Amazing place, amazing atmosphere! Went yesterday for my birthday and staff there are always amazing specially the gentlemen who did our booking! Cant wait to go again! Love this place

Average at Best. Booked a table here for food and drink as we were heading to the Athena later in the evening. Place was fairly quiet which is usually good when you're on a time frame. Server comes over to take our drinks order. Two out of the four choices we had made weren't available. We were told this was due to someone new taking over the branch about a month ago. I would have thought that a month was more than long enough to restock your drinks. Food came out neither quick nor slow. Unfortunately, all four meals had something cold with them . Three of us had fries which were lukewarm to cold. Fourth person in our party had nachos where the toppings had 'set'. The food was tasty but temperature is paramount to good meals and that was lacking on this occasion. Nobody came over to check if the food was okay. If they had, we would have flagged up the problem. Although, it would be unlikely they could have helped us, as we had other commitments to stick to. We asked for the bill which took a good five or so minutes to arrive. The optional service charge was on it, which we swiftly asked to be removed. After all, we got minimal service, half the drinks we wanted weren't available and most of the food was cold. I had high hopes for this place, but I don't think I could justify a return visit in case it's this disappointing again.

I visited with my son as part of an autism group. The staff were lovely and helpful, we didn’t eat but had a pint of Coke each and prices were very reasonable. We’d been eyeing this place for a while so it was great to try out for first time in a relaxed environment as it’s given us the confidence to go visit again

Couldn’t have asked for a better evening for a friends’ birthday at Sixes in Leciester, it was a Tuesday evening so everything was really relaxed and quiet atmosphere. We went into Karaoke and Keisha (i hope i’ve spelt that right) Tom and Josh (i think) all made us feel super welcome, food was really really yummy and was brought out quick :) Karaoke had so much selection to sing and the booths are massive.

We came as a group of 40 and from the start Tom, Keisha and Brandon made us feel welcome and were all really helpful and friendly. We all had a go in the batting cages before eating and singing in the hidden kareoke rooms. Everyone had the best time!! Already had the kids asking if they can come back for their birthdays 😂 100% recommend for a great time out!!

We spent the entire day here as a large group of 40+ adults and kids. I cannot fault it at all! Tom, Keisha & Brandon all went the extra mile at every opportunity and accommodated every request! We had a fantastic time in the batting cages which kept the kids entertained for hours and the food was a hit too! The karaoke rooms are a hidden gem! Great selection of songs, we were in there til we lost our voices! Cannot recommend this place enough - we will deffo be back!

We had the most amazing day, over 40 of us and the staff were absolutely amazing especially Tom, Keisha & Brandon We did batting, lunch & Karaoke, they really looked after us, we would highly recommend this place.

Being a massive fan of Cricket, and someone who’s played a bit of cricket for school on the side, coming to Sixes Social Leicester was a fantastic and enjoyable experience. But it wouldn’t have been as memorable without the brilliant staff running the place. After an eventful 30 minutes of smashing sixes and fours, my time ran out… or so I thought! Tom, a bright member of the staff team at Sixes not only gave me some extra time which made my day, but was an awesome person to talk and interact with. Moreover, his skills in talking with customers and visitors is unparalleled. His cheerful and compassionate presence around the place was definitely felt. Keisha, another member of the staff team was more than happy to take some photos of me in the nets, and was always cheery! A few other mentions of staff I’d like to make are Nizo, who also took some photos, and helped with some technical issues alongside Tom, as well as Lois, who ran the counter at Sixes. Thanks to the staff, first and foremost, for the brilliant experience at Sixes. The game itself was fantastic, and I had lots of fun trying all the different levels and speeds out. If you’re a cricket enjoyer, or love casual activities, this place is perfect for you. Anyone can play, everyone can enjoy. Definitely returning to this place!

We have been here twice and both times the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. Its my sons favorite place so I'm sure we will be visiting often, A special mention goes out to Keisha, Tom & Brandon who are all amazing.

