Worst Chinese I have ever had … special fried rice was stodgy and no flavour, black bean with chicken … I have no idea what the meat was but it was slimey. Prawn toast burnt and no flavour… expensive and disgusting!

Whether it's the egg fried rice or the crispy noodles and black bean this is the ultimate in feel good food. Great portion sizes and the price is good. Thanks, I recommend.

Honestly, avoid! Order is never received When I call to the restaurant i am asking to the reception why the order is delayed very politely. one of the guy He is speaking very root and bad words its really disgusting. I never ever had this experience in my life in the uk. Lost my £35 pounds order amount. I complained to the uber didn’t take eny action yet if not need to complain to the police its really cheating.

This is one of good discoveries for eating places in Guildford, or should I say the best pizza place in Guildford? Whole family love munching it up, what a scrumptious pizzas with great quality, so addictive too 🍕 especially amazing value in MEGA SIZE ⭐️ even for kids who are so fussy but they don’t even leave a crumb. Ali at site was very accommodating for family dietary requirements, thank you & we will definitely be back for more for sure 😋⭐️🍕

My wife was in M&M Beauty & aesthetic for a few hours and they offered some pizza for this place , really worth every penny, the best pizza in town , highly recommend.

went to lucale hair salon and m & m beauty salon and saw the pizza place right next to it which was great because i was so hungry so the girls reccomens me to eat at the pizza place and the food was great people where so nice thank you! x

Our food was delivered 45 minutes late, but all takeaways can have bad days. However, the food is always excellent and hot. The sweet and sour pork balls are to die for, and the curried lamb and Singapore fried rice are plentiful enough for two meals. Highly recommended.

Ordered takeaway delivery - took one hour and 45 mins to arrive. When we called for updates we were repeatedly lied to about when the delivery was expected. When the delivery driver finally arrived and we asked about being compensated for the very poor experience, this resulted in a stand-off at the doorstep. Service non-existent and untrustworthy - avoid. Food - mediocre

Turned up at our house at 11pm with someone else's order. Banged on our door and rang doorbell several times waking us up. Then argued with us when we pointed out we hadn't ordered the pizza only for the driver to realise after several minutes he was at the wrong place. No apology just moved on. By all accounts the pizzas from there are pretty poor too so feel sorry for the intended recipient as they won't have had a good meal...

Rude person in the restaurant telling me I’d given them the wrong post code over and over because their rude driver couldn’t find my house, which was my fault, salty damp pizza.

Ordered a delivery, spend £85 yet 4 items were missing and the restaurant refuse to refund me. Upon calling the restaurant the ignorant man dismissed my claim immediately and hung up on me. The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a restaurant. AVOID

I am a pescatarian and have not eaten meat for 5 years. I ordered Sweet and Sour Prawn and was given Sweet and Sour chicken. Unfortunately, I did not realise this until I was half way through the meal, as the chicken was fried. I will never order food from this place again. This was an order for home delivery.

Delivery was over half an hour late. They blamed it on the traffic when I live less than one mile away. Food is very poor, spring rolls, chicken and prawn noodles bland. Hot and sour soup was sweet, not hot or sour, and so over thickened with corn flower that it was jelly. The aromatic crispy lamb was neither aromatic or crispy. Awful experience I will never order again from here

The delivery guy got lost, but at the end he could made it with the food still warm. I got Chinese crackers for free! Very appreciated. Food was tasty but a little bit salty.

I think this is the best Chinese / Asian takeway restaurant in Guildford. I liked the crispy duck, and everything was nice . The service was very good. Will definitely Order again.

I enjoyed the clean and tasty food. The driver had problem to find my address but in general very positive attitude. The order arrive as I expected. I plan to have a party for next month and for sure I will have some of there food on my table.

The mega club and mozzarella sticks were amazing. Unfortunately I didn't receive the correct order for the farmhouse pizza.. on the menu it says farmhouse was Ham and Pineapple which I ordered and I was sent ham and mushroom, which on the menu is listed as Hawaiian. I called the restaurant and after a few minuets of explaining that the menu listed online was wrong, they said they would send the correct pizza out. At the time of writing this no pizza has been sent. The delivery man was great, very polite and cheerful.

