Food delivered on time but was food barely warm.

The chicken was old and dry, not fresh at all and difficult to eat

Food was cold and chips were all bits and uneatable.

The food was great. One item incorrectly delivered. But sorted quickly. Highly recommend

Amazing experience at Shawarma Fattoush The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our visit truly enjoyable. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care cleanliness, which is clearly a priority here. We had our Ramadan Iftar at this restaurant today, and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was fast despite how busy they were. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for tasty shawarma and great hospitality. Will definitely be coming back.

Food was stone cold. Restaurant said food was on the way, we live 5 minutes from the shop, took over half an hour from the driver apparently leaving the shop. Shop kept lying about food being on the way. Waste of money.

Ordered food at 8pm and it did not arrive until 10:10pm, over 1 hour past the estimated delivery time. I called twice to chase it to be told the driver was on his way and only 10 minutes away. This was not the case. when the food eventually arrived the chips were very well done and the chicken shawarma wrap was very bland. Won't be going back.

1.5 hrs late, repeatedly told BS over the phone by the restaurant, food arrived finally and stone cold. Shame as was actually very tasty, don’t bother, I won’t be again.

I made an order and in few occasions there is delay at least half an hour from the agreed time.

One hour late. Food was cold. chips were inedible. Definitely First and last time with this place. Not great.

Food came 25 early when I specifically ordered it for 6.10 by the time I got home and ate it was cold other then that the food was good

the delivery driver was very rude. he parked at the bus stop and asked me to come out and pick up. I told him I'm unable to walk to the bus stop. I wouldn't want him delivering to my address again. it is his job to find a parking spot and deliver it to the address but got angry at me for asking him to come at the apartments main door. I told him I've leg issues and I could if I would but still was rude and disrespectful.

Tuvimos una muy buena comida. Atendido por un joven profesional muy amable. La comida se preparó rápidamente y estaba recién cocinado, caliente y delicioso. El restaurante estaba limpio y limpio. He estado aquí muchas veces en los últimos 10 años y con gusto lo recomendaría a cualquiera que viva o visite Newcastle. La buena comida y el servicio ha sido consistente desde mi visita inicial. Los precios también son muy razonables menos que establecimientos similares en un radio de una milla.

Tonight will be the last time for me. This is the 3rd time now that I have had to reheat due to the food being cool/room temparature. It's disappointing as I love the food, taste etc but maybe it's the distance.

Absolutely horrific service. I preordered 1.5 hours ago for a scheduled delivery and food is still an hour late. I needed it to open my fast and I have been waiting since then. Completely unacceptable and then when I requested for an update on the phone and for a full refund the lady on the phone did not acknowledge any of it.

usually good food and service from here but really disappointed tonight, arrived 30 minutes late and the food was cold the lamb was white and hard. chips looked and tasted like they'd been put back in the fryer to be reheated. rice was in clumps and hard. Won't be rushing back to here again it's went downhill.

The portion size a joke. I had a lamb mix and there is literally a table spoon of lamb shawarma. For £21 it is not worth the money at all. Better off getting a lamb wrap instead. Very disappointed

Lovely food was warm when it arrived, only thing is the portion sizes for what you pay are shocking! I paid £16 for a munch box and got a few bits of meat, the box looked next to empty for what i paid!

They use UBER eats and send their own driver who could not find my house because UBER eats did not provide them the full address. They send cold food after 2 hours of ordering the food. When asked for warm food or refund my money the manager said to return the food with the driver and UBER eats will refund the money. Never received my refund from them or UBER eats. Very bad service from both.

Amazing food! Large portion sizes. One 80p bread portion is 2 large pieces of bread.

The delivery guy was very veryy rude my order time was at 00:15 but he came early at 23:47 and asked me to be quicker and was calling and saying i will go from here if you dont come in 2 minutes!

Food almost an hour late again, and cold by the time it arrived. This is the second time in a row it has happened.

This place really is hit and miss. Sometimes you get a really nice meal, that you simply cannot fault. Others, you remember why you avoided going. Service and atmosphere can only be described as average.

Can’t fault the value as we took advantage of the 40% off deal they currently have. The taste however left much to be desired. Unfortunately there was an overwhelming taste of cardamom running through the chicken shawarma. The aubergine dip and hummus needed a bit more flavour and less bitter olive oil on top. The mixed grill was nice and really liked the packaging - however because of tight sealing, the bread inside became mushy and inedible. Chips were great. Probably won’t order again.

Food was cold when it arrived. Chips tasted like they’d been microwaved warm as they were chewy. The chicken was also chewy and lathered in garlic which didn’t leave taste for anything else. Won’t be re-ordering from here.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The so-called “mahmara” was essentially just plain bread with a pitiful amount of spread—completely lacking in flavour and texture. The shawarma was even worse: a tasteless mess packed with an overwhelming amount of chips instead of proper fillings. To make matters worse, the food has left me suffering with a terrible stomach ache ever since. Clearly, quality and hygiene are not a priority here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is my second visit the first visit food was ok fresh and delicious but today the food was from previous day or week i orderd batata haraa but the potatoes was fully oil and easily you can tell its from yesterday or 2 days ago i orderd showrmaa and the chickens same old and not fresh same to shish taooqa i left the food and pay 33 pound for food not nice old and prepared few days ago really bad experience

We have ordered a different takeaway each Tuesday to eat as a family watching BakeOff. Of all the ones so far, Fattoush has been the best. Most popular, DEFINITELY best value, and loads leftover, to eat tomorrow, as "leftovers" We had the mega grill. 50 quid, but 20% off for collection so only £39.99 Easily fed 5 of us. If I were to criticise.... I'd say it needs salad and more sauces, but since we had some salad and sauces in the fridge it was perfect and we kept the cost down. Plenty of meat, not for herbivores. Heavy on chicken, more lamb would give it 6 stars... But compared with previous BakeOff takeaways, we have a "STAR" takeaway. Thank you Fattoush. Will be back.

Poor food, has been fine in past.16 for what should have been lamb shashlik, salad veg. Half a crumpled tomato and a piece of green pepper, without the salad, and over cooked lamb is a rip off. The cheese pastries were nice. Won't pay for this again.

We bought food from the TooGoodToGo app. The meal was listed as £15 normal price and discounted to £5. The description was a selection of Lebanese dishes left at the end of the day. I bought 2 boxes and paid £10. When I picked up the boxes they had the cheapy frozen oven chips and pickles. I would have even paid £5 for it. I understand that it’s from a discount app but I didn’t see the point in driving 15 miles to pick up a box a chips when the offer was Lebanese food. Will not be returning.

Moutabal was nice. Sambousek cheese seemed like it was mostly just pastry, with not enough filling. Taste was generally nice though. Kofta mince lamb was overcooked and slightly burnt, and therefore quite dry.

The most pathetic experience I have had ordering food from here. When I did not receive the food order I called the restaurant and they had no idea about the order and they lied saying the food has sent over. Then they blamed it on the driver saying the driver is busy and doesn't know when the food would arrive . When I insisted that the food would be cold they mention that the food was not sent too long ago. No accountability and pathetic service!!!!

Awesome place to eat! Always loved eating here, lunch or dinner! Feels like home, from the welcome, the service and the atmosphere - full of warmth. Needed a quick refuel late at night, so went for a lamb shawarma wrap with chips to takeout, instead changed my mind to eat in and the staff brought over homemade sauces, to make it feel like a fine in - food to die for! Highly recommended!
