Zainab was brilliant and Friendly will come again and do recommend it.

Great place to hang out with friends and family, the desserts were yum, perfect portion size and Sanna who served us was very friendly and quick with service. Highly recommend to fix your sweet cravings!

First time visiting aesthetically pleasing however my son had a kunafa cookie dough and vanilla icecream here, the icecream came in a dirty bowl, we asked for vanilla but the bowl itself had dry chocolate and strawberry icecream on it. The waitress justified by saying she had scooped the wrong icecream in, which was clearly not the case otherwise the icecream would have been wet not dry. Anyways she replaced this by bringing another bowl with vanilla but the bowl was still showing bits of chocolate, unfortunately it put my son off completely and he didnt want to have any of it. The waitress herself was helpful. However when i approached the manager she did nothing about the mistake they made didnt even offer a refund for the dessert considering it was their mistake to begin with. Unfortunately we wont be visiting again. Also to add we travelled an hour to try this dessert place.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. I tried the molten cake and it was pure perfection rich, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. I was served by Alia who went above and beyond offering exceptional service even checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Snowcold create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly Recommend!!

I have to give a special shoutout to Sanaa for making our visit such a pleasant experience. She was incredibly patient while we placed a big order and you can tell she really cares about the customers and created a positive experience. Service with sanah was great, friendly and welcoming. Desserts were good, not too fond of the queen Victoria shake, tastes like toothpaste. One of the desserts were also served in a cracked dish, a little disappointed with this, however was sorted as soon as mentioned. Also ordered a lotus biscoff ( I af forgotten ) because they didn’t have no espresso shots left unfortunately. Overall good service could do with an improvement on desserts.

They say this is the best gelato in West Yorkshire and I am prepared to believe it! Absolutely massive menu with everything you could want for dessert, and exceptional customer service. Sanaa took excellent care of us! We live nowhere near here but will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful time with my family at this place! The ambience was warm and inviting, and the staff was exceptional—especially Zainab, who was incredibly welcoming and served us with great politeness. A special highlight was the delicious cheesecake they gifted us for Valentine's Day—it was absolutely amazing! I truly enjoyed every moment spent here with my loved ones.
