SOHO Coffee Co. in Cheshire East

Hard working polite staff but food was prettY awful. Had venison pie which I couldn’t finish. Red cabbage was disgusting. Due to the slow queue chips and cabbage were cold by time I sat down. Didn’t have a drink. Cakes looked unappetising.

Went in for breakfast on Sunday 6th April. Ordered, got our drinks and waited for our food. About 30 minutes in, we overheard the server telling a new arrival that the wait time was 1 hour! We checked with the server about when our food would arrive and we were told we were next up. 10 Minutes later we were told they were just doing our toast. From walking in and ordering to receiving our food was about 50 minutes. The food was okay but certainly not worth the wait 9this was up to 90 minutes by the time we left). If we had been made aware of how long we would have to wait, we would have gone elsewhere.

We shared a large breakfast and nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly staff. Great food and hot drinks. We will be back!

I love wetherspoons but this visit was terrible. My first pint i had to take back as it was completely flat, probably the contents of overflow from the drip trays, the food i got was appalling, tiny portion and cold. Very dissapointed, j will be back but not to macclesfield

Our first visit and it won’t be the last. Great for a Sunday lunch. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere.
