Food was great and the service is amazing. Pankil took good care of us .

A celebratory dessert meal for my sister's birthday. I ordered the classic fudge cake with ice cream. It was very chocolatey, probably a bit too much, but it was delicious. I liked the presentation of it and the decor of the building itself. It was a great way to end the night. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an upscale dessert shop.

Pankil was amazing 10/10 service i had a great time the brunch was really good i had the eggs benedict would recommend.

This was such an awful service and experience. The waiter was so engrossed with his phone texting and no one came to our table for 40 mins until I walked up and asked if we could order (please check camera n timing)! It was empty so I don’t understand the delay in service The food arrived and they have really good selection of meals and presentation was 10/10 including the drinks! However they forgot to put blue cheese and it was a comical moment watching the chef run to buy blue cheese (talk about local sourced ingredients) but I just say the burger was just as good. Food and drink very good though at this point we were so annoyed we just ate just to get out n go home. Service 0/10 very terrible experience. And not even an apology for the delay in getting our order or clearing our plates before the desserts arrived it was just a horrible experience and a waste of time travelling to Leicester to experience such a poor service.

The desserts are amazing! The portions are the right size and everything is the perfect amount of sweetness. My favourite is definitely the milk cake and the Spanish latte. The prices are good for the taste and the quality of service :) Been here a few times and will definitely come back again and thank you to our waiters Assiam for the pleasant service

Oh, the choccy fountain is super duper yummy! 🎉 You can dip all the fruity fruits and marshmallow puffs in the choco river—so much fun! And the strawbewwy cup? 🍓 It’s so cute and sweet! Fresh strawbewwies with yummy cream make a perfect wittle treat. Together, they make a suuuuper yummy dessert time! 💖

I went to Haute Dolci yesterday with my girlfriend on a date. The service was absolutely immaculate. I was served by Sayem, who was very respectful, well mannered, polite and inviting. He then directed me to Alisha who served our table and was an amazing help! The food was all brilliant and the service was outstanding! Very happy with my trip, so much so that I am now writing this review the very next day because I had to come back for a second day in a row! Brilliant service.

Centrally located,Leicester city centre. Dolci was rather disappointing. We ordered quite a few meals which are way above what you would ordinarily pay for in another restaurant. We ordered a chicken caesar salad. This did not look like the picture. It was tiny. Initially we thought that was a small salad as a side. Five slices of cucumber, two small cherry tomatoes cut in to two, about 8 leaves of small salad, 6 small pieces of chicken which were about a cm in size and a tiny drizzle of caesar dressing. The venue was cold and we asked to be moved. Service was poor. Definitely NOT value for money. Unfortunately this was a meal out for a 50th . Disappointing

The coffee was excellent when it eventually arrived, only ordered 4 cups they took 20 mins to get to us in three separate journeys. However we did enjoy the complimentary chocolate strawberrys. The facilities were excellent

For breakfast, I indulged in the classic English breakfast, which was hearty and satisfying, and the avocado toast, which was fresh and flavorful. However, my absolute favorite has to be the spicy hash! It was bursting with flavor and had just the right amount of kick. Overall, Haute Dolci's breakfast menu is a must-try for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious and fulfilling morning meal!

Hiiii, the pastries at HD Leicester are just delightful.. so flaky, filled with yummy creams and fruits that make your taste buds dance! and the cheesecakes? wow, they’re so creamy and each bite is smooth and rich, with flavors like strawberry and vanilla that just melt in your mouth! don’t forget the macaroons! they’re super cute and come in all sorts of colors! crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with flavors like coconut and raspberry that are just scrumptious! if you love sweet treats, you’ll be in heaven with these!

Went there for dessert today and has the best straberry nutella crepe and strawberry chocolate waffles in Leicester. I had this with some Green tea which was also a nice pot. It was all so yummy and perfect and can’t wait to keep going here again.

Oh wowee, the choccy fountain and choccy-dipped strawbewwies at HD Leicester are super yummy! 🍫🍓 The fountain is like a choccy waterfall, and the strawbewwies are juicy and covered in delicious choccy! You can choose white, dark, or milk choccy! Such a sweet treat!

I went to HD for lunch today and it was amazing. The beef burger called hot and spicy was the best. The patty was really fresh and juicy. I don’t like tomatoes so the staff was kind enough to remove those and add more jalapeños instead. They were very kind and accommodating. I also had the mango magic drink which had a fresh sliced passion fruit and mango which was fun to munch on in the end. And to finish I had the French toast with banana and Nutella which was super soft and fresh, tasted amazing. Will defo go again.

Awful customer service. Staff are incompetent here. Don't bother coming if you have a large party. We came with a party of 9 on a Saturday evening we waited almost an hour ended up walking out in the end. 5 different staff members must have came up to us, to ask us 7 different times how many people we needed a table for. They were extremely rude, especially the manager as in the end he came up with a pathetic excuse that because 6 of us were sat and 3 were standing they were unsure of how many people our party consisted of, even though we had told different staff members 6 different times before that there were 9 of us. Awful experience. Wasted almost an hour of our time and the staff did not even apologise once. Paid for parking as well. Avoid at all costs.

