Just had a lovely family lunch. Trisha was so helpful🥰 I fancied a cheese toastie and it’s not on the menu but nothing is too much trouble for the staff there and they made me a delicious one. Thank you it was yummy 😋🥰

Had the best time. Doggy breakfast and then play time in the garden. Dogs absolutely loved it, and so did we. The food is amazing (especially the tomatoes 😋) loads of it. All staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back 😊

Big thanks to Facebook ‘We love Bracknell’ for this recommendation! I can honestly say this is the best roast out I have had in the local area. The roast was superb, for us and the dog, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I was stuffed but my eyes had seen the homemade cheesecake being served, it felt rude not too and I’m so glad I went through the pain it was delightful 😋 What an amazing place, we will defo be back - YUM YUM!!!!

What a delightful lunch, thank you to all the staff involved who coped so well with fourteen ladies. We where all very impressed by the seating arrangements. If any one would like an exceptionally good lunch in a super setting then the Snow Goose is a must.

Booked a table for a Sunday lunchtime roast. Turned up on time was told that sorry the only tables they had left were outside, which means they gave the table away? Also told no roasts left as they had ran out. Walked out and went to a much nicer place instead.

Truly exceptional, warm, welcoming, family friendly pub where they go the extra, extra mile. Recently saved my Nan’s burns night by making special meals for my party. We have mains and starters for under £30. Incredible staff, thank you Phil, kitchen staff and Kate the owner. Love coming here, can’t wait for our next visit

25th Jan this truly wonderful pub saved my Nan's Burns night. I am not one to be a hater because it gets us no where but I did have a booking made 29th Dec at the Kingfisher... it ended in a mess with no Burns food available, due to a breakdown in communication, I'm told this at around 3pm. 3 hours before my booking. I really wanted my 85 year old Scottish Nan to have her Burns night I had promised. The wonderful Phil answered at the Snow Goose, I explained my situation through gritted teeth on a packed train asking it they had anything on, sadly there was no Burns night on at the Snow Goose, but they had some specials that sounded great so we booked a table. Within the hour Phil tried calling me several times, he kept calling and we spoke around 4:30pm, he had spoken with Kate the owner and the incredible kitchen staff and they created a special Burns night dish for us, they had sent someone out to buy additional ingredients including haggis (that was in high demand so in limited for last minute purchases). I was so touched, it really turned my family evening around and cemented my absolute love for this wonderful establishment. Phil even stay 30 after his shift had ended to ensure our evening was off to a great start and that we were enjoying our food. I have only ever had great service, wonderful food and memorable experiences at the Snow Goose. I have been visiting this pub on and off for around 5 years now. When Covid was closing pubs they created safe outdoor spaces, purchased lovely warm blankets and large expensive hoodie type things that were all cleaned between uses. The Kings Coronation they held a free tea party for the elderly. Toilets have free nappies, other products for personal use. In the summer, free squash is available for children, plus the children's play area is amazing. This pub couldn't do anymore if it tried.

Best pub in Surrey. Fact. Bloody amazing food, amazing people. I can’t fault this place at all. What other pub do you know that has nappies, tampons, deodorant, dry shampoo etc stocked in the relevant places in case their customers are in need of them?!? Bless their kind hearts. What a delightful local pub. The staff were attentive and friendly, great atmosphere. We all had the Christmas set menu, I had the vegetarian Wellington with fresh vegetables and roast potatoes and panettone bread and butter pudding, all perfectly cooked and tasty. Home from home cooking. Compliments to the chef and staff. Thank you again for making our staff lunch enjoyable and memorable. I’m not local to the area but will definitely be returning in the new year.

We drove past this pub and decided to go in for lunch ! We ordered a chicken and bacon ciabatta. It was absolutely delicious! There was so much filling and was a reasonable price! We decided to book and come back the next day with family who we had already planned a dinner with and changed to this pub. We ordered burgers (one also being a chicken and one a vegan option) The beef burger I had was perfectly cooked and there was so much taste ! Everyone else’s meals were also very much enjoyed ‘ My son had a childrens burger” kids meal” and it was a huge meal. The value for money was brilliant for 5 of us. We will be back the food as it was so worth coming back for and also the staff both times have been welcoming and friendly ! Great experience!

Great night at the Snow Goose, met up with friends for a catch up and dinner. Vikki and Phil were our table hosts, for the evening, both team members were attentive and happy to ensure we had everything we needed for a great night. We asked to order off menu, and they were happy to help with this request. The food was lovely, we ordered picky bits , starters mainly. Our food choices didn’t disappoint, they were tasty and the portions were a good size! We tried the pubs Prosecco, really nice ! Thanks to Kate and the team for all the great work you do for the local community, another great night at the Snow Goose.