Onion rings just tasted like cooking oil, wings were actually nice, pizza was really nothing special. Generic non brand pizza. It seems to be a case of quantity over quality. The cheesecake was frozen. I really wouldn't be able to recommend ordering from here.

Take it seriously though, thjs team of bone shatteringly negligent peddlers of carrion won't lose without an aggressive fight! Anyway, on to the guide! 1. Undercook 80% of all items 2. Chuckle malevolently as you package the carcus, spray the chips in cold water and possibly spread some sort of STI in the knuckles (knuckles to the public need to be called RIBS) 3. Await inevitable polite call when your mark requests fully cooked substances. 4. Take the call and with an overtly aggressive attitude tell the fool that they are not a customer but are indeed welcome to visit and engage in violence. 5. Food didn't turn up when called got a very rude man shouting down at the phone me!!

Pizzas were overcooked, both crushed to one side of the box and 2 hours late. Ordered at 7:30pm with expected delivery between 8:25-45pm. Pizzas arrived at 9:45pm after having to call 3 times over the course of an hour, each time they answer hello as if it’s a personal call. Every time I called they said that the driver was 10 minutes away. Ruined a movie night with my children as we all went hungry and didn’t want to ruin our appetite for a pizza that we believed was 10 minutes away. I have been using RPP for over 10 years and they have made many mistakes and this was the last chance I gave them, the poor communication and lack of care is the final straw. All the best RPP I do hope you can fix the quality control issues and communication.

Order a pretty basic selection, included items we'd had before. On delivery (in an open cardboard box in winter, which is an interesting choice) the order was wrong and the vegetarian dish contained meat and prawns. Others dishes slightly wrong (lack of sauces etc). Called...

I can't drink normal coke only diet or sugar free drinks and they delivered normal coke and they forgot the dips i had ordered and paid for.

4 years using red panet. Double deal is excellent value. Massive houses and lux cars moaning about prices, laughable!.. wasnt piping hot but i live in shere so i was fine with the temp.. please fix your on line menu, i couldnt risk ordering my favourite farmhouse as on your menu it is confused with the hawian. Chicken feast and the extra pepperoni one was as it has always been... great! And ppenty left for munchies later, or even tomorrow. Good job!

Pizza turned up late rung them up saying it was leaving for delivery so waited 50 minutes after ringing was stone cold when delivered and person on the phone wasn't interested and made excuses it was a long drive which is 8 minutes which is why the pizza was cold

I was charged for delivery despite ordering enough to avoid this charge. Just Eat say its down to the restaurant and the restaurant say its Just Eat! No where for me to go with this - ridiculous!!!

The most basic of orders was late, the excuse was cleaning and heating up the ovens was late. Well, could they not have called to let us know? This was a Mother's Day lunch that my Daughter had planned for weeks, ruined. I am so angry I can't begin to express. When a basic pizza base was delivered it was cold. Ice Cream de-frosted.......

I ordered for first time and everything okay, good quality price, I tried 2 15"pizzas, nuggets and garlic and cheese breads, I recommend to try Bismarck Pizza. Delivery quick with ubereats.

Our order was due to be delivered at 8.20 pm, we tried calling the restaurant 12 times at 9pm, no answer. They then phoned with the order at 11pm, after we placed the order at 7pm. They blamed us for not calling when we did, 12 times. What else were we meant to do in order to chase up our delivery? Of course we did not want cold 3 hour food. Never using again.

Don’t take the risk!Pre-ordered our meal at 4pm for a 6:30 delivery. Was an 1 hour 45 minutes late, the delivery driver recommended I keep - ordered (which I had). I spent an hour ringing - the phone rings out constantly they wouldn’t answer.When the food arrived it was cold and two dishes weren’t very nice.I’d already started cooking as by this point it was an hour and a half late so I assumed it wasn’t coming and I couldn’t get through to them.I used to order from here regularly, it now says under new management - which appears to be unfortunate.Bad food and bad service/ communication... such a shame!