I had such a fantastic time! This place isn’t just unique with its theme, but it also offers some of the best food I’ve had in a while. Their beef burger was absolutely delicious – juicy and packed with flavor. And don’t even get me started on the lotus dessert; it was a dream come true! If you’re in Leicester and looking for a spot that’s fun and serves amazing food, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

Took about 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order even though the restaurant was quiet, waited another 15 minutes for them to inform us that what we ordered was unavailable and had to wait longer for something else to be made. Server asked us to leave a review (wasn’t even our server who sat us down and took our order) in exchange for chocolate strawberries then just took the payment and walked off. Poor.

Disgusting and APPALLING ATTITUDE!!! Placed a Deliveroo order for your incompetent team to “accept” it and the app to claim this is handed to driver and on its way. For driver then to claim nothing was made so I’m stuck in limbo waiting over an 1hr for this order to arrive. Only for me to chase the restaurant whereby they fail to notify their machine was broken down & my order was not made in the first place!!! Shocking treatment. Why would you progress the order?? Common sense to communicate PRIOR to customers Chasing non existent orders. The “manager” shut my call down due to “signal issue” and assured a call back! Nothing returned. I had to chase numerous times to demand a refund!! No integrity whatsoever for customers!! Expected much better from a chain like this. Diabolical!

Very pretty place and I love the decoration. Relaxing atmosphere, excellent place for catching up with friends. Staff are very polite and friendly. We tried the Pistachio Milkshake and it was nice. It would be better if the pistachio flavour was stronger. Will try their cakes next time. Overall very nice place and I recommend it! 👍👍

I can’t type a review on the food but this place needs more staff. Hardly acknowledged us when we came in, took forever to come to the table to take our order. We asked one of the staff too and he looked at us with a blank face. Got tired of waiting and went somewhere else. Why have so much seating and hardly any staff????

Please DON’T visit this place!!!! I had been looking forward to visiting this “fancy” restaurant for a long time, but what a disappointment it turned out to be. First, my food had hair in it. Yes, multiple pieces of hair in my meal! Absolutely disgusting, and to make it worse, the place itself wasn’t even clean. For a high-end restaurant, I expected way better hygiene standards. Then the service—oh, where do I start? I wanted to sit upstairs for a nicer view, and the server had the audacity to tell me, “Sorry, but it’s expensive up there.” I mean, seriously? What kind of unprofessional nonsense is that? The way they talk to customers is shocking. It’s not like I didn’t know what I was getting into with prices, but apparently, they assume you can’t afford it before you even sit down. To top it off, after dealing with terrible food and appalling service, there was no apology whatsoever. I fully expected someone to at least acknowledge their mistakes, but no—they just slapped the bill on the table like nothing happened. Unbelievable. This place is the definition of pretentious without delivering on quality or basic courtesy. Don’t waste your time or money here! The restaurant is called Haute Dolci Leicester

I came here today to have a nice meal with a friend, drinks took 20 mins to arrive and wasn’t even busy ordered food that took 35 mins for a salad and some fries i ordered the ceaser salad and when it finally came out I was in disgust this was in fact not a ceaser salad it was more of a bag of lettuce and it had tomato’s and cucumber in ( ceaser salad dose not come with those) and the salad tasted like stagnant water , will not be coming here again for a main meal would probably come for a dessert as they looked nice, service was slow and the guy who served saad seemed fed up and didn’t want to serve us, tables that were around us had no one sat at and there was dirty plates and glasses on them not been cleared for the entire duration of my meal, did not complain to them as didn’t want to cause any hassle

Amazing experience!!! My friend and I were seated in the nicest booth decorated with dozens of red roses for my birthday! The food was delicious and came very quickly. My friend and I ordered waffles and they were perfectly done and looked lovely. Also, we were presented with a birthday message for free to treat me!! I had such a great time at HD trying different drinks and appetisers as well as the cheesilicious burger for lunch today. I loved the chilli cheese bites in the appetisers as well. They felt so good and fresh so I ended up ordering them twice. As for the drinks I loved the mango and passion fruit mocktail especially because of the freshly cut fruit pieces in it which were fun to eat in the end. The rosy rose drink was also really nice, like a different rosy version of a pina colada I would have to describe. Will definitely come back here for a nice lunch or dinner as soon as I can. The best place in Leicester for sure!

Absolutely ABHORRENT experience. The server sneakily split our bill into 3 separate bills so she could charge us service charge each - amassed to £7 charge for a £20 bill! When raised with manager he argued that ‘if you paid altogether the 10% service charge would be the same’ … seriously? He was not polite at all. Glasses were dirty, one had a LIPSTICK MARK on it - when informed the waitresses did not apologise or seem bothered. Were given no spoons for our desserts and waiters ignored us when we tried to flag them down. Nobody else in the eatery was being treated with such lack of courtesy, so not sure if it’s because we were three visibly Muslim women or because they just didn’t like us? Worst service I’ve ever received in my life.