Honestly had the best time yesterday at Sixes. Tom was serving us and we had amazing hospitality. Had so much fun and was even accommodating to putting the cricket match on for us to watch. Tom really looked after us and even let us know that a group of 20 was coming in so if we wanted food to order before. This isn't the first time going we have had amazing service every time the whole team are so kind and really put the customers first. Already planning the next visit. Thank you Tom and the rest of the team (if I got everyone's names I would have put them all in on here).

Called to cancel battling netts for a legitimate reason 8hrs before hand. They had no interest to help. Wont be booking again. Completely useless. I will spend my money elsewhere.

So much fun and we were so well looked after! We went for an NHS A&E team social and had the best time. Tom sorted us out with a package deal and we are so grateful. 🙏🏽 Good food and range of delicious drinks/cocktails 🍹 Couldn’t have asked for more. 🥳 We will be back! 😀 Thankyou so so much!

We had a great afternoon celebrating my daughters 14th birthday. We had quite a late booking but Karl and his team looked after us so well. Our party was aged 7-71 and there were 20 of us! It was great fun playing cricket, we had 2 nets with 2 teams of 10 and some us also ended up in the karaoke rooms! We were looked after well with food being served quickly, with table service! The team also added a huge sparkler to our brought in birthday cake! Thank you…what a fab afternoon! 🥳🏏🍔🎤🍟

Went with friends and were met with friendly helpful staff. The game was great and the 45 mins was plenty of time. Selection of beers were good although we didn’t eat so can’t comment on that. We will definitely be back with our brass band for a social. Defo recommend for a great afternoon of fun! 👌

A HUGE thank you to Karl and his team here at Leicester Sixes for pulling out all the stops for my sons birthday. Karl kept in contact with me via email throughout the planning and went over and beyond in making it a successful party for a 10 year old and his friends! Special thanks to Brandon and the young lady who brought his cake out with a sparkle! Highly recommend this place for a kids party and adults too. Food from kids menu was amazing too..thanks to the chef! Thanks again Karl :)

Never been before and didnt even know it existed until a friend suggested it. Didnt know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Cool place, loved the colourful interior and atmosphere. 4 of us played social cricket and really enjoyed it. Could've easily played for longer! Fun and competitive. Great for adults and kids as you can set different levels based on ability. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar too. Will definitely return.

We ate here as a group of 6 and wish we hadn't. 5 burgers ordered, and to say they were a disgrace is being kind. The chicken in one of the burgers had brown meat and looked like it had been in an accident, and the 'Beefy Botham' burgers were more skinny rat. The size of the meals are child like, and are quite frankly embarrassing. £13.50 for a burger here is criminal considering the quality and portion size. Service was surprisingly good, and friendly, however, nobody came to check if the food was ok. If they had, most if not all of the dishes would have been sent back. My recommendation here is go for the cricket, but leave the food well alone. There are plenty of better options elsewhere and for much better value. 1.8/5

It is with great disappointment that I must express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent visit to Sixes Leicester. As a patron seeking a pleasant dining experience, my encounter fell egregiously short of basic expectations. Upon arrival, our lack of prior reservation seemed to evoke a look of palpable disdain from the waitress, setting an uncomfortable tone from the outset. The absence of a booking should not precipitate such a response in a reputable establishment, and it certainly did not bode well for the remainder of the evening. Regrettably, the culinary offerings provided were abysmal. The chicken burger, presented in an unappetizing and disconcerting hue, was glaringly overcooked, rendering it nearly inedible. Furthermore, the portion sizes were disproportionate to the exorbitant prices charged, a disservice to the notion of reasonable value and quality. The beer selection, touted to provide a spectrum of tastes, was a significant disappointment. The pale IPA offered was, in all honesty, undrinkable, highlighting a fundamental failure in curating a palatable beverage menu. Despite these disheartening aspects, I must commend the attentive service provided by the waiter. Their promptness and dedication to service were commendable amidst an otherwise underwhelming experience. Additionally, the maintenance of cleanliness within the establishment was noteworthy. The presence of cricket nets, while intriguing, was overshadowed by an unreasonably steep pricing structure. While the activity appeared enjoyable, the financial demands rendered it an impractical and unattainable option for many potential patrons, including ourselves. In summary, Sixes Leicester's deficiencies in service, gastronomic quality, and pricing strategy severely detract from its potential as a reputable establishment. I urge a thorough reassessment of these aspects to align with the standards expected within the hospitality industry.

