared to some takeaways. We would recommend and will be using them again when we revisit next year. No free popadoms though

Great choice of food which is freshly cooked and very tasty and at a reasonable price. Less than £50 for two people including drinks. The manager was very helpful and efficient his staff not so much.

Its a small place and feels like a seasiide cafe but the food had a fresh feel and was tasty, piping hot and well presented. Two drinks, a shared starter, two mains, a side and a nan for £54, good value.

The service is helpful and friendly but I did not like the food at all. M&S curry is far better. We ordered a couple of different curries but both tasted the same. I was expecting spicy hot but tasted sweet and dull.

Proper authentic food, less use of artificial additives. The owners are very proud of their food and it was very nice (if not slightly spicier than I am used to). The decor probably lets the place down a bit so it makes you wonder what you are going to get. Considering the prices in the local establishments are expensive, the prices here were reasonable.

Small but fabulous family run restaurant. Delicious unique super fresh recipes. Chose 2 of the house specials- lamb nawambi and the king prawn dish. The poppadoms, naan and sag aloo - were all home prepared and surprisingly delicious ! Highly recommended to book - almost full on a Monday night at 7pm! Service was great - really genuine! Great find - definitely a Chippy gem!

Excellent food, wonderful service, and very reasonably priced. We were on our first trip to the UK and arrived rather late in the evening. The staff were friendly, very accommodating, and made us feel welcome.

Food is nice, especially enjoyed the briyani and the prawn dishes. Service is good. Shop owner came over to say hi and check on us.

I don't quite understand the 5-star reviews here. We ordered the butter chicken and biryani. The chicken in both the dishes smelt stale. The waiter warned me that the butter chicken would be sweet and followed that up with "This is how it is here" ( I'm Indian ) - but it was dessert level sweet.

Stunning curry. I had the King Naga chicken curry; wife had the butter chicken; the naan was, according to my wife, the best, freshest she's ever had. I agree with this; also the pilau rice was outstanding. The owner and staff were lovely too. Highly highly recommend, even without the Bailey's to finish!!

Great family run restaurant. Very busy, we were lucky to get a table. Flavours were lovely, and the manager gave very accurate descriptions of the various dishes. Good value for money, would come back again.

Fantastic food, very tasty and great service. My wife and i (with our daughter) decided to take a short break for afew days as it was our 11th wedding Anniversary. We love Indian food and we're lucky to find this golden nugget. Highly recommended, next stop Diddly Squat farm 👍

Looks can be deceiving, it doesn't look like much from the outside but the staff are lovely although, sometimes you struggle to spot them. Great atmosphere though and enjoyable food!

Food was as nice as ever. Very tasty and reasonably priced. Waiter was lovely but didn't seem to have a clue. He was the only one serving however whilst others were just sitting around. I would recommend just think service needs to be a little sharper

Seriously poor all round, chicken korma looked like it had come straight out of the jar tasted like it came out the jar, I probably could of done it myself and made it taste just as good, service was okay at a push If you want the full indian eat in experience try abduls in daventry, Seriously I never gave them the recognition until eating here

We had a meal here last Saturday, just in Chipping Norton for the night, we only had poppadoms and main course both of our currys Were great. Lamb Madras and Lamb dansak.

It's neither an indian restaurant nor do they have any idea about indian food. Please AVOID this restaurant or your tummy will avoid you next morning.

Friendly service and some of the food was tasty but we all agreed that a few of the dishes were way too salty, as to make them difficult to eat. The staff were apologetic and took our comments seriously which was good. 24 hours after two of our group had food poisoning, can't say for sure if it was from their food.

My boyfriend eat here on the odd occasion we’re in chipping Norton - we wouldn’t go anywhere else. The food is always hot and incredible. The chicken just falls apart and I’ve never had a gristly bit (which for a picky eater is always a problem when trying a new takeaway). Genuinely really good food. (:

Jack and Petra from Worcester came and ate here. The food was great as Petra ate it all. They made a garlic and corriander nan which is a favourite, Special biriyani was the one of the best she has ate hence eating it all which she never does!! Amazing food, service and beer.

If you want to be made to feel like an intruder rather than a customer, offered bland food and flat beer, but be able to shed a stone in bodyweight within 48 hours after your visit… then put your tolerance and immune system to the test and give Chipping Norton’s worst restaurant a try.

Difficult to call this a Indian restaurant as the food hardly resembles this type of cuisine.

Came from Newcastle for the weekend to visit Clarksons farm. Booked the restaurant in February as the reviews were outstanding. Well, this place is a must visit. The food was fantastic and the service was outstanding. Great atmosphere and delightful friendly staff. Really good value...

Had evening meal here with my husband and daughter and it was delicious! The portions were just right! Not so big that you were leaving half of it! So tasty! Staff were lovely too! Can’t fault it!

Got a takeaway from spice of India, the food was fresh, great flavour, the garlic naan bread is delicious, the staff are very friendly, I’d highly recommend here for dinner. Got some mains, sides and sauces and none of them disappointed.

Very disappointing given the reviews. Meal was very average, lacking flavour. The poppadum's were soft which suggested they had been made a long while ago. The main courses were also disappointing. The whole place needed updating.

Here on holiday. Nice chap sorted my order out. Easy ordering online. All food was hot and tasty. Asked for extra garlic in my Balti, and it was delicious. Chicken tikka and tikka masala just as good. Really pleased all round. We will order again when back later in the year.

Avoid this place unless you are happy with poor quality food. Not worth it! All the 5 stars are a lie or are fake. We had a group of 6 of us on a monday evening to get the £13.50 deal. We ordered our food only to wait nearly an hour for our food! To be more confusing we were the only people in the restaurant... Then when we did get our food, which I ordered the butter chicken, it was so sweet! Like they added sugar to the dish. It was not good! It feels like a Indian place where it is far past its prime. Avoid this place unless you are happy with poor quality food.
