Well we thought we would give this a go.. we had heard some mixed reviews since it has opened but as its local we decided to give it a try on saturday night.. Ive got to say the food was excellent!! the service was great and we couldnt fault it at all.. price wise id say it was fair. worked out approx £25 per head taking into account starter / main / rice/ naan couple of drinks and pickle tray starter but id definitely say we will be going back!!

Family owned hotel staff are mainly local and have been with the hotel for a number of years. They all work well together. We spent three nights here as part of their Christmas break package, which was outstanding. We stayed in the Prince of Wales suite, which is in need of some tlc, it's planned for February 2025. It's a very large room overlooking the front garden and outdoor dining area. The room was comfortable, if as is common with many hotels is a bit short of lights. There is a feature bath in the main bedroom as well as a wet room. Staff had ensured that all the feather pillows and cushions were removed because of allergies. In a similar vein, gluten-free biscuits were provided to our daughters room as she is celiac. This was a nice and surprising attention to detail that we came to expect by the first class staff.

Estancia encantadora. Aparcamiento gratuito para comenzar el descanso es una ventaja. El personal era amable pero amable. La habitación estaba limpia, espaciosa y tenía todo lo necesario. Una elección de desayuno cocinado que estaba recién hecho. Elegí huevo Benedict y los huevos eran perfectos.

Lovely little out of the way pub, never gets too busy, has a lovely atmosphere and nice outdoor smoking area, very pleasant staff and local pub vibes.

Visito este Pret la mayoría de los días para un café. Servicio siempre amable. Gran café. Excelente ubicación. ¡El único inconveniente a veces es que se llena de estudiantes que pasan horas allí aparentemente sin gastar dinero!