I've been here a couple of times now and its really good fun. Definitely a good addition to the Leicester nightlife scene.

Came for a kids party at the weekend. The staff were all so friendly and offered great service. The kids played cricket and also got use of 1 of the karaoke rooms. First time been here and I would highly recommend. Very clean and tidy.

I have only one word... Outstanding. I expected the food to be meh! As is normal with this type of venue but I was bowled over, the food was nothing short of outstanding, I had the wings sharing plate (to myself) and then ordered another single portion, they were that good. The staff are friendly and helpful, quick to respond and orders are served promptly. I can't fault the venue or the staff at all. Thank you for a wonderful time.

First time visiting, didn’t really know what to expect. Upon arrival, we were greeted and explained with how it works. Really helpful, friendly and informative for those who have never played cricket before. Lois and Karl were absolutely amazing. Really enjoyed my time here. Such a shame there isn’t one nearer to where I live. Will definitely be coming back with friends!

Really great place. The cricket is so fun, the food is nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Really good social event. Had a really good time playing cricket with friends, really interactive which makes it fun for everyone. They have a broad range of difficulties so you can have fun with all types of groups. The food was quite average they had variety of burgers, pizza and chips. Food took 30/40 mins to come out so I'd advise ordering straight away. We were quite frustrated as we weren't told about last orders and so we didn't get any mains. Overall great for a night out with friends there was also a dj which created a lovely vibe.

We came here for a drink with family and had children with us and never intended to use facilities however Nellie thoroughly entertained our kids and was amazing

Great experience, something different with friendly staff and good food

Had a good night out. However, we weren't told we were on a timer, the staff showing the instructions and chatting meant we lost time before we had even started. The timer ran out and cut us off mid game, which killed the vibe. Drinks were very slow and even some were forgotten.

I really enjoyed this place. Really good once in a while and you can have a lot of fun, whether you go with friends, family or colleagues. The staff were also really accommodating

I have been a few times. The most recent time at the Leicester branch the machine broke 5 mins and couldn't be fixed. This had the potential to ruin our day as I brought guests from out of town with me. The team were brilliant. They were so attentive and did everything in their power to make our day a fun filled one. They arranged for another slot on the same day and offered cus complimentary drinks. Great customer service. And it was so much fun. Big shout out to the Leicester team. You guys were great.

The cricket itself is good fun and the place has a really good vibe the dampener on our experience was only one member of staff. We had nachos while we was playing cricket and that was put on a tab along with the cost of the cricket, we paid our tab at the bar as we was leaving about 30 minutes after we had left we received a call of a mobile number from a member of staff who bluntly pointed out we hadn’t paid, I explained that we had paid the tab at the bar on the way out his reponse was “well you haven’t paid for your Nachos have you so you will have to come back and pay” after explaining that I had left town he said he would send me a payment link over then pretty much put the phone down on me.. when I got the link through it come through at £42.50! For Natchos!? I have sent an email querying the cost but haven’t had anything back yet.. overall the venue itself was good fun and the food was ok although I would recommend speaking to your staff and explaining calling a customer off a mobile number with a bad attitude is just unprofessional.

We went without much expectations but we had so much fun. Even if you don’t play cricket you will still enjoy it. The atmosphere is great, it was Saturday after but was very busy , it’s nice to see happy people around all enjoying themselves. Shaz was very helpful and was very pleasant.He looked after us well and definitely is an asset to the team there. We are definitely going there again soon.