Very good service, very good food however one of my pizzas was incorrect.

Pizza was over an hour late and when we phoned up the person on the other end just started laughing, a complete lack of respect and when I tried to complain they hung up. I urge people to not order from here. Will be popping in tomorrow in person to the restaurant to see if they laugh at me then.

the pizza was 30 minutes late. The pizza box was squashed so all my toppings were stuck to the box. I also asked for a stuffed crust but did not get it. I usually have flawless service from you however today was very disappointing.

Ordered via just eat at 1840 received an auto reply saying it would be delivered at 1940 1940 came and went with another auto reply saying 2005 . 2005 came and went I phoned the restaurant to be told the kitchen was busy ( no s’!t Sherlock) . I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.Told hat I would have to speak to Just eat for a refund . Net result Jasmine garden have been unable to deliver a meal for one person in an hour and a half and have kept the money for doing nothing. Don’t bother

Ordered at 18:45,ginen a time of 19:45,it is now 21:09,still not received it, I phone Jasmine Gardens, whomever I spoke to said, I need to speak to Uber Eats and in his own words "I don't care, we are busy" I've ordered from here before, I won't be again!

Sadly, and it ain’t cheap, the food main meals were very poor quality, greasy and poor quality meats. I would look elsewhere .

Terrible experience. They did not even bother delivering my pizza because I have a house name, and not a house number. When I called to check on the delivery, I was very rudely told off for putting an incomplete address, which I did not, and for having a wrong phone number, which I also did not do. In fact, shortly after the pizza was delivered I got a text from Just Eat saying that they were unable to contact me so clearly they had the right number this whole time. I was even berated for having written very precise instructions on how to find my house, saying that it was "not good enough" but there is no more detail I can give. The delivery driver was very nice but the worker on the phone was awful and I will never order from here again.

Sat by my phone waiting for this order and it didn't come for a long time. When I called, I got berated on the phone for providing an incorrect address and incorrect phone number. Whilst I don't know why they were unable to contact me, I had provided my entire address and VERY detailed instructions on how to find the house as I have a house name instead of a house number. The man on the phone was very rude to me, and they did not even attempt to deliver my food until I called because he didn't see a house number and so didn't bother to deliver it. I'm really upset by how I was treated on the phone by this man. The delivery driver was very nice. Never ordering from here again, stick to literally any other pizza place.

Pretty good pizza ....expensive but ok without being outstanding

The pizza was missing fries when it was meant to be on it. The donut was def too expensive for its quantity. But overall the food was tasty, fresh and well made.

Well the ‘food’ arrived! It was cool and slightly soggy and looked like the left overs from several other meals, all put into one box - we had the Mexican. The nachos were ok but the rest was disappointing- even our dog wouldn’t eat it🤣. The delivery was excellent and on time. We will not order from Red Planet again.

Thought we’d support our local Chinese cuisine given the current pandemic situation. Worst idea. I ordered Chicken chow mien and was sent chow mien with pork and prawns in. Not only have I not eaten pork in 15 years, but I’m also allergic to seafood. I called up to request a refund and I have never been spoken to so rudely by a take away place in my life. I was shouted at and then man then proceeded to hang up on me. I would not recommend DO NOT order from here.

Ordered a take a way through just eat and paid by apple pay, with out realising the old address on there. After the order was made realised that it’s going to the wrong address, called the restaurant to change it, the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude and said ‘ ohhhh noooo, why you do that all the time. Awful awful food. Pizza was burnt and dough was tough and like eating rubber! I ordered a standard margarita which I would of thought would be a easy pizza to make, how wrong I was. Order wasn’t correct wrong items delivered also. Which wasn’t the end of the world but still not correct. Won’t be using them again.

Ordered and paid for a drink to come too but it didn’t get delivered. Driver also rang the doorbell which I specifically said not to do in instructions.

The pizza had an unpleasant flavour that I would associate with cheap fat.

Ordered a thin crust pizza but got a deep pan. The crust was surprisingly better than expected (for a deep pan) along with the toppings. Would recommend.
