Avoid at all costs, absolutely disgusting experience Sunday 14th July. Was served chicken wings which were literally bright pink and dangerously undercooked. After pointing this out to a staff member, and showing her the wings, she then proceeded to bring over some temperature probes and attempt to probe to me that they were “up to temperature”. I refused to accept this and asked for a new portion to which I was told “okay I’ll make sure they’re cooked for a bit longer for you”. After another 20 minute wait a new portion arrived which were exactly the same as before. We all know how dangerous chicken can be if not cooked properly and I’d forgive a genuine mistake however to be almost accused of lying is absolutely insane

Absolutly appalled , sat down and a mouse or rat ran over my foot. When I complained the response I got was ‘ yeah we know we have mice , it’s common all the food places here have mice here. Safe to say we left with no refund or even an apology !!

I go to slims chicken in bristol in cabot circus for my lunch as i work right next to the store. All the staff and manager are lively always attentive and great customer service. Majbah has great customer service, he is very friendly and welcoming.

Poor customer service, staff using bad words on customers and poorly untrained staff, stop customers from having a drink

We had a takeaway order in February. The food was fine, but very expensive for what it was. The packaging was inadequate - the lids don’t fit the cups, ours spilled out, wet the bag and broke it, spilling the drinks all over the floor.

We ordered a big meal for 2 of us and the MacnCheese and our chicken tendors did not come really not good enough and we expect a refund

Nice food, friendly staff, a little bit pricey, but a big upgrade on other generic fried chicken chain.

Popped in tonight for a shake, not very busy, Perfect. went to use the machine to order but was not working so stood at the till where a member of staff walked past us to serve a table some food. thats ok shes busy. then to walk past again picking up table numbers from the till we were waiting at! but still no service, she walked past again and went on to talk to her friend at the kitchen completly ignoring me! so we left. HOW RUDE!!! shame as i like slims milkshakes buy hey, we went to 5 GUYs instead. -10/10 sort your staff out.

I've seen this restaurant on previous visits to The Mall at Cribbs Causeway, but have never ventured inside, until now. It's a lovely experience and despite the eatery's name, the portion sizes are generous. I ordered three Chicken Tenders with Fries and a Chocolate Milkshake. The drink was made within a few seconds, as I ordered the food, and the table service was prompt, friendly and delivered with a smile. We were hungry and the food was delicious. It was also good value for money and I will definitely visit again when I'm next in The Mall.

Three of us today, one a lady in her older years. We had set meals, chicken was delicious, chips plentiful and sauces enjoyable. Pity there wasn't coffee in the drinks range though.

Went out for a late night shop and had no help or nice interaction with anywhere until here. Yusef was very friendly and helpful and made our night a lot better! Credit where credit is due!

First time visiting this particular branch and I have to say the service and food was terrible. I ordered a burger that I normally get and instead of getting a whole piece, I got two tiny tenders stuffed into a bun. The young girl who delivered the food was so rude and clearly didn’t care to be there. The food itself was cold the chicken lukewarm and the fries were cold. It’s a joke you clearly state the food is cooked to order, but this is clearly a lie as the food served to me was taken out of a hot plate. I’ve eaten in several slim chickens and this is by far the worst. It wasn’t even busy this evening so I’m surprised you can get it so wrong. This place will struggle when Popeyes lands here.

Shopping and stopped in for a bite to eat. It was quiet and clean. The food and drink was quick and the wrap I ordered was nice. People don’t get much recognition in these times so a special note for I believe ‘Christina’ she was working so hard delivering meals and clearing tables. Super friendly and helpful to me. Honestly, spend your hard earned money elsewhere! £75 for 6 of us to eat rubbery chicken on uncomfortable stools in a noisy restaurant was not the way we wanted to end an otherwise lovely time in Bristol. My 6 year old son wouldn't even touch his chicken because it 'tasted weird'. The chips were nice but it's not hard to do nice chips is it. Go elsewhere, there are plenty of nicer places to eat far superior food within a stones throw of this mediocre place.
