Great afternoon treat. Tasty ice cream and waffles, friendly polite staff and super clean premises. We were served by Samaria who made sure our visit was catered for.

Place is done very nice and appealing. Food was lacklustre. Cookie dough was very thin n lotus was runny on the top. Crepes were all very thick although presented well Waffle wasn't that good either, was just okay.

Honestly loved visiting this place, the atmosphere, service and OMG the cakes are the best I’ve probably ever had it.(pistachio) the music was right up my street also!! Staff all helpful and really bubbly . Keep up the great effort guys will be back again for sure

Once again this place never fails to impress me. Tried their kunnafa brownie for the first time, it was spot on! fresh and tasty, lovely and rich in flavour. I've been to this dessert shop many times, and it always impresses! The cookie dough is incredible and really hits the spot. The waffles are just as outstanding, and I definitely recommend them. My favourite dessert place!! To summarise my experience with one word and that is "fantastic". Whatever i taste, the service, hospitality is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend it. THE creme brûlée, cakes and shakes! Absolutely mouthwatering every single item. Their TEA is THE BEST thing ever. Came with family (7 in total with 1 wheelchair) and had a great time. Enjoyed the food and was served very quickly and efficiently Ammarah H was very patient with us and accommodating. Thank you so much for your service and giving us a good table so we could sit comfortably. The only thing, I would say, is it would be better to have some physical menus as, my mum wouldn't have known what to do if she had come alone and had to scan and see the menu on her phone. I know some other family and friends who would not know what to do as well.

Went out for a fun family treat, what a mistake going to this place. The service was terrible. As we walked in, the person at the counter glared at us. Then when we were ready to order absolutely ignored us until we called for him. He rolled his eyes and rudely asked what we wanted.. at this point I didn’t take any offence and just thought maybe it’s just me. He demeanour and body language was very cold. Once I placed my order he asked to come to the other checkout to pay. The card machine wasn’t working so he abruptly told me walk back to the place of order. He spoke very rudely to another family member too. We spent a lot of money on our orders. I honestly wish I had cancelled and walked out and gone elsewhere. He ruined our evening. I definitely will not be going back. It was our favourite place too. Sometimes kindness is all that matters.

Came to Snowcold with a friend who was treating me to a birthday dessert and coffee. The ambience was absolutely lovely. We got served by the lovely Zainab who showed us to out table and made us feel comfortable. The service was great and the food affordable and lush 😋.

Quite disappointed with this Snowcold. Had high expectations for the cookie dough and was let down, when I first went to have a bite the cookie dough was really tough and not enjoyable. Not worth it at all, especially for the price. However the staff were nice and the place itself looks great. Lots of seating and decent parking.
