My favourite dessert place!! To summarise my experience with one word and that is "fantastic". Whatever i taste, the service, hospitality is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend it. THE creme brûlée, cakes and shakes! Absolutely mouthwatering every single item. Their TEA is THE BEST thing ever. First time visitor and was very impressed with the overall experience from being seated to service.

Came with family (7 in total with 1 wheelchair) and had a great time. Enjoyed the food and was served very quickly and efficiently Ammarah H was very patient with us and accommodating. Thank you so much for your service and giving us a good table so we could sit comfortably. The only thing, I would say, is it would be better to have some physical menus as, my mum wouldn't have known what to do if she had come alone and had to scan and see the menu on her phone. I know some other family and friends who would not know what to do as well.

Went out for a fun family treat, what a mistake going to this place. The service was terrible. As we walked in, the person at the counter glared at us. Then when we were ready to order absolutely ignored us until we called for him. He rolled his eyes and rudely asked what we wanted.. at this point I didn’t take any offence and just thought maybe it’s just me. He demeanour and body language was very cold. Once I placed my order he asked to come to the other checkout to pay. The card machine wasn’t working so he abruptly told me walk back to the place of order. He spoke very rudely to another family member too. We spent a lot of money on our orders. I honestly wish I had cancelled and walked out and gone elsewhere. He ruined our evening. I definitely will not be going back. It was our favourite place too. Sometimes kindness is all that matters.

Came to Snowcold with a friend who was treating me to a birthday dessert and coffee. The ambience was absolutely lovely. We got served by the lovely Zainab who showed us to out table and made us feel comfortable. The service was great and the food affordable and lush 😋.

Quite disappointed with this Snowcold. Had high expectations for the cookie dough and was let down, when I first went to have a bite the cookie dough was really tough and not enjoyable. Not worth it at all, especially for the price. However the staff were nice and the place itself looks great. Lots of seating and decent parking.

I was visiting my family in batley and was told to try desserts at this place. And i must say this place did not dissapoint. Though i live in london and regularly visit creams. This place made creams look average. The waffles were just so soft and probably the best iv ever had. Service was excellent and menu had soo many choices. This is a Honest 5 Star from me :)

Came to snowcold today, the atmosphere was great, wasn’t too busy. Staff was very attentive and really nice. The food was great! Ordered the lotus croffle, best one I’ve had by farrrrrr. Also ordered the lotus crepe which was really nice, and the chocolate surprise which we would definetly recommend, the portion was massive! Food came very quickly . Visited with my family, we bought the cookie dough, chocolate lava cake and a couple of scoops gelato. All were delicious. Service was very quick. Our server, Ammarah, was very attentive, welcoming and helpful. Thank you. Special mention for the snickers gelato, my daughter who usually only eats vanilla ice cream/gelato, absolutely loves it.

Come for the first time i was mesmerised with all the different desserts there have. The staff were welcoming i ordered waffles for the kids milkshakes and the viral dubai dream cake that was our of the world. The service was outstanding thank u ☺️

Very accommodating, as my mum is in a wheelchair, every time we visit they get us the most accessible table. The food is always lovely, staff are very friendly and helpful. Our server was Zainab she was very friendly and made sure everything was ok with our order.
