Worst service I've experienced. Had to hunt down server after half an hour of waiting, got the savoury item (which were clearly microwaved) after the sweet, asked for water and never got it, friend asked for fries without chives and her fries had chives. We did ask to take that and the service charge off the bill which they did atleast. Looks like a fancy place but you get better service at any run down fast food place.

This place has fallen off massively. Their customer service is atrocious. Their desserts are getting worse and worse. So many better dessert places around. Don’t waste your money and go to Dolci just because the interior looks nice.

Sawd helped us out today and his customer service was amazing! He was very kind and helpful. He came and checked up on us and made sure we had everything. I will definitely come back again when I’m in Leicester!

I've been here a few times over the last couple of years. They've finally improved the service time. Someone came to take our order quickly and we were served very quickly too. Much faster than before. The only negative I can think of is they add a 10% service charge before asking the customer.

We were welcomed and seated by Saad. He was wonderful. It was quite late and he was still welcoming and a wonderful host. Still served us like they would at any other hour. I would definitely recommend coming here. The atmosphere was incredible, the staff were kind and Saad was incredibly generous. Extremely kind man and catered to us well. :)

Lovely food! Great place to treat yourself to a bit of indulgence My mum is gluten and dairy free and her chocolate drizzled waffles were lovely! They had a bit of an issue with the waffle iron at first, but the staff were amazing. They couldn’t apologise enough for the delay and even brought over some vegan chocolate covered strawberries while she waited! 10/10
