Best curry I have had in a long time! Could not fault anything ! Thank you to everyone in the kitchen! Will be my go to takeaway and will recommend to all my friends !

Delivery driver was fantastic and actually read the message we left for them, and called us upon arrival. Food was delicious, no problems with it at all. Great value for money. Would order from them again next time I'm in Torquay.

Great value and generous portions

We have had a few meals here. All can say is fantastic. Best Asian food we have had. Credit to the chef and owners. We have had some takeaways over Torquay, but not a patch on Silwals kitchen. As a chef myself I am very fussy and have been taught by Asian friends. Also have been taught in India. Tastes are authentic. Thank you Silwals kitchen

Spoke to a very polite and helpful gentleman to place a phone order for delivery. I can honestly say my special Byriani was exceptional and it was delivered piping hot in a short time. Highly recommended and a definite must for future Indian meals. Many thanks.

Just ordered from here for the first time and can safely say we won’t be ordering anywhere else from now on. The best Indian takeaway we have ever had. Absolutely amazing! The only thing I wasn’t massively keen on was the chicken (a little bit of a strange texture) but the rest was so unreal that this still had to be a five star review!! It was lovely and warm, honestly so delicious!!

Really delicious and good quality food. The curries were very spicy even for us as spice lovers but the flavour was great and both king prawn dishes had loads of perfectly cooked prawns in. The collection time ran over quite a bit as they were really busy but they were apologetic about it and it wasn’t a problem :)

I ordered a few different dishes and sides, all of the food arrived hot, full of flavour and you could tell the ingredients were fresh and of high quality. 10/10 will definitely be recommending to friends and family. One of the best indian take aways we had so far. We have had alot of Indian food around Torbay and Newton but this one is by far my favourite. No oily dishes, good size portions and a great owner. Highly recommended!!

A bit bland.. neither the balti or garlic naan had any distinctive flavours. Lots of vegetables.. thoroughly enjoyed the addition of the festive sprout though!

A first time visit for me but will definately return. They open at 5.00 which swung me away from my usual haunt. Absolutely delicious, ready before time competatively priced and a lovely friendly service. See you again.

Second time to have a take out from here, and it was SUPERB! The garlic mushrooms weren't what I was expecting, at all! A tub with sliced mushrooms in butter, garlic and something green... but they were so tasty, the best I've had. Everything was hot and it was delivered on time. We will be back! :)

Excellent Chicken Bhuna, Egg fried rice and Peshwari Nan. I was on holiday and visited this place one evening. The owner and his wife were nice humble people and made an effort to provide good service. The meal was lovely and I recommend this Take Away. Good value and lovely food.

Over an hour wait came luke warm, was bland and had no spice to it like I asked. A special rice is just mushrooms and peas so you know. I also asked for a pickle tray which I didn't receive. I definitely will not eat there again.

Not very good quality, more gravy with chillies than Madras. Bombay potatoes in stead of Aloo Gobi with cauliflower. Nepal chicken was swimming in a thin red soup, not sauce. Not good despite so many positive reviews. Disappointed for the local people because its not good food.

Sirwal’s staff called me to say our order would be ready within ten minutes and my husband collected the order and they were lovely and friendly. We ordered chicken passanda, peshwari naan and onion bhajis and we were given a poppadom and mint and yoghurt dip too. The chicken was so tender and cooked perfectly. The Passanda was really creamy and delicately spiced. The peshwari naan really sweet and again well cooked. The onion bhajji were so delicious.

Burnt onion bhaji, over cooked chicken and very little of it in the dishes, ordered 4 poppadoms and there were 2 halves and some crumbs in the bag. Really disappointing. Won’t be using them again

The food was amazing when it arrived. I will say that if you order on just eat, there are no updates at all, and i had to call the restaurant for updates of which they were very accommodating to help with and sent their own member of staff to deliver ( a very lovely lady). Better ordering direct from the restaurant and asking for a delivery to be fair. I will order again as the food really is great, but I will choose to talk directly to the business directly from now on *****