An awesome place near Leicester city centre for fun activity with friends/ family or even date. The cricket booths are quite nice, you can set your difficulty level but at higher levels it can become quite challenging! It’s fun and can be very competitive as well. Price is decent but I felt slightly high. Food is ok. Recommended id you are a crick head

We love Sixes Leicester. We’ve been 3 times and it gets better each time. Today was our 3rd visit and Tom went out of his way to make sure me and my 5 year old son had a good time!… including enough free candy floss to feed an army never mind one child! You don’t have to be a cricket fan to enjoy Sixes, it’s almost therapeutic just whacking things!! My only gripe would be that today management had closed the kitchen despite the current Kids Eat Free offer and every group around us also intending to get food but being disappointed! We have had food on previous visits and it’s always good!

Went on a quite day. If you like cricket then i guess this is the place for you. You can change the setting to adjust to your skill level. They have a few good retro arcade games to play too (all free to play). The staff were really friendly and could not be more helpful. Overall worth a visit.

I haven't ordered any food, though the service and the drinks were good. The prices are a bit steep (£8.50 for a large glass of rosé) but deffo not the most expensive place in Leicester.

The place is noisy, the music is extremely loudy and causes headache

Great experience for both cricket lovers and regular people! I’ve been to the Floodgate in Birmingham which has a baseball batting cage, the problem with that was it was not for people of all abilities so not as enjoyable. With Sixes, the layout of the net and adjustable speed settings makes this great fun for anyone, regardless of whether you have played cricket before or not. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and also prompt with drinks. Would definitely recommend for a date or even a larger group of friends.

Great atmosphere, great venue, great evening. Our hostess Nelly was amazing; a sterling example of great customer service. I hope someone can pass my thanks on too her! Overall, I would highly recommend, and I will return for sure.

Friendly staff and a good laugh. One star off because when your time is up it's game over! It doesn't matter that you are half way through an over or there are more players to go after you so you've all faced the same number of balls. The chances are, you'll end up with uneven scores, so in a close match, who won?

I Went to Sixes expecting to be bored after 5 minutes and was completely shocked by the experience. On arrival we was taken to our booth and assigned someone to look after us. Kim was amazing throughout and very attentive. Cocktails where great, although quite expensive but you get what u pay for, so no complaints. Ask for Kim when you go and u won’t be disappointed ✨:) xx

Friendly staff and fun activity

The staff at Leicester went above and beyond today. We were scammed with an Easter egg hunt so with a very upset 3 yo and a pair of grumpy teens we ended up here. Upon entertaining I was upset and so let down in people. But by the time we all left we all had such a smile and faith restored in people, thank you again you saved the day and we shall be back.

Amazing night! Attentive friendly staff, is honestly an understatement! They were amazing - told them I was on a date and they even kept checking in (very discreetly) to see if everything was okay. Fantastic facilities and great prices. I can't wait to come back!!!

We had a group of 14 for our friends for our friends 40th birthday. Not bad overall, the cricket we all liked, great fun, but some things for attention of the management about some UK laws broken. 1) On each transaction, all staff must inform customers about service charge, we each of the 14 paid individually and none of us were told about the 12% service charge - this is illegal under UK law. 2) All staff must ask customers, "would you like a receipt?". None of the 14 of us were asked this. This also breaks UK law. So for management please retrain all of your staff to comply with UK laws. 3) Never in decades have I seen mains served before starters - management please retrain your food staff to make sure like everyplace in the world, that starters come first then mains. 4) 11 of the 14 guests had their food served, 3 didn't have their food served. It was so late the 11 guests almost finished their mains before the remaining 3 guests we're served. This is very unprofessional. See video for proof! I believe this establishment can do well and my intentions are to be nice in that management need to positively take all the above into account in order to have repeat custom as our group of 14 will have to pass on repeat custom.

Got service which is quite well, played well.

It is located in the heart of the town. Awesome place to enjoy, have fun, and play some cricket in the nets. Have some drinks with friends while playing cricket. The only thing that didn't go well with me was the prices were on a higher side.
