Placed an order through their website for me to collect. Money was taken but order pending. Drove down to collect and they were shut for the day! Why not disable your website ordering when you’re closed?!

Best Indian takeaway in the area.

Fantastic food left something off order and when we rung no issues and sent someone straight away with the item. Definitely recommend

No atmosphere but this is a takeaway so wouldn't really expect there to be. The service was great, despite there being a wait, they informed you when ordering about the wait and apologised and tried really hard to get food ready really quickly. The food however in my opinion wasn't that great, which is a shame. Our garlic naan was doughy and didn't taste of garlic. I ordered a chilli rice, but recieved pilau. We ordered jalfrezi and karahi, both didn't actually taste of anything, quite bland. The sauces were a bit watery and there was no spice heat in either. The chicken was chewy. Overall, disappointed with the food but the service was good.

Dear Mr Khan I order a meal a month on average !! If not two £27 set meal x12 =324.00 a year ...Service again below par ..how do you miss out onion bhagi out again!!again waiting game driver pulls up I believe you were missing these with that disgusting look on his face thanks for that...a little bit of love goes a long way good luck .

Ordered the special meal for 2 …£25.50….includes, pops and dips, any starter,any main meal, pilau rice, nan and either mushroom bhaji or sag aloo…..which we collected….when we arrived all was ready bagged and hot and fresh…great service, I would say this takeaway over the last six months has changed immensely in the right way, maybe new chef I don’t know BUT please carry on doing what you have changed…we ordered chicken tikka Raj Rani and North Indian Garlic Chicken Tikka Both so delicious with lots of different flavours…..WELL DONE SHERE KHAn so well impressed 👍

The food came piping hot as always beautiful food on time , I would say this is the best Indian in Ellesmere Port the king prawn masala is beautiful so is the Bombay aloo and the yoghurt sauces are nice too the curries aren’t watery and bland like a lot of places too many thanks

Ordered on line at 17.50 expected time of delivery 18.55 to 19.15. At 19.40 still no food. I called to be told it will be another 20 to 30 mins before the food would arrive, as they are busy and waiting for a driver. Driver arrived at 20.15 unfortunately the food was cold. Over 2 hours for food to be delivered is mad.

Nice size portions no Gee swimming on top of the food But no taste or favour or spice not up to my usual Indian food standard I am very experienced taster of muilt cultural cuisines and its was a sad day cafe India closed down in little sutton It looks like it's back to the regular Heidi indian in future

Two hours waiting had ordered online, an hour after the delivery time had lapsed I rang to be told the order had left 10 minutes ago after another half hour rang again to to told they had only just received the order, we will NOT be ordering from them again as every time we order it either comes before we have asked or it's late on this occasion 2 hours late

Have ordered from here a few times previously and the food is lovely. However, my review is based upon the service. I ordered my meal tonight at 7:20 and my delivery slot was between 8:05-8:20. I called at 8:40 as it had not yet arrived, and the lady told me it would be 10 minutes. Fair enough, it’s a Saturday night - I appreciate they are busy! 9:20 I called again to ask where my food was, to be told it would be with me in 15 minutes… an hour and a half over my delivery time! My order finally arrived at 9:40pm. Really unacceptable service I’m afraid to say.

We have used this restaurant for take away delivery a few times now, the food is beautiful, flavoursome and great portions. Delivery driver is always respectful and speedy. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

We both went to sheer khan and I have to say we both thoroughly enjoyed i have seen some reviews on here and my experience is the complete opposite the food was very nice and the gentlemen serving was more then happy to cater to help my mother in her chose of food (gluten intolerant) really nice man greatly recommend at a more then reasonable price and the the takeaway was spotless

Have ordered from here before a while ago and it was good, however has seriously gone downhill. They didn't give us the right starters or mains that we ordered and the butter dish we got wasn't good. Will not be going back to it.

I have given the benefit of the dought 3 times since it changed hands.all 3 terrible not fresh cold and small potions don't recommend

Having ordered from here on several occasions before and not had a problem. So thought I d pre-order for 6.30 delivery placed the order on the app and saved 10% well I wish I had nt starters where good and tasty however the mains were a disaster mainly sauce very little meat and the fried rice was disgusting definitely gone downhill no freebies poppadoms mango chutney etc. perhaps you don’t with discount but would rather for go discount and get a nice quality meal won’t be using again. It also did nt arrive till after 7 pm

1st time weve ordered will definitely be ordering again , Great customer service and help when ordering , and I must say the food was absolutely lovely , we ordered the valentines special tonight for 2 , a tikka massala and a chicken tikka , both were spot on great value for money , thank you👍👍👍👍👍

Remember guys if you order a Mix starter then that nomore comes with a chicken wing instead it comes with 3 Aloo pakoras. If I wanted a bloody vegetable starter then ide order one. I swear this is the last straw, I’ve had it with this place now, absolute cowboys!! This new management is so bad it’s unreal. Ordered a spicy biryani and they gave it plane, chef isn’t a real chef

Ordered the healthy stir-fried chicken salad with being diabetic. I've had this before and really enjoyed it but not tonight. All it consisted of was chicken, onion and chilli. Where were the peppers, tomatoes, cucumber and salad? To say i was disappointed is an understatement.

