Burger was lovely and the chips was nice and hot

Food was never delivered but was marked as delivered never buy from this place

chicken was pink onion rings were cold and the milkshake had huge chunks of chocolate that wasnt even reeces

The food was horrible, not cooked enough

The two chicken pieces were wrinkled as if they were cooked a few hrs before apart from that, it’s fast food and that’s all

I waited till a ages early in the morning and the food never came

Missing food! I order 2 of the Popcorn chicken and only 1 arrived. The food seemed liked it was overcooked or recooked as it was chewy because of this there was a lot of wasted food.

Was absolutely discussing my milkshake was like pure milk my chicken was burnt worst food ever !

There wasn’t any taste of the lemon and herbs seasoning unfortunately.

Order was 30 mins late than collection time PLUS You have to check your order before leaving the restaurant! Otherwise they will rip you off by giving you less than what you have ordered. After knowing their mistake, they did not apologise properly and just gave us whatever part of chicken they have left in the restaurant and said that that’s the only one they can give us at that moment and that is despite paying for more! Really bad service!

Chicken was cooked great this time!

The chicken wasn’t cooked enough, it was grey and hard to cut.

Ordered a salad and it was inedible. Wet, limp and was completely tasteless so we couldn’t eat it

Have not eaten the order yet because I am really upset!!!!!!! I am taking time to complain as people like that man don't deserve to be in the service industry. Bad for business!!!

Food was tasteless and wrong. I ordered chicken tender straps and got wings the chips were undercooked and wet. I didn't eat the food and went in the bin.

My food was late and I wasn't given an update until I called to see where it was.

We haven't received the order but we have been charged and still waiting for a refund. Very bad service

The fried chicken is always delicious.

Food was delivered quickly and before the end of time slot however quality was awful chicken was burnt but bland and cold. Forgot the ride when I rang to tell them they informed me they would deliver it however after around 20 minutes I rang back and the driver had not left yet in which time I said do not bother as the meal was finished staff member hung up rudely. Will not order again due to food quality and service would not recommend.

Burgers where burnt, average milkshak 6 pound fir a baj the burgers where black, I wouldn't recommend, however the mozzarella fries did bits.

Really expensive for basic food. Not worth the money at all, we paid £16.85 for two plain hot dogs and a steak burger! Definitely would not recommend!

The chicken smells pretty bad like it's gone off, I gave it to my other colleagues and they threw it in the bin. I just drank the coke and spicy wings but the chicken has gone off. This is really Sad....

We used just eat to order. Delivery was estimated 45mins-1hr. Turned up 35mins late with 1 whole meal missing. When I called to see where our order was the lady was rude on the phone and hung up. The driver said on arrival, sorry they have no drivers. - why allow orders with no drivers?! Awful!!!!

I made a mistake on the order as I thought it came with fries but when I rang the restaurant, the guy was very rude.. what do you expect.. he said. No customer skills, I won’t be ordering there again.

Ordered from here and food arrived in time my partner collected at the door and thought I had paid by card but it was a cash order the driver left without payment and came back past midnight kicking off at the front door and banging it so hard it woke our children. We had the money and was willing to pay just didn’t need to be so aggressive. Not very good customer service very rude

Couldn't contact the restaurant at all, tried multiple times. Website said it was on it's way and a 4 minute drive took over 20 minutes. Food was practically thrown at me and the chap jogged off. Ridiculous

The Chicken from here is normally great but tonight was a massive disappointment the food was cold and over cooked I'm sorry but even the beans were cold and looked like yesterday's so no 5 star's today

The food was lovely but defo wasn’t what I ordered. Ordered the southway burger, there was no cheese, no red onion and barley lettuce. Should have just called it “burger with double Mayo” as the ‘Southway sauce’ was just mayo 🙄

Its my husbands birthday, and he wanted Southern fried chicken for his birthday meal. I ordered from you, because I've never been able to fault your service. Unfortunately, today has left me disappointed. The app wasn't updated to let me know what is going on, and only showed my order was on the way when I range to inquire when it was 30 minutes late. Its now 43 minutes late, and my husbands birthday dinner is spoiled. I cant just serve him a plate of salad that his chicken and coleslaw. You are usually very good at updating the app, but today I was left wondering if I had actually placed the order at all. An unhappy Jacqui

Food wasnt warm It was 40 minutes late

The food was as good as always, did arrive 20 minutes late but I suspect that was simply down to the fact it was a Saturday night and they were probably busy with orders. Definitely won't hesitate to make further orders with them though.

Couldn't recommend Southway Chicken House enough! Great quality food, great prices and the delivery turned up right on the time I was quoted!

Beautifully cooked chicken and very tasty. Chips were crisp and still hot. Will be going back to them again in the future.

Friendly delivery driver food has improved a lot

Food was amazing as usual. The only thing I wanted to say is you forgot our 2 extra cans of drinks. We only received 1 Diet Coke and 1 bottle of water but was meant to receive 3 diet cokes and 1 water. However, you’ve always been so considerate to us so we didn’t want to call the restaurant back and cause more of a hassle for you guys :). But thank you for the amazing food anyway!

Southern Fried Chicken tastes amazing, food is always hot and good quality. Received wrong order a few times previously but since then, restuarant staff have been very apologetic which i really appreciate and always get correct order now and thank you for the extra free can of coke! Food overall was amazing and we enjoyed it a lot! One thing I would say is the peri peri strips with rice would be a lot tastier if there was some sort of veg in the rice or abit more flavour, as the spice level was still quite mild even though I chose extra hot. Also hash browns would’ve been a lot better if they were crispy as they were quite soft and soggy. But chicken wings and fries were perfect and tasted amazing! Thank you!

Dog meat wings. Peri peri strips and rice served with no sauce, not even on the strips, who wants to eat a dry meal? I wouldn't trust this place, they are happily scamming you all.

Took nearly an hour and a half to arrive. Was cold and the burger had gone mushy. Chicken from the burger was the only nice bit. First and last order.
