Tenía un cupón para All Bar One y no me di cuenta de que la caducidad era a finales de marzo, el último día del mes que llamé para ver si podía pedir el mínimo de la tienda a través de Uber Eats, pero darles mi código de cupón para canjearlo y también obtener la oferta en el cupón entregado al mismo tiempo. Hablé con un chico encantador, creo que su nombre era Adam, que estaba más que feliz de que se ordenara y canjeara y se agregó a mi pedido de Uber Eats, él era tan servicial y verificó dos veces todo lo que mostró que realmente estaba escuchando mi solicitud, a pesar de que probablemente estaba siendo un cliente incómodo! La comida llegó, los tamaños de las porciones eran increíbles y sabía increíble, muchas gracias a Emma y Adam por ser tan servicial, sin duda volveré y esta vez para sentarse!

We had a bottle of wine and four tapas. Everything was perfect. The food was outstanding and the service from Adam and the team was 1st class. We will be back and will recommend all bar one to our friends

Best small plates very tasty great service

BIRTHDAY LUNCH- RUDE STAFF Yesterday we visited ALL BAR ONE and I was extremely disappointed by the rude customer service. Having been many times before I was shocked by the older male staff members attitude. When we arrived the sought after booth tables were either reserved or dirty waiting to be cleared. We waited at another table for around 30 mins whilst looking at the menu for the tables to be reset and given the fact that staff seemed busy the tables remained dirty. I approached older male from team and asked if the reserved tables were definitely all reserved, He sarcastically laughed at me and dismissively told me ‘yes, we don’t just put the signs on them for fun’, carried in walking away from me, I followed and asked about one of the dirty tables and was told ‘no that one is not reserved’. He then walked away and seemed completely uninterested. When he returned to the bar I approached him and asked if he could clear one of the dirty tables, he responded- ‘when I get a chance’. I waited a further ten minutes, then cleared one of the tables myself and wiped down with napkins. Staff members saw me doing this and didn’t even volunteer to wipe it with anti bacterial spray. I was approached by another customer who assumed I worked there, asking me to clear another table for them!!! The restaurant was busy but it was unnecessary to speak to me that way, then not return to offer to clear table. This is a basic, bare minimum standard for hospitality work, if staff find it too much of an inconvenience to clear a table for customers, then they really should look for alternative employment. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic courtesy and professionalism should always be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I will be hesitant to return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves customer service moving forward.

We had the most wonderful (belated) Xmas staff party. All of the staff were incredibly attentive, amazing service and very patient and kind when we accidentally smashed a bunch of glass 😅. In particular Lucy, Jacie & Pauline were lovely. Thank you so much for everything!!

Ich fand die Bar recht schön, modern und doch relativ gemütlich - eine gute Kette. Das richtige für einen entspannten Abend…..netter Sitzplatz, Getränke gut, Service ok…und ich entschied mich für einen Pub-Klassiker: Fish and Chips. Und da lag der Fehler: Pub-Classiker…..was es jedoch hier gab, war deutlich unterhalb dessen, was ich ansonsten in Pubs leckeres serviert bekam…..hier kocht Käptn Iglo…..industrielles, plattes Fischfilet mit Industriepanade und dazu Pommes (die waren ok, aber das sind sie beim Mc auch) sowie etwas ähnlichem, wie Mushy Peas….in einer Konsistenz wie aus einer Dose …jedenfalls enttäuschend und deutlich schlechter als alles, was ich je in irgendeinem richtigen Pub serviert bekam. Schade….schöne location mit schlechtem Essen. Beim Nachsehen stellte ich fest: es hieß auch nicht „handbuttered“…..also nicht gelogen….war machine-buttered…..

Jaycie was lovely and gave such good customer service!! Love this bar and all the staff are unreal. They make lovely cocktails aswell.

We met with friends and had a tasty lunch at All Bar One Our waitress Jenna was amazing and looked after us with patience and a big smile She was so helpful and informative and in our opinion the perfect hostess The food was delicious and just enough for us all We will be back very soon

We visited for drinks and dinner and after what was a hectic day of travel it was good to relax in some pleasant surroundings. We were shown to our table quickly and our server Paulina was very attentive during our visit and ensured we had our drinks and food with no hassle even as the bar was quite busy.

Everything was so efficient and the staff were so lovely and attentive! They couldn't have done more for us!

Delicious dinner , I had the pad Thai and it was amazing! The nachos are also a must to share with friends. Drinks are good and reasonably priced for city centre. We came on a Saturday table was booked for 7pm only downside was we had to order at the bar and when I have previously visited it’s been table service when sat on the restaurant side. The match had been on so understandable that it was busy but had to queue for a little while to order our food around a full busy bar.

My friends and I came in for a few cheeky cocktails, we were served by the lovely Emma and she recommended the espresso martini. She served us with a smile and speedy service. In all good experience and would highly recommend the cocktails.

Arranged a family meal in All Bar One to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday. We had great service from all the staff, especially Emma and Jenna who were friendly and attentive making us all feel welcome from our youngest granddaughter, aged 7 to the birthday man himself. As usual the food was excellent, tasty and beautifully presented. We love the Sandbox Chenin blanc and it’s great to see you can order it in a half litre carafe as well as a bottle. I had the laksa curry with a grilled chicken breast, my husband had chicken Milanese, our daughter and son in law both had the rib eye steak and our granddaughters has fish goujons and chicken nuggets both with chips. We also ordered the trio of fries for the table and we all enjoyed them too. See the photos. We regularly call in to All Bar One and we always feel welcome. Even though it was a busy Saturday late afternoon we received a great level of service with our orders coming in a timely manner. Emma and Jenna worked really hard making our night enjoyable.

Stumbled upon the bar for a brunch, we were sat on a nice round table although it was a little sticky and therefore we had to ask for it to be cleaned. The ambiance was nice but a little dark for daytime to read the menu's. I had the French toast with berry's which was lovely and a cappucino, others had the bacon sandwich or fry up, all seemed to enjoy the meal. A little strange to have to order the food at the bar, but otherwise service was fine and all was well.

second time food was horrible every thing was a mess didn't realise how bad it was until I was sick and realised they properly posined my food like a lot of other place serving me imperfect food or adding chemicals to my food

Lovely menu, lots of vegetarian options. We chose a selection of dishes to have a tapas lunch. Macaroni and cheese, cauliflower wings, focaccia, mushroom arroncini, sweet potato fries and chicken skewers. Was beautifully presented and very tasty. The atmosphere is relaxed and ambient. Staff very attentive and friendly. Recommended for a few drinks and lunch after an afternoon of shopping in town.

Called in for breakfast with a friend, food was delicious ,staff were very friendly and could not be more helpful, looking forward to our next visit over Christmas.

Enjoyed this bar, very nicely designed inside, comfortable and great food and drink options. We samples a few different cocktails and plan on going back for the small plates deal on a Tuesday which looks to be very good value.

40 minute wait for our drinks to come, 45 mins later for our food which wasn't cooked properly. Raw chicken isnt our thing 🤢 £48.00 for two basic meals and 2 cocktails. I wouldn't bother wasting your time or money....shame really because the place is lovely.