When it first opened food was excellent and prices quite reasonable , prices now raised and quality dropped. Not sure if new chef’s are on but some of the food is unrecognisable to what it used to be 🤨

I made a complaint via email to shere khan and i have had no reply We received our delivery which had missing items for starters also the main meals had no taste to them

Great food & the app works a treat.

Shere Khan didn’t live up to expectations, the food arrived very late & was average at best, one meal was a little bitter, all meals arrived were cold, Rogan Josh as I mentioned was bitter being overpowered by the acidity of the tomatoes, the rice also carried an aftertaste. Disappointing.

Travelling from Bradford which is the curry capital, I found Shere Khan in Little Sutton and ordered some food for collection. This was one of the best and tastiest food I've ever had from any halal takeaways in the UK. Well done guys I'm already ordering again!

Just had our first experience here, ordering online for delivery and will definitely be back soon! We're new to the area & while there are lots of options, the reviews for Shere Khan seemed good enough to give it a try. We're a few miles away on a back lane and so were pleased to find that they deliver (and for free too!). We had a Chicken Tikka Korma (thick, sweet & with huge chunks of chicken), a Lamb Rogan Josh (tangy, tasty & with melt-in-the-mouth meat), and a Shere Khan Special (not sure what the combination of meats were but it was also tasty - sweet and garlicky with nice large chunks again). We had a couple of different rices as sides and a keema naan, all of which were great too. The food arrived exactly on time (as you can select a set time for delivery, which suited us as we're a bit hard to find & it enabled me to wait outside for just a few minutes rather than popping in & out looking for the driver for ages, which I always end up doing!). The driver was courteous and pleasant, and the food was piping hot & well packaged. The prices are very reasonable too, and with a 10% discount for online orders, it was even better. I'd much rather order direct from a business like this than go through Just Eat/Deliveroo etc, and their website made it easy to order & pay, so we'll definitely be back again soon to try some other dishes (of which there are many, with lots of specials/creations I'd not heard of before). Thanks guys for a lovely meal & an easy ordering experience.

Best Indian takeaway in the area

Food is amazing. The group got a few starters and curry dishes, all amazing. I got the mixed kebab. It was the best kebab ever. Donner meat was not greasy, loads of chicken, loads of meat. Nice work shere khan.

A Father's Day treat : sadly he chose a meat curry as did one of our daughters, both found their meat inedible , he had lamb Madras and she had Chicken something. My younger daughter and I are vegetarians and enjoyed our curries very much and that is why I have given you 3 stars. We used to live nearer to your original place in Helsby and never had a bad experience so I am sorry to say how disappointed we were last night .

Absolutely amazing food, always home delivered on time and hot! One gripe only, I ask for extra salad as I don't eat rice or chips and am never sent it. Would happily pay if there was an option! Given the price, and the amount of times we order, surely it shouldn't be an issue?

Something was forgot from order , Something not worth travelling to re-deliver but they did with extras and an apology . Brilliant Service 10/10.

Everything lovely but found tails off the king prawns in my meal when it says that they are supposed to be pealed. I find this to be a choking hazard and put me off my meal. I called and was told this is how the chef prepares them leaving the tails on which seems strange to me as there were prawns completely pealed and 3 with tails

Very very average, not enough spice, (not heat) in a town full of Indian choices, especially in little sutton, this is mediocre at best

Absolutely astounding service. We ordered a vegetable dish as my Nan is allergic to meat, however the dish came over with meat inside. When we rang to let the Shere Khan know, they couldn’t apologise enough and resolved the issue there and then. We received the vegetable dish within 10 minutes of ringing, with extra goodies in the bag, as well as a “sorry” note too. Food was absolutely delicious and we’ll be ordering again. Thank you so much!

In these trying times we treated ourselves to our favourite Indian and as always didn’t disappoint their food is always so tasty highly recommend

Me and my wife Les got a takeaway ordered it early yesterday afternoon for half 5 pickup sure enough it was there it is our first one from there and we enjoyed it so much we will be going back.Try the Rogan Josh delicious.
