Really friendly and helpful staff, nice area outside to sit in if the weather is suitable and does a fantastic breakfast, huge and very reasonably priced.

The cafe has a very pleasant setting in a modern building overlooking the lake. Lots of seating inside and out. Good range of food and drinks and prices very reasonable.

Went in for coffee/cake and had a nice time sitting outside overlooking the lake, very tranquil. On the other side of the building you can sit outside and watch the action (Sunday sports) in the park. Coffe was nice. Next time we’ll try their food, which looked good, also.

The best burger I’ve had ever. Popped in on lockdown lunchtime exercise and ordered the burger. Wow! It took, what seemed like, ages to get through it. Massive and really tasty, knocking the socks off McD’s, mind you anything would really. But seriously, a lovely meaty patty, fresh lettuce and tomato and topped off with an onion ring. I’m glad I didn’t order the chips otherwise I’d have been there all day. Ps. Outside only at the moment but really pleasant in the sunshine. Well done guys.

Skip the Starbucks at Surrey Quays shopping centre and come here instead. Apart from an elegant, minimalist cafe with a nice selection of coffees, teas, cakes and savoury dishes, you also get two delightful views: the park on one side and the swans preening in the sun and ducks frolicking in their lake on the other.

Our first, but certainly not the last, visit to the brand new Southwark park cafe overlooking the lake. Lovely pop-in for Sunday breakfast, which turned out to be a proper Full-English. Well cooked and not greasy, wasn’t hungry for hours afterwards 😄 Polite and friendly staff and more items on the menu (see pic) Nice coffee too👍

Southwark Park has a very pleasant coffee shop which also serves a good range of snacks, sandwiches and ice creams. If you're visiting the park then it'd be an easy place for a pit stop. The cafe is also the only place in the park where there are toilets so it's a place to remember when you visit Southwark Park and want to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink.

We visited on a cold but beautiful Sunday lunch and enjoyed the homemade soup , burger and jacket potatoes all of which were fresh and served efficiently with a smile. We didn't have but we're hugely impressed by the Sunday roast with lots of veg for £7. We'll be back. The park is great for a walk too!

Set in a beautiful park seting this cafe is one of our favourite places. The proprieter/chef is lovely and his roasts are lush. Today, Easter Sunday, we stopped by for a roast and lamb was on the menu served with yorkie, peas, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower cheese, and gorgeous roasty spuds with a thick hot gravy. We sat outside in the open at the picnic tables and it was so relaxing. This is a basic cafe with toilets. There is a gazebo area and open picnic tables. We love this little gem and the roasts are home cooked and lovely. All the basic cafe foods are available.