First visit here for a long time but can't wait to return. Went with family for Sunday lunch and couldn't fault anything. Even the grandkids ate up well. There is a great choice on the Sunday lunch menu and the portions were huge and excellent value for money. The Yorkshire pudding was amazing Good atmosphere and very busy I think all tables were taken.A big thank you to Kate and her amazing staff especially our waitress Sam who looked after us so well. Lovely little pub and relatively well-priced. Ordered a Sharer camembert which sadly wasn't cooked all the way through enough. However, we asked for it to just be chucked in the oven to finish off and they very generously replaced it with a fresh one for us which was very much appreciated. We though this place was nice but found the food underwhelming and just ok rather than good . This was surprising as they proudly told us where they get their meat from and we thought we might have found a gem ! The staff are friendly and the environment is good and they have a nice play area for children it’s just the food that lets it down a bit , I feel based on this visit that there are better choices to go to in the area. Great night tonight, busy in the pub, but the staff where friendly, courteous and on top of everything. Had the best bowl of cheesy fries I can ever remember having in my 44 years on this green earth!. Great to see the place looking so good, I was a regular in the late 90's and its come a long way. What a lovely pub. Went there with the family for a Sunday roast, they have a nice area for the kids to play all inclosed with two pigs,rabbits and guinea pigs for the kids to enjoy. Great price and the food and staff were fantastic. Could not recommend this place enough if you are looking for a nice sunday roast with the kids.

Overview: obnoxious bar staff & in denial proprietor; I I recently (Fri August 24, 2023) visited this establishment with my sister & elderly aunt to enjoy lunch or so I hoped. Sadly this was not the case, after ordering (2 Panini's & baked potato) we proceeded to wait 45mins & no sign off food coming our way, I asked a passing waitress what the delay was, when the barman( person we ordered from) shouted "Did we want our money back" not really the response we were looking for, but it gets worse. The waitress proceeded to bring the owner/chef to our table & rather than apologising for delay, perhaps offer a free drink or meal, she tried to justify the delay 'as food being cooked fresh" & 45 mins or more was acceptable wait time & proceeded to cancel our order as in her words "" we probably wouldn't enjoy food anyway"". Some way to run your business & treat customers. Nice outdoor space & seems to be very child friendly.

Recently visited here with my elderly aunt to take her for lunch it was Friday we got the menu ordered our food two pannins and my aunt was having a jacket potato with chicken and cheese 45mins after ordering we still had no food we called the man behind the bar and asked how long would our food be he asked us did we want our money back the rudest man ever if he moved any slower he would have collapsed he then sent out the owner who was cooking the food and she said she was cooking the food fresh and they were extremely busy and said she would cancel our order because we would not enjoy the food as we had been waiting so long and we could have our money back the customer service here was appalling,both from the barman to the owner/Cook I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Food looked nice on the plates I saw coming out. Other people were also complaining on the wait time and the barman again so rude.

We had a birthday meal on the 9th August. Service was terrible. 3 hours for 2 courses. Place wasn't at all busy. Very disappointed. Really spoiled my wife's birthday. Had two very whiny children. Lovely place to sit out and have a drink

Super kid- and dog-friendly, very helpful and cheerful staff, great food. Love the little touches likes the goodie basket in the ladies and for dogs (blanket, water bowls, treats, poo bags..). Also plenty of books and board games for both adults and kids. The kitchen service was a bit slow, so be prepared to allow time on your visit.

The ambience is very good. The back side opens into their play area which is quite decent in size with various things for children to do. They also have some pet animals to indulge children. However, I was highly disappointed with the vegetarian food options.

Came in once on a Monday to eat food here. "We don't serve food today" they said. Oh well, we went somewhere else. We then came back the next week, this time on a Tuesday. "We don't serve food here today" they again said. What? How can you not serve food on two different days of the week? Or does this pub not want any custom? EDIT: I made a spelling mistake on this review, so changing it meant that Google assumed I've written a new review. Seems as though whoever has the responsibility of reviewing feedback doesn't understand this. As a result, I don't have a "personal vendetta" against this pub. But the response from them is, by far, very immature. Before you delete your response I shall write what you said: "Unsure why you posted this last month and are now posting this again? are you from another pub? Do you have a personal vendetta? Very peculiar very unfair"

Called this pub the day before I went to meet someone for a drink that lives 60 miles from me (with my two dogs). We decided to meet at a halfway point. Was assured no special events were taking place. Arrived to a heaving pub full of footie fans there to watch a big match... Not an ideal environment to take dogs into. Wasn't impressed and left to find a quieter pub. It looked nice in there though, just not ideal for a chat and far from impressed the person I spoke to felt that something like that was not considered a special event.

Please staff don't share what's going on behind the bar with your customers.. example.. you have a party coming in later, I'm trying to have a quiet drink and your moving tables and chairs around me, witch makes me feel like I'm in the way, there is a disagreement in the kitchen which is discussed in the bar for all to hear, then we wait an hour for food and it's cold. We send it back and ask for a refund and are told we'll I'm not repeating it but family members working together don't work. Sorry just my experience I left the pub exhausted and it was only lunch time.

I have been dining and casual drinking in this pub for years, but I feel I need to publicly recognize the amazing Atmosphere & standard that Kate & her team have brought with them, absolutely Superb!! There is a great family inclusive culture which makes me & my son feel very comfortable & at home. I have & will carry on to highly recommend The Snow Goose to anyone.
