I loved Alisha, she was so sweet and made it so comfortable to order, there was no awkwardness which was so satisfying

Booked the rose room experience and it was amazing! Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs, especially Alisha, thank you for having us.

Gopika was a lovely host. We literally ordered our food, had our starters, mains and desserts all this in 34 minutes. She even gave us dry ice. This is by far the best and quickest yet relaxed restaurant service I’ve ever had. Second time coming here and they didn’t disappoint again. Amazing amazing amazing

Had a fantastic time at Dolci Leicester! I tried the loaded fries, waffle, and a cappuccino, along with the Oh So Nutty dessert—everything was absolutely delicious. The highlight of the visit was the excellent service from Gopika, who was so friendly and welcoming. She made our experience even better with her warm and attentive approach. Definitely recommend this place for great food and great service!

Went here for a valentines dessert, was absolutely amazing, they came out with a plate saying happy valentines in chocolate writing with strawberries 🍓, they did the smoke bowl to cover the table im a lovely smoke fountain, it was amazing!!!!

Sayem was incredible! He was very accommodating to all of our needs, and had a very warm presence, making my birthday dinner very special. Thank you Haute Dolci!

Just visited Haute Dolci on Granby Street and AFTER eating our desserts we saw a RAT come through the restaurant and enter the kitchen area. Upon alerting the staff they seem unphased and unapologetic. We asked to speak to the manager but they informed us he went home. They didn't seem interested in investigating the matter. Absolutely baffled they didn't shut down due to hygiene immediately. Will NOT be visiting again, I hope no one else does either for the sake of their health.

Went there with my family. Had an amazing experience in the Rose Room, everything is 10/10, Food was delicious, ambience and desserts are definitely best in the Leicester, customer service was amazing. I highly recommend this place to make your special moments more memorable.

Bad customer service. The staff was smelly.While the food was acceptable, the overall experience was disappointing. I would not visit again. Heavenly Dessert or Chocoholic are much better option.

I had come here for lunch and desserts with my friend, we were serviced by Pankil, he was very welcoming and easy to talk to. The food was delicious as well as the the drinks. 👍🏼

If you're looking for a dessert spot that truly stands out, this is the place.. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, but what really makes the experience special are the incredible staff members, Sreeraj and Abdullah. They’re not just good at what they do—they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and taken care of. Their friendly service and attention to detail elevate the whole experience, making this dessert shop the best in town.

Excellent food and atmosphere how ever service was a bit inattentive had to correct and repeat certain items more than twice before it was noted down, table was not cleared after mains were done, no fresh cutlery brought for dessert or a spoon, portion size good and drinks were very nice. Just an add on it seems the QR code at the table we had directed to haute dolci Watford's review site this seems a major over sight by who ever is in charge of placing the QR codes in that place.

We had an amazing experience at Haute Dolci. The kids loved the dry ice experience and how it felt too. The service was amazing. Small ice-cream cones were given to the kids too and they enjoyed themselves.

very beautiful environment. very poor service scandalous and very dirty I asked the waiter to clean our table and he said change places because it was raining. I changed the table and it was dirty everywhere without cleanliness and a very very poor service unfortunately all that beautiful place was covered in dirt

Haute Dolci is a very Posh place for dessert and there are so many choices for the dessert and its good value for money as well. We had a very welcoming greeting by on of the Staff Saad who was very professional and friendly who served us and also Sana served us We had really good time and staff are very helpful and friendly Highly recommend it to visit if you are craving to have some delicious dessert

service way too slow waited 10 minutes to get seated waiter stood there and stared at us as if we dont need to be seated ! disappeared when we were ready to order . PRICE IS SO DISGUSTING

Food was ok, a strange place that's unsure what it is. All the staff appear stressed even with only 2 other covers, and all felt eager to not be there. Would love to recommend as it looks lovely from outside, unfortunately, that is where I should have stayed.

The food and service was really good and I would rate it 5 stars. And I would 100% recommend the croffles!! The interior is also really nice and the seating is very comfortable. However what let's this place down is when we asked for tap water with our food they refused to give us any.

I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was incredibly charming and the aesthetics were stunning. The food was a perfect 10/10. The kunafa croffle was the best thing I’ve ever had! It was freshly made, warm and absolutely delightful. I’m a huge kunafa fan it was exceptional in here and the ice cream added the perfect touch. I also loved the mint lemonade, it was so refreshing. I visited with my friends and would highly recommend it to anyone!

The dessert is perfect / excellent. The saad who served has delivered a good service . Must try Lotus Biscoff.
